Chapter 2: Friend or foe? Who is Sailor Earth and Sailor Sun

Sailor Moon and her friends just stared at the new scout that was standing before them. Who was he? He must be very powerful, since he saved them all from the forces of the Negaverse. What was going was that the Sailor scouts were looking for Sailor Saturn, who wasn't at her crib when Setsuna a.k.a. Sailor Pluto went to look for her, met near a clearing to strategize their next move. Soon they were faced against old enemies with new powers and a new name. Sailor Moon tried her Eternal Rod, but nothing prevailed, when the blast repelled off of the enemies and hit the Sailor Scouts. When all was thought lost, Sailor Sun, a new mysterious scout, destroyed the enemies with the help of the new and improved Sailor Saturn. Now Sailor Venus, the leader of the inner core scouts, starts asking some tough questions to the newcomer.

"Who are you and why are you here?" asked Venus.

"I am the reason you are here Venus!" said Sailor Sun.

"Hey what's your problem with us? We are all sailor scouts, and scouts are always allies," said Venus.

"Well consider me your mentor, and now I will replace Sailor Moon as the leader of the Milky Way Sailor Soldiers," said Sun.

The sailor scouts stood stun. Sailor Saturn was ultimately embarrassed, because she didn't want him to do that. Though 2 seconds after the comment was said, Sailor Moon burst into tears.

"Why do you want to replace me? Am I not a good leader?" she sobbed.

Jupiter had enough and prepared to attack Sailor Sun.

"Okay try some new Jupiter crystal power! Jupiter Thunderstorm!" yelled Jupiter.

Soon a huge storm occurred and out of Jupiter's hand came a combination of her powers molded into one huge blast that headed strait for Sailor Sun, who didn't budge.

"Earth Spiral Wave Attack!" said a mysterious voice.

Out of the bushes came a drill made of pure energy hit Jupiter's storm and it made it disappear. Soon another Scout jumped out of the bushes.

"And the parade continues. Who might you be?" asked Sailor Uranus.

"By the light and the dark powers of Earth, I am Sailor Earth, royal queen and wife to Sailor Sun," said Sailor Earth.

The scout came up to the scouts and changed them into their princess form.

"What do you want with us?" asked Princess Serenity {a.k.a. Sailor Moon}.

"I just want to apologize for my husband's behavior. Though he is true about we are the reason you are here," said Sailor Earth.

"In what way?" asked Sailor Mars.

"A while ago, near the beginning of the Silver Millennium, my husband and I were the most powerful sailor soldiers there were in the galaxy. Though we longed for children, so we thought up the idea to create your parents. They were sailor scouts, but turned into queens with crystals like the Silver Imperium crystal. Sun created Mercury, Venus, Moon, Mars, and Jupiter, while I had the pleasure of creating Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn. Though when I had finish creating Sailor Saturn, I had notice that she couldn't be on her own planet, so I persuaded Sailor Sun to let us keep her. Then came our enemies. There was this enemy named Cassia Lo, who was very powerful and almost killed us all. Sailor Moon, before she became Queen Serenity, used the silver moon crystal staff to send Cassia Lo back to the cosmos. Unfortunately it came with a price. Before she was defeated, Cassia Lo destroyed half of our planets, killing Sun, Saturn, and I. Sailor Moon transformed to Queen Serenity, and restored our planet, but we were nowhere to be found. Serenity kept on searching for us, but we seemed to have vanished. Actually we were fine and came back to life as King and Queen Elysion, and with their blood I created Darien. I knew of Queen Metallia and Queen Beryl were coming, so Sun and I ran to a secret hideout while the Dark Kingdom tore up everything. We came back to Earth but hid within the society the Ancient Senshis Sailor Soldiers. We stayed there until we got a message from Neo-Queen to try and stop this new enemy. So that's why we are here. We want to become allies," said Earth. "Right Sun?"

"Yep that's what we are here," said Sun.

"So, lets get down to business. Here is the hideout address and come tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. sharp," said Earth.

"But I don't get up till 12 noon," said Sailor Moon.

"Well try not to stay up late, my little Bunny," said Sailor Earth. ``Then that settles everything, you all will be at that address at 11 o clock. See ya till then. And Saturn, stay with Setsuna, Amara, and Michelle."

