InvincibleInuYasha: OMG, I just woke up from a nice nap. School is out today and I can do whatever I want, hahaha! I just had to take a nap to celebrate. Anyway, I left off in a strange, hanging scene, and if I don't start writing now, I'll never get it done.

Trapped

Chapter 11

"Luna!?" Usagi stared atr the black cat with the crescent-moon 'bald-spot', bewildered. Luna sighed, "Oh, Usagi-chan, you're okay. I'm so relieved. I though for sure you'd been... thank goodness. What about the others?" Usagi turned her face away, "They're all gone." Luna looked down, "I- I see." Usagi opened the door wider so she could get out. Luna's eyes widened as she saw Usagi's large, obviously pregnant belly, "U-Usagi-chan!? W-what's this? Who?" Usagi looked away, knowing Luna would go crazy about it, "It's... it's Skyler's..." Luna blinked, and said, "Usagi-chan, he forced you, didn't he?" Usagi held back tears as she nodded. Luna grew angry, "Oh, I'm going to make sure he dies. I'll get Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus to come and kill him!" Usagi cried, "No! Luna, I'm happy now. Don't kill him." Luna shuddered. Usagi put a hand over her mouth in shock. Now she knew it was true. She had fallen for this man. Luna cried, "Usagi-chan! Why!? We thought you were dead! I came to prove the others wrong! Because I love you Usagi-chan! And you're the princess. Without you, the future will be ruined." Usagi tried to change the subject and said, "So, Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus are still alive? That's good. A-are they defending the city?" Luna nodded, "Yes." "And... my family?" "Yes. They are safe." With a sigh, Luna said, "I... I guess you've made your decision, Usagi-chan. So, I'll leave you here." She looked up at Usagi and said, "Good luck." With that, she turned and hopped through an open window. Usagi bit her lip, trying to understand what came over her. A sudden creaking noise made her look behind.

Makoto stared at the blackboard, copying notes for next week's test. Her watch beeped quietly, and flashed dimly. She looked down at it and saw Minako. She made a beckoning movement and mouthed, 'Come outside.' Makoto raised her hand, getting the teacher's attention, "I don't feel good. May I go to the nurse's office?" The teacher nodded and continued with the lesson.

Makot picked up her books and slid out of the classroom, trying not to draw any attention. Minako was waiting a few feet from the classrom. She said, "There's another one of those mecha spiders at Juuban Central. Let's go." Makoto nodded, and the two girls sneaked out of school, thanking god they weren't caught. Once out of sight, Minako and Makoto pulled their transformation pens out, "Venus Power, Make-Up!" "Jupiter Power, Make-Up!" They transformed and ran until they reached Juuban Central. The streets were nearly empty, many people hiding or running from the large spider. The spider shot out one of it's legs and tore down a few floors of a building. People screamed and ran for their lives.

Sailor Venus shouted, "Venus! Love-Me Chain!" The golden chain whip wrapped around two of the legs of the spider and she pulled them, making the spider fall to one side. Sailor Jupiter crossed her arms and shouted, "Supreme Thunder!" A large lightning bolt came down from a dark cloud and struck the spider. The spider spasmed and stopped moving. Then it got up and shook itself, like a dog, shaking off all of the excess electricity. Sailor Venus cursed under her breath, "Damn! I can't find any weak spots!" She used her Crescent Beam on it's leg, but it only bounced off and dimmed away. The same leg swung out rapidly and slammed into Sailor Jupiter's side. Sailor Jupiter screamed as she was slammed into a nearby building. She crumpled to the ground and struggled to get up. Sailor Venus clenched her teeth and braced herself, trying to think of something. The other day, the monster was easily defeated once it was down and Sailor Jupiter punched the control center. She used the Venus Love-Me Chain and pulled the mecha spider to the ground. Her eyes grew wide when she saw that that spot had been covered up. A hole opened up on the bottom of the spider, and a gamma ray gun came out. It fired, and a flash of light shot through Sailor Venus' calf. She shreiked in pain and fell to the ground, not able to get up. The spider came closer and knocked her forcefully onto a building with it's leg. Another leg came up and began slamming into her stomach. Sailor Venus coughed with each blow, unable to breathe, her head banging into the concrete wall. She felt the blood trickle down her head, and the burning pain in her blown up leg. A trickle of blood began to seep from her mouth. Everything became hazy and she went limp. Suddenly, the spider stopped slamming into her, and she fell to the ground. Darkness came as she saw the spider walk away, and people beginning to run towards the fallen scouts.

"Makoto-chan... Makoto-chan!" Makoto slowly opened her eyes, and blinked the haziness away, "Sh-Shingo-chan? What h-happened?" She tried to remember what happened when she tried to sit up, "Where's Minako-chan!?" Shingo pushed her back onto the couch by her shoulders and said, "Calm down. Mom made me stay here and watch you. She's checking Minako-chan right now. She said she'd be alright." Makoto sighed, "Anyway, how did we end up here?" Shingo explained, "Dad was in his car coming home from work when the attack happened. He saw you two were injured and he brought you to the hospital. He said you didn't lose your transformation until you were in the car, so your identities are safe. As for that enemy, it's on the southern side of town now. The police and some of the military are trying to take it down now." Makoto moaned, "No! The city... we couldn't protect it..." Tears came to her eyes and she tried to hold them back.

