Will Rini see Helios again? And what is her father so upset about?
This is my first fanfic ever. I am a published writer though. Please review and let me know if I did alright. Should I keep doing this kind of stuff??

Rini sat at the breakfast table in her robe staring out the paned window at the beautiful morning. Unlike the previous week, which was stormy and cloudy, today was clear and sunny. The people of the moon could view the Earth perfectly today. Endymion and Serenity were on either side of her. Endymion was reading the Millenium while Serenity was sipping her tea. Rini only looked up from her breakfast when she heard her father's paper crinkle loudly as he tried to fold it up again, unsuccessfully. After a few moments of the loud interruption, he noticed the other two looking at him. He gave up and put the paper on the table and started to get up.
"Well, its time for me to be going I suppose." He announced.
"Where are you going papa?" Even though Rini was a teenager of 17 she still called her father "papa"
"Oh, I just have to run some errands on Earth. G'bye Small Lady." He gace her a kiss on the forehead and walked around to his wife and said playfully, "See ya, Odango-Chan!" And then he walked out of the room.

"Hmm…I wonder what kind of errands a king has to run?"
At this though, Rini reached to the side of her bed and grabbed LunaSphere.
"LunaSphere, can you sow me what Papa's doing right now?"
LunaSphere's Eyes became fuzzy and then focused in on a picture. It was King Endymion. Although the background was very fuzzy, Rini thought it looked like a palace garden with only white flowers and vines all over columns.
"But Papa said he was going to go to Earth today? This doesn't look like Earth. Wait, who's that he's talking to?"
Although she could not hear what he was saying, she could tell that her father was carrying on a very animated conversation with someone next to him. He looked very worried. She tried to make out who it was he was talking to but they were very hard to see. They were wearing nothing but white and they were very pale. White and very pale…
"Helios!" Rini said out loud. Then her father turned away from Helios to leave. "No Papa, don't go yet!" But the picture had disappeared. Endymion was on his way back home. LunaSphere had lost the visual. Rini just collapsed back on her bed and lied their thinking about the image see had just seen until she drifted off to sleep.

"Helios….I'll see you again, right?"
"Of course….Maiden." Helios said as he mounted his Pegasus. "I'll be looking forward to it."
Rini stared into his deep blue eyes, lost in the moment. Tears welled in her eyes.
"From the bottom of my heart." He said
"Helios! It's a promise! I'll come see you again! Some time in the future. When I become a true lady."
Then suddenly, Rini awoke on her floor with a throbbing pain in her head. She had fallen out of her bed, yet again…

The rest of her day was pretty uneventful. She read a few mangas. Went to her daily lessons with Luna and was yet again sitting at the kitchen table when she recalled the dream she had had earlier.
Helios…..
She hadn't seen him in so long. But she had been so busy. Being a princess was hard work.
"Stop making excuses Rini!" She said to herself. She decided to get in contact with him. Tomorrow. Yes, Tomorrow she would ask Papa how she could get in contact with Helios.
But will he respond? She thought to herself.
What will he think of me now that I'm grown-up?
Will he still be interested in me?
The Earth slowly set over the distant horizon. Rini sat in the kitchen and watched the whole show. She sat and thought about what she would say to Helios. And thought, that in looking at the Earth, she was in some way looking at her love. He may be far away but he was there. And it was because of his prayers that the people of the Earth could survive.
As she witnessed the last sliver of blue shrink into the blackness, she thought to herself once again, as she had so many years ago as she watched the Pegasus fly into the distance…
Please let Helios be my prince charming!
And she could still feel the last of the feathers graze her face.
