Drunk On Each Other

A/N: It's been a while since I took on Hakkai and Gojyo. Thought it was high time I sat down with them again. Hakkai and Gojyo are never too drunk when they're together.

Hakkai never minded how much Gojyo drank. The hanyou rarely got too drunk to pass out anyway; his usual state that of stumbling happiness. And best of all, he never got so far gone that he couldn't perform. Only then could the converted youkai feel intoxicated.

 

Gojyo always knew when he was with Hakkai, whether drunk or sober. His roommate - now lover - had eyes that shone like a green beacon though the fog of alcohol, bringing him back to himself. No matter how much he drank, he was never too wasted to be with Hakkai. The healer tasted better than sake anyway.

 

Neither of them cared if what they had was love or lust. Together when they could manage it, they just let themselves enjoy whatever they did have. To hell with tomorrow and driving endlessly into the sunset; intoxication called right now.
