"So, you really think its such a big deal?"

"Yes, I do..."

"Its got my abilities, twice that of Sonics'...Its a bonifide killing machine..." Michael saw Sonic's look of concern in his emerald green eyes.

"Maybe you should stay this one out then?"

"No...No! I can't quit just because of feelings, I must go through with my mission of destroying that monstrosity. Even..."

"Even...?"

"Even...Even it means certain death."

"Please, be careful...I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something bad happened to you."

"C'mon, Mike! Lets go! I want to kick soem robuttnick butt!"

"Robutnick?"

"Yeah, Sonic told me about him."

"heh, heh...Sonic, Sonic, Sonic..."

"Well, good luck! Destroy that thing!"

"Bye!

...................

"Are we there yet?!"

"No."

"Are we there yet?!"

"No"

"Are we there yet?!"

"No!"

"Are we..."

"Damnet no!!!! We are NOT there yet!"

"..."

"Geeez..."

"Sorry..."

Two minutes later, Michael and Kyle arrive at the factory, which was now being swarmed by patroling SWATbots.

"Shit..."

"Those are SWATbots, be careful, they have guns and they hurt a lot."

"Okay."

Michael walks up to one of the bots and, now Robotnick hadn't upgraded the bots so thier brains aren't thew best; put simply, they wouldn't know a piston head from thier sisters titty (Got that off of U-571 and it fit well here! ^.^) started a conversation with it, learning quite a lot about the new project call Metal Monic.

"Certainly, exactly who are you?"

"I'm Michael the Hedgehog!"

"Wait! You're the one Robotnicks after! Alert! Alert! Alert! Intruder!..."

Before the robot could continue to chant that word, Michael did his 'Feet of Fury' and completely destroyed the robot.

"Alert-alert *Continuing to get lower in tone*."

"Take that you creep!"

"Yeah! Way to go, Mike!"

Suddenly, hundreds of SWATbots swarm the grounds, surrounding the duo.

"Shit! Kyle! Lets go whup these mothafuckas!"

"Yeah!"

Michael and Kyle, using a combination of speed and attack destroy all the bots in seconds.

"Take that!!!"

"Lets move!!"

"Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go! Go!"

*Alarm*

"Lets move!"

"Good to see that you made it!"

"Eggman!"

Michael and Kyle are about ten feet below Eggman and Herring, and have a pretty good view of the Monic.

Herring steped up and pulled out a machine gun and a switch.

"And now! The glorious achievement that is Mecha Monic!"

Herring pressed the switch, bringing the Metal Monic to life.

"Now! Reveal yourself! Mecha Monic!!!"

"Oh my God!"

The Mecha Monic was an impressive sight: double-edge razor claws, bazookas on each finger, Sonic-like shoes, metal quils, red-cold eyes, and machine guns located on its shoulders.

"THAT is Mecha Monic!"

"And now! Let me give you a demonstraition of what me and Eggman have done to make this robot the best there is!! Show em, Monic!"

Mecha Monic just stared at Michael and Kyle with those hateful red eyes, suddenly revealing two machine guns from its shoulders.

"Shit!"

"Retreat!"

Michael and Kyle ran away from the machine, but only because they can't do it alone.

"Let them go, they won't ever defeat this thing!"

*Meanwhile*

"What?!"

"We can't do it alone, that thing is too powerful."

Sonic looked at Michael with worry, and for a good reason to; Michael was Sonic's son and Sonic wouldn't be able to stand it if Michael got badly hurt.

"I'm going with you!"

"No! You can't, you wouldn't be able to fight it...Its got twice your powers!"

"Well we gotta do something!"

Suddenly, a red blur came into Sonic's view, screeching to a halt was Amy Rose, along with Knuckles and Tails.

"Heard you guys need some help, well, we're here and we're here to help!"

"Well, we might just do it!"

"Even so, don't let the fact that we have numbers overwhelm your judgement on that thing; its very powerful."

Michael's Emerald eyes gave a message that stuck with the remaining Freedom Fighters for the remainder of thier lives.

"As a team, we can do anything!"

"Well, lets get this show on the road!!"

Michael led the charge for the Freedom Fighters march towards the Egg Factory to battle the Mecha Monic.
