SHE WANTS ME
By Sailor DKC

"Oh, Zoicite! Tell us again how you fought the creature!"
"Your cape makes you so debonair!"
"Is that a new uniform?"
"Those shiny black boots look so cool on you!"
"You're more cute than the other Generals!"
"Can you go with me to a Moon party tonight?"
"How about a walk through the Palace Gardens on Earth with me?"
"Please, Zoicite?"
"Go with me?"
"PLEASE!"

Zoicite smugly smiled as the crowd of maidens flock all around him as
he walked through the halls of the Moon Castle. 'How do I do it?' he
thought, vainly as he reached up to brush his hand along his long red
blond hair tied in the back. He looked around himself at every girl,
talking to him at the same time.
'OK,' he thought. 'A late lunch with Mira, an afternoon stroll with
Leah, meeting Sadie before dinner, a talk with Dana after dinner, and
a date with Tina tonight.' Raising his eyes in mockery exhaustion,
he sighed. 'I don't know if I can keep up with-'
He didn't notice the person reading a book and walking toward him and
the group of girls. The person didn't notice the group either so...

BAM!

Zoicite and the person fell onto their bottoms after colliding into
each other. "Hey!" Zoicite yelled, angrily. "Watch where you're goi-"
He stopped suddenly. There before him, sitting in a sprawl was a
lovely maiden with blue short hair. Her face held an intelligent yet
innocent expression. Her soft blue eyes were wide with surprise as
she gathered herself up and picked up her book. Zoicite noticed a
pair of glasses by his foot and picked them up.
"Oh, I'm sorry!" she said, getting up and straightening her dress. "I
didn't see where I was going." She clutched the book to her chest.
"Well, you should be!" one of the girls said, angrily.
"Do you know who this is?"
"Yeah! You should be more careful!"

"Ladies! Ladies! No need for this," Zoicite said, getting up and
dusting himself. "No one's hurt." Gazing at the blue-haired maiden,
he thought, 'What a beauty!' Holding out his hand, he presented the
glasses to her. "I believe these are yours, Miss...?" he asked,
bowing halfway and closing his eyes.
"Amy," replied the girl.
He felt the glasses being removed from his hand. "Amy, a lovely
name," he began, using his best charming voice as he straightened up,
eyes still closed. "A lovely name for a lovely girl," he continued,
opening his eyes. "I would like to-" He stopped in shock as he saw
her retreating back as she dashed down the halls. "What the-" he
started but the ladies started crowding and chatting again.
"I hope you're all right from that fall!"
"Will you be able to go to the flower festival?"
"Oh, please, take me with you!"

Walking through the halls, Amy clutched her book tightly as she
thought, 'That was Zoicite, the Ladies' Man on Earth! How
embarrassing that I crashed into him.' She reached to her room and
went in. Sitting on her bed, she smiled. 'Well, now that I got a good
look at him up close, I can understand why the girls are so crazy
about him. He is very handsome with his reddish blond hair and green
eyes. He has a very feminine physique, but you can sense the aura of
his masculinity all around him. But I heard about the charming
ability he uses to make a conquest on any maiden he sets his sights
on.'
Lying back on her bed, she opened her book, put on her glasses and
began reading again. "Well, I'm not going to be one of his
conquests," she said, aloud. "I can resist him. He's not as charming
as they say."

A few days later, they met again in the Palace Gardens of Earth.
Zoicite needed a little breathing space from his devoted groupies so
he managed to hide behind a statue until the ladies were far across
on the other side of the gardens. As he rounded the statue, he came
across Amy sitting under a tree by a small pond and reading a book.
Her book was perched on her raised lap. She looked so serious.
'That girl,' thought Zoicite, staring at her. 'She's the one who
walked away before I had a chance to ask her out!' He started to
walk towards her when a gust of wind brush about him. The gust also
swirled around Amy, causing her dress to billow about her legs,
revealing a glimpse of her smooth thighs. Quickly tucking her dress
around her, Amy straightened up a bit and resumed reading.

Zoicite felt a hot attraction since he got a glimpse of her bare
skin. The way she didn't act shy when her dress billowed up made him
think, 'Such innocence! She's not aware of the effect she's giving
off.' He let out a passionate breath. 'There's more to her. I want
to know her well.' Again he envisioned her billowing dress, exposing
her creamy skin. 'Very well.' Smiling so slick, he walked over to
stand by her.

