A/N: I'm a mega sonic fan, so this will probably include some little things from all the Sonic Media, including comics, cartoons, and games

Prelude: Sonic The Hedgehog, Knuckles Echidna, and Tails the Fox had just defeated Shadow the hedgehog, Rouge the bat, and the evil Dr. Eggman. The toughest battle was the last, Sonic vs. Shadow. It looked like sonic was going to loose, Shadow overpowered him in every way. But then Sonic found himself in a vast black void. Nothing was in it and there was a spot light on sonic.

A voice asked "Are you sonic the Hedgehog?"

He replied "Who wants to know?"

"It doesn't matter. Do you remember Supersonic?"

"Yea…"

"Do you want to defeat Shadow?"

"Yea, duh!"

And with that Sonic found himself back on the battlefield and he had become Supersonic. Everyone was in aw at his transformation, even sonic himself. He then was able to defeat Shadow. But Eggman came in and snatched up Shadow and Rouge in his hovercraft.

A few days later, Eggman came in to a police headquarters and turned Shadow and Rouge in, hoping for a lighter sentence. Shadow was put in a maximum security prison, Rouge was put in a lesser prison, and Eggman was executed.

The black Hedgehog looked through the slit of light that shone through the train car door. He was chained to the wall, his arms aching, he had been there for several hours. He didn't know how long it would be till they got to the new prison. He had been re-assigned to a new one. They had just made a new maximum security prison, supposedly the best in the world. It was called New Alcatraz. He still couldn't believe that ignorant blue streak had beaten him. He was the ultimate creation, nothing should be able to beat him. Then these chains they held him down, made from the mystical golden rings. That's the only reason he was still here, he couldn't break out of the barrier that they created.

'That basterd Eggman turned me in' was the thought in his mind 'He thought it would get him a lighter sentence did he? HA! Who's got the last laugh now Eggman? No lighter sentence for you! And I hope you can here me from hell. I know that's where you are, after your little trip to the electric chair. I heard you being pulled down there, and then the lights flickered a few minutes later. I laughed harder than I ever had in my unnatural life. What were your last words? Pleas of mercy? Begging for your life? You miserable rat.' "YOU FUCKING BASTARD!" He pulled on his chains, but was slammed back against the thick metal wall. 'But most of all, blame should go to that damned Sonic. My successor, the great Sonic the hedgehog' he thought, mockingly 'how did he do it, what was it!? What made him so strong? All I know is that it had something to do with the Chaos Emeralds. That super sonic…what was it sonic?' "WHAT WAS IT!? WHAT MADE THAT DAMN HEDGHOG SO STRONG!?" He shouted as he tried to break free, but failed yet again.

Just then he heard a womanly voice next to him chuckling.

"You're not going to break out of that"

"What?" he had been in this car the whole time, when did this person get in the car? He had been drugged two times during this trip…'they must have brought her in during those times' he decided.

"I'll tell you how he did it" the voice said

"HOW!?" He said in anger. This woman knew the whole time and didn't tell him? How dare she?

"First you have to help me"

"What do you want!?"

"I want you to help me and you get out of this prison their taking us to"

"Tell something."

"Yes?"

"What are you? Animal or human?"

"Neither. You could call me an android…but I have human organs and such, but metal bones and electronic atattchments in my brain. You could call me a clone, because I had no mother or father, but I am not a copy of anyone. I guess I don't know what I am"

"Why are you in here?

"Before you were created, I was out there destroying cities, proving that nothing could stop me. Now I am here"

"How would we break out of the strongest holding facility in the world?"

"Easy! But I'm going to need some help from an old friend. Did Eggman ever tell you about Dr. Robotnick?"

"Yes…he was the one that created me"

"Correct! He created me too…and one other…a creation called Mecha-Sonic…He has been shut down and is being held at a government facility. I can wake him up though, from anywhere in the world"

"They'll be monitoring us closely, I need time to wake him up, and I need you to cause a commotion."

"And who are you?" He said in a cold voice

"My name is Fiona"
