The lies....how could they do this to her...why did they lie to her.... Serena couldn't figure it out. Two people that she should be able to trust with her wholeheart, lied to her.She sniffled and looked at the messages on the answering machine that her mother hadsaid were for her. One, from Darien, the other four were from her friends. Then, therewas one from Heero. She went to the one from Heero. ***School Days .:. Part C .:. Liesby Chibi Michi*** "Mother...what are you talking about?" asked Serena, dressed as Princess Serena. Serenity sighed. "Serena was just a nickname that was given to you at birth. You weredirectly named after me. You were known as Princess Serenity. Darien's name was reallynamed Endymion. Heero and Duo existed during the Silver Millenium as well" QueenSerenity then took in a breath. Sailor Pluto then stepped forward. "As to not put a strain on you Serenity-sama, I suggestwe should just give the princess back all her memories" suggested Sailor Pluto. Serenitynodded....she rubbed her temples. *** "I remember everything" stated Serena to Duo and Heero. They were both, taken aback. "What are you going to do now?" asked Heero. Serena just shook her head. "I don't know...." she muttered. "Wait a minute...if you remember, then why don't you and Heero just get together?" Duowondered. "I've been lied to too many times. I need time to think" said Serena softly. She thenwalked away from them. She walked back home. Lies....she couldn't trust no oneanymore. She just knew, that'd they probably end up lying to her as well. She walked towards the Crown Parlor and ordered herself a milkshake. What was shesuppose to do? She couldn't really talk to the scouts about any of this, and, she reallydidn't want to talk to Heero either. She just wished Heero could have told her the truth, itis just so much for her to take in. She sighed. She looked outside, a slight gasp escapedher lips. It was...snowing... Of course it would snow, she thought, it's near christmas, and Kami-sama probablydecided to let snow brong out the holiday cheer in everyone. (Actually it was just thisinsane author, but, who really cares as long as it is snowing). "Serena, why you look so down?" asked the friendly voice of Andrew. Andrew gave her awarm smile as he sat across from her. Serena sighed. "Andrew, what do you do, when someone has lied to you?" asked Serena Andrew blinked, half surprised. "Well, I think you should forgive them. Maybe he or shelied for your protection. Lies told by friends, true friends, are intentially used to protectthem. I think you need to think of how you could not deal having this person as yourfriend, and judge from that to see if they are worth forgiving" advised Andrew. Serenatook in his advice, awed. Andrew stood up, another smile on his face. "Well, I have toget back to work, bye Serena" Serena stood, and left some money on the table and headed home while thinking. Couldshe live without Heero being her friend? Could she be without Duo in her life? No, shecouldnt. Her life would be so empty. She began to wonder how did she survive withoutthem in the first place. I guess, she was too busy fighting evil, to really spectate her life. Serena entered her home to see it full of chaos. Her parents busily hanging up their lastminute decorations for christmas. Serena attempted to talk to her mother. "Mother, do you mind if I invite two people toour christmas eve dinner?" she asked cautiously. "Of course, but, don't forget to invite your friends Amy, Raye, Lita and Mina. They callhere so much, we are just so anxious to meet them, and talk with them" answered Ilene. Serena nodded and went up to her room. But, a thought came to her. What kind ofpresent could she get Heero and Duo? Maybe a gun for Heero, she mused to herself. *** "Where is she?! She is the one who called US here!" exclaimed Raye. Amy smiled slightlyat her friend. "Don't worry, she'll be here" stated Lita. Mina turned to her. "Do either of you know why she called us here?" asked Mina, they were all waiting in thefood court for their Meatball Head. Everyone shrugged. Then, Serena caming runningup, with a smile on her face. "Hey guys, sorry I'm late!" she waved to them. Raye glared at her. "So, what did you call us for Meatball Head?" she asked immediately. The smile never leftSerena's face. "I need help in picking out a christmas gift for Heero and Duo" she answered. Mina got asmirk on her face and elbowed Serena slyly in the side. "So...is Heero now your boyfriend, or is it Duo?" asked Mina. Serena blushed to theroots over her hair. Mina took her reaction as a positive one. "So, is it Heero?" sheinterrogated, and Serena, if possible, blushed even deeper. "Aha! So it is Heero!" exclaimed Lita. "Hey! Don't you have an eye for Duo, Lita?" asked Serena. Lita blushed. Her eyes gleamed. "Well I do, he looks exactly like my old boyfriend" shesaid. Everyone facefaulted. Serena grinned slightly. 'Lita, you have no idea how true youare' Serena got up and recomposed herself. "Well, let's get started" They hit store after store, still, Serena became picky as to what to give the two people thatshe had known since a thousand years ago. "Come on Sere, let's hurry up and pick something" said Raye as they all sat down,exhausted, except for the stubborn Serena. "I'm sorry guys, you four go on home, thanks for coming. I finish it myself" she stated. Everyone nodded, and waved goodbye. All departed there seperate ways. Serena sighedand slouched in her seat. Why was this so hard for her? She looked into the storewindow next to her, and nearly gasped as to what she saw. This would be perfect forHeero and Duo! *** Duo knocked on the door of the Tsukino Residence. He looked back to his companion. He frowned slightly. "You should at least put on a smile" he said. Heero ignored him, and Duo sighed. "Hestill thinks he's Mr. Evil Kinevil.." Duo muttered under his breath. The door was opened by Serena. She was dressed in a pair of blue jeans, and wearing ared sweater. She had a smile on her face, and it widened once she saw the two of them. "Hey guys! Come on in!" Serena chirped. She led them in, Duo spotted Lita, and went togo talk with her. Which left Serena with Heero. "Hey Heero, why don't you smile for once?" she questioned. "I don't smile" he answered in his usual monotone. "Please, for me" she pleaded. Heero gazed into her big, crystal blue eyes, and melted andher pleading. He cursed, and let a small smile escape. Serena smiled, and was settled withthat small display of happiness. She could hear some of her snickering friends in thebackground, and began to become curious as to what they thought was so funny. "What is it?" she asked, she wasn't sure if she wanted to know or not. "Look" pointed Lita to the ceiling. Serena and Heero looked up. Serena blushed deeply. Heero looked at Serena in confusion. "What is it?" he asked. Duo grinned. "It's called mistletoe, buddy" he explained. "You kiss the other personthat's under there with you. It's a christmas tradition" Serena turned to her friends sharply. Now, knowing what they were thinking. "Well, itisn't going to happen this time--" She was cut off by Heero kissing her softly on the lips. Surprise was evident, but soon,she began to respond back to the kiss. Once they broke, Serena was breathless. She layedher head on hsi chest. "You haven't kissed me like that in so long" she whispered. Heero layed his head gentlyon her soft, golden mane. "I know, and I'm sorry" he whispered back. Serena nodded. "It's alright" The two departed from their embrace (Mainly becauseSerena's father entered the room). Ken was dressed in a santa costume and passing outgifts to the little ones. "Here Heero. I already gave Duo his gift" said Serena as she gave Heero a small wrappedgift. Heero accepted it and opened it. He gasped. It was a small miniature of hisgundam, Wing. He looked over to Duo, awe written over his face as well. Duo washolding up a miniature of Deathscythe. "I think it's a perfect duplicate" smiled Serena. *** End of Part C.
