At lunchtime, Baku and Zero were devouring as much food as they could possibly get their hands on at Shute's.

" I only expect this from Baku, but Zero too?!" Shute complained, " There isn't going to be anything left in this house!!
" Sorry-can't help it," Zero said in between mouthfuls. " Yeah," Baku said. Shute raised an eyebrow.

" And what did you two do to be so hungry?" Kane slyly said. Baku and Zero froze. Baku took a glance at Litho, who was there with them as well.

" Ug…. sparring!"

" Yeah!" Zero nodded his head quickly. Litho didn't seem to pay any attention to this, and was grabbing all the cherry flavored food products he can carry.

" Sweetie, what are you doing?" Baku asked.

" I like cherries," Litho grunted. Everyone sweatdroped. Zero grabbed a cup of coffee and drank that. The little mecha put all the jams and all other cherry flavored stuff on the table. " Is there a dog at the base?" Litho asked.

" Uh, no," Captain said. Litho looked at him.

" But I heard one while I was with Guneagle!" Zero spat out his coffee while Baku put his hands over his mouth to keep himself from laughing. Kane saw this.

" A dog, huh?" Kane said. Litho nodded. " Yup! I want to see the doggie at the base! I KNOW there is one!!"

Baku snickered while Zero turned a deep shade of red. " Oh, the doggie's closer than you think…" Baku muttered, which received a kick under the table from Zero. Kane suddenly got why they were acting like this, and laughed.

" So, was the doggie barking or howling?" Kane asked. Zero gave him a death glare from across the table.

" Ummmm, both!" Litho said. Baku tried to not laugh as hard as he could, while putting his head down on the table. Kane snickered. Litho, Captain and Shute didn't get what was funny. Litho shrugged.

" Yeah, it kinda sounded like he was being mutilated or something…" Baku and Kane started cracking up while Zero shrunk in his seat from embarrassment. (A/N: Got this idea from the movie Scrooge on Comedy Central…yeah…watch and you'll find out what they're talking about if ya didn't get it. ^^;;;)

Litho blinked in confusion, as did Captain and Shute.

" …I think they lost it," Shute said. Captain sweatdroped.

" We-we should get a leash for the doggie, don't you think??" Baku chuckled.

" And maybe a tag, so everyone would know who the owner is…" They both continued their fits of laughter.

" Why me…?" Zero muttered while feeling his circuits overload from the heat of embarrassment. " Can we stop talking about the dog?!"

" Oh, fine," Baku giggled. Zero hit his head on the table.

" Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeee don't get it…." Litho said.

" Litho, WHAT are you doing?" Zero asked as Litho carried a bucket outside of Shute's house.

" Cherry pickin'," Litho said. Zero sweatdroped. " There are no cherry trees around here…" Zero said while adjusted his sunglasses.

" What?!" Litho dropped the bucket in horror. " If there's no cherries….THEN WHAT'S WORTH LIVING FOR?!" Litho yelled dramatically.

` Takes after his.um…mother…' Zero thought. Litho's eyes started to water.

" I ….want…." He then started crying hysterically. " CHERIIIIIEEES!!" (A/N: LoL!)

Zero sweatdroped. " Um---don't cry, Litho!" Zero went over to the little mecha and tried to calm him down.

" Um---we can go find a cherry tree--" Litho instantly smiled and stopped crying. " Really??? Thanks Papa!!" Litho then hugged Zero, who blinked.

` ….I got to learn not to fall for that trick again…' (A/N: A happy Litho: Just add cherries. :p)

" Looks like you got things under control," Kane snickered. Zero glared at him while lifting Litho up into his arms.

" Oh shut up." Zero then cracked his neck, making Litho look at him funny.

" Don't do that when my head's this close to your neck," Litho cringed. Zero sweatdroped.

" Sorry."

" Ha! You did do it again," Kane said with a smirk. Zero rolled his eyes while putting Litho down. " How about you go say bye to the others before we go?" Litho nodded.

" Okay!" He then bolted into the house, leaving Zero and Kane alone.

" Okay, now you know it was me…"

" But I thought only women can bark like dogs," Kane mused. Zero blushed while glaring at his friend. Kane laughed. " I'm kidding!" Kane's smile suddenly vanished.

" So, what did you do to Baku?" Zero blushed. " Kane!"

