[Notes]
[1] I manipulate ages..
[2] Mixed English/Japanese depending on formality.
[3] Mikihisa married into the Asakura family.
[4] Shaman Terms
Shaman King: Title of the series. Also the shaman who wins the Shaman Fight and apparently meets/gets as his/her
main spirit the Great Spirit/King of Spirits/Spirit King/Kami-sama/God. The Shaman Kings have been known as
saviors in the past (it's postulated that this includes Jesus and Buddha.)
Shaman Fight: The fight run every 500 years to decide the Shaman King
Oversoul: A shaman is capable of merging a spirit with an inanimate object, but when a shaman does so, some
energy visibly leaks out - that energy is an oversoul
Furyoku: Furyoku is a shaman's level of personal power - it's used to form an oversoul
Asakura Hao: 1,250,000
Iron Maiden Jeanne: 500,000
In Tankouban 7:
Yoh's furyoku: 210. Ren's furyoku: 350. Amidamaru's power: 920. Basson's power: 710.
Shamans usually have one Guardian Spirit/a Main Spirit, but some like the Judges can have multiple.
Ranma is both a Shaman and Chi Master, so unless he has a fragment of God, like Hao with the Spirit of the Fire,
he'll need the massive battery of spiritual power.

Keiko Asakura, young miko of a local shrine and descendant of Shamans looks at her sister Nodoka. There
both dressed in the shrine robes. Keiko is usually very serene, but she looks worried, while Nodoka, the easy-going
one, looks serious. Not a good thing.
"Are you sure about this, Nodoka?" say Keiko to her Oneesama, "Otousama and Okaasama will be very upset."
"They place the continuation of there bloodlines over my happiness." says Nodoka, " With Genma I don't feel
confined with huge responsibilities. He's wild, untamed, and as free as Great Forests "
"Always the Romantic, It's no wonder your personal ghost is wife of a Samurai turned Poet."
"You love Mikihisa, so the arrangement is good. Dao gives me the creeps."
"I understand." says Keiko nearly crying
"Sayonara, Imouto."

"Rei-chan!" says a cute chibi-Ranma Saotome to a cute little girl with long black hair and purplish eyes.
"Ranchan!" says Rei to the little boy with blue-gray eyes and long jet hair in a ponytail.
Grandpa Hino, Priest of the Hikawa Jinja, watches as his granddaughter goes off to play with the grandson
of his old friend, Onmyoji, Yohmei Asakura. He remembers 6 years ago when she came to him with her husband.
She was expecting and needed help. He remembered a client Yohmei has noted. A young fisherman, 40 years ago,
who later became an extremely wealthy businessman. He had defied his parents wishes to marry a half-american
girl, what they called an ai no ko. When Ichiro Kannon learned of Nodoka and her plight, he gave her enough for
her family to live content on, including rebuying the Saotome ancestal home, which Genma lost years ago. He said
he owed the Asakura more than she could believe.
"So how are Rei's Parents?" says Nodoka coming up behind him holding a tea set and a worried tone.
"My daughter is growing weaker day by day. The doctors say that she has less than a month left." he says in a
defeated tone, then he gets angry. "'Representive' Hino is too busy with the Diet to visit. He already signed the
paperwork stating she will live with me."
"Always the businessman. It will be nice to have Rei around. Genma is obsessed with Ranma becoming the greatest
martial artist of his generation. He wants to take my baby on an epic training trip. He says I'll just make him soft. I
wish I knew why he was so determined."
"I did a little research. Genma's old master was the infamous Happosai, Founder and Shihan of Ganso Musabetsu
Kakutö Ryü. I think he fears Happy will return someday and wants Ranma to be an ace."
"I hope..."
Nodoka's voice trails off as Ranma and Rei play with there imaginary friend, or not so imaginary.

Neko-ken Training

1991
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
The Neko-Ken. Cat-Fist. Mao-Fu.The Origins of the feline style of fighting dates back to ancient Egypt,
before the founding of Tell Basta. It was designed by the Cat Goddess Bastet and her co-wife Sekhmet. It was meant
for a race of cat-people, a way to channel there powerful animal spirits into a perfect fighting style. Bastet, Goddess
of mothers, children, and pregnant women, and Sekhmet, Bloodthirsty and violent Goddess of war and divine
vengence together formed the Way of the Guardian Cat. When the invaders grew, the cat tribes moved to follow the
great cats including the tigers of India and Asian.
Great Warriors and Monks learned a secret varient of what would be the Cat Fist, but the greedy and
foolish also tried to learn and teach others. Thus was born the corrupted, Dreaded Nekoken.
Ranma is now experiencing the corrupted version. On the Spiritual level, One of Three things occurs. One,
the person is unable to deal with the trauma and dies. Two, since humans don't have Animal Spirits, the person's
spirit opens to a void and "bleeds" to death. In the Third case, the negative energy of the dying cats and the pit
creates a dark spirit [like how humanity's bad karma creates Oni in Japanese mythology]that possesses the Trainee
either killing it or sending it into an insane feral state.
Those options apply to a normal human, but Ranma has the blood of Shaman. The dark spirit is channeled,
so the effects are weakened. Instead of permenent Insanity, it becomes temporary, In another instant another spirit
binds to Ranma to counter the negative, parasite-like Neko-Spirit.The savage cat becomes a kitten, and a young boy
is protected.
When Ranma awakens he sees and remembers a different world. No more friends in everything. No more
magical spirits. No more Imaginary friends.

