**Ami**

I awoke before down and went to the beach with a blanket and read my book while watching the sun come
up over the watery horizon with purples, pinks, oranges, reds, and yellows. It was most spectacular thing I've
ever seen, though I'd rather watch it if someone was there with me.

I sighed and shook my head. I doubt anyone would want to get up this early anyway.

As the sun rose higher, I made my way back to camp. As I walked back to camp, I noticed that bearly any of
the other campers were up and about. I don't think I could stand sleeping in on a beautiful day like today.

I went back to the tent and tiptoed over the sleeping forms. I got into my suitcase and looked for my
bathroom items. I got my conditioner and shampoo. ... my toothbrush and toothpaste. ... oh where is that
blasted deoderant!?

"Mamo...Mamo-cha..n...mmn...Where are...you...going......?...You forgot....your..........shirt."

I blushed at the thought of what I thought Usagi was dreaming about. Mamo-chan? She must mean
Mamoru-san. I must remember to question her about it.

I pulled my deoderant and tiptoed back outside and walked towards the showers.

As I wolked closer, I saw someone familiar walk out of a shower room. It was a guy with two towels on; one
around his waist and one on his head. .... Is that...
Zoicite...?

Yes, indeed, it was Zoicite. I approached him as he approached me.

"How was the view?" he asked.

"Excuse me?" I replied.

"The sunrise, how was it?"

"Oh, the sunrise! It was spectacular!" I exclaimed.

"Next time you go... do invite me." He smiled then walked past me, on his way to the motor-home type
thingy.

"Oh...Okay," I whispered, even though no one was there to listen.

** Jadeite's Dream** ((YEAH!! so cool...))

Jadeite sat down at the dinner table in the house he grew up in. There was chandeleers hanging from
cielings, adn 7 butlers, and... you get the idea. His family was LOADED.

"Jadeite-sama, what can I get for you?" asked the. . . rather small, french, furry butler as it walked up to him.

"Yes, Misure Furby. I will have the.. umm.. Marshmellow Sooflay on page 23 in the menu," Jadeite grinned,
trying to be very... rich-like.

"Very good, Sir Jadeite." The furby waddled away. After about 7 seconds, a bunch of little Kunzites (like
the little guys in the Grinch who Stole Christmas *cartoon*) came out and handed him a plate with a round
silver lid on it.

Jadeite lifted the lid.

"No! Don't eat me!!" squeaked something. Jadeite looked around. The Kunzites had already left. No one
was there but Jadeite at a huge dinner table.

"Haha!! Once I run away, you won't be able to eat me!!"

Jadeite looked down... and giggled.

And, indeed, there on his plate were little marshmellow with Zoicite's face surrounded by veggies, all
screaming, "No, don't eat me!"

"Please... I'll do anything... Just don't eat me," pleaded a little Zoicite marshmellow.

Jadeite giggled as he picked up a Zoicite marshmellow by it's leg. (yes, people.. leg)

"NO! no,no,no,no,no,no..." cried the little Zoicite.

"Haha!" Jadeite chomped on the marshmellow.

"OUCH!" The little, squeaky voice turned very deep and masculine.

"You're very stringy, Zoicite!" Jadeite said through mashed marshmellow.

**Zoicite**

"So... thype in 3 then 7 then 8 and that should do it." I looked at the calculator I had in my hands. ... "It
says..." I grinned. "If I act like myself, then ... The More Chances She would Like Me!!" I felt a burst of
excitement burst through me.

"SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS!!!!!" I shouted. ...Don't ask.

"Misure....urb..." Jadeite mumbled as he rolled of his bed with a plop. I just shook my head and grinned.
There was a 97% chance for 'us'. As in.. Ame-chan and me. I'm so Happipy!!

I sat down on the floor right next to Jadeite and patted his head. Then turned my head and looked out the
window and sat there for the joy of sitting.

I felt a tug at my hair which was all over Jadeite's face. And it looked as if he was.... chewing on my hair.

"OUCH!!"

"You're.... very..........stringy, Zoici...." Jadeite mumbled. I pounded his head with my fist.

"BAKA!!"

**Mamoru**

Jade: "AH! Gomen! Gomen! I didn't mean it!"

Zoi: "Damare! Anata wa baka, baka, baka!"

