Usagi sat on her bed, looked out her window, and gazed up at the stars. She was looking for something, but she just could not find it.stars twinkled, but not the one she wanted.“Usagi-chan, are you alright?” Luna said, as she jumped up on the bed and crawled into the girls lap.The young girl hugged the cat close to her chest, ruffling the cat’s fur.“Oh, Luna.”Tears started to stream down her cheeks, the moonlight catching the wetness making it sparkle. “No, I’m not alright.could he do this to me?all that we have been through and what of our destiny, does that mean nothing to him?”Luna let Usagi hug her close until the girls tears faded a little.“Usagi-chan, I don’t know.the whole destiny thing was too much for him to handle.the two of you just wasn’t meant to be.”She was finally let loose, so she jumped down onto the bed beside the girl.“Mamo-chan, why?”flopped back onto her pillow, almost landing on the little black cat.jumped out of her way.She looked out the window one more time, “He will never come back to me, will he Luna?will never know how much I love him?”turned her back to the window, wrapped her arms around her stomach, and cried.“I don’t know, but I hope one day he will.” Luna curled up beside the girl and listened to her sobs until she fell asleep.+++A few days later, Usagi walked through the park. There were so many memories here.This is where Mamoru had asked her to marry him; this is where he broke up with her.many good and bad things had happened here.watching where she was going she stepped on a can.slipped and fell down onto her knee, scraping it.“Damn, just my luck.”sat down on her butt and started to cry.knee hurt, her pride hurt, she felt sick, and she just hated her life right at this moment.Just then strong arms came around her and lifted her effortlessly to her feet.“Tears don’t suit you, Odango.”she looked up into the most beautiful azure eyes she had ever seen.His face was so handsome, and his black hair flowed in a ponytail behind him.had aged a couple of years, but it only made him more handsome.“Seiya.”yelped, and threw her arms around his neck, she hugged him as tightly as she possibly could.“Oh Seiya, I missed you, so much.”“I missed you to.”held her small frame in his arms.“Now you tell me what these tears are about, and I don’t think that they are just over your scrapped knee.”He led her over to a bench so that they could sit down, and he handed her a handkerchief to dry the tears.“So much has happened since you all left.and …”Seiya stopped her.“I don’t want to hear about everyone else, I want to know about you.”He put his arm around her and slid her close to him; he could feel her body tremble.“How are you doing?”She looked up at him, tears burned in her eyes.could not lie to him, so she told him everything.“After we defeated Galaxia, everything seemed to be going great.finished up High School, and I am going to go to college.”laughed a little, “Even a Princess needs and Education.decided to get his doctors degree here in but things just didn’t seem right between us.honestly don’t believe that we fell out of love with each other.” Her shoulders trembled a little, so he held her a little closer.“I don’t understand.thought that the two of you had a destiny, a destiny to be the King and Queen of ”“Yes, we did, but something happened.We loved each other; we just were not in love with each other.tried to stay together, because of our destiny. A week ago I found out that I am pregnant.I told him he left me. He broke up with me, here in this park.”Usagi turned to look up at him, and he looked down into her eyes.tears that welled up in her eyes, made them even bluer.“I’m so sorry, Odango.”found her to be just as beautiful as the day he first saw her.Her hair is a little longer, her body is a little more filled out, but her eyes still held that wide eyed wonder.still was so innocent, even after everything that she has been through.“Everyone wanted to kill him.It took everything I had to keep Haruka and Makoto from finding him and beating the life out of him.”laughed a little.“But you see the thing is, I don’t blame him.Yes it hurts that he left me like this, but I think I hurt him too.see, he knew, everyone knew that I was in love with someone else.was the only one who was oblivious to it.”“Who were you in love with?”Seiya asked in shock.Usagi placed her hands on his face.“You, I fell in love with you.”“Me?”jumped up from the bench.“Yes you.”stood up and faced him.“I fell in love with you a long time ago, and I was too much of a damn fool not to know it.else knew it, just not me.”streamed down her cheeks.turned his back to her.“And you were in love with me.I was so caught up in my fairy tale of a destiny I did not see it.did not see you.that I know, now that you are here, I am pregnant.am pregnant, with no father, and no husband.”She sat hard back down on the bench, and lowered her head in shame.“Now you probably hate me.”A minute passed, but it seemed like an eternity.cried, tears ran down her face, and dripped onto her hands.Soft warm hands lifted her face.looked up into his eyes.did not see the hate or blame that she expected, but pure love.pulled her up into his arms.“Oh, my Odango, I would never hate you.All I have for you, all that I will ever have for you is love.”kissed her on her lips, and she kissed him back deeply.“You would have me, even like this?” “Yes, even like this.”slid his hand over her stomach, she could feel the warmth if his hand on her skin.“Would you marry me, Usagi?”She kissed him again, long and hard.had so many emotions that radiated from her, and flowed into him.“Yes, yes, yes.” “Yes.”a voice from behind them.She broke away from him.“Seiya, why are you here?”“Huh? I’m here, because you are here.” “No, why are you here in not on your planet?”He just smiled at her.“Let’s just say that I got a message from a little black cat that said that you needed me.”hugged her back to him.“Does it matter?”Several feet away nine sets of eyes eagerly watched them.fought to see and hear what was going on.