Ranma Saotome, Master of Musabetsu Kakutö Saotome Ryü, Prodigy of Nyuchezuu Wushu, and aqua-
hermamorphic chaos-magnet martial artist. Ranma is currently taking a break from his chaotic mess knwon as his
life. He thought things would get better after the failed wedding, but it turned out not as much as he hoped. Genma
and Souun are still shogi/ Go- playing drinking buddies still planning on marrying there children and retiring to
luxury. Kasumi is still the repressed housewife and head of the house. Nabiki is out of high school, but she's still an
extortionist and chibi-yakuza-wannabe.
Ukyou "Ucchan" Kuonji is having a breakdown over she may lose her fiancee and her best friend. Ryouga
"Lost Boy" Habiki no longer hates Ranma with the same passion, but is still unstable. Nyu Shan Pu is getting
desperate and Mu Su can't accept Ranma's not the obstacle in a relationship with Shan Pu. Kolon is divided. On one
hand, Ranma *is* the best of his generation. The best there tribe could ever get this century. On the other, he
defeated Saffron, something the Amazons could never do, making him uncontrollable and unstable. Her Pride
further messes things up.
Finally, his True Uncute Fiancee Akane keeps bouncing from insecure and worried to jealous and angry to
loving and frightened to the rest of the emotional rainbow.
Ranma sighs and says, "I wish I had some help."
Suddenly, there is a faint breeze and for a moment the air smells of cherry blossoms. Ranma feels
something hit him in the head and hit the floor. He turns to see an old leather bound book. A Large Very Thick
Book. The picture on the front is a rune-edged circle divided into four by a detailed cross. Ranma picks it up and
opens it. The words at first are written in a half-chicken-scratch half-pictograph language, but then the letters morph
into 20th century Japanese!
Ranma scans the first page [the back, Japanese read from right to left], it turns out to be a table of contents.
The book is most martial arts focusing instead of external training like Musabetsu Kakutö , but internal training and
Ki manipulation. It lists various techniques and he notices "Cleansing, removal of poison and curses" the most.
There are also two notes. The first is you need to master all the previous lessons to do the higher lessons. The last
page in the book is numbered page 701 and each page averages 2 techniques. Which means to learn final technique
#1401 you must master the previous 1400 lessons.
"Cleansing. Number 1-2-5."
The second note is actually a spirit ward. As he looks at it letters appear.
"Only the Worthy can see the Knowledge within. Those who are not see nothing written. The Language of
the Worthy becomes the Language of the Written. Once the Worthy has become the Student, he must not and will
not stop until he is the Master. Until the Master has the Student become, the Knowledge will follow. Until the
Master has the Student become, the Written will be indestructable."
Suddenly, there is the sweet flower smell again and more letters, Kanji, appear.
"The book is magic and adapts itself to the reader. It's designed to teach you everything. If you start you
can't stop until you've mastered the entire book. It's teaching style is the America-jin KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid!!"
Ranma sweatdrops, then thinks.
PROS: A Possible Cure for my Curse.
1401 New Techniques.
With Internal Styles, Chance to get some Inner Peace.
Training. Excuse to stay away from Nerima.
CONS: I won't be able to stop BUT I never give up.
Somebody could steal it BUT only I can read it and it would return to me.
It could be destroyed BUT the note said it was indestructable
It'll take alot of time BUT it's worth it!!
As Ranma agrees the book morphs again. Instead of saying "Student" in the Lesson Instructions, it says
"Student Ranma".

Day 31 #125
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Ranma sits crosslegged on a sheet of rice paper. He had learned many techniques in the last month. He
could form a visible ball of chi, anchored his chi with the earth chi, amd move like ghost, doing things like running
up trees, walking across rice paper without breaking it, and walking on water without making a ripple. He felt like a
hero out of Chinese mythology.
Ranma had changed from the arrogant, immature martial artist that came to Nerima. He's patient, silent, and
self-reliant. He no longer would do dangerous or foolish things, like when he dated Kunou to get the Mangan-maru
"wish-fulfillment sword". He no longer suffured from extreme cronic foot-in-mouth disease, he can speak like a
cultured Japanese not a wandering barbarian. He's no longer dependant on others, no longer needing attention or
Genma anymore. Ranma can now stand strong on his own two feet.
Ranma is glad Lesson #3 is a speed-reading technique based on memory and ki potential. With his eudetic
[photographic] memory and Ki potential from the Kachü Tenshin Amaguriken training, Ranma could now read an
entire encleopedia-size book in less than a minute. He no longer had problems Reading and was not only finished
reading his High School Books and University books, but most of the Public Library.
Ranma begins the Cleansing. He opens his Ki flows and makes himself part of the natural flows. The knots
in the Ki flows unclot and unravel, new Ki is pumped in, and his flows begin to move smoothly. The corrupted,
negative energy in his body is purged, while energy from the Earth replaces it. Ranma feels himself acheive partial
oneness with the universe. He feels the cleansing wave.
Suddenly, the binds on Ranma's memory snap. The pressure points and other controls placed on him by
those seeking to control him shatter. The minor brain damage caused by Genma's insane training is corrected.
Ranma remembers a happy childhood before the training. He remembers his mom before they met again at the
Tendos. He also begins to remember a different perception, a world were ghosts and spirits existed.
Ranma feels a dark force within him, trying to corrupt the flows. Ranma feels it out and recognizes the
hatred, fear, and savage primal nature. The Neko-Ken! Ranma at first feels fear, then focuses. Ranma refuses to live
in fear, his training has taught him to face all fears. The Neko-ken is not a true creature, but dark energy, so Ranma
focuses the cleansing on it.
In the Real World, Ranma has been sitting in meditation for the last 20 minutes. Ranma aura appeared as a
blue glow, then shifted to pure white. Now, a dark mass rises from Ranma like smoke. It takes the distorted shape of
a great cat's shadow. The mass, the spirit of the nekoken, roars in rage as it tries to reclaim it's host, but it fails.
Ranma's aura flares brightly and the Dark Spirit is destroyed, like a building in a nuclear explosion!
Ranma finally feels a surge as the last of the pollution is purged from his being. He then feels another force
within him, a spirit he recalls as his memory regenerates. Ranma opens his eyes as a glowing cloud flows from his
body to the floor infront of him. The glowing mist condenses into a glowing pillar that further contracts into a
humanoid form. The form of a tall, beautiful woman with long white-blond hair, pale skin, and golden eyes. She
also has little ears on the top of her head and nine white fox tails. She's dressed in a white kimono with a flower
pattern. Ranma also sees a black haired woman in a sakura petal blue kimono and carrying a katana.
"I remember you Sakura, your my mother's personal ghost. So it was you who lead me to the book, but who are you
Kumiho?"
The fox-woman speaks softly. Her voice filled with compassion.
"I was a fox that had lived for a 1000 years. I was one of the few truly evil creatures of Korean folklore. Then I
encountered divine messengers of Inari and they lead me to Kishimo-jin."
"Kishimo-jin!?"
"Yes, The Japanese Buddhist patron goddess of little children. Her name means 'mother goddess of the
demons' and she was originally a monstrous demon from India (called Hariti). She abducted little children and
devoured them, until the great Buddha converted her. Now she represents the Buddha's appeal to compassion, and
his devotion to the welfare of the weak. As the Buddha changed her, she changed me. I became like Kodomo-no-
Inari, a fox protector of children.'
'For 1001 years, I was a ruthless protector of children, viciously punishing those who harm them. Several
Warlords fell because they dared to harm a child. Then one night I sensed a child's pain and followed the scent of
fear and blood to the pit. I was going to cause your father's destruction, when the Cat Spirit began it's corruption. I
melded myself within you turning the savage cat into a kitten, preventing it's bloodlust from surfacing."
Ranma feels another surge of power and watches as a glow spreads over him, an image of a chinese woman
can be scene before it fades away. Ranma's form shifts from 165 cm [5', 05"] to fluidic 190 cm [6', 03"]. His hair
grows shifting from pure black to red-black, the Ryü no hige "dragon's whisker" falls from the lengthening lochs.
His skin also changes, scars vanish, and the color tans. Ranma looks down at his new form in a now skintight silk
outfit.
In a cursed land, an old chinese guide and his cute little girl Plum watch as a pillar of light erupts from one
pool.
"What the hell happened!!?!?!" says both Ranma and Sakura.
Suddenly, the unnamed fox-woman hears whispers in the wind and begins to smile.
"Chöchuanshan. What you call Jusenkyö. Land of Cursed Springs. The waters of change flow from
Jusendo into the springs filling them with magic. When a person or animal drowns, the sadness and negative chi
bind the spirit's form to the pool. Over the centuries, the concentration of dark spirits and magic reached a level so
that if someone disrupts the waters, upseting the spirit bound to it, it bonds the magic and form to the guilty.'
'When you purified your chi, the negative chi binding you to the spirit and the spirit to Jusenkyö was
purged. That cured your curse, but you also freed the original spirit of the drowned girl. There is no longer a Spring-
of-Drowned-Girl. The reason you changed is the purified waters, waters of Jusendo, the waters of change. Saffron
gained great power from Jusendo and he was only exposed to the magic for a short period. His evolution was
incomplete, thanks to his injuries. The two years worth of magic within you, plus your purification, enabled you to
ascend into a stronger, more appropiate form."
"How do you know all that?" says Ranma, looking very curious.
"Look to your left."
Ranma turns to see a couple of water sprites. They look like tiny blue fairies with mist like wings. Ranma
thinks two water sprites bonded to me, no wonder I'm a water magnet. There holding a scroll labeled the Origin of
Chöchuanshan in Chinese. Sweatdrop!
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Nodoka walks in to find a taller, more manly Ranma talking with Sakura, a couple of water sprites, and a
nine-tailed fox-woman??
"So your saying you knew about Jusenkyö since I was 8??" says Ranma to the Sprites.
"Water Sprites like me and Mizuko" says the white-haired Kooriko, "gather and learn info on dangerous waters,
such as cursed and magic springs."
"Yeah." say Mizuko, the blue-haired one, "Agua Caliente. The Native American healing spring. Dancing-Water of
the Fairies. Hippocrene, The fountain of the Muses on Mount Helicon. Acadine. Aganippe. Fonte Aretusa.
*shudder* Hermaphroditos."
"What's Hermaphroditos?" asks Ranma looking worried.
"Something worse than Spring of the Drowned Girl." says Mizuko.
Kooriko pulls out a set of glasses and four-point grad hat and puts them on
"HERMAPHRODITOS was one of the Erotes, and a handsome son of Hermes and Aphrodite. He was
loved by the Nymphe Salmakis who prayed that she could be with him forever. Some god, on hearing her prayer,
merged their two forms into one, to form a being that was both male and female. Hermaphroditos was depicted as an
Erote (one of the many winged Love-God attendants of Aphrodite) but with both male and female attributes. Thus
who bath in his/her pool become herms."
There is a collective shudder at that one.
"Don't Sprites play with Nymphs?" says the fox-woman.
"Well Shiroko, Water Sprits tend to flow together" says Mizuko giggling.
"Flow after Ranma. Ranma has had numberous water spirits after him along with a few cat spirits. Your charm
extends beyond the mortal plane."
"WAI!! MY SON IS SO MANLY!!" so Nodoka, while Sakura says, "WAI!! MASTER RANMA IS SO
MANLY!!"
Ranma, Shiroko, and the two water sprites sweatdrops. Sometimes a shaman is a BAD influence on there
Ghost.
After a few minutes and some tea, Nodoka asks about his changes.
"I found a training manual last month, it contained a cleansing technique to remove my curse. Today, I
finally learned enough to use the technique. The curse's negative forces were purged and the spirit of the drowned
girl was freed from Jusenkyö, but the magic remained. It changed me according to my spirit, like when Saffron
evolved."
"So a Manlier Body to match an even Manlier Spirit!" Nodoka giggles, her head filled with visions of grand babies.
The spirits, except Sakura, think the same thing, she has manly on the brain.
"So what are your plans, son?"
"Mom" says Ranma, "I want to finish my training and maybe learn a few things about being a Shaman. I need
Shaman training and the book says I need experience after a certain number of lessons. So I want to do some
traveling, a personal training trip."
"For Shaman training, I guess you'll have to meet my grandparents in Izumo and Aoyama. I don't know about Chi
training, thoe"
"I think the book says I can find help on that part on my own. What I need *you* to do is postpone going back to
Nerima. I want to finish my training before I return."
"It takes most a lifetime to become a Shaman, but if anybody can pull it it's you my son.."

