Mamoru lounged in a leather chair. Four rather startled faces stared at him. He was glad they were spirits. The King was sure if Nephrite had been drinking something, he would have choked. Zoisite was struggling not to laugh. It came out an annoyingly high pitched giggle. Jadeite stood there with a blatantly amused look on his face. Kunzite was silent, face stony.
“So he kissed you, just like that? No warning. Just lays one on you?” Jadeite finally spoke, running his hands through short blond hair. Mamoru nodded, blushing.
Zoisite was now laughing outright, playing with his ponytail. “I always said that our little Mamo-chan was going to be a man's man!” Mamoru blushed even redder. He kicked himself mentally. These four should have never been involved. Now, he was going to have to endure their good natured taunting. Then he smiled. It was better that they knew now. It wouldn't be so good natured if they had found out later, on their own.
“Zoisite.” Kunzite warned.
Taking his cue from Zoisite, Nephrite joined in. “Our little Prince's all grown up and discovered boys!” The handsome brunette ruffled Mamoru's hair playfully.
“Nephrite!” The warning was harsher, but unheeded.
The short haired general couldn't help adding his barb in with the others. “So what was it like? Give us all the juicy details. I bet you did more than kiss. I bet you ---”
“QUIT IT! ALL OF YOU!” Kunzite roared. The other generals finally took the hint and shut up. Mamoru shot Kunzite a grateful look.
“Better look out, Kunzie. He might be developing a crush on --” Zoisite got the glair of death and shut up.
“So basically, you're ditching the Queen of Crystal Tokyo for a guy who's been dead for a very long time.” The only apparently level headed general said. Then he smiled and leaned forward, his long white hair falling into his face. “It's about damned time! What took you so long?”
All the generals were laughing now. A second earlier, Mamoru wanted to hug Kunzite. Now he just wanted to strangle him along with the rest of them. “Traitor!” He accused, lightly. “See if I ever tell you four anything ever again!”
The laughter was cut short as a pink haired girl entered the room. She was breathing hard. She looked as if she had just seen a ghost. And a very scary one at that. “Daddy.” She started, voice quivering.
“What is it, Chibi Usa?”
“Dead guy with bad flower... In garden... Have to get help...” She wasn't making any sense.
“What guy? Describe him, sweetie.” Mamoru had his suspicions. They were confirmed.
“Tall. Wearing white. Big cape. Light blue eyes, long aqua colored hair with two pink streaks. Pointed ears...” Chibi Usa could have gone on, but Mamoru knew who it was.
“It's okay. I'll take care of this. Tell the senshi to say out of it.” Then Mamoru was out of the room, leaving his daughter behind. As he ran he thought, “What did you do this time, Fiore?”
