A/N: hello people! I'm back! Sorry about the short previous chapter! I'm trying to make up for it by making this chapter at least longer. So how's the story so far? Am I doing okay? Do you guys like it or hate it? Please R&R!

Chp. 3

 

Mysterious Girl. “Look, I could at least use some sympathy, you jerk! I'm stuck here, with no memory, and here you are picking on me! As for a name, I think that I like the name Serena. Is that allowed?”

 

Endymion. “That'll do for now, if the queen doesn't like it, she'll change it.” He paused for a moment and drew the dagger that someone had thrown at Anne previously and helped him, “And as for this, I believe that this is yours? Its got a strange design on it, like the lunerians…” He gave her a hard look.

 

Serena blushed, “Ummm…can I have that back now?”

 

Endymion handed it back to her. “Tomorrow you will be training with Lord Jedaite at 5:00 in the morning. I will come up and check on you, to see if you're making progress. I expect you to be on time, you're not, there'll be severe punishments.

 

~Next Morning~

 

Serena's POV

 

Uggh… Let's just say that I'm not a morning person… Some jerk woke me up this morning. I believe his name was Jedaite…? That one blondie with the curls? He was all hissing at me to wake up if I didn't want Endymion to find out that I had woken up late. He brought me to some sort of arena or dojo(except much larger). There were all sorts of weapons on the walls, like swords, katanas, bows, axes, whips, guns, and much more.

 

Jedaite. “Seeing that Lord Endymion put you under my training, I guess that I will have to tell you some things about me. I am also a general, and every morning, I shall be training you. I expect you to be up on time tomorrow. Now for your weapon.” He turned to the wall with the weapons. “Pick your weapon, and I advise you to choose wisely.”

 

`Hmmm…now to choose… All the swords seem the same, except some are larger and heavier or fancier than others… I'll choose this double katana (like the one that Aoshi uses in Rurouni Kenshin) and this funky looking tiara.'

 

Jedaite raised his eyebrows at this, “You sure, because when you will be going into battle, you will be defending your life with these weapons.” Seeing that she nodded, he brought her to the middle of the arena to begin training. He positioned himself in a battle ready stance and she did the same.

 

~Regular POV~

 

They both stood a couple of feet apart from each other and waited for a couple of moments. Seeing that she was smarter than she looked, he smiled. “I see that you are wise enough not to charge at your opponent first hand, keep that in mind.” Then he charged. Right after she unsheathed her katana, he charged at her.

 

She dodged, before he could strike down her leg. Bringing her other leg up, she tried to strike him in the groin, but he just laughed and grabbed her leg. He turned it, making her body turn, and turned her over to the ground. As she lay on the ground panting, she noticed that Endymion had been watching and by the looks of it, he didn't look too happy at what she was doing, by the frown on his face. As usual, his face was grim and cold.

 

Endymion. “Jedaite, how is she doing? Did she choose the correct weapons? She'll need to be trained fast, because Queen Beryl is expecting another general soon.”

 

Jedaite. “Well, her choice of weapons was interesting, just like Princess Serenity's. A double Katana and a tiara, plus a hidden dagger hidden in her boot. (At the dagger comment she gasped and her hand flew to the place, where she had hidden the dagger, but both guys ignored her.) But as for her skills, I think that we'll be able to make a general out of her, by a week. That seems pretty soon for a beginner, but I say that she has the skills. I'll work with her on weapons, Nephlite will work with her on strength, you will work with her on hand to hand combat and maybe magic, Malachite will work with her on transportation from one portal to another and magic, and Zoicite will work with her on mind control. That sound okay?”

 

Endymion grunted at this and dragged her away, ignoring her dismayed cry. He continued to drag her down the dark hallway, wordlessly, and into another arena? `Why is he bringing me into another arena? And who are these other men that Jedaite mentioned?'

 

She saw a man standing in front of a window, looking out. His hands were behind his back, slightly crossed, and his feet were apart. His hair was brown and wavy. And there was lots of equipment on the ground. From the looks of it, it was gym equipment, and she could tell that he worked out a lot from his muscular arms.

 

When he heard them walk in, he turned around and smiled, “Aaaah… Endymion… I've been waiting, from the looks of it, the Queen wants another general, am I correct? And from this one here, (looks at Serena) it looks like I'm to toughen her up and make her stronger. Who was she just with?”

