Chapter 6

Six long hours later…

"Usa-chan, how are you doing?" Motoki said peeking up to check on her

"HOW DO I LOOK LIKE I'M DOING, HUH? WELL?" Usagi screamed as she gave Mamoru's hand a really hard squeeze

"OWWWWWW! USAKO, CAN YOU BE A LITTLE BIT MORE GENTLE!!! YOU'RE GOING TO BREAK MY HAND AT THIS RATE!!!" Mamoru said face faulting while screaming really loud

"Usagi, hasn't the epidermal kicked in yet? I gave it to you over a hour ago!" Ami said helping her friend push and breathe

"YOU KNOW I HATE ALL OF YOU ESPECIALLY YOU, MAMO-CHAN!!! YOU KNOW ONCE ALL OF THIS IS OVER…OWWWWWW…YOU ARE SLEEPING ON THE COUCH UNTIL OUR CHILD IS OUT OF THE HOUSE AND IN COLLEGE!!!!" Usagi yelled off the top of her lungs bringing Mamoru down to her eye level giving him the meanest glare

Mamoru gulped at the way Usagi was staring at him and try to release his shirt from her grip. Ami checked to see if Usagi was dilating, but noticed Usagi was dilating with much complication. Ami looked at Urawa and Motoki giving them a look, which meant she needed their help.

"What's wrong, Ami-chan? Is there something wrong?" Motoki said rushing over to her to see what was wrong with Urawa not to far behind

"Usagi is having complications! She's been in labor for over six hours and she hasn't dilated very much and at this rate she might kill Mamoru!" Ami said motioning them to look at Usagi who was currently choking Mamoru and cursing him out

"Okay! So what do we do? We can't just tell Usagi she's having complications and expect to live another day!" Motoki said looking at how his best friend was being chocked by his little sister

(AN: When Motoki refers to Usagi as his little sister, he means that she's like family to him!!! THEY'RE NOT REALLY RELATED! They may look alike and even act like, but doesn't necessarily mean they're related. So back to the story!!!)

"How about we tell Mamoru and just wait awhile to see if she starts to dilate a little more and if she doesn't…we'll just have to perform C-section!" Ami said looking at them then nodding and them nodding back

All three of them walked up to a calmed down Usagi and badly injured Mamoru. Ami told Motoki to stay with Usagi, while she and Urawa took Mamoru into the hall to tell him the news.

"So how are you holding up, Mamoru-san!" Urawa said getting the conversation started

"HOW DO I LOOK LIKE I'M HOLDING UP, URAWA!" Mamoru said attracting looks from the staff

"AMI-CHAN!!!" Minako yelled running towards them with everyone else

"Hey, guys!" Ami said smiling at them, as did Urawa and Mamoru

"How's my baby? Is she okay? Does she need me there with her?" Ikuko said pushing everyone to get to the front to see Mamoru and Ami

"Well…Usagi's having some complications and we think it will lead to C-section delivery!" Ami said shocking everyone especially Mamoru

"WHAT? AMI, YOU DIDN'T TELL ME USAKO WAS HAVING COMPLICATIONS!!!" Mamoru yelled having Urawa holding him back just incase

"I'm sorry…but Usagi is going to have to have C-section! And only Mamoru, Motoki, Urawa, Mrs.Tsukino, and myself are allowed to be there during this surgery!!!" Ami said getting really pleading looks

"Come on! Ames, can't you let us in to see her?" Makoto asked holding on to Kenyo's hand tightly

"Sorry, Mako-chan! But I can't!"

"This is so unfair! How do I know if my sister is okay?" Shingo said looking at Ami

"Mrs.Tsukino will come out every now and then and keep you updated!!" Ami said knowing her friends were really disappointed

"Well can we at least see her before she goes in for the surgery?" Minako said being held by Rei

"Of course!!!" Ami said leading them to the room Usagi was in

Motoki turned around from holding Usagi's hand after a really hard contraction. Usagi also turned her head to see everyone at the door looking frantic.

"Hey, guys! How come you all look so scared?" Usagi said not knowing what was going on

"Usa-chan, you have to have C-section!" Minako said coming over to Motoki smiling at him while he went to see how Reika was doing

"What? Ami-chan is this…" Usagi hardly audible

"Is it true? Yes it's true, Usagi! Since you're going into surgery I'm allowing everyone five minutes with you alone before the surgery!" Ami said motioning Kenji over to go first

"Everyone, let's wait outside till Mr.Tsukino is finished!" Ami said watching everybody leave before closing the door

Once everyone left Kenji started to cry, knowing this could be one of the last times he could ever see his daughter again. Kenji walked over to the bed and embraced Usagi as she did him back.

"Daddy, don't cry I'll be okay!" Usagi said trying to reassure her father as he embraced her

"Usa, my little angel!!! I never meant to be hard on you, it's just I didn't want you to grow up so fast!!! I never really didn't mean all those things about not liking Mamoru, I actually thought he was very suitable for you and I knew he would take care of you" Kenji said looking into his daughters big blue eyes

"Daddy, I love you so much!!!" Usagi said kissing her father's forehead

"I love you too, my little angel!!! Just make sure you come back to us, okay!" Kenji said kissing his daughter on the forehead standing up

"I promise, daddy!" Usagi said watching her father leave the room

Kenji stepped out of the room with everyone anxious to go in to see Usagi. As Kenji closed the door, all the girls went inside to see their best friend. Minako, Makoto, Rei, Reika, Mika all stepped into the room that Usagi was and smiled to see her in such a peaceful state.