Day 64 #256
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
**WHAT!!**
The shout comes from the Tendos [minus Kasumi], the Kunous, the Amazons, Ukyou, Ryouga, Happosai,
and Genma. The Nerima Wrecking Crew is shocked by Nodoka's news. Ranma has been gone for over two months,
and he decided to take a 2 *year* training journey!
"What could the ungrateful boy learn without me??" yells Genma.
Alot! thinks everybody as they continue to shout.
"THE SCHOOLS WILL NEVER BE JOINED!!!!!!! WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!" says fountain-sama
"Coward! Running Away! I will have REVENGE!" says the ham with girl problems.
"He could have taken his Cute Fiancee!" says Miss Okonomiyaki
"Foul Sorceror! You dare avoid my rightous wrath! I will vanquuish you and free the Pig-tailed girl." says the
Victorian fruitcake
"Ranma-Sama where are you??" says This-is-your-brain-on-everything.
"Airen! Why no take Wife?" says the deranged hair care product.
"How dare you taunt my Shampoo!" says the blind, deranged hair care product,
"Saotome, you still owe me money." says Lil' Miss Yakuza '98.
"RANMA-CHAN! How dare you deprive your master of your breasts." says 100-year Pervert.
"RANMA-NO-BAKA!" says the Uncute Tomboy.
*****"SILENCE!!!!"*****
Eveybody quiets down at Nodoka's shout. She holding her katana not like a clumsy housewife they've seen,
but a Kenjutsu stance that makes Kunou blush.
"Saotome-san" say the Nyuchezuu Elder Kulon, "I sense something different about you."
"I haven't used my family heritage in years. The same heritage Ranma needs training in."
"Heritage." says Kolon carefully,"Nodoka, what was your maiden name?"
"Nodoka Asakura"
Kolon, Happosai, and Tatewaki Kunou nearly have heart attacks, the rest look confused except Genma who
looks [and is] stupid.
"As in Onmyoji Yohmei Asakura?" says Tatewaki, pale.
"As in the Itako Kino Asakura??" says Kolon, sweating
"As in the Ascentic Monk, Mikihisa Asakura??" says Happosai, pissing himself.
"As in the Miko Keiko Asakura???" says Ryouga, near faint.
"In that order: My Father, My Mother, My Brother-in-Law, and my Little Sister."
Tatewaki faints his Great Enemy grandson to the man behind the wealthiest and most noble bloods!
Kolon locks up, Ranma is the grandson of her an honorary amazon, a woman who helped her people 16
times! I'm so screwed!
Happosai high-tails it out of there. Ranms's uncle nearly sealed him forever!
Ryouga feels worse than ever. His father owes his life to that Miko and so does he. No wonder Akari is
mad at him, he *is* obsessed!