Jade: "Gomen, gomen, gomen, gomen, gomen, gomen..."

Zoi: "My hair doesn't even RESEMBLE marshmellows!!!"

I groaned.

Jade: "gomen, gomen, gomen, gomen, gomen, gomen..."

First I wake up from the girls yacking about Usagi... And now Jadeite and Zoicite are yacking about hair
and... marshmellows? ... Ah, I don't care. They're a weird bunch of hoolagins anyway.

Kunz: *PLUMP* (kunzite fell off the top bunk above the driver's seat)

Zoi: "Ahhh! That hurt, you nin-come-poop!"

Jade: *giggle* "Kunzite's funny!!"

Kunz: "nnnn..."

Neph: "Shut up, you guys... mn.. Where'd Kunzite go...?" (Nephrite slept next to kunzite)

Jade: "hahahahaha.."

Zoi: "Minna baka,baka,baka,baka,baka,baka,baka,baka,baka,baka..."

Neph: "You guys... Some people would like to sleep..."

"I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMOOOOOOOORRRREEE!!!!!" I got up, grabbed my toiletries, and marched off to
the showers. I looked at my watch.

"AAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!"

7:30am.

**Ami**
< br> "There!" I just got all done packing for the boat today. I'm also dressed and rarin' to go. I'm wearing my blue
one-piece swimsuit, a pair of jeans, and a pair of cute sandles. Time for everyone to get up!

I tiptoed over to Minako-chan. "Mina..." I whispered. "Mina-chan..."

Minako sat up straight and puckered up.

"Kunzite-kun, <3!" she said.

"AAHHH!!" i yelped.

Minako opened her eyes. "Ah! Gomen!" I fell at ease.

"Daijoubu, daijoubu..."

**Kunzite**

"Gomen... Kunzite won't get up," said Zoicite.

"I can't wake him up today because my voice hurts from yesterday," said Minako.

"Even if he DID wake up, he couldn't get ready in time," commented Mamoru.

"Should we leave him here?" asked Reika.

"Remember what happened last night!? A dog oh the otherside of the campground got constipated
because of him!" esasperated Nephrite.

"I didn't know we had that many marshmellows!" said Jadeite.

"When can we go tubing!!?" asked Usagi.

"If we left him here, we would need to hire a babysitter," said Motoki. Heh.. a baby-sitter.

"Look! He moved!" exclaimed Usagi.

"Let's go poke him with a stick!!" suggested Jadeite. I saw in my head Zoicite shake his had towards
Jadeite.

"Hey, Motoki!! Did you see!!?" asked Jadeite.

"What?"

"Kunzite rolled off the top bed with a 'PLUMP' right on Zoicite's head! *giggle* *chuckle* It was funny!!"

"Sounds funny!!" I rolled off the bed...?

"Let's just leave him a note! The waves are calling!" said Makoto.

"Okay!"

. . . . . . . . . . .

"Bye, Kunzite-chan... Aishiter--"

"Come on, Minako-chan! We have to go!!"

"Gomen ne!"

. . . . . . *WHACK!* (door)

I opened my eyes. "Aishiteru..." Minako....

**Makoto**

I blushed slightly as Nephrite took my hand. I was in my pine green two piece with a green transparant top
over it. We are going to have so much fun today!!

"Did you get everything you need....Makiba-chan?" Nephrite asked with a tinge of nervousness in his voice.
"Makiba?" I questioned. He blushed and looked down.

**Nephrite**

"It's a name I picked for you last night. It's okay! I don't have to call you it if you don't like the name...." I said
hastily I looked away.. Now you've just made a complete fool of yourself, Nephrite, you idiot. Why'd you
think of it anyway?

"Kawaii! Did you think of it yourself?" she asked cheerfully. I looked at her and nodded my head and
grinned. She's an angel.

"Yeah, I think it suits you."

"Really?"

"Yeah..." I leaned over and kissed her temple. She's too cute.

**Usagi**

"When do we get to go tubing!?" I asked who ever was listening. This is going to be soo much fun!!

"When I get this boat moving," replied Mamoru at the driver's seat.

*BBRRR-B-B-BRRRRRRR*

"Come on!! Work!!"

"I got the snacks!!" said Ami as she got on the boat.

"I got everyone's towels!" said Reika.

