Shadow: Why did you create me Gerald?
Gerald: I didn 't "create" you. You were just simply born into this world a different way.
Shadow: What?

Gerald: Evil needed a Sonic to fight so it would be fair. Thus I answered the call cloned him and you were born.
Shadow puts his hands on his trigger.
Shadow: Why was I created other than that?
Gerald: I didn 't want Maria to get lonely and find out my secret wandering throughout the spacestation. I implanted fake memories of you needing to be a hope for Sonic but I implanted a chip to make you evil once you were pushed.
Shadow: You have the technology. Why didn 't you just bring back Maria before you experimented on her?
Gerald: I managed to find out these half human- half robot people. It is quite a remarkable discovery.
Shadow: What else did you use.
Gerald: Live humans. But I wasn 't alone.
A fat figure walks through the doorway.
Shadow: Eggman!!!!
Eggman: Shut up! I am not Eggman, I am Dr. Robotnik, the SECOND greatest genius in the world.
Eggman looks up at Gerald
Eggman: I could never think I was a greater Genius than you.
Gerald: True. But you have come along way to it.
All of a sudden Knuckles walks in
Knuckles: I heard yelling. Oh my god, its Gerald!!!
Shadow: I am glad you came, beating both of them won 't be easy.
Knuckles: We have to retreat right now. The Emerald won 't last. We'll be stuck here as long as it takes to get out.
Shadow: Fine. WE'LL MEET AGAIN YOU BASTARDS!!!!
Shadow and Knuckles go back to the Floating Island and Gerald and Eggman talk.
Gerald: He is playing right into my plan. All we need is Sonic and the stage will be set. Evil shall win!
Eggman: You are truly a Genius. It takes a very smart person to come up with a plan like this! Now I know where I get brains from!
Gerald: We shall rule the Universe once we get Shadow and Sonic together.
Eggman: What about Knuckles? What does he have to do with this?
Gerald:He is the third most important key. Without him everything would be lost so tell your robots NOT to kill him!!!
Eggman: Understood Grandfather.
Eggman walks away and Gerald thinks to himself.
Gerald: ( Shadow, Sonic, and Knuckles will all meet their destiny. But I can 't wait for Shadow to become part of my alliance.)
