Yuuichiru and Rei: Dream a Little Dream of Me

Yuuichiru opened his eyes. It was still nighttime. Even when he brushed his scraggly
hair from his eyes, it was almost pitch black in his room. Suddenly, he realized that he

There was no bed under him, no mattress, no sheets, no blankets. Nothing. Just bare
floor. Suddenly, he felt a cool breeze and a shock went through him. He wasn't wearing
any clothes!!! Where were his clothes?!?!

"WHAT THE…?!" then he quickly slapped his hands over his mouth. If he woke up Rei
and her grandfather at this time of night, he'd be a dead man.

Yuuichiru clumsily tried to cover himself with his hands, even though it was dark and the
chances of anyone seeing him were slim to none, especially at this hour of the night. He
didn't want to risk turning on a light for fear that someone would see him, so he stumbled
around blindly in the dark, hoping that he would get lucky and find his bed. Then he
could hide in the blankets until morning and then find some clothes.

In his blind trek, Yuuichiru's mind was still in a blur. What happened to his bed? Where
were his clothes? What was going on? Suddenly, he heard a soft coo and a light
appeared behind him.

He turned around and time froze. A spotlight was shining down on a beautiful naked
woman laying on a set of enormous red cushions. Yuuichiru just stopped and stared in
amazement and this wondrous sight. Her skin was so delicate and creamy, with breasts
so round and so perfect, and legs so long and shapely that they seemed to run forever.
Only her face was hidden from view. Yuuichiru could only see her nose and mouth. Her
eyes and the rest of her head were shrouded in darkness.

Rei rolled her eyes and sighed. She got up from the cushions and walked over to
Yuuichiru, the spotlight following her movements. When she reached him, knelt in front
of him. Yuuichiru shyly tried to look away from her naked body.

"I might have to take back what I said about you not being stupid." she said to him,
grabbing his face and bringing their eyes to meet, "Read my lips, okay? THIS-IS-A-
DREAM."

"A…a dream," Yuuichiru was still confused.

"That's right." Rei said, "This is a dream. Your dream. You're really asleep right now
and I'm not really Rei. Right now, the real Rei Hino is sleeping just down the hall from

"This is crazy," Yuuichiru said, "This can't be real."

"It's as real as you want it to be," Rei said to him, "And right now, you're going to want

Before Yuuichiru could reply, Rei wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him

little more comfortable about this dream situation.

"Yuuichiru," she whispered, the soft voice sending shivers down his spine.

"Let's make love."

"What?!" Yuuichiru's eyes popped wide open in shock.

"Well, that's what I'm in this dream for right? To make love to you? Isn't that what you
want?"

Yuuichiru backed away slightly.

"Now wait a minute…I mean, this…we can't…"

Rei grabbed his face again and looked into his eyes once more.

"Yuuichiru, you…are…dreaming. Nothing's going to happen to you or Rei. I mean
come on. If this wasn't a dream, would you be here naked?"

"No."

"Would the real Rei be here, in the middle of the night, masturbating for you?"

"Well…no."

"And would the real Rei ever do…this?"

Before Yuuichiru could even react, Rei immediately dipped her head down and pulled

now."

Yuuichiru turned to face her.

"I just don't want to let her go."

Rei walked up and hugged him softly.

"I hate to tell you this, but you can't let go of something you never had."

Yuuichiru lowered his head in disappointment.

"Yeah. Yeah, I guess we both made our choice a long time ago."

"The truth hurts, doesn't it?" she asked.

"A little."

"And isn't it really why you're having this dream in the first place? You want to move
on. You just wanted to be with her just one time. So I gave it to you."

"I guess…that makes sense."

Rei held his chin up.

"Hey, don't worry. You'll find somebody. And besides, just when you think you're all
alone in the world, she be right there to smack you upside the head with something."

They both laughed for a moment. Then Rei stood on her tip-toes and kissed Yuuichiru
softly on the cheek.

"Have a nice life, Yuuichiru. You're such a stud," she said, smiling as she disappeared.

Yuuichiru chuckled and smiled.

It was Saturday. Yuuichiru woke up find himself sleeping in his bed. The morning sun
shone brightly in his room. For some reason, he felt strangely energized, as if a weight
had been taken off his shoulders. For a moment, he laid back in bed and smiled.

He quickly dressed and walked out of his room. Rei and Usagi were walking down the
hall. They had made plans to go shopping for the day. Usagi had just said something,
and although Yuuichiru didn't know what she'd said, it must have been some kind of
joke because Usagi and Rei both started giggling, and Rei grabbed Usagi in a headlock
and gave her a noogie.

"Hi Yuuichiru," Usagi said as they walked past. Yuuichiru just smiled and waved.

Rei stopped.

"Hey, Yuuichiru, is everything okay? There's something different about you today."

Yuuichiru turned to her.

"Everything's fine. I've had some problems to work out lately, but I think I've got
everything handled."

"Well, good," Rei smiled at him, "Oh by the way, you'd better get outside. Grandpa's
furious that you slept late. You were supposed to help him with the laundry."

"Gotcha."

Yuuichiru ran as fast as he could outside, slipping and crashing into the far wall. Then
Rei and Usagi heard Rei's grandfather yelling at the top of his lungs. Next came a
crashing sound and a scream from Yuuichiru.

"I guess some things never change," Usagi said, giggling.

"I guess," Rei replied, "but I can't shake the fact that he seems different today. I can feel
it."

"Oh, you can 'feel' it, huh? What else have you been 'feeling'?" Usagi giggled.

"Usagi, I've told you before, it's not like that." Rei's voice took an annoyed tone as she
rapped Usagi over the head with her knuckles. Usagi quickly apologized and soon they
were talking and giggling again as they went to Rei's room to get her money for the
shopping.

you all in a lurch, all these long months. But now that my writing's in full swing again,
you can expect more in the coming weeks. And while I still plan to keep writing Sailor
Moon stories, I am planning to branch out to other anime and manga characters. I'm
