Illusion Caster

The symbol on her forehead glowed as she called out, "Illusion Crystal Transform!" The air around her shone with a brilliant light. Ribbons flew around her body as she twirled around in circles, the light slowly fading. In her place stood a girl that looked identical, with a strange outfit. It was a Senshi fuku. The skirt and bow were a dark violet, her secondary color a pale shade of blue. Her brown hair hung loose around her face. She rose, holding a bow, a quiver on her back held arrows. Opening her steel blue-gray eyes, she walked toward the temple on top of a gentle hill.by Q Casciato
*******At Rei's Temple*******
"Usagi! Cut that out!" yelled a raven haired girl."But I haven't had anything to eat since lunch!" the blonde cried.
"You'll live," came the response from the other girl.
A cat walked up to the blonde girl. "You can eat after the meeting, Usagi!" scolded the cat. The girl whimpered but said nothing in return. "Now, we have to get down to business," the cat said. "Rei, has anything unusual come up in the fire recently?"
"Actually, yes," she stated. "There's someone coming. She looked like a Sailor Scout! But, in my dream, she was surrounded by...mirrors? I tried to fire at her, but it was like a trick house. It bounced off a mirror and ricocheted off whatever it was. Then, something happened. Like my power was shut off or something!" said Rei. A tall brunette stood up. "Do you have something to say Makoto?" asked the cat.
'Yes, Luna. Why else do you think I'm standing?" She took a breath. "I had a dream like Rei's. The girl looked no older than twelve! I was in the strange mirror house thing. The girl walked up to me. She wasn't taller than four feet, seven inches. She looked up at me and said, "Hello, Jupiter." It was so strange she didn't say anything else."
"Hm, I will have to think about this," said Luna.

The girl nocked an arrow. Aiming carefully, she shot at the bowl of fruit on the table of the temple. She hit it near the bottom, causing it to fly through the air and land with a crash on the ground. The scouts instantly jumped to their feet. Shouts of, "Huh? Who did that? Who's out there?" could be heard as the scouts spread out to find the source of the noise. The girl blinked before turning away and leaping on top of a building, jumping across each gap with inhuman leaps. Then again, she was anything but human.