Izuma, Japan
Day 65 #260
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Ranma stands in a beautiful forested area. There are many tall green trees with a few scattered leaves
behind him. In front of him is a calm, clear river with banks of sand and clay. Ranma is dressed in a sleeveless white
silk shirt, white pants, and white sandals. On his back is a huge backpack and at his side are Shiroko and the water
sprites.
"Ranma, what was Lesson #200?" says Shiroko, "You said it would help with your martial arts?"
"Weight of the Spirit." says Ranma looking at his mother's map, "It similar to Strength of the Mountain. It weaves a
pattern into the ambient air and my clothing, and links it to the Earth below. It changes the user's weight. It can
make a down feather weight the same as a large steel bolt. It can also make walking threw air seem like walking
threw liquid mercury."
"Cool!" says Mizuko
"So how much do you weight now?" says Kooriko
"10 times normal. Naked, I weigh bare 85 kilos, but right now I weight just over 850. " says Ranma, "The pack
normally weights a 100 kilos, but it's now at a thousand."
"You weigh over 4000 pounds!!" says Kooriko.
"You don't look fat." says Mizuko.
"Mist Head!" says Kooriko, spraying the other sprite with snow flakes.
"If you weigh so much why is the grass.unbroken." says Shiroko "You left no trail, as I do."
"#100. Ghost Dancing." says Ranma with a cocky grin, "Walk across rice paper without breaking it. Walking on
water for masters. Using both techniques is not only building both my physical abilities and granting me finer
control, but rapidly increasing my energy level."
They hear a giggle and turn to see a couple of nymphs in the river. The water entities have seductive looks
on there face.
"Increase sex appeal too." says Kooriko.
Ranma blushes and his companions giggle. Ranma is more powerful and smarter, but he still has problems
with women.
Suddenly, the group feels a dark force, a surge of negative energy. The nymphs dive back into the river,
while Ranma's two water sprites hide behind him. Shiroko takes a stance, as Ranma takes his own.
They watch as the area infront of them darkens like a cloud over the sun. The group feels nature warp as
the dark energy pollutes the area. The shadows darken and condense, flowing rapidly into each other. The black
streams dive into the ground, infusing the soil with theer corrupt power. The soil dies turning a motted grey, then the
dust condenses into seven humanoid shapes. As the shadows clear, seven humanoid golems made of black Earth
stand ready to attack.
"and I thought the trip was going to be dull." says Ranma with confidence.
Ranma is knocked back by the first blow, then he adapts to the fact each is stronger than the Musk Tiger-
boy Mint and as tough as pressurized reinforced concrete. Ranma seems to flow around the golems, moving with
grace beyond the grestest dancer and speed so great it leaves confusing afterimages. Ranma knows the Bakusai
Tenketsu would fail, because there energy is so badly polluted and corrupt. Ranma is forced to used to use Akane's
method.
With a blow, the first shatters into a shower of crumbling soil. The chi-charge in the blow preventing it
from reforming. A fluidc kick shatters the head of the second, while a backhand blow to the chest destroys the third.
Ranma grabs the sidekick of the fourth and smashes him into the fifth. A quick finger strike into the pile of dirt,
stops them from reforming. The sixth tries to jump Ranma, but a closeline nails it before a cresent kick sends it to
oblivion.
The seventh is about to attack from behind, when a spirit ward lands on it's back. The negative energy
streams out of it like smoke, as the golem freezes in place. Ranma and the gang watch as the energy leaves the soil.
The coloring shifting from evil dark grey to dead gray to dust white. A faint wind carries the dust and blows it away.
Ranma turns to see a small, old man with graying hair done in an odd style and big eyebrows. He's not as
withered as Cologne or Happosai, but he's older than most Nerimas. He's dressed in the robes of an Onmyoji-
Diviner, Seer or Soothsayer- Flying around him are several leave sprites. He has a serious look on his face.
"I am Onmyoji Yohmei Asakura. Who are you and what are you doing on my land?"
"My name is Ranma Saotome. I'm Nodoka's son and I came to learn grandfather."
Yohmei is so shocked the leaf sprites crash and burn.
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
"So my wayward daughter had a son." says Yohmei as sets down his tea.
"You came her to get training as a Shaman, but you seem fairly advance. What training have you had before,
grandson?"
"Well to start, Mom told me to say you were right about Genma and the only good that came from him was me."
says Ranma pulling two books from pack. One is Genma's training manual, the other is the mystic training book. He
opens Genma's manual to the Nekoken and hands it to his grandfather.
"When I was 5, my father, Genma, took me on a 10 year training mission threw Japan and China. He
wanted me to be the greatest martial artist of my generation. When I was 10, he came across the Nekoken training
manual. The training robbed me of many things including my Shaman abilities and my memories. If it wasn't you
Shiroko there, I would have become a blood thirsty beserker..."
Ranma continues on telling about the various training methods, Jusenkyö, and the troubles he faced in
Nerima, from the fiancees and rivals to the battle with Saffron. Grandfather Yohmei is feeling many things. He's
horrified by the training his grandson went threw, it's beyond the advance training of expert adult shamans. He's
both amused and amazed by the chaos which is Nerima, and he's EXTREMELY ANGRY at Genma for all the
problems he's caused. Yohmei can see that all of his grandson's problems can be traced to his son-in-law. The fat
bastard is responsible for the curses, the fiancees [even Shampoo because he ate the Prize and taught the behaviour],
the rivals, and bad parenting caused Ranma's social problems. Yohmei doesn't need to divine to know all Genma
wants is an easy retirement with he and Souun playing shogi while living off there children's sweat. Tohmei makes a
mental note to reach a few special contacts.
Ranma finishes with the training book, the cleansing, and his new friends.
"Well Grandson. You appear to be a born warrior and natural hero. The training manual you found,
according to what you describe, is white chi magic. Your on the path of becoming a white chi warrior mage."
"Chi Magic?? You mean chi can be magic??"
"The fundamental basis for all life is a flow of force from the Cosmos to the being that it is affecting. This
concept is recognized around the world as Mana (to
the Huna of Hawaii), Chi/Ki to the Martial arts masters of the East, Prana to the Sufis of India and so on. Many
names for the same basic force that grants life and changes the
universe around us. These forces are without "morals" as we see them, they are not good nor are they evil, they
simply are. This energy is measurable and perceptible to the aware
and/or trained mind, thus it can be defined and utilized.'
'Many Legandary Heroes and Masters of the East, possessed the power. The powers of the Monkey King,
Sun Wu Kong were chi based magic. White Chi Wizards spend there lives helping and protecting others and nature.
Many have tried to become full masters, but not all have reached the level."
"Why?"
"Well Grandson, some don't have the potential, some die before they reach the level, and some are
distracted. My dear old friend Chi Master Phong was killed by the dark chi wizard Dao Wong Long. Many powerful
martial artists were killed by the Akuma, Master of Satsu no Hadou. Dark Chi wizards and dark warriors see White
Chi users as threat to there powers. So do demons and other corrupt forces."
"and the distractions?" says Shiroko very curious.
"The strong positive aura created by strong White Chi Mages attracts people to them. I knew a Chi Wizard who
lived near India, her training was imcomplete, but she was happy with her 7 husbands. A friend I know in Korean
failed on his 15th year, but he's happy with his 6 wives."
"7 husbands!?" says Ranma, "6 wives!?"
"The greater the life energy, the greater the appeal. Since White Chi training increases ones vitality and stamina, it
takes more than one normal human to satisfy them. At least if you fail your training, I'll get some great
grandchildren!!"^_^
It's interesting to see a martial arts god and three spirits facefall.

