Author's Notes: I'm dedicating this fic to Krys-imouto. Her Digimon/Sailor Moon crossover, The Right Kind of Wrong, is giving me the inspiration to write it.

"Where can she stay though?" questioned Koushiro

"She could stay at our house," suggested Hikari

"Demo, will your kaasan mind?" asked Takeru. "My kaasan is barely home anymore, and she wouldn't mind"

Hikari shook her head. "I'm sure my kaasan wouldn't mind"

"Gomen" spoke Usagi after a few minutes. "For being such a burden"

"Your not a burden" smiled Miyako

"Yea, if any, Miyako's the burden on the group" laughed Daisuke

"Urusai" growled Miyako at Daisuke.

Usagi laughed slightly. "The two of you remind me of Rei-chan and I…" Tears sprang into the young princess' eyes. "She was the last one…"

Hikari sympathized. "Serenity-hime, we should get going. My kaasan may start to worry"

Usagi wiped her tears away. "Hai, Hikari-san"

"Onegai, just call me Kari-chan"

Usagi smiled. "Okay. As long as you call me Usagi-chan"

Shame - Chapter One .:. Light

Hikari slipped off her shoes as she entered her apartment. "Tadaima!"

Taichi's head popped up. "Kaasan went shopping. She'll be back later. She left us some microwave dinners"

"Oh alright" said Hikari

"Who's that?" questioned Taichi

"Oh. This is Usagi. I'll give you the full story later. Demo, she'll be staying with us for a while"

Usagi bowed politely. "It's a pleasure to meet you Taichi-san"

"Just call me Tai"

"Okay, Tai-san" smiled Usagi

"Usagi, you can sleep in niichan's bed," said Hikari

"Hey! Why can't she sleep in your bed?" objected Tai

"Because it wouldn't be right for you and Usagi to share a room" stated Hikari

"I hate it when your right…" muttered Taichi. "Well, I have a soccer game. Ja ne"

"Ja Niichan" bid Hikari a farewell to her brother.

"Ja Tai-san"

"You're brother seems nice" commented Usagi

"Yea. He's the keeper of courage too. I'm the keeper of light. Demo, I don't deserve to be" spoke Hikari

"Doushite?" inquired Usagi.

"I'm impure. You are so pure Usagi. You deserve to be the keeper of light" answered Hikari

"Iie. I let my friends die for me. What kind of friend is that?" responded Usagi

"Demo, I'm sure it wasn't you're fault" assured Hikari

"Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn't. Demo, somehow, someday. I will get them back" swore Usagi.

Usagi-chan…you're so pure. So kind hearted. Why can't I be more like you? Doushite? Thought Hikari.

"Hikari-chan…I'm a little hungry" said Usagi as she broke into Hikari's thoughts.

"Oh, hai. I'll go put the tv dinners in" said Hikari as she walked to the kitchen.

"...And that's what happened" finished Koushiro.

Koushiro had called everyone to the park to inform them what had happened in the digital world.

"She's a princess…?" questioned Taichi. "You mean to tell me, a princess is staying at my house?"

"Of course you miss the entire point Taichi" scoffed Yamato

Taichi laughed nervously.

"If she is a princess, who, or why, would have killed her before. And, would they come back and try to kill her" spoke Sora

"That's true. We should keep a close eye on her" agreed Jyou

Koushiro nodded. "Demo, what I don't understand is how was she able to transverse from the digital world" wondered Koushiro outloud.

"We may never figure that out," mused Jyou

"Let's just keep her under careful watch the time being" said Yamato as he crushed his soda can.

"Is this okay for you to sleep in?" asked Hikari as she brought out one of her oniichan's old soccer jerseys.

"Hai. Ano, won't your niisan mind?" questioned Usagi

Hikari shook her head and smiled. "Nope. He'll be okay with it"

"Well…okay" agreed Usagi.

"Great. Now you can go get change at the bathroom down the hall" instructed Usagi

"Alright…"

Once Usagi left the room, she began to change into her own pajamas. I guess I'll have to go with her and kaasan shopping tomorrow. I wonder if Usagi-chan will get used to kaasan's cooking. Or will she die from it.

Hikari giggled at the thought.

"Ano…Hikari? Where do I put my old cloths?" questioned Usagi as she reappeared.

"Over there by the cloths basket" answered Hikari.

"Okay"

Hikari stared at Usagi. She'd never noticed how beautiful the young teenaged princess was. Her hair was so long. It looked like a golden waterfall. She almost envied Usagi. Usagi was beautiful inside and out.

She blushed slightly. I shouldn't be noticing this kind of stuff on a girl…

Taichi walked in, and entered his room. Kami-sama…kaasan made dessert. I wonder how Usagi-chan is?

"Tai-niichan…"

"No need to explain imouto. Koushiro already told me" interrupted Taichi

"Oh okay"

"All of us agreed that she needs to be watched carefully. Just incase the person who tried to kill her shows up again," stated Taichi

By us, Hikari knew he meant the older chosen children. "Hai"

Usagi walked back in holding Gatomon. "Hikari, who is this? She is so kawaii" giggled Usagi.

Hikari smiled. "That's Gatomon" she answered. "She's my digimon partner"

"What's is a digimon?" questioned Usagi

Gatomon looked up at the blonde. "It's short for digital monster. I come from the digital world"

"You mean the place where I was revived?"

Hikari nodded.

"Hey Hikari?" asked Taichi. "Why is she wearing my old jersey?"

Hikari giggled at how Taichi could ask such an unimportant question at this time.