"Yes Mom," said Saturn.

Soon after the duo left, the team returned to their homes for a long awaited rest.

The next morning the scouts gathered near a nearby tree in the park. They waited a long time before they got restless.

"Where are they, we wasted our weekend on this!" said Mars.

"Mars, maybe they are late, but patience is a virtue," said Saturn.

"Well my patience has worn out unfortunately," yelled Mars.

After Mars spoke there was rustling through out the bushes. Then a sailor scout jumped out, looking outraged that they were here.

"Who are you?" asked the scout.

"My point exactly," said Neptune.

"Sailor Scirus, stop!" said Sailor Earth.

"Mimi, why did you let them come here, Sailor Cosmic won't like this one bit," said Scirus.

"Let me deal with him, and let our guests in?" asked Earth.

"All right, but I am just warning you!" said Scirus.

Scirus used his Celestial Cannon, and an opening appeared into the tree. Sailor Earth led the group into the tavern. As they walked in, the other scouts got up quickly in alarm. Sailor Earth soon introduced all the other scouts.

"Scouts let me introduce you to Sailor Cosmo, the scouts of the cosmic regions. This is his wife, Sailor Cosmos, you all know her. This is Sailor Galactica, the scout of the inner galaxy. Now Sailor Galaxia, who you all fought last year, has reformed and become Sailor Galactica's wife. Her new powers are the same as Galactica's. This is Sailor Orion he controls the stars. His assistants are Sailor Vega, Sailor Scorpios, Sailor Leo, and Sailor Centaury. This is Sailor Solar, the successor for Sailor Sun. Sailor Firestar and Sailor Scirus are my successors. And finally Sailor Cosmic, the true leader of the milky way galaxy," explained Sailor Earth.

As they made their way to Sailor Cosmic, Cosmic eyed all of them with a strange expression.

"So is this the 10 scouts that destroyed Pharaoh 90?" asked Cosmic.

"Oh yes we are Mr. Cosmic," said Sailor Mini-Moon.

"Who is this little one, you didn't tell me about her Sailor Earth," said Cosmic.

"As the second champion of love and justice, I am Sailor Mini-Moon, the successor of Sailor Moon!" said Mini-Moon.

"Well it is nice to meet you Mini-Moon. Now I have called you 11 for an important mission. For some reason, there is a new enemy that seems to be too tough for you all. Now Sun and Earth will lead you to one of the bases and I would like you all to try and defeat them. We don't want this catastrophe getting out of hand," explained Cosmic.

While Cosmic briefed the sailor scouts, someone was watching over them.

"Kunzite report!" said the figure.

"Mistress, the sailor scout you once inhabited has come back, and she has brought cover for her that we can't block!" said Kunzite.

"Silence, Queen Beryl promised me that you were her best soldier! Amazoness Quintet! What does Nepherina report?" asked the Mistress.

Soon 5 girls stepped up. Ruby went up first with grieve news.

"Mistress, Nepherina can't pull out anything else for you! Dam it, we don't have our powers anymore!" said Ruby.

"Don't worry Ruby, soon the quintet will have their powers, and soon Mistress 9 will become Neo-Queen Cassia Lo again to wipe out the Milky Way Galaxy!" said Mistress 9.

The next morning, Serena went to the airport. She waited for her boyfriend, Darien, who was actually Prince Endymion of the Earth, to come off the plane from America. Soon she could see his face coming through the long line of passengers.

"Hey buns, missed you a lot," said Darien.

"Oh Darien, I missed you a lot too!" said Serena.

She jumped into his arms and they embraced. After a period of 5 minutes of them kissing, Serena briefed Darien on what was going on.

"It's really strange. I remember destroying Zoycite, Kunzite, Eudial, Tellu, and Mimete. Now they're back and they are stronger!" explained Serena.

"Well we will just beat them again, and you said we had help from Sailor Earth and Sailor Sun," said Darien.

"I know, but I don't know if I can trust Sailor Sun, he creeps me out," said Serena.

"I'll be right next to you fighting with you all!" said Darien.

"Yeah I just don't want you getting hurt," said Serena.

"Don't worry I won't," said Darien.

What they didn't know was that this next mission would be the one that set things motioning towards the worse. Continued in Chapter 3 of Search for the Golden Heart.