Day 112 #448
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Yohmei Asakura watches his eldest grandson with pride. Unlike Yoh, who took months to learn how to
summon a leaf sprite, Ranma learned to summon it first try. Chi mastery usually enhances a person's primary traits.
Dark Chi users have there darkest traits enhanced. There greed, lust, hatred, or obsession to best is boosted to
dangerous levels. In white chi users, positive traits are boosted, such as confidence, caring, or honor. In Ranma it
seems to have boosted his natural ability to learn and his drive to succeed. The techniques are also very similar to
deep spiritual training, so they work together.
Ranma is also watched by his grandmother, the Itako Kino Asakura. She came when she heard of her
second grandson. After the letters she got from Anna, she expected him to be a lazy bum with talent like Yoh. She
was surprised to find him a powerful seasoned warrior studying to become a White Chi Mage. She summoned
various martial arts spirits to test Ranma, and she was surprised that not only did Ranma surpass all of them, but
learned all the techniques of those he hyoi gattai with. It's a remarkable Shaman ability. If he wants to learn how to
paint, he hyoi gattai with the ghost of an artist and learns there abilities, permenently. As she watches, she also
afraid. She keep it behind her cold persona, but both her and Yohmei can feel Ranma's Furyoku. It's immense!
The two Elder Asakuras watch as Ranma plays with the leaf shikagami, he runs up tree trunks like walking
on the ground, runs across water, and leaps so high he might aswell fly. Ranma's companion spirits watch from the
sidelines giving an occassional cheer. Ranma now has many spiritual companions and friends, but has yet to claim
personal ghosts. He eudetic hyoi gattai ability and his own immense energy level has made it redundant. With most
shamans, they need to train to use a powerful ghost, like Yoh and Amidamaru, but Ranma has yet to find a strong
enough spirit to interest him.
Suddenly, the Mystic Manual- as Ranma has nicknamed the chi mage book- glows a faint blue glow. It
levitates, opens to the marked page, and before the eyes of the humans and spirits, grows a few dozen more pages.
Letters appear on each page after it finishes forming. After it's finishes it flies into Ranma's hands.
"Woah! I guess my Learn-or-Nothing Teacher got as few ideas" he's says looking at the added text, "Map to Best
Choice Oversoul objects. Shamanistic Training. Tchou-senjiryaketsu?"
Yohmei replys to Ranma's question, looking very surprised, "a book which teaches a person how to
increase furyoku and how to tell how an opponent will attack based on his or her furyoku movements."
"Cool. If it's in the book, I have to learn it."
Yohmei and Kino Asakura look at the Mystic Manual. They both think the same thing. "Wish Yoh had a
book like that."

Day 120 #480
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Lesson #450. Flight. Manipulating energy pressure around the user, drawing himself along with it. It takes
alot of skill to manipulate the aura to just hover, let alone fly. The amount of energy would be immense despite it's
pressure basis, but a previous lesson enabled him to rapidly tap in enviromental chi, including the air itself. Barely a
third way threw it and I can fly, thinks Ranma as he sours over the ocean.
Ranma laughs when he remembers his grandfathers reaction just over a week ago, when he learned how to
fly. He even heard with his enhanced hearing "What is he, a martial arts god in training." It was also as funny as
when, he came out the "Hwang Chun," a cave which the dead journey to, which is also a testing ground for
shamans.
"Wasn't there one of these to the North, I remember my father tossing me into one when I was twelve. It was pretty
scary, then"
Grandpa was only in shock for ten minutes, than after telling him to go study his manual, went off talking
about maiming pandas.
After that he decided to find his own personal ghosts, using the Best Choice Oversoul Object map in his
Mystic Manual. With his new ability to fly and supernatural senses, he figures they should be no problem to get.

Day 125 #500
Object 01 Anruioshi Katana
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
There are many stories about swords in Japan. Many powerful legendary weapons.
Masamune was a sword maker. These days you could buy one of his blades the same way you could buy a
Stradivarius violin. The Masamune of legend is said to have contended with Muramasa, another sword maker. They
both made a sword, Masamune and Muramasa, and they were both excelent blades. They were put to a test: the
blades were stood in a stream...leaves floating on the river's surface all flocked to the Muramasa and were cut in half
by it, while leaves all floated around the Masamune. It is for that reason that the Masamune was called the holy
sword, because while it could do violence, its power was in avoiding it, while Muramasa attracted violence like a
magnet
The sword maker Mosuke create a sword of such beauty, his lord ordered his death so he could never make
another. The samurai who was sent was his best friend and refused to kill him. The samurai killed all those sent after
him earning him the name Kijin -"Fiend." He died fighting on Funbari hill waiting for his friend. This is the Legend
of Yoh's ghost Amidamaru.
During the Warring States Period [1192 - 1600], a ronin- a masterless samurai- dedicated his life to the
perfection of his sword style. The Daimyo sent 100 men to kill the samurai, all never returned. There are two
legends about the sword. The first says forged by the samurai with his own blood. The other says it was made from
the body of a demon, just as the Grasscutter was pulled from the Orochi. The samurai, who never once spoke his
name, put his entire life into the art, infusing the blade with his very soul. It is said when the Samurai died, to atone
for blood sheed in the name of his art, another samurai tried to take the blade and was killed. The sword and the
body of it's master vanished into the Earth.
Thanks to the Mystic Manual, Ranma now stands in the Tomb of the Unnamed Samurai. Infront of him, in
a stance, is the reanimated corpse of the samurai weilding the legendary sword, Anruioshi- "the Year of Silent
Tears".
Ranma senses tells him he's not fighting the Samurai's Ghost, but the Spirit of the Sword he weilds. The
sword speaks using the zombie's decaying mouth.
"Only Rule of the Wind may weild the Year of Tears. Only the diciple of the art, may claim the symbol of the art.
Only the worthy shall sheed not."
The battle begins with Ranma on the defense. The sword and weilder move like a feather in the divine
winds. They move with power and fluidic grace. Ranma sees the flawless forms like old nuisance Kunou, but the
Samurai flows smoothly from one to the other and adapts to changes in style and tactics. Ranma realizes why the
Manual picked this sword, it's like a kenjutsu form of Musabetsu Kakutö Ryü, an ever adapting and growing style
designed to win at any cost.
Ranma jumps back with several cuts on his body including a deep cut on his chest Ranma is glad the
Manual contained an advance Ironskin technique. He could take a large caliber anti-ship/anti-aircraft shell to the
chest and not be scratched. If he had been as he was over 4 months ago, he would have been killed a thousand times
over by now.
As Ranma now fights to keep his life, his memory goes back to the sword/zombie's words Rule of the
'Wind may weild the Year of Tears'. The sword's name is "Year of Tears", could it mean the Samurai's name was,
"Great Swordsman, Rei Kazeno, I summon you!"
There is a faint blue light, then the ghost of the long dead samurai melds from the pedestal where his body
rested. The Samurai is strange looking for a Japanese man, he's tall, very muscular, and has long white-blond hair.
The ghost watches as his sword-possessed corpse fights a Shaman Warrior with a long braided hair. He speaks with
the same voice, but lacking in the bloodlust.
"Why do you awaken me, Warrior."
"I want you to be my ghost." says Ranma as he avoids another lethal combo, "I wish to perfect my art to protect
others. Together we can make your art grow beyond this tomb, grow from the shadows that hold it." Ranma is glad
his grandfather taught him to make deals, he feels like he could win a battle of wits against Nabiki, but a over 500
year old ghost?!?
The zombie swordsman is about to deliver another blow, this one fatal, when Ranma feels it, hyoi gattai.
The zombie/sword is surprised when the interloper spoke to his master's spirit and even more when they
overlapped each other. Then the man before him performs an attack that the master created, but never learned to
counter. A move the sword can't counter either.
The zombie falls to it's knees feeling damage throughout his body, it pauses then resheaves it's sword and
presents it to it's new weilder.
"May Anruioshijutsu grow with you."
As Ranma/Kazeno takes the sword, the zombie instantly crumbles into dust and ash, bones and armor
included. The entire tomb begins to shake and crumble.
Outside Ranma stands with his new partner holding the sword. They watch as a sinkhole forms as the tomb
implodes. An old dead tree nearby begins to fall, but in less time it takes for a tear to hit the ground, it's been sliced
to pieces.

