Abandon ship!people leave their positions to abandon ship --short distance away. Watching the fireworks on theNo one's shooting at them now. They see alower from the freighter.trying to get away. INT. FREIGHTER - BRIDGE 18untended wheel turns slowly... pointing the shipthe not-so-distant lights of L.A.
ALEXANDER'S BOAT 19watches the freighter turn.heading for the beach.
FREIGHTER 20ship approaches the shore. Anthors ends one GUNFIGHTgets into another, finally engaging a gunman at thetip of the ship's bow. The gunman's behind a largepins Anthors down with an automatic weapon. Anthorshit him and can't run... when he sees the ship'sgunwale converging behind the gunman. Quicklythe angles involved. Aims the laser down theFIRES. Banks a slug off the steel. Takes outgunman with a ricochet... whereupon the ship runsThe abrupt stop topples cranes, everything notdown, and tosses Anthors hard against a winch,his gun away... Remaining crew throw lines overjump ship. Anthors shakes off the blow from the winch.the ship's Captain (Hong Song Park) heading for the side. The(Hong Song Park)whips a kung fu move on him. K.O.s Anthors... The(Hong Song Park) moves toward a rope. Two crewmen are in line todown. The Captain's (Hong Song Park) not in a waiting mood. Pulls aSHOOTS them both off the ship. Grabs the rope anddown.
ALEXANDER'S BOAT 21followed the freighter in, stays just beyondsurf line near the beached ship.shit. That was great.that great?Anthors is okay.regards the shark, now motionless in the cockpit.think the shark's asleep now.Another EXPLOSION up on the ship's deck. Anthors white-knuckles the rung with onetries to fight Shadow off with the other... We see abegin to pull away from the rotting wood andof the pier... when Anthors finds the rebar stillthrough Shadow's side and yanks it out... The searingcauses Shadow to loosen the garrote slightly. Enough forto get the rebar wedged inside it. To slide theup alongside his face and begin to lever the garrotefrom his neck... Slowly, he manages to slide the wireup over his head. And then, in a sudden reversal,the loop off his own head and back over Shadow's... Thehanging by a bolt now... Anthors tightens thearound Shadow's neck... As the last bolt holding thelets go, Anthors whips the garrote around a steelprotruding from the ladder's side, and the ladder,connected to a large chunk of concrete, drops intodepths, carrying Ku with it... He won't be comingfrom that one... Whereupon Anthors reaches up for aof concrete and rebar hanging off the pier. GrabsAnd it breaks away on top of him. And Anthors, too,gone. Plunged to the bottom...
