~~**Chapter One**~~

Earth. What a charming little planet, so full of life. This vibrant world with all of its inhabitants, the various creatures of land, air, and sea. Its luscious, green valleys, tall, dense forests, wide, open oceans, and gigantic mountains. With its weak, pathetic humans, and their protectors, the…what are they, the Sailor Senshi?

Yes, the Sailor Senshi. Now there was a cute little group, if there ever was one. The protectors of love and justice. In the name of the Moon, I will punish you! Oh, what a sight they all are, in their sailor suits. It's too bad they won't live to see another day.

Ami walked quickly down the street leading to the Hikawa Jinja. The cool night breeze tickled her face as the stars winked at her in the sky.

She and the girls were getting together for a study session, if you could call it that. They never really actually studied. They usually just ended up gossiping about the hot guy they saw at school, or the weird, creepy kid that sat in the corner, mumbling to himself. Ami grinned. Even though they never got anything done, she still enjoyed going there.

Her smile quickly turned into a frown, however. She could feel something. Someone was following her. Someone with unusually negative energy. Ami spun around, only to receive a powerful blow to the side of her face that sent her flying. She landed, sprawled on the pavement, tears welling up in her eyes. She tried moving her jaw, which only caused a jolt of pain to shoot through her head.

Ami franticly looked around to see her attacker run at her with a speed she had never seen before in a youma, for it was, indeed, a youma. It was very tall, and very ugly. Its skin was a yellowish green color. It had a nasty, slimy look to it. Its black eyes glinted with malice, and a sharp toothed grin was plastered on its face.

Ami instinctively dove to her right, but her assailant seemed to know what was coming and caught her in the ribs with its legs. She grunted as all the wind was knocked out of her. She fell backwards onto the ground and tried to inhale, but the youma wrapped one of its slimy hands around her neck, cutting off her air.

The youma lifted Ami off the ground, never loosening its iron grip. She kicked and struggled, but it held firm. Everything began to go out of focus. Ami tried desperately to breath, but the monsters gross hand would not allow it. Oh gods, she thought, not like this.

The creature brought its face close to Ami's. Its hot breath blew against her face as it laughed its high, wicked laugh. Her last thought was of her friends, sitting around a table, smiling and laughing. She had failed her princess, and now she was going to die. She gave one last attempt to hit the youma before everything went black.

The youma snorted and dropped the girls' lifeless body onto the cement. These Sailor Senshi were just like any other human. They died too quickly. It was going to be so easy killing the rest….

Authors Note: See, I told you it wasn't going to be a nice story. I warned you, but did you listen to me, no. Oh well, it's your fault.

I'm just kidding. Now, if you would be so kind as to review and tell me what you think.