Day 131 #524
Object 02 The Beads of Kamui
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
In the 14th century, a girl of great strength was born to the Ainu people. Even as a child she had the
strength of a Great Bear, some thought she was the daughter of there bear god. The girl, who was named Kamui
after Chup-Kamui, the Ainu Sun Goddess, wanted to become a great warrior. So when she reached the age, she left
the Ainu lands to find the great masters. She hid in a man's form and travelled to learn the secret arts or war.
Years of intense training and fighting a variety of warriors through Asia, created a mixed style. A powerful
fluidic martial arts style which would be reinvented by Grandmaster of Ranma's style for his own perverted ends,
centuries later. After many years, after many ruthless vengeful fighters and after many men who found out her true
gender and tried to "put her in her place", she began to incorporate more lethal moves. She began a metamorphosis,
changing from a kind-hearted martial artist who loved to learn to a ruthless fighter willing to win at any cost. Her
style changed from a fluidic mix of martial arts, to an ansatsuken, an assassin's art that wouldn't exist again for
centuries.
Finally, after the rape and murder of her niece by a ronin, she released the evil potential within her soul.
She became a living demon slaughtering the ronin and any fighter that dared to oppose her. Kamui became the
power of god's fury.
A shaman of the ainu came to stop her rampage, he had been Kamui's friend in her youth. The last part if
her humanity stopped her from killing the Shaman and turned her power on herself. The shaman buried her in a
bear's cave and upon the marker the shaman placed Kamui's Beads, a symbol of there friendship given by the
shaman to her on the day she left.
Currently, Ranma is flying threw a wall of the cave, this time not under his own power. On the other side of
the hole a humanoid shadow sorrounded by a menacing aura of shadows. It's eyes glow like golden fire and so do
the long beads around it's neck.
"An opponent after so long!"
Ranma gets into a stance and so does the Ghost of Kamui. The two then seem to blur and vanish, as a storm
of dust and thunder forms. The surging energies are strong enough that large rocks shatter, smaller rocks levitate and
explode, and the ground shakes. Hiding behind a tree, the Samurai Rei Kazeno wacthes his Master/Partner fight
against the demon-girl. He remembers the argument he had with Master Ranma
"Master Ranma, Please let me help you!"
"I can handle this, Rei."
"but Master, my great-grandmother was the daughter of the Ainu Shaman that sealed her. She's a demon that can
shatter mountains!"
"I know the Legend. I too can shatter mountains. I also walked the same path she did. If I hadn't found the book and
my spirit friends, I could have become like her."
"I... I understamd, Master Ranma. You see yourself in her and wish to help her."
"Yes, Rei, and for the last time, don't call me Master!"
The two figures reappear in the violent swirling dust. Ranma coughs up some blood. Unlike his battle with
the Anruioshi where he used his energy to lessen the damage, in this battle he's using his energy just to hold his
body together. If the blade was a large caliber handgun, then the demon girl would be a marine anti-aircraft cannon!
Ranma can feels cracks in nearly every bone, can feel hundreds of bruises throb, and feel his own blood slowly
leaking from hundreds of small cuts. Kamui, since it's a dark spirit, isn't damage except a small loss in it's immense
dark energy. It's aura flickers slightly, before it delivers a blow that sends Ranma flying threw three trees and imbeds
him in a rock face!
"I know you."
Kamui delivers another blow sending Ranma threw the exploding rock and into a field, digging a trench in
the dirt. Ranma coughs up more blood.
"I KNOW YOU, KAMUI!!"
Kamui stops before Ranma staring at the young shaman and speaks in dark demonic voice.
"and What do you know of me, Shaman? What am I to you? A Nightmare? Am I Death?"
"you are my mirror. What was my destiny."
"How can you know me!? HOW CAN YOU!?!", the ghost rages, it's aura raging.
"Become one with me and see the truth." says Ranma with a voice of honesty.
The ghost pauses. An opponent willing to trust him. In the recess of it's mind, in the part that was a human
girl, the memory of another shaman stirs. There is a long pause, then Kamui's form dissolves into etherial flame and
merges with Ranma. Ranma thrashes and his blue eyes turn black, as the corrupt force burns threw his body.
Deep within the kokoro- the heart/soul- Ranma and Kamui stand within a dojo. Kamui is no longer a black
mass with glowing eyes and beads, she now resembles a translucent greyscale version of what she was as a mortal.
She's a beautiful Ainu woman with long hair and golden eyes, and dressed a grey sleeve-less shirt, black pants, and
bare feet. The long beads around her neck glow a faint gold.
Ranma steps forward and images rapidly enter Kamui's mind. Images of Ranma's life.
Taken from his mother at age 5. Swamp and Wolves. Nekoken. No friends. Ucchan. Jusenkyö. Akane.
Kunou. Ryouga. Shampoo. Ukyou. Cologne. Happosai. Tarou. Herb. Rouge. Saffron. Wedding. Cleansing.
The Images cause Kamui to stagger and Ranma to scream as he's forced to relive his life on fast forward.
"How can you still be sane after all that pain and sorrow. Why didn't you go down my path. Why did we change
differently!?!?"
Kamui shifts back and forth, from the Shadow Kamui to the Demon Kamui.
"Our goals were the same, to become the greatest martial artist ever. To perfect our art to help others."
"How did you remain true!? TELL ME!!!"
"I found others to rely on. I found friends! Just as you have."
"I HAVE NO FRIENDS!! ONLY OPPONENTS!!" says Demon Kamui, as the air ripples with surging power.
"No! you made one when you trusted me and you had one before you died."
"YOU JUST WANT TO USE ME LIKE THE OTHERS! YOU WANT ME UNDER YOUR CONTROL! YOU
ARE MY ENEMY!!"
The dojo seems warps and dissolves into a stygian black abyss. Demon Kamui rages after the falling
Ranma. Ranma's from fades in and out with each blow, like a video game sprite. Ranma feels the energy tear into his
very soul.
"You know that's not true!" yells Ranma in a *pleading* voice, "I know ALL of your pains! Let me help you!"
Demon Kamui shifts into a form between Demon and Shadow. She grabs hold of Ranma's shoulders and
speaks.
"How. can. you. help. me!?!?"
Ranma begins to glow like an angel. The abyss ignites into a vortex of etherial white flames. Kamui cries in
a mixture of emotions. Love. Hate. Joy. Fear. Pleasure. Pain.
The darkness begins to stream off Kamui. Her soul feels the cleansing and the bonds holding her soul to
the darkness shatters. The rage, the fear, and the evil intent that made her a demon is pulled from her being. Ranma
pumps in his own energy as her purges her of the polluted, negative energy.
Kamui's form finally splits in a flash of light, revealing two pure Kamuis. One is Shadow Kamui now
possessing natural tan coloring, gold-brown eyes, blue-grey hair, and a yellow top. She wears a face full of joy, a
face not seen in centuries.
The other is Demon-Kamui now completely inhuman with a lupine face and pupil-lrdd fire pit eyes. She
resembles an Oni with long spiky hair, black skin, claws, and big fangs.
Ranma and Kamui float in the glowing winds, while the Demon acts like it's fighting a hurricane. Ranma
and Kamui nod to each other and overlap each other [Not that way you Hentais!] and take the same stance in sync.
The Demon Kamui roars as it's body is melted away by the surging winds, there light tearing threw it's
black flesh.
In the real world, the comatose Ranma glows the white aura of the Cleansing technique. This time the
darkness erupts in streams of smoke-like energy. Finaly a humanoid form melds from Ranma and explodes into a
cloud of dark dust-like particles, that rapidly disperses and vanishes without a trace.
Ranma's white aura slowly dies down and Ranma's body falls back. Rei Kazeno comes over to see if Ma..
Ranma is O.K., he's surprised when a nechlace appears on the man's neck and the ghost of a beautiful Ainu women
melds from Ranma's body.
"MASTER RANMA!" says the rejuvinated Kamui.
Ranma opens an eye and says, " Call me Ranma, K-chan.", then he loses conciousness.

