Well here's chapter 2 I hope you like it.
" Mom can I please go and be with Angela ? " Angela was Serena's older sister
who had eloped three years ago. Their father had never approved of the American
who stole his daughter heart. When Angela had informed her father of their
marriage he had disowned. Shortly after their fight the young couple moved to America.
Angela kept in touch with Serena sending her letters to Molly's house. Their father
had become very protective of Serena. He was afraid he was going to lose her too.
Since Serena had always looked up to Angela wanting to be just like her.
" I don't know Serena you know how your father feels about your sister, and her husband. "
Serena did know how her father felt, but she just had to leave. The scouts and
Darien were no longer speaking to her, and that was okay with her. She just felt that
if she was going to start a new life, she would have to leave her old life behind.
" Mom, I need to leave. My friends won't speak to me. I've broken up with Darien.
My grades are terriable. I just want to go somewhere, and just start over. " Irene
could tell her daughter was serious. She had noticed the changes in her daughter,
and didn't know how to help her. ' Maybe Angela can help Serena I don't seem to
be helping. I just have to convince Ken.'
" All right Serena I'll speak with your father tonight, and if he agrees will talk
about it tomorrow. Does that sound fair ? "Serena threw herself at her mother
laughing happily.
" Thank you Mom I know you can convince him." Serena ran to her room thinking
of everything she needed to. ' I can't wait to tell Molly she'll be so excited for me. If
only the girls could be happy for me then everything would be nearly perfect'
She throws herself on the bed looking up at the ceiling remembering the last time they were
together.
** Flashback **
Serena gets to the temple not sure how to tell her friends how she feels. ' This
is not going to be easy Rei will be so mad, but I have to do this.' She stands
in front of the door and takes a deep breath. ' Will here goes nothing. ' She walks
in, and sees her friends laughing and telling jokes. ' They look so happy together
I hope I'm doing that right thing.'
" Serena are you okay ? " Luna whispered getting worried. Serena just nodded her head.
" Hey guys sorry I'm late. I lost track of time. " she said sitting down next to Amy
" Better late than never Meatballhead. Your lucky we're still waiting for Darien. "
Rei said taking a cookie from the plate Lita offered the group.
" Darien going to be here I thought this was just a quick meeting. " Serena waved
the cookies away when Lita offered her one. Everyone just stared at her not sure
what was going on. As far as they knew Serena never passed on food.
" Serena are you okay ? " Mina joked trying to lossen the tension that was in
air.
" Yeah, Mina it's just . I wanted to talk to you guys about something really
important. "
" I hope you can explian to them why you broke up with me, because
I still don't understand myself. " Darien stood in the door looking at the girls
who were just staring at their leader as if she had gone crazy.
"Are you crazy Meatballhead what is going on in that head of yours !! "
Rei yelled at the blond she had consider a friend. This was not the
Serena she knew. All at once everyone started to yell at her demanding
an explantion to her sudden change of mind. Serena couldn't take the
yelling anymore.
" THAT IS ENOUGH !!! " She yelled standing up.
" If you would all stop yelling I'll tell you whats going on, but you have to give me a
chance first. " When silence finally filled the room she took a deep breath, and
sat back down.
" I've been thinking alot
" Thats a first for you . " Rei interupted. Serena just glared at her.
" As I was saying I've been thinking about my life. Every since we
found out I was the Moon Princess things started to change. So I've
decied to get my life back on track I needed to make some changes.
When you hear what I have to say you guys are going to be very mad,
but I need to this." Serena paused not knowing how to finish. Amy
seeing her friend was on the brink of tears held her hand giving it
a gental squeeze.
" Just get it out Serena where here for you."
" All right I'm quitting the Scouts." She whispered they heard her
none the less.
" WHAT DID YOU SAY !!! " they all yelled , When she didn't
answer right away everyone started to yell at once giving her a headache
She knew they would be angry, but she also hoped they would give her
a chance to explain. Even Luna was yelling at her tears were rooling down her
face, yet no one seemed to notice.
" STOP YELLING AT ME !! JUST GIVE ME A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN !! "
She had to yell to get them to notice her. She took a deep breath as silence
filled the room. Now that she had their attention she didn't know what to say.
** End Flashback **
Serena sat up and wiped the tears from her eyes. She walked to the window and looked up at the moon.
' I hope you guys can forgive me. This is just something i have to do.'