"Look at that propeller..." awed Jadeite.

"It's something special, alright... I wonder how fast it can go...?" Motoki wondered.

I wonder where Makoto went...? Zoicite's on the boat reading, Ami's helping Reika get everything
organized, Mamoru's trying to get the boat starting, I'm sitting here lookin' pretty, and Jadeite & Motoki are
gazing at the propeller.

I looked around.

Big boat. Blue water. Clear skys. Brown dock. Red rope. Hot, nicely tanned Mamoru with his shirt off...
*sigh* I stopped myself.

"Mamoru's not sexy!! ..." I reasoned with myself. "Well, maybe SEXY, but..." Everyone dropped what they
were doing and looked at me dumbfounded--except Mamo-chan, whose face was red.

I giggled. "Did I just say that outloud? Eh heh...." I scratched the back of my head. Mamo-chan...? For
some reason, it's so easy just to say....

**Minako**

"Matte, matte!!" I called as everyone left for the boat. "I'm not ready yet!!" I grabbed my other shoe and put
it on without tying it. I ran as fastas I could with one shoe half-way on. I sighed a sigh of relief when I saw
they didn't leave yet.

I made my glorious way over to the dock.

*Br-br-bruuummmmmmmm*

I watched as Mamoru's oddly red face brightend as the boat's motor picked up.

"You guys!" I called. "Don't leave me behind!!"

"Umm... Mamoru, don't go.. yet..." studdered Usagi noticing me, then looked back to the ground blushing
furiously.

I smiled. Something must've happened.

I jumped on the boat and sat down next to Usagi grinning like an idiot.

"Sooo.... What happened between you and Ma-mo-ru??" I teased.

"Umm... Mamoru? ... Eheh... Nothing!" chirped Usagi.

"Now really," I said. "And that's the reason both of your faces have the resemblance of a fully ripe, moldy
apple?" Usagi gave me a wierd look.

"How can a moldy apple be ripe?" she asked.

"I asked first."

"Fine, I'll tell you later." I shrugged. Good enough.

**Motoki**

*Brummmmmmmm!!*

I looked up and saw Makoto driving a jetski with a frantic Nephrite grasping on to her as if it meant life and death, with a knee-board trailing the jetski with Rei on it.

"Hey! Look! They got it in the water!" I shouted.

"Wow, Motoki..." said Zoicite as he flipped a page.

"So much enthusiasm!" I awed with sarcasm.

I glanced over a Jadeite.

He was staring towards the jetski . . . . of BEHIND the jetski. .. hmn....

I looked at Rei then back at Jadeite.

"Jaaaaaaaadite..." I said. He kept on lookin'.

"JADEITE!" He looked at me.

"Oh, hi Motoki..." He looked back towards Rei.

"Whatcha lookin' at?" I asked bluntly.

"Isn't she something? I don't think I could ever do that..." Jadeite sighed. Ahh.. Soga... So he likes the girl. It wouldn't hurt to give him a little push, now would it? hehe...

"Yeah, she's a pro!" I said. "Did you know she's a Shinto priestess in training too?" Jadeite's eyes widend--obviously impressed.

"Honto!?"

"Yeah! She can read fire's and everything!"

"Golly, she sure is talented...!" Jadeite's eyes went glassy. "Do you think she could ever fall for a guy like me...?" Hohoho... Time to get the jealousy goin'...

"Well, actually..." I started. "You might have a little competition."

**Jadeite**

"Competition?" I questioned.

Motoki nodded his little furry head of his. "Competition," he comfirmed.

"At the Hikawa Shinto Shrine..." he began.

"She works at the Hikawa Shrine!!!?" I asked or more like interupted.

"Yeah, why?"

"The Hikawa Shrine is just down the street from my old house!!" I exclaimed. This was too perfect.

"Like I was saying," he continued. "They hired this musision dude by the name of 'Kumuda Yuuichirou'..." He looked as if he was telling me a secret.

"Yuuichirou?" I repeated.

"Yuuichirou," he stated. "Well, anyway, 'Yuuichirou' has somewhat of a rather small crush on our precious 'Rei-chan'."

My heart raced frantically.

"D-does she l-like him back-k...?" I asked, almost afraid of the answer. Almost.