" No, I mean before then." Zero raised an invisible eyebrow. " What do you mean?" Kane crossed his arms.

" You put the first mark on Bakunetsumaru, Zero. Why?" Kane demanded. Zero blinked.

" What are you talking about? What mark?!" Kane stared hard at Zero for a moment.

" …You really, don't know, do you?" Zero shook his head. Kane sighed, " You put a mark on his mentality…"

" Meaning…?"

" Meaning that you have taken the firs step of making him your mortal servant." Zero's eyes widened. " What?!"

" Since we are vampires, we can recreate our own kind by…well, biting them. But with servants, they are developed differently. You see, while we are in limbo basically, they are still living….only linked to us; if we die, they die. And they are living to only obey us." Zero stared at Kane in horror.

" I…" Zero shook his head. " I'd never use him like that…"

" I know.." Zero put a hand to his head. " God…what have I done?" Kane went up to Zero and put a hand on his shoulder. " Relax, sir Zero…It's only the first mark. There are five all together to have completed before it takes affect…" Zero swallowed, then nodded in understanding, but he still looked distressed. Baku, his slave?

" There's something more to it than just being a slave…" Kane trailed off when he saw little Litho bound up to them.

" Papa, I'm ready!" he chirped happily. Zero forced himself to smile. He still wasn't used to the fact that Litho really was his son. They even did scans to prove it was so.

" Alright.." Zero picked the little Gundam up, and floated into the air. Litho clung to Zero.

" Fuck!" Litho exclaimed, as they got higher.

" Litho! Don't swear!" Zero scolded. Litho sighed, " Fine…" Zero rolled his eyes. " You're far too young for cussing."

" ….I'm five hundred years old in a kid's body…and I kinda have the mind to boot." Zero nearly dropped Litho.

" You're WHAT?!"

" Yeah…but I've only been awake for…uh….ten years…." Litho said sadly. Zero thought that explained a bit. He held Litho a bit tighter.

" Don't worry, though," Zero said. " Bakunetsumaru and I will take care of you." He didn't know what made him say that, but he felt a strong urge to say it. Litho clung tighter with a smile.

" My Papa's the coolest." Zero smiled. (A/N: Awww, that's cute! What next, fishing?? LOL!)

Baku lied next to the little pool in the secret place in the forest with Zero. Litho wanted to spend the night with Shute, who was beginning to become his best friend.

" …Soooooo," Baku sung while rolling over to look at Zero. " Should we go and get you a collar, Doggie boy??" Baku started laughing while Zero blushed.

" I still can't figure out how you made me do that…" Baku winked. " Only I know how to make you act like an animal!" Zero crossed his arms.

" Well, if you can make me act like a dog…I should make you act like a cat!" He then pounced on Baku and pinned him on the ground.

" Meow?" Baku purred cutely. Zero barked like a dog. The two laughed at their animal impressions.

" God, we're worse than kids…"

" Yes," Zero agreed. " Except kids don't have sex…"

" Well, actually, they do." Baku corrected. Zero sweatdroped.

" Okay…well, they are not in love like we are!" Baku nodded, then purred. Zero chuckled, then kissed Baku.

" You do know Litho wants a pet now…" Baku said. Zero sighed.

" We can't keep animals at the base, Baku." Baku shrugged.

" Then I guess we'll find our own place to live in…" Zero got off of Baku. " For real?"

" Yeah, why not?" Baku asked. Zero thought for a moment. " Actually, that's not a bad idea…" Baku kissed Zero.

" Good!" The musha cuddled close to the knight and sighed. " This will be a dream come true…" Baku said, " Living together, and having a kid of our own to raise…" Zero held Baku tightly in his arms.

" Darling, with you…everything is like a dream…" They held each other in silence for minutes.

" …I bet I can make you howl again…" Baku said slyly.

" Not until I make you meow first!" Zero pushed Baku down and started tickling his love.

" Ahahaha-cheater!!" The two laughed as they had a tickling war, then Baku sat up and drew Zero in for a kiss to end it.

Okay, they're gonna start living together on their own soon! Yipiiiiiiie! But wait…if Zero unintentionally gave Baku the first mark…then what if he gives him the next four?? Gasp!!! LOL. And what of Litho's cherry obsession??

Litho: *is eating a truck full of cherries* ^_________^
