Sailor Moon Fan Fiction ❯ Rude Teacher Learns A Lesson ❯ One-Shot
Serena sighed, looking around the room. She had finished her work. Apparently, she was only the second one done. Glancing at the clock, she saw that she still had over a hour left of class. She could hardly wait to get out of there! She was only thankful that this was the last class of the day.
Soon she would be out of this school and in the arms of her beloved. They were hardly ever apart anymore. They had gone through so much, and Serena was only in 9th grade.
Her boyfriend knew how much she hated this class and he did everything he could to make it more bearable for her.She took out her notebook and began to write a poem about her boyfriend. A knock came at the door and the teacher groaned. Rising slowly from her seat at the computer, she grumbled, "Why don't they just leave me alone while I'm teaching?"
Serena rolled her eyes. *Teaching? Yeah, if you call sitting on your butt and playing computer games teaching* she thought.
She heard the teacher squeal. "Ooh! For me? I wonder who could have sent them to me?"
Curiously, Serena looked up. The teacher was squeezing a large, white stuffed rabbit that held a crescent-shaped box of chocolates in its paw. The girl holding a vase of roses and two balloons (one red and shaped like a heart saying 'I Love You', the other a silver crescent moon saying in pink swirling letters 'To my rabbit of the moon') shook her head. "Um... Actually, they're for Serena Tsukino."
The teacher frowned. "S-Serena? Not...for me?" Angrily, she threw the stuffed bunny at Serena who agilely caught it. The girl walked over and placed the other things gently on her desk. "You must have a pretty great boyfriend to buy all that stuff for you," she remarked.
Serena smiled and nodded. "I do."
As the door closed behind the girl, Serena smelled the blood-red roses and took out the card. Before she could open it, however, it was snatched from her hands. She looked up to see the teacher standing over her, smiling smugly. "Let's see what your boyfriend has to say, eh?" she said.
Ripping open the envelope, she took out the card. "My dearest Serena," she began.
"That's mine!" Serena protested, grabbing at the card, but the teacher moved so that she could not touch it.
" 'I thought I'd cheer you up and let you know that Serenity is coming back through the Time Portal with Sailor Pluto to visit you. Tomorrow at five. I know that you'll like this idea, so I thought I'd let you know while you're in that torturous class. I'll see you after school, my love. Darien.' " The teacher raised an eyebrow and looked at her. A smirk spread over her face. "You think you know the Sailor Scouts?" she laughed.
Serena glared at her and snatched the card from her hand. "You might be my teacher, and I might have to listen to you, but you have no right to read my personal things!"
The teacher looked at her and frowned. "Sit down! One more outburst out of you and I'll send you to the office!"
Serena sat down, seething quietly. "You're going to pay for that!" she whispered.
The teacher sat at her computer, playing a game, oblivious to the angry thoughts of the young girl.

Serena relaxed in Darien's arms, a contented smile on her face. It was midnight, her mother had just gone back with Pluto. "Now, how about we talk about this teacher? You said you didn't want to talk about it while your mother was here, but she's gone. Do you want me to do something?" Darien asked.
She smiled. "I don't know... She deserves us to frighten her badly, but I don't know..."
"What's there not to know? Either we scare her half to death, or let her insult you some more."
Serena sighed. "I know, but... Well, I just hate her so much... She's always on my case, always in everybody's private business..."
"So, we scare her into thinking that Tuxedo Mask is out to get her?"
Serena grinned wickedly as she looked at him. "Let's scare her so bad that she'll never look at people's things again."
They talked long into the night, forming a plan.

The next day, Serena sat in class, watching the smug teacher. Glancing at her watch, she smiled. 2:01. Time for the plan to begin.
A knock sounded on the door and the teacher sighed. Rising, she opened the door. Her mouth gaped open and she stumbled back, her eyes wide. "Y-you're... I mean..." she stuttered.
Tuxedo Mask sighed. "Yes, I am. I'm here because I want to talk to you."
"M-me?" the woman squeaked. "Oh, of course! About...our date."
The teacher smiled smugly, looking back at the students seated in their desks. She had said that to make the students jealous and, perhaps, to respect her more.
"Lady--actually you can't be called a lady--you are a fat cow with no respect for anyone and to just think of a date with you makes me sick!"
The teacher stared at him and glanced back at the class as they began to laugh. "Be quiet!" she snapped.
"Madame, I think you should be careful who you snap at. I'm here to tell you that you had better leave your students alone. You are here to teach, nothing more. Snatching private things from your students can get you fired," Tuxedo Mask said.
The teacher looked at him nervously. "O-of course." she stuttered.
He frowned. "You had better remember that."
Turning on his heel, he stalked out. The students talked together, each speculating why Tuxedo Mask had been there. Serena smiled to herself. That teacher wouldn't be bothering her anymore.

After school, Serena hugged Darien. "I liked the way you handled that teacher."
He smiled. "It was easy. She's nothing but a coward."
Walking down the street, hand in hand, they knew that the teacher would never bother students again for fear of Tuxedo Mask's wrath. Serena grinned as she walked down the street with her prince.