"Not to my knowledge." Relief flew through me. "But, if she starts having attraction for him now... Jade," he said as he put his arm around my neck. "You'll be fried chicken."

"I gotta hurry!!" I announced.

"Go get her, Loverboy." Motoki patted me on the back.

I WILL get her.

....

I will.

**Makoto**

"Could you slow it d-down just a tiny bit?" whimpered the frightened Nephrite. I smiled and turned my head so he'd hear me.

"How could you possibly say that when Rei-chan is having this much fun!?" I asked. I love it when a guy's scared. They're always so cute! <3

"Sorry," he grumbled. He looked back at Rei.

"Whooooo!!" I heard Rei yell. I glanced back at her for a brief second.

Rei gave me a thumbs up, signalling me to go faster.

Nephrite groaned. I grinned, as I pressed down on the throttle.

A blush stained my cheeks, and my grin widend as Nephrite's arms tighted around my waist.

**Mamoru**

Usagi seem quiet since. . . let's just say her little slip of the tongue.

so she thought I was physically attractive, ne? It's not like it's a big deal anyway, right? I think 'she's' physically attractive. So attractive that every time she walks past me, my hormones start going as if they were running a marathon.--Not that I'd admit it or anything.

I wonder if anything could happen between us...? Hey, it's a possibility.

"Who wants to go tubing?" I said as cheerfully as possible--failing miserably.

"Tubing!?"

"Tubing!?" Usagi and Minako's eyes glimmered and grins wide.

Reika stood up and got two tubes outand plopped them in the water.

"Well, hop in!" she said cheerfully--making me look like a clown. Usagi and Minako smiled.

"Thanks!!" they said in unison.

"Welcome!"

I watched as both Usagi and Minako peeled off their over shirts. My eyes were on Usagi, of course.

She gracefully slid her shirt up over her head and dropped it carelessly at her feet.

I silently gawked unnoticed. She held an amazing body. A beautifully flat stomach. Absolute feminine curves. I never knew a creature that could even compete with such beauty.

She wore a simple sky-blue bikini that showed her innosence no mercy. I suddently felt very guilty. There's a simple phrase, "robbing the cradle," that will do this situation justice. I turned my head in shame of myself. The girl is only 14!! I sighed.

I heard two plunk's and knew Usagi and Minako were on the tubes with their life-jackets, About 30 seconds later...

"READY!!" And there was my que.

About an hour and a half later, here we are/ Rei was off taking Jadeite jetskiing, Makoto was swimming with Ami, Motoki, Nephrite, and Minako. The boat was parked at a sandbar in the middle of the gigantic lake. Zoicite was focusing on Ami...or was that his book? I can't tell... Reika was getting tready for lunch and Usagi was laying down getting a tan. And as for me...? I was trying to fight the urge to kiss her to death... To hell with 'robbing the cradle'!!

She looked so vulnerably lying there.... Her body was so tempting, it was hurting inside. The urge to kiss her was growning every second. her beautiful eyes were closed and it looked as if she was asleep. Maybe I should...?

I stopped myself. This was Odango Atama! I can't kiss her! Even if she was the most gorgeous girl you've ever layed eyes on! What would she think!!? She hates me!! ... And evil grin appeared on my lips. Yeah, but she's asleep. What she doesn't know can't hurt her, right? I looked around to see if anyone was watching. Phew... The coast was clear.

I nervously stood up from the driver's seat, and walked my stupid way over to the sleeping beauty.

**Usagi**

I layed back in the sun letting the rays soak into my skin. I know it's bad for me, but I'm not going to attract any guys with a pale body am I? How am I going to attract guys period? It's not like guys are attracted to a klutzy, ditzy, scrawny, stupid, junior high student like me. I sighed. The right guy will come at the right time, I guess. someday...

The next thing I knew somethin... very soft was massaging my lips. My eyes fluttered open. Somthing I did NOT expect to see. Nope. Not at all. I saw Mamoru's closed eyes and his flushed cheeks. His silky hair was tickling my forhead. He must think I'm asleep. Okay. Act asleep.

HOW FUNNY!!

**Mamoru**

Oh gods... This feels so right, but it's so wrong! I can't explain it. Like I finally found something that I was missing my entire life. Like Usagi was alway supposed to be this close to me. It probably sounds stupid...

