It was a gorgeous day in the green forest and all sorts of life was flourishing. The bobo fruits
were nice and plump, the trees were at their greenest and the springs were blue as ever.
However, a young foxhog girl named Razor was nowhere near as bright as the day... She was
alone and had always been as far back as her memory could go.

Young Razor could never remember anyone being with her. She had been, as far as she knew
anyway, born in this wondrous place and grew up there too. The only companions she had were
the birds and other small animals of the forest.

"Why am I alone...?"Razor would always ask herself before she went to bed every night, the
sound of forest stallions grazing and crickets chirping outside. "Why am I cursed to live here by
myself for the rest of my life...?"

Every day was always the same. Razor would come out of a cave she lived in and forage for
fresh bobo fruits, a very soft and sweet yellow fruit that grew throughout the green forest, then
she would go to a spring and drink her fill of water and spend her day exploring, sometimes
searching for a way to escape her home. Sadly, she was never successful...

A few times, Razor had come across a strangely dark area of the forest where everything was
dead. There was often a strange stench about the area, much like something dead was decaying.
There were also bones of forest stallions everywhere, completely stripped of any muscle, their
brown and green coats nailed to the dead trees... and the one thing that disgusted Razor most was
how whoever had done this had also painted violent pictures in the coats with blood.

Many of them were of a cloaked figure wearing a skull mask beating on a fox, and across the
‘canvas' was a very small fox with three tails laying in a bush, crying.

Others were of the cloaked figure holding the triple tailed fox, stabbing it with a knife of sorts or
pouring something into its mouth. Despite the single color, the pictures were quite accurate and
were almost completely life-like, as though they could jump out of the ‘canvas' at any second.

After a short while, Razor fell into deep despair, much worse than anything she'd faced in the
past when knowing she'd always be alone.

‘It's hopeless...'She thought, sighing heavily. ‘I'll always be alone and that's all there is to it...'

For a long time, this seemed so. Razor would never have a companion she could have an
intelligent conversation with or be friends with... or so she thought...