Day 138 #552
Object 03 Skin if the Wind
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Lesson #550. Tapping into the Etherial Stream. Ranma is glad he can now tap into, for brief moments, the
cosmic stream of energy. He needs the boost fighting for the right of using the third spirit. This one is an animal
spirit that once belonged to a Chinese diety.
Feng Po-po. The Chinese goddess of the winds, literally "Madam Wind". She is represented as an old,
wrinkled woman, sitting on a tiger riding on a path made of clouds. On quiet days she placed the winds back in the
bag she carries over her shoulder.
There is a hidden story of the First Tiger of the Wind. From the Primal Chaos, a Spirit of elemental Wind
was born. A wild spirit that ravaged the land, then was contained by the ancients. The wind spirit was later reborn in
the body of pure white tiger, which was found by Feng Po-po roam the highest mountains. They became partners.
A group of powerful demons wanted the Tiger's powers, so they attacked the village where he was resting.
All the humans where killed, but the Tiger survived and slayed the demons. At that moment, he realized he posed a
threat on Earth and left the service of Feng Po-po. He sacrificed himself and hide his body with a message on his
tomb. Only the Worthy may weild the Wind.
With the book, Ranma found the grave marker, a stone tiger with a pearl on it's forehead. When Ranma
removed the stone covering the pearl he was magically pulled into the real tomb of Tiger of the Wind.
The Tiger Spirit stands before him. Like the Nemian Lion that Heracles fought, the Tiger had inpenetrable
skin, so only the empty skin with claws and fangs remains. The spirit has filled the skin with winds, like it's mistress
filled her bag. It stands tall, it's skin unaged and where there was eyes a blue-white mist glows. It's a monsterous
pure white tiger twice the size of a small truck!
"You wish to weild my power, mortal shaman. You must prove yourself!"
The Tiger emits a roar that shakes the tomb like a 9.8 quake and causes hurricane force winds to blow.
Ranma is surprised that it's not just the amount of winds, but the fact they contain pressurized air like ki blasts and
charged vacuum blades! Ranma smashes into a wall, his clothing shreeded into lint. The only things that remain are
the Anruioshi Katana, Kamui Beads, and mystic manual, which roll out of range. Ranma is covered in millions of
fine cuts and scratches.
Ranma stares, fear in his heart and thinking, "That blast could have turned a small army into red mist, metal
weapons included! He doesn't even look like tried."
Ranma charges his body and superspeeds forward to deliver a chi-charged blow. The Tiger jumps clear of
the blow, clamping down on Ranma's arm and flinging him into another wall. Ranma lands on his knees, his arm
mangled and dripping blood. Ranma is glad the book taught him how to ignore all physical pain, then he vomits up a
little blood. Before Ranma can act, he's hit by another wind blast smashing him into the wall. The misted blood is
spray painted on the wall.
Ranma picks his head up in time to see the Tiger's fangs pierce his torso and a white light.
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
"Near the moment of Death, a lifetime can pass in a second."
Ranma opens his eyes to find himself standing a huge white sand desert with the light coming from a pillar
of swirling spirits. Two women stand before him dressed like ancient Egyptian Queens. The first woman is a cross
between a beautiful light skinned Egyptian and a golden lioness. The cat-woman is dressed in gold and white linen,
and glows with a golden sun-like aura. The second woman is a cross between a dark-skinned Egyptian and a black
pantheress. The darker cat-woman is dressed in black linen and dark armor. She also has a crimson-color menacing
aura.
Ranma may have only been a Shaman for 4 ½ months, but even he knew who stood before him. Bastet,
Goddess of mothers, children, and pregnant women, and Sekhmet, Bloodthirsty and violent Goddess of war and
divine vengeance.
"The Neko-Ken. Cat-Fist. Mao-Fu. The Origins of the feline style of fighting dates back to ancient Egypt,
befpre the founding of Tell Basta. It was designed by the Cat Goddess Bastet and her co-wife Sekhmet. It was meant
for a race of cat-people, a way to channel there powerful animal spirits into a perfect fighting style."
"Yes, Ranma Asakura. We are they and this is about the Way of the Guardian Cat. To control divine cat spirits like
Tiger of the Wind and Byakko, you must know how to channel the immense power, to control the power of human
and cat united."
"As how long it will take. As the book said 'Near the moment of Death, a lifetime can pass in a second.'."
[Possible SideS: "Way of the Guardian Cat"]
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
The Tiger of the Wind is shocked when Ranma's form shifts from near death to 700%. An aura explodes
around Ranma's bare form into the form of a giant cat.
"So the Kitten has become a Cat, but is it a Housecat or a Tiger?"
The two "cats" clash together, claws swiping and winds clashing. The raging winds and streams of energy
ravage the tomb. Fragments of the stone shoot into the air streams and are shreeded. The two lock together in the
center of the room. Ranma holds his hands against the skin's paws, while the ovelapping paws of his aura lock with
overlapping paws of the Spirit. The energy produced by the conflict compress the air enough around them to form a
crater in the floor. They both strain hard and the air between them glows brighter and brighter.
With a double roar, both fighters are blown back by an explosion.
Finally, both perform there final attacks. Both glow blinding white, there raw primal energies surging to
there limits, and flash forward like two two coliding fighter jets.
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
The Tomb was hidden deep within a remote mountain with the only entrance being the enchanted statue's
portal accessed threw the pearl. In a massive sonic boom that shakes like an earthquake the entire mountain shatters!
Car-size boulders and other rubble fall for miles around. As the dust cloud clears, Ranma's battered from lies next to
the empty skin. Ranma's flickering aura finally dies, but Ranma still has enough strength to say, "Did... I... win?"
There is a rumbling laugh as the Tiger Spirit appears and says, "You have.". The skin morphs into a
glowing white mist that wraps around Ranma's bare form. The mist then morphs into Ranma's new clothing on his
now healed body. Ranma now wears a white silk tang shirt and slippers, covered by white tiger-striped pants and a
tiger-striped sleeveless jacket. He also wears tiger bracers, the Beads of Kamui, and the Anruioshi Katana. Ranma
thinks, "Thanks" before falling unconcious, the stripes vanishing. The Mystic Manual appears on Ranma's chest like
smoke.