I parted from Usagi and kissed her chin, then her jaw, then her... abnormally hot cheek, then her nose and right back to her tender lips. If only she was awake.

I parted from her wonce more, only this time I was planning on going back to my seat.

My eyes widend as a pair of arms pulled me back down. Usagi pulled my face about and inch away from hers.

She smiled and I blushed.

"Why'd you stop?" she asked. Without hesitation, she kissed my lips back down to hers. I was dumbfounded. Then relization stuck me. SHE WAS AWAKE!!! My face grew very warm.

What the hell... I continued to kiss her.

**Motoki**

I laughed as someone splashed me.

"Tokyo!" I called with my hand over my eyes, and the other feeling where I was headed.

"Honshu!" everyone called back. I could tell Minako was infront of me because I heard her scream. I suddenly dived for her and touched her ankle.

"Haha! Gotcha!!" I laughed. I did the Motoki victory dance. by never the less.... me!

"Ah! Noo... Yareyare..." she mussed. She dunked her head underwater and her fingers counted down from five.

"Pssssst!!! Motoki!!!"

I turned around and looked at Reika who was on the boat with a forgotten piece of meat in her hands. She looked as if she'd seen a ghost.

"Nani? Nani? What is it!?" I wonder what happened.

She made the motion to come hither. I walked over and peered in over the side of the boat. My eyes buldged.

"Haha!" I said in a sing song voice. Makoto saw my stated and camed over to look in. A grin appeared on her face.

"Ne, ne!! You guys!!" she whispered/called. They stopped playing Japanese Marco Polo and looked at her.

"Mamoru and Usagi are totally decking it out!!"

Nephrite's eyes gleamed. "Don't let them kill eachother 'till I get there!"

"That's not what I ment." Makoto looked at the ravishing couple.

"I know it!" said Minako. "I told you! Didn't I tell you? I TOLD you!!"

Nephrite came over. "Aw, you DAWG, Mamoru, you DAWG!"

Ami looked speechless.

Nephrite shook his head. "Man, this is HARDCORE!"

Zoicite looked up from his book, smiled, and continued to read his ever-so-interesting book.

"Umm... Lunch time?" said or rather asked Reika. Gotta love her!

**Jadeite**

"So.. um, Rei?" I asked nervously as her hair fwipped in my face. "I heard you work at a Shinto shrine?"

She turned her head and smiled. "Yeah, you should drop by sometime!"

"Maybe I will!" I said.

"Yeah, you might want to watch out for Yuuichirou's terrible singing though..." she said with a giggle. My heart sank.

"Y-yuuichirou...?" I asked. She nodded.

"Yeah, he works at the shrine with me and my grandfather."

"I-is he your boyfriend...?" I asked nervously. Rei's grin only widend more. I knew it. She likes him. Is there no hope for me at all!? I tried to put on a smiling face. At least we could be friends... At least... at least she's happy....

"HAH! Me and that... that... that BAKA... a couple!?" she asked through giggles. Wha...? Baka..?

"Like I'd ever date anyone THAT pathetic!" Rei smiled as she drove up to the boat because it look like lunchi was almost ready. Pathetic?

"What's going on...?" she asked. I wonder if I'm pathetic...? Usagi and Mamoru both sat in the boat and blushing while being questioned by the group.

Rei pulled up next to the boat and tyed it up and hopped out.

"Rei!" I called. She turned around and smiled. "Of course not, Silly!"

**[lunchie time]**

**Rei**

I can believe how cute Jadeite is! I think any feeling I had for MAmoru I had a minute ago just vanished. How can I love such a cold, independant person over such a cute, open guy like Jadeite?

I think I really like him. Just the thought of being with him makes my insides all nice and warm. Just the way he held onto me on the jetski; so gentle... *sigh*

"Rei?" asked Usagi. I blinked, then looked towards Usa-chan.

"Yeah?"

"Are you going to eat that?" I looked at my turkey sandwich that Reika had made for me.

"Why, do you want it?"

"Well-umm...yeah." She nodded her head. I smiled.

"Well, if you want; take it!" I said cheerfully... Her eyes widend and grew glassy.

"R-really...?" she asked. I grinned. She really is a good friend.

"yup!"

"THANKYOU!! Itadakimasu!" She wolfed it down. For some reason, I had the urge to pat her on the head.