 

Endymion. “Jedaite, and the Queen is expecting another general soon, to launch another attack against the senshi. We've heard from a messenger that that one moon brat has gone missing, and the senshi are supposedly devastated, and last night, another one of the senshi disappeared… I think her name was, Jupiter? And this morning, the one named Venus, disappeared. Who's next?” Both men chuckled at this, but Serena froze at the information. `who is this senshi?'

 

Endymion. “Her name's Serena, but doesn't she remind you of someone? She does her hair up like Odangos just like the moon brat and the moon princess. (his eyes glazed for a moment at the mention of the moon princess because she'd also gone missing) The length of her hair and the color of it, the color of her eyes, and the choice of weapons, resembles the moon princess… except this girl does not remember anything of her past. She just made the name, Serena, up. But the name Serena, does resemble Serenity, does it not?”

 

Serena felt uncomfortable under both their scrutinizing glances, she felt like a horse being sold to the highest bidder, by the way they were looking her over. Endymion's grasp on her arm, hadn't loosened, and it felt like her arm was loosing circulation. She tried to shrug his arm off, but that only made his grip tighten and he shot her a dark look.

 

Nephlite gave an amused chuckle, “So she hasn't been broken yet? Usually that happens first before the training. I'm surprised that's she's made it this far with that behavior. Malachite's not going to tolerate this, you know. Probably you or Malachite will be the one's to break her. But that is for you to decide.”

 

After a couple of minutes of watching her train with Nephlite, Endymion left. As soon as he left, Nephlite told her with a worried look on his face, “You should really becareful when you're around Endymion. He's the queen's consort, you know. He may look cold and everything, but he's still a nice guy. Just a bit cold in the heart too…”

 

Serena. “Consort? What do you mean by that?”

 

Nephlite gave a steady look at this, “By consort, I mean lover. That's how he got to power. He's second in power here… he was originally the Earth prince, but he ended up here, like the rest of us. We were originally his generals, but it's a long story. The tragic story is that his beloved moon princess disappeared right after he landed here, and he's been looking for her, ever since. The thing is that the Queen is the one that separated the two and she also has a thing for the prince. The queen and the moon princess, serenity, have always been rivals, so the queen, just had to have Endymion for herself, because the princess loved him. So I suggest you better watch your behaviour, because he's punishes people for the smallest things. His temper is not the best thing either.”

 

Her session with Nephlite went by fast and Nephlite made nice company. She learned a lot of new information about Endymion and found it easier to understand his actions. By the time her training session was done with Nephlite, she felt sore, Endymion had come back. He again dragged her to another arena, except this one was different. There were just things all over the place. In the middle, with his head bowed, was a man with blonde hair in a pony tail. He looked up as they walked in. He gave Serena a sort of distasteful smile. “So this is your new pet project, eh?” Endymion just threw Serena at him and left.

 

Zoicite caught her and set her down carefully. “So I take it that you've already gone through Jedaite and Nephlite?” She nodded, not sure how to address him. “You can call me Lord Zoicite, or just sir. I'm going to teach you telepathy, mind control, and all the magical things that you can do with your mind.”

 

~A few hours later~

 

Endymion came back to check up on Serena and bring her to Malachite, but found Serena asleep in Zoicite's arms. He felt a strange tug at his heart at the sight of Serena asleep in Zoicite's arms. `Is this jealously?' He thought incredulously to himself. He had never felt this way before and felt strange at the thought. He unceremoniously pulled Serena from Zoicite's arms and gave him a glare. Meanwhile, in the shadows, Nephlite, Jedaite and Malachite was watching the little episode interestedly.

 

A/N: That's it for the chapter, folks! *sobs. am in pain. I think that I dislocated my hip or something. So how was this chapter? Good or bad? Is the length okay? It's 5 pages.

And no, Im not in some kind of Lucifer cult! I may be insane (but I like to call it psychotic in a good way, but my friends don't seem to agree with me) but im not in a Lucifer cult! Get it in your head people! Just to tell you, I got a review about me being in a cult from a reviewer reviewing my other story, Mutual Attraction. I don't know why I'm not posting my complaint on my other story though, just another crazy thing about me.