"What's wrong with me? Am I that badly injured?" Shingo shook his head, "You only got a concussion and some cuts and bruises." Makoto asked, "And Minako-chan?" Shingo bit his lip and sighed, "She's a lot worse than you. She'll be okay, but it will be a while. She broke several ribs, and her leg was practically torn off. The doctors said if it doesn't heal properly in a month they'll have to amputate it and have her use a prosthetic. And some of her organs were damaged, but they already did the surgery for that. They... they said she's lucky she's alive." Makoto sobbed, "I wish everything was the way it was! Before that Skyler guy showed up!"

"Shingo, I need to talk to her." Shingo nodded and got up, leaving the room. Makoto wiped her eyes and looked for the familiar voice, "Luna! Where have you been? And you spoke to Shingo?" Luna nodded and hopped on the armrest near Makoto's feet, "Yes. I needed to explain to them what's happened to Usagi-chan. So, they now know I can speak." Makoto asked, "What happened? How did you find out?" "I went there. I wanted to see for myself about Usagi-chan's welfare. I scratched on the door and I was surprised to see that Usagi-chan opened the door to the dungeons herself. She did not try to escape. But I saw her. She's holding a child." "Who's?" "His. Skyler's." Makoto cursed, "He forced her, didn't he!?" Luna nodded, "That's what Usagi-chan said. But... she told me she's happy with him. I don't know why, but she said she is. And, about the others... they're gone." Makoto breathed in shakily, shuddering and crying, "How could she? How!? He killed them all. Her friends... and she agrees to stay with him!?" Luna tried to reason with her, "Makoto-chan! You know Usagi-chan. She wouldn't normally stay with him. I'm thinking it could just be for the sake of the child, whether she wanted it or she was forced to have it, it's still her child. If she were to flee, Skyler could get angry and kill her. She didn't want to endanger the child. Otherwise, she's been brainwashed somehow. It's one or the other, I'm sure of it." Makoto sighed, "I guess so."

Luna sighed, "I have to see Minako-chan. Hopefully she's awake now." Makoto said, "Luna... I'm sorry." Luna looked back sympathetically, and jumped off of the couch, running up the stairs. Makoto sighed and muttered, "I can't believe it..."

Skyler laughed at the television. The scouts had been so easily defeated, just because the spider's weakness had been covered up! He watched as Sailor Venus was being pounded by the spider, as Sailor Jupiter watched helplessly, dazed. Skyler smirked and pressed a key on the huge keyboard, muttering, "That's enough." The television showed the spider stop punching, as it dropped Sailor Venus to the ground. It stomped around the city and continued to the south of the city. A car pulled up at the scene, and a man came out of it. With the help of some other bystanders, he placed the injured scouts into the car. He went back into teh driver's seatand drove away. Skyler watched this carefully, "Hm... That is Usagi's father. I guess the scouts have revealed themselves to his family. Usagi will be glad as long as they are alive."

He chuckled and turned off the television, turning and leaving the room. He exited the lab and looked around, "Where could my woman be?" He glanced around the rooms and into different corridors. Though he didn't expect her to be there, he looked up the stairs leading to the actual house. He widened his eyes when he saw her open the door, peeking into the other side. Skyler slowly walk up a few stairs, when one of them creaked. Usagi shot her head back, alert. When she saw who it was, she sighed, in relief and sadness.

Skyler asked, "What are you doing here? I thought I told you you could leave when the child was born." Usagi nodded and looked away, "I heard something from the door, so I opened it to see what it was." "And what was it?" Usagi sighed, "It was Luna." Skyler cocked an eyebrow in confusion, "Luna?" "Luna. She is a cat, and she was my guide from the moon. She taught me everything about the moon and my powers." Skyler asked, "What did she come here for?" Usagi replied, "She wanted to see how I was doing. And to tell me my friends and family are well..." Skyler said, "You're keeping someting. What is it?" Usagi hesitated for a moment, and then said, "She's disappointed in me. I should have been trying to get away, trying to get out and protect the city, preserve the future. But.. I told her no. I wanted to stay." Skyler smiled, "Good thing you said that. Or I would just go and bring you back." He wrapped his arms around her and said, "You'll stay with me? Always?" Usagi leaned her head on his chest, "Yes." Skyler pulled her back a few inches and brought her back for a deep kiss. They pulled apart, and Skyler said, "We'll finish this later." Usagi smiled and nodded. Skyler closed the door to the house and walked back downstairs, leading Usagi behind him.

InvincibleInuYasha: Okay, here's another chapter. I posted this like, a day after I finished it, just because. lol. Anyway, I'm gtting outta here. This room I'm in is blazing hot, and it's one of those times I just wish my house had air conditioning. R&R!