Usagi turned from me and faced Jadeite.

"Yeah, but if the Zoicite's had arms and legs, they could have run away easily!"

Jadeite crossed his arms. "Jeez, Usagi..." he said. "It was just a dream.."

"But, still!" Usagi took a bite of her melon.

Jadeite is just REALLY cute!

**Usagi**

Mina: "How long has this been going on??"

Ami: "I would have never guessed..."

Rei: "Why wasn't I here to see this!!?"

Jade: "hehehe... Mamoru's blushing."

Zoi: "Jeez, you guys... leave 'em alone..."

Reika: "Mamoru, isn't she a little young...?"

Mamo: "Well--you see..uhh...err.."

Neph: puts his arm around mamoru's neck "Now, what you want to do is buy her flowers--gotta be roses, chicks dig roses--and buy her chocolates--chicks dig chocolates too!"

Mako: "I wonder what Kunzite's doing right now...?"

Kunz: at camp "Whistle while you work! *whistle,whistle*" has an apron and a funny lookin' cleaner lady hat on while holding a duster thingy-ma-jig in his hand dusting away.

Rei: "Usagi, you have the WORST timing!! You could have waited until I got here first!!"

Mina: "Wasn't that your first kiss...?"

Ami: "Such a deep kiss for a first one..*blush,blush*"

Me[usagi]: "You guys! Lay off!! It was just a fluke!"

Mamo: "A....fluke?"

Kunz: drops his duster thingy-ma-jig. "a FLUKE!!?!?!?!?" [an:Hey! You're not in this scene!! Go AWAY!!! ...baka...]

Mina: "Oh...Well, if it's was just a FLUKE then...."

Mako: "Well, a fluke..."

Ami: "Oh... then nevermind."

Rei: "Then, that's okay..."

I breathed a sigh of relief. It WAS just a fluke, right? Well, by any means, a....very.....tasteful fluke.

**Mamoru**

Just a fluke.

I turned to do a doughnut for Jadeite on the knee board.

I am so STUPID. Why did I march my ass over there and kiss her!? I WAS kind of surprised that she was AWAKE...and she kissed me BACK.

OF COURSE she'd say it was a mistake! I mean... I would say it was a mistake if I were her... God, I'm stupid...I

Someone tapped my shoulder.

"Huh?" Zoicite pointed his thumb behind his back.

"Uh... Jadeite fell off like 2 minutes ago..."

"Kuso." GOD! I'm an idiot. I turned the steering wheel around and, indeed, far off in the distance was a mop of blonde hair and a white knee board.

As we neared Jadeite, I noticed his face was sour.

"Some friend YOU are..." Kami-sama ... I am an idiot. I am stupid. I am an idiot. I am stupid. I am an idiot. ...

After a lot of perswading, everyone FINALLY got Zoicite to put down his book and hit the waves on the tube.

Everyone was watching with delight as Zoicite held on frantically onto the tubes handles.

"Go faster, Mamoru!" said Minako with and evil grin.

"Yeah!! Faster!!" agreed Makoto with a glint in her eye. I sighed as I pushed the throttle up.

Zoicite's eyes filled with fright.

"Make him flip!" chirped Usagi.

"Oh that'd be funny!! Make him flip!!" said Rei.

"I'll try," I hesitated.

"I dunno if we're ever going to see this again," awed Nephrite.

"Too bad Kunzite's not here..." said Ami as she watched Zoicite in worry.

"You know your right!!" announced Jadeite as he stood up and pulled out his disposable camera. "Definately a Kodak moment!"

The girls giggled and Nephrite grinned and well... Motoki and Reika were involved with something else.

**Zoicite**

"SLOW DOWN!!!!"

"SLLLOOOWWW DOWWWWWNNN!!!!!!!!!" I dont think they here me.

A huge wave it the tube sending me flying. "DYAAAA!!!!"

HAHA!! I'm still on!! .... W-what? A-are they laughing!!? I'll show them... I won't fall of this thing. They won't even know what hit 'em.. heheh..

"hahahahaha--EEEEEEEE!!" ...damn waves. How can they call this fun? It's more like suicide.

What's that in Jadeite's hands...? Could it be.....?

"KYAAAAHHHH!!!" ...that's going to leave a mark....