"Usa-chan!" Minako said being the first to speak the friend who was like an younger sister

"Hey, guys!!! I'm sorry I had you worried!" Usagi looking down starting to cry

"Just shut up!!! SHUT UP! How can you care about what you've done when you've done nothing!" Rei said her face streaming with tears

"What, Rei-chan is trying to say is that we don't need an apology for worrying about you because you're our best friend and we care about you even when we don't have to!" Minako said taking Usagi's hand

"And you know why?" Reika said sitting on the edge on the bed putting her hand on her showing stomach

"Because we love you!!!" Makoto said smiling

"And care about you! Because we love you a lot!!!" Mika said finishing the sentence

"I love you guys too!" Usagi said smiling at them

"Usagi, promise us you'll come back to us and be alright!!!" Mika said moving to the other side of the hospital bed

"And you'll be here to help me through the rest of my pregnancy!!" Reika said smiling down at Usagi

"We love you so much, Usa-chan!!! Please be strong and come back to us in one piece!!" Rei said smiling down on her

"Oh, Usa-chan! You've been the best friend to all of us and we're going to be with you every step of the way and help you raise you and Mamoru's little tyke!!!" Makoto said grasping Usagi's hand with a genuine smile on her face

"I promise, everyone!!! I'll be here for everything and more!!!" Usagi said watching her friends leaving the room, each giving a second glance

As all the girls walked out this only left Shingo and the guys to go in and see her before she would go in to surgery. Shingo walked in closing the door behind him, and went to see his sister smiling at him.

"Hey, sis! Long time no see!!!" Shingo said sitting on the edge next to his big sis

"Hey! How've you been, Shin-chan!!!" Usagi said smiling at her younger brother who turned into a man before her eyes

"Wow!!! I never thought my niece would give so much trouble to come to the world!" Shingo said half laughing along with Usagi

"Shin-chan, I love you so much!!! Don't ever forget that!!" Usagi said to her brother who looked at her with tears forming in his eyes

"I know, Usa-chan!!! I love you too so you better not ever forget that!!" Shingo said smiling down on his sister

"I won't!! Believe me I won't!!" Usagi said hugging her brother one last time before he left the room

Shingo left the room with a teary smile. He motioned for the guys Motoki, Yurrichiru, and Kenyo to go in the room. They all went into the room and closed the door behind them.

"Usagi-chan!" Motoki said getting her attention

"Hey, Motoki!" Usagi said looking at all of the guys in the room

"Hey, Usagi-chan!" Kenyo and Yurrichiru said at the same time

"Hey, guys! I guess you come to say you love me and to comeback for Mamoru's sake and the girl's

"She pretty much took the word's out of my mouth!" Kenyo said walking to the door getting glares from Motoki and Yurrichiru

"What he means, Usagi-chan is that we care for you and hope you come back to us safely!" Yurrichiru said giving Usagi a hug

"Yeah! We love you, Usagi-chan!" Motoki said hugging her and walking to the door and walking out hitting Kenyo on the shoulder

Yurrichiru also left hitting Kenyo on the shoulder. Kenyo still standing at the door went over and gave Usagi a hug.

"You know I care about you, Usagi!" Kenyo said kissing her cheek leaving the room

"I love you too!" Usagi said to an empty room

While in the hallway Hakura, Mirchiru, Setsuna, and Hotaru just busted in.

"Sorry…we're late…where's Usagi?" Hakura said panting

"We got held up in traffic! Can we still see her?" Hotaru asked catching her breath like the rest of them were

"Yeah, sure! But after you that's it we need to get her in the ER!" Ami said walking them to her room

Usagi was just lying there thinking about the baby, when Ami opened the door and let Hakura, Mirchiru, Hotaru, and Setsuna in the room.

"You have five minutes and that's it!" Ami said leaving the room

"Hey you, guys! What's up?" Usagi said smiling at them making them smile slightly

"Hey, Usagi-chan!" Hotaru said hoping over to Usagi sitting on her hospital bed

"Usagi, how are you feeling?" Hakura asked very concerned

"I'm fine! Thanks for asking, Hakura-chan!" Usagi said

"Well…we just wanted to let you know we care for you and that you know to come back to us live and strong!" Mirchiru said leaning against the wall next to Hakura

"Yes! And we know that you are strong and will recover in no time!" Setsuna said to Usagi calmly with no emotion on her face

"Thanks you, guys! And don't worry I will!!!" Usagi said noticing the door open

"Your times up! We have to take Usagi know!!!" Ami said with Mamoru, Urawa, and Mrs. Tsukino behind her

"Okay! Fine" they said walking out the room with Hakura giving Mamoru a dirty look with him returning it

"Hey! So are you going to but me to sleep?" Usagi said looking at them

"Of course, Usako!" Mamoru said walking over to her and kissing her forehead

"Well let's do this then!" Ami said pushing Usagi's bed into the hall into the ER