Amy sensed someone near her. Looking up, she faced Zoicite leaning
against the tree with one hand, the other on his hip. "Hey, there!"
he said, winking. "Remember me?"
'Zoicite!' she thought. 'I wonder what he wants.' Smiling gently up
at him, she responded, "I think so. Zosat, isn't it?"
He gawked in shock. 'She got my name wrong!' "It's Zoicite!"
"Oh, yes! I crashed into you a while back." Amy turned her head down,
trying not to giggle. 'I think I'll have a little fun.' Turning her
head back to him, she said in a waif-like voice, "I hope I didn't
humiliate you in front of your lady friends."
'Ahh! Guilt!' Zoicite thought. 'Cool! A great weapon to use.' "Well,
I was a little embarrassed," he said, putting his hand on his heart
as if hurt. "But it's no big deal. I just wished you hung around a
bit so I can ask you out."

'I don't believe it,' Amy thought. 'Asking me out so he wouldn't look
bad in front of his devoted maidens!' She turned her head away,
placing her hand against her cheek to give him the impression that
she's embarrassed. 'Well, I'll play along so I can teach him a
lesson!' "Ask me out?" she continued in her waif-like tone, then
stood up, dropping her book. She turned her back to him and faced
the pond which was decorated with some colorful lily pads. A couple
of frogs croaked here and there. "Why me? I'm so clumsy around you.
Surely you prefer those girls who follow you around."

'It's working!' Zoicite straightened his uniform and patted his hair.
'Now to build her up with some sweet words. Wow, she's so bubbly when
she's shy!' His face brightened up at his choice of words. "My sweet
little bubble! You are so pretty I think I'll burst like a bubble if
you don't say yes."
"You think I'm pretty?"
"Why, yes!" He came up behind Amy and surveyed her lovely dress which
was held up by thin shoulder straps and a neck ribbon tied in a bow
at the back. 'Now I'll just give her a little assuring hug!'
Amy gasped as she felt him start to take hold of her.

* Zoicite placed his left arm across Amy's front and gently grasped
her right shoulder. He leaned forward and placed his chin softly on
her head. Amy opened her mouth in wondrous awe as she placed her
right hand on his arm. *

"You're so pretty," he softly continued, "that any guy would be a
fool not to notice you. There's more to you than just beauty."
The last sentence took Amy by surprise. More than just a beauty? She
always considered herself a brain and assumed everyone thought the
same of her. Zoicite was the first person in her life to acknowledge
her beauty in which she never considered a quality about herself.
"Huh," she said, sighing.

Zoicite took her sighing as a sign of giving in to him. He removed
his chin from her head, and closing his eyes, bent his head and gave
Amy a tender kiss on the back of her neck. Closing her eyes and
feeling lost in her thoughts, Amy sighed again. Her sigh made him
breath hard in fascination. Opening his eyes, he stared at the bow
tie of her neck ribbon. Leaning down again, he took hold of one tie
with his teeth and pulled it to unravel her bow.
Gasping and opening her eyes in shock, Amy felt the ties fall forward
around her collarbone. Then she felt his tongue going up her neck,
touching the base where her hairline is.

In a quick flash, Amy bent over, hooking Zoicite's left shoulder with
her left hand. With her all strength, she catapulted him over her and
into the pond. SPLASH!
Spluttering around, Zoicite managed to sit up in the not-so-deep
pond. Facing Amy, he realized he looked really ridiculous with a lily
pad on a raised knee, one across his shoulder, and one with a frog on
it on top of his head. "You jerk!" Amy shouted, fixing her neck
ribbon and tying it in place. "Do you really think I'm like one of
your lovesick maidens who fall for lines like that? I wouldn't go out
with you even if the Silver Millennium comes to an end!"

Turning away sharply, she marched back to the tree, picked up her
book and walked off. Zoicite watched her go, admiring the way her
hips swinging furiously side to side. He smiled to himself, revealing
his teeth. "Oh, yeah," he said, deeply in awe of her. "She wants
me."
"GRIBBIT!" croaked the frog.