**FLASH**

A camera.... Should've known. I must look like a geek. Just.... my.... luck.

**Usagi**

I walked along the side of a secret, wild rose garden I had found earlier. Roses are so pretty....

I touched a petal with my index finger tip. So soft...

I heard a snap of a twig behind me. I held my breath Someone's here! I turned around.

I sighed. "Oh, it's just you..."

"What do you mean by that?" he countered.

"Oh, well.. I thought it was going to be some psycho 'er somthin'.." I replied.

"How do you know I'm not a psycho?" he challenged.

"That's not funny," I warned. He laughed.

"So... What are you doing here?" he asked me.

"I was about to ask you the same question," I replied. He put on that lop-sided grin that I ever-so-much adore.

"I asked first." I sighed.

"I was just on a walk.... Please answer your part now."

Mamoru stepped forward. "I came here last night after you went to sleep."

"Oh." A twilight draft overcame us. I shivered slightly as the dreadful goosebumps engulfed my body.

Mamoru's out-of-character shy eyes embraced me. "Uh... It's cold... Here." He handed me his icky green jacket that he seems to enjoy wearing.

I looked off to the side. "uhh... thanks." I took the jacket and slipped it on. It was really warm and comfy and it really smelled good. No wonder he likes it so much.

He walked past me running his fingers on the rose petals on his way. "So... How'd exactly did about 20,000 yen suddenly disappear from my pocket?"

"What?"

"How'd the boat sink?" he stated bluntly.

"Oh. That."

**Flashback**

"Yo, Motoki! I'm getting kind of hungry; can you take over for a bit?" Mamoru asked as he stood up.

"Hey, sure! Just a second." Motoki stuffed the res of the sandwich in his mouth. He sat in the driver's seat as Mamoru sat next to the cooler happily making a sandwich of his own.

Usagi noticed Motoki and walked over to him.

"Motoki-onii-san??" she asked innocently.

Knowingly, Motoki said, "Yeeesss?"

Usagi looked down and pretended to kick dirt when in reality there was only carpet. "Well, I was wondering..."

"Yes?"

"If...you know..."

"No, not really."

"If I could try driving--Just this once!" she added quickly. Motoki sicked as he looked into Usagi's pleading eyes.

"I suppose... But, make it quick though." Usagi's eyes brightened as she hugged Motoki.

"Thanks a bunch, 'Nii-chan!"

"Yareyare..."

**Usagi**

"Well, now that you mention it... It's quite a funny topic, really." I took a step back.

"Is it really?" He took a step forward. "That's funny because it didn't seem that funny to me..."

"Well, uh... You see..." How am I going to get myself out of this one?

Yes, I'm listening..." I GOT IT!!

"Yeah, well, Motoki let me drive, right? So it was really cool and I was like, 'This is really cool!' and so I was having fun, ya know?"

Mamoru crossed his arms. "And the boat sunk how...?"

"THEN!" I jumped and stoke a pose. "All of a sudden! A green monster with bright orange spots jumped out!! And I was like, 'AAHH!!' but then he said that he was a nice monster and so I was like, 'Okay!' and he asked if he could drive and I was like, 'Sure funny lookin' nice monster!' and so he drove the boat into a huge rock." I grinned, proud of myself. It could happen!

Although, Mamoru's usually expressionless face showed me otherwise.

"Sure and I'm and ostrich," he said sarcastically. I looked down and cradled a blossom in my hands.

"I knew you were a bit different from the start, but I would have never of guess you were an ostrich or something..."

"It's called sarcasm."

"oh."

"Please continue with your interesting story," he said as he tapped his foot. Jeez, he looks so cute like that! <3 I blushed and looked down.

"You mean you don't believe me?" I asked as I looked up at him through my batting eyelashes.

"You could say that."

I sighed.

"Okay..." I regretably looked up into his eyes. "To tell you the truth... I was the big green poka-dotted monster..."

He looked puzzled. "You were... what!??"

"I was driving..."

**Flashback**

"Wow! Motoki-onii-chan sure is nice!" Usagi mussed. She turned the wheel to the right, then to the left, then to the right again.

Rei grabbed her sandwich from the front of the boat and squeezed through the passage to the back accidentally bumping Usagi's arm causing her to turn it farther to the right.

