Saddened by how events had played out, Fiore wondered the hallways aimlessly. He wondered if he would be able to find the blonde girl's room. If he did, he could kill her. “No I wouldn't.” Fiore had tried that before. He knew he would never do anything willingly to make Mamoru sad. He loved Mamoru, so it didn't matter that the alluring man didn't feel the same.
His wondering found him back in the palace gardens. The alien smiled as he sat in a field of daisies. He still liked flowers. None would ever compare to the one Mamoru had given him so very long ago. He was so deep in self pity over losing Mamoru again, he didn't notice a tall shadow behind him. Fiore jumped when he felt strong hands gab his shoulders tightly. Fiore turned. “Mamor--” The name died on his lips.
The figure before him was not Mamoru. Fiore recognized the man instantly. “What are you doing here?” He demanded icily.
The man threw his long orange braid over his shoulder. “I could ask you the same thing, pet.” The man almost purred. He knew why Fiore was here. After all, he had sent the alien.
Shikyuu could feel Fiore stiffen under his touch. “You should leave now.” The alien said, coldly. Shikyuu could tell the alien didn't like him. If it wasn't for the fact that the Dark Prince had brought Fiore back to life, Fiore could almost say he hated the man.
When Shikyuu had first awoken, he had been angry. He knew of his past. He remembered everything. During the time of the Silver Millennium, he had been feared. His name was used to scare people into doing what they were told. Especially little kids. “Eat you're vegetables or Dark Prince Shikyuu will take you away.” Not that he would. He was rather picky about those he abducted. They had to be beautiful, exotic creatures, like Fiore. They had to be a challenge.
Fiore had been quite a find. It had almost been like the dead alien had called to him. Even dead, the strangely beautiful man was a sight to behold. He was even better alive, walking around. Except for one thing. Fiore had awakened from death with one thing on his mind. One name that owned his heart. He had called that name when he awoke from death. He had called for a man named “Mamoru.”
Upon hearing that name, the Dark Prince had almost lost his temper. He hated this Mamoru. He had known him from the past, going by a different name. This Mamoru had stolen four very beautiful men away from Shikyuu. He had lost Kunzite, Zoisite, Nephrite, and Jadeite to the Prince of the Earth. Then later, the prince had taken the heart of a beautiful woman named Beryl. Yet another person Shikyuu had had his eyes on. Later, because of the ensuing war, he had been locked away in darkness. He hated Mamoru from forcing him to endure such torment and loss again and again.
Shikyuu stopped thinking about such trivial things when he felt Fiore's body changing size under his hands. He had squeezed the alien a little too hard. He had forced Fiore into his actual form. Fiore turned to the Dark Prince, blue eyes blazing. The alien was angry. Shikyuu smiled. Fiore was very beautiful when he was angry. “I said, let me go!” He swung a fist at Shikyuu's face.
The smiling price caught it. “So angry...” He slowly undid the clinched fingers. “We'll find him soon, don't you worry.” He kissed the inside of Fiore's palm. As he did so, the area around them shifted. He had teleported them back to his base of operations. A dark, dreary place, full of shadows. A truly boring place to exist, if he didn't have company. But he did. He had Fiore. The alien was his. Not Mamoru's. The Prince of Earth probably wouldn't even know what to do with a beautiful creature like the one he held here. Fiore would not go to waste on that thief.
With Fiore still in his grasp, Shikyuu started to back the alien up. The aqua haired man really had no choice but to keep backing away. He didn't want to be touched by the Dark Prince. He refused to let those pale hands taint his flesh. But he couldn't do anything about it. All Fiore could do was back up. Even that eventually stopped working. His back had found the wall.
The Dark Price looked down at his prize, possessively. He could feel the fear Fiore radiated. He could see it in those expressive light blue eyes. Fiore just pressed backwards into the stone wall. He was shaking now, his breath coming in short hitches. He could handle being in Shikyuu's presence when around civilization. Because with people around, there was less chance that the orange haired prince would try something. Fiore flinched away at the fingers in his long hair. He closed his eyes away from the tears. He wouldn't let Shikyuu see him cry. It was getting to be all too much for the alien man to handle. The hot breath on his face coming inches closer, the hands. The need coming from Shikyuu. Fear did odd things to people. Instead of standing pressed against the wall. Fiore vanished. He was there one minute and gone the next, leaving flower petals in his wake.
Shikyuu cursed. He had been so close to taking what he wanted from Fiore. He knew the exotic man had his limits. When Shikyuu had pressed the man, his Fiore had vanished again. Last time, he'd only gotten half as close. It meant he was making progress. Shikyuu smiled. He loved the fact that Fiore's mental barriers were slowly crumbling. The alien was going to give in. He wanted to look for Fiore, but it was too soon. If he pressed the alien too hard, he would destroy what he sought after. It wasn't the ownership that Shikyuu wanted, but also the thrill of the conquest that came with it. Fiore was proving to be the hardest creature Shikyuu had ever decided to collect. That earned the alien a little more respect. It also made Shikyuu want Fiore more.
Shikyuu hated waiting though. He loved to watch Fiore pining away for his damned Mamoru. He knew it was frustrating for this beautiful man to shatter again and again. With the search for Mamoru going nowhere fast, the Dark Prince was sure Fiore would eventually give up. So far, the alien had not. Heart broken, Fiore insisted that Mamoru was out there somewhere. After all, he had found the man once, it couldn't be that hard to find him again. He claimed that they had a special bond.
Shikyuu was going to sever that bond. If that meant helping Fiore find Mamoru, so be it. Because when the alien found his prince, the Dark Prince would be there waiting. “That's right, Prince of the Earth. I will make you suffer in dark loneliness like I once did. You will know the consequences of stealing something I want.” He started to laugh as he unbraided his orange hair. As he worked, he added, “And I'm going to have Fiore before the month is over. He will be mine. Body and soul.”