Day 148 #590
Object 04 Dragon Fang
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
There are many types of dragons, with many purposes. Millenia ago, a Great Dragon King fought an
invading army of water demons until the other gods came. This Dragon known for it's bravery and self-sacrifice
requested to be sealed in a special tomb until a warrior of legend needed him. The only memory of this dragon is it's
statue, a winged 5-clawed chinese lung lacking scales and made of polished blue-grey stone.
Finding the Tomb was similar to the Tiger as the entrance was hidden within a statue, but instead of a
hidden pearl, the warrior must chant words below it in a certain order as water drips from the statue's huge antlers.
When Ranma spoke, he was pulled into the first of 9 rooms he has to go threw to reach the dragon's resting place.
The First room was the "Room of Warriors". To test if the person who enters is a worthy warrior, they are
forced to fight life-like puppets the four greatest warriors of the Lung's Valley when he was still a scaled dragon,
and four greatest warriors of the person's past, who are not present. In Ranma's case it was a spear-weilding warrior,
a thin man in mage's robe, a hunter with an archer's bow, and warrior monk combined with puppets of Saffron,
Herb, Taro, and amalgram of Cologne and Happosai. Ranma managed to win within 5 minutes.
The Second was the "Room of Shadows". To test a person's perception, they are placed in a room with no
light, sound, or smell. The room is a maze with the walls made of winds which can freeze or cut those who touch
them. Theer only way is a faint trail of pin-size spiritual energy and a door at the center outlined in a hair-thin line of
energy.
The Third was the "Room of Elements". An extremely complex maze made with traps and walls made from
wood, metal, earth, water, and fire.
The Fourth was the "Room of Knowledge". The room of knowledge makes the Japanese high school and
university tests look pathetic. It's an extremely complex maze of hundreds of millions of puzzles and riddles. The
old Ranma would have been trapped forever, but the chi-mage/shaman Ranma makes it in 8 hours!
The Fifth was the "Room of Spirits". This was similar to the caves of death Ranma had faced before. A
stream of spirits travelled threw him forcing a heightened conciousness. He had to face the rage, fear, and sorrow of
a thousand dead. It was humbling.
The Sixth was the "Room of Fear". A psychological torture maze, which induces ever increasing levels of
phobia-level fears while introducing threats. A great hero has to do the right thing despite the fears. It is a test to see
if the warrior is a hero.
The Seventh was "Room of Bonds". A psychological torture maze, where you had to fight your personal
demons and shadows of past people. Ranma had to face the vision of Suppuka-Nodoka, Demon Panda Genma,
Fiancee Furies, Raging Demon Akane, and a hundred other persona including Priestess-Kasumi and Super-Kawaii
Bishoujo-Ranko!?
The Eighth was the "Room of Self". A room were you had to fight a dragon-enhanced version of yourself.
This was the final test and hardest since Dragon Ranma possessed the chi wizardry and shaman ability. Brutal fists,
kicks, strikes, and counterstrikes, all with enough power to crush tanks. They fire Ki, Spirit, and Chi Magic blasts
with enough power to destroy entire mountains. Finally, Ranma, the real one, stops and says, "I will fight no more."
Dragon-Ranma calls him a coward and releases a massive energy attack, but it disperses like smoke and so
does Dragon-Ranma.
Ranma turns to see the Dragon Spirit. Most Dragons of his type are only over 30 feet long with a 12 foot
tall, but the Spirit is nearly 300 feet long with a 120 foot tail, claws bigger than most people, jaws that could eat a
whole bull, and a wingspan greater than a fighter jet! The blue dragon of storms releases a blast of etherial blue
flames at Ranma. Ranma doesn't fear as the the Beads of Kamui change to include a space for a single Dragon's
Fang.
There is a flash and Ranma finds himself outside with the statue/monument crumbling into specks of light
that float ito the sky and vansih.
"What a trip!"

Object 05 Poison Angel
+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+
Samael, the Poison Angel. One of the three great princes of Gehenna, the storehouse in the north of the
world that holds all reserves of fire, frost, snow, hailstones, storm, darkness, and violent winds. It is the dwelling
place of harmful demons and destructive spirits, has three gates opening onto the Earth. He is the arch-foe of the
highest angel, Metatron, and is called Prince of the Accusers and the Evil Inclination (as opposed to Gabriel, the
Good Inclination). This red haired bishounen has six feathery wings and the ability to judge art and attract women.
Ranma remembers the Book's notes on the Fallen and Demons. There know for theer shady dealing and
manipulative nature. Ranma then thinks, this is going to be worse than a Law Firm full of Nabikis.
Ranma touches the black cross in the Old Mission. Ranma suddenly hears a voice in his voice, a bishounen
voice he has heard from Princes and powerful bishounen fighters.
"Greetings Ranma Saotome, Master of Musabetsu Kakutö Saotome Ryü, Prodigy of Nyuchezuu Wushu,
Chi Journeyman, and Shaman-in-training. I am Samael, as you have guested. You have come to make me your
spirit, a angel as a spirit is not unheard of, but it is rare. Chossing a fallen is nearly unheard off, but I accept.'
'Let's make this quick and as simple as your Mystic Manual would put it.'
'My Oversoul object is a halo-lile silver ring with 7 points, it's also the key to my current prison. The ring
has been broken into seven pieces and each piece is sealed within seven demons. Demons which are going to be
released by a dark chi wizard starting in Juuban. A group of heroines which includes an Old Friend will try to stop
them, but they rely solely magic and order, so they will fail.'
'What is the catch? Why would a Fallen help?? I win either way. If you refuse you'll be guilty of not trying
and many will die. If you try and fail, I get to be the one who sent a legendary hero to his death. If you succeed, but
fail in your challenge against me, I'll be free to ~ravage~ the world. If you succeed in both, Chi Wizard are known to
attract many, many women." ^_)}

Day 158 #630
Object 05 Poison Angel
If you succeed in both, Chi Wizard are known to
attract many, many women." ^_)}
Ranma sweatdrops.