Usagi yelped as her arm jerked to the right causing the boat to go straight into a big rock. "Oops?"

"It's okay, Usagi-chan. Things like this happens... I'll take it from here," said a calm Motoki.

"Okay." Usagi backed off.

As Motoki was trying to fix the problem, Mamoru ....

"What on Earth happened here!!?" asked a steemed Mamoru.

**End of Flashback**

**Usagi**

I looked down shamefully. "And that's how the boat sank. ... I'm sorry."

I felt Mamoru cock my head up with his and under my chin.

"Thankyou for telling the truth. It means more than you can imagine." He grinned. I was speachless.

"I...uhh...You well...your welcome."

"Usa... can you tell me one thing?" he asked; his eyes soft.

I gently nodded. "Was it really just a fluke...?"

"Um.. that? ...I...uh....you...um...what I mean to say is....is..."

"Okay, now whar are you two love-birds doin' way out here?" someone asked as he wrapped his arms around our shoulders.

"Motoki?!!?" Mamoru and I said in unison.

"Hey!" Motoki giggled.

"Wh-what are you doing here!?" I stumbled out.

"Well, Reika baby told me to go find you guys and tell that suppers' ready, but I happened to be lucky to find both of you at the same time! It's just like those 2 for 1 bargains at the store!!"

Mamoru and I sweatdropped..

Same ol' Motoki.

I stared at the spagetti on my plate as I played with my fork.

Questions filled my head. Mostly about today's issues. About a certain dark-headed man.

Like, for example, what he thought about my slip of the toungue this morning, or why he kissed me, why I responded, or what he ment by 'it means more than you can imagine,' or WHY he cared if it was a fluke or not or WHY Im really wasting my time thinking about him when I COULD be eating the spagetti that Reika made us. Aren't we supposed to hate eachother? Yeah. I dislike Mamoru. I dislike Mamoru. Why is that so hard to say...?

"I can't believe I'm saying this to you of all people, but aren't you going to eat your spagetti, Usagi-chan?" asked Makoto. "Cold food doesn't taste the best."

I looked up at Makoto who was sitting next to me. "I'm not really hungry right now. I'm going to bed."

About 12 forks fell out of hands at that moment.

"Usa-chan... If you ever need to talk, I'm always here. You know that, right?" My eyes softened. I nodded.

"Of course, thankyou." I stood up.

"Are you sure you're going, Usagi-imoto-chan?" asked Motoki. "You're going to miss the campfire."

"Thanks, Motoki-onii-chan, but I'm pretty tired. It's been a long day for me."

"I BET!" said Jadeite.

Nephrite hit Jadeite upside the head.

"oooww..."

"Goodnight Usagi-chan."

"Well, anyway, Zoicite," continued Jadeite as he rubbed his head. "It was sooo funny because were like so small and had such a tiny voice! And then you were like, 'HELP! Don't eat me!' But I ate you anyway!! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!!"
"He's been telling us this story all day..." said Kunzite as he rested his head on his hand which was propped up by his elbow.

Zoicite put two fingers on his temple and rolled his eyes.

"Jeez, Jadeite... you're pathetic."

Jadeite's face paled.

"Actually, I think it's a funny dream!" remarked who else? Motoki, of course! "Don't worry, man! I'm here ta saport ya!" Motoki patted Jadeite on the back. "Right Jadeite?" ..... "Jadeite?"

"Was it something I said...?" asked Zoicite.

"Jadeite! You look like you've seen a ghost!" commented Nephrite.

"More like you look like one!" Motoki cornilly joked. "Hohoho... I'm such a jokester!"

Zoicite just rolled his eyes.

"Woah, Jadeite, are you okay?" asked Makoto.

"Pathetic..? That sounds familiar..." commented Rei.

"Sould I call a doctor?" asked Reika.

"I think he'll be alright," said Kunzite.

"Look! He's trying to say something!" Minako shouted.

"...I-I...a-am...pa....the...ti...c." Jadeite's eyes were unfocused.

"I think he needs to lay down..." observed Ami touching his forehead.

"Come on Jadeite... time for beddie-bye!" Kunzite helped Jadeite out of his chair.

"Bed-die... bye.."

Mamoru took a sip of his milk.

"Well, that certainly was interesting."
