We view on robotnik's improved and repaired Egg Jet shooting down the barricade with a plasma and so far has half the barricade open which is only a medium size hole on the side.
Int. Egg Jet
(Computer beeps)
The pilot soon checks the screen and found some yellow dots flashing toward thier position.
Pilot: Sir, we're detecting movements not far from here and they're heading this way.
Robotnik: (paused) Must be that guardian and his friends. Send in the drones.
Pilot: (types keys)
Ext.
A hatch open in the back compartment of the large vessel letting out some new drones that has been repaired and equipped with a new plasma blaster. About 5-10 of the drones came and hover to the position.
Cut To:
Ext. Ice Cap Zone
We zoom in the ice cap area with trees, huge mountains, lots of snow and ice on water.
Knuckles, the chaotixs, and the X-teams were still on the cycles heading towards the positions. All of them used lots of speed to get to the Ice Cap and didn't waste any juice. Wind was blown along with snowflakes as the siblings were getting cold. So they stopped and stepped out thier cycles shivering in coldness while wrapping thier arms around their bodies.
Sonia: (shivers) Oh, it's cold!
Manic: (shivers) No kidding!
Tails: Don't worry! I got that covered!
Tails then gestures to Espio. Espio threw a big bag to tails. Tails caught it and opens the bag. He took out some warm and comfy coats for them. He threw the chaotixs, knuckles, and the siblings their coats and got one for himself. They all put it on while some puts on the gloves.
Sonic: Where'd you get this stuff?!
Tails: I won it!
Manic: It figures!
(Hovering noise humming)
They all heard the noise.
Vector: What's that?
Mighty: I don't know. Must be a bumblebee.
Charmy: (looks at mighty) Funny.
It didn't take long for knuckles to get sight of 10 attack drones appearing over the snowy wind.
Knux: (wide-eyed) Guys, we got trouble!
They all looked and saw the drones at up far. The machines powered up.
Manic: (frustrated sigh) We really don't need this!
Julie: We gotta these guys out. The master emerald is at stake here!
Charmy: If you could look carefully julie, there are 10 of these things!
Ray: (looks at charmy) 10 against how many of us?
Charmy: (thinks, nods) Okay, we can take care of them!
Sonic: Yeah, but we're unarmed!
Knux: (looks at sonic, shakes head) Not likely!
Knuckles took out a remote before pressing a button. The cycles were converted to battle armor shields. Everyone except knuckles looked in awe.
Knux: We may be unarmed but not unguarded! We might lose those things in a heartbeat and zoom to hidden palace in no time! Let's go!
(Extreme sports music plays)
They all get on their cycles as the drones spotted them and started firing before they all closed the hatch on the top of their cycles protecting themselves. The lasers penetrated from their cycles bouncing off them to the air. The teams started riding forward as the drones started following and firing at them. The drones lasers kept bouncing off the shielded cycles and hitting the snow on impact. Some of the lasers be missing the cycles and hitting the ground on impact while some hits the guarded cycles penetrating it over on other objects like trees buring them and the ground emitting small explosions. One drone fired on manic's cycle as the drone was a little too close. The laser deflected from the cycle and went crashing back on the drone. The drone exploded on impact from the laser.
Int. Manic's Cycle
Manic saw the predictament via from screen as metal parts from the drone fell on the snowy ground.
Manic: (excited) Whoo!
Ext.
The drones kept firing as about 3 drones were destroyed along the way.
Int. Sonia's Cycle
Sonia looked on her screen and saw a cliff ahead. She picks up an intercom.
Sonia: (on intercom) Guys, we got a cliff ahead.
Int. Sonic's Cycle
Sonic looked on his screen and saw it. He picks up the intercom.
Sonic: (on intercom) I see it, sony.
That was when sonic got an extreme idea. He dials knuckles.
Sonic: (on intercom) Knux, you and the chaotixs got automatic boards inside these babies?
Knux: (from intercom) Yeah, why?
Sonic: (on intercom) Inform Tails and everyone. (paused, smirk) We're going snowboarding.
Int. Knuckles' Cycle
Knux: (on intercom) All right, guys.
Int. Vector's Cycle
Knux: (from intercom) There are some automatic snowboards...
Int. Charmy's Cycle
Knux: (from intercom) ...inside the compartments. I think it's a trip to knock off these drones according to blue.
Charmy: (puts on goggles)
Int. Tails' Cycle
Knux: (from intercom) Looks like we're going snowboarding.
Tails: (nods, laughs) All right. (puts on goggles)
Int. Ray's Cycle
Knux: (from intercom) Get your goggles on and eject on my mark cause there's a cliff up ahead.
Ray: Roger That. (puts on goggles)

There were 6 drones left as they kept firing. The cycles were close to the cliff as the teams were ready. As they neared the cliff, the drones charged their plasma lasers and fired all at once. Suddenly, it missed the teams as their cycles flew off the cliff. The big laser caused a big explosion behind them as the teams were flying off the cliff. Below them is a very deep hill.

Knux: (from intercom) Now!
Int. Sonic's Cycle
Sonic puts on goggles and pressed the eject button as the protective hatch broke open and shot out sonic as well as the others. The siblings took out their silver pads which converted into their metallic snowboards. They were soon falling to the snow as knuckles and the gangs including tails took out their automatic snowboards and started soaring down from the sky, to the ground. A humongous earthquake was started as the 6 drones were still after them hovering down below. An avalanche soon started as a huge pile of snow started plowing down to their positions.
On Manic
Manic looks and saw the avalanche.
Manic: (wide-eyed) Avalanche!!
Everyone turned and saw the stampeding snow raging towards them. The siblings, Tails, Knuckles, and the chaotixs didn't waste any time to start accelerating their boards. They all activated their boosters for a boost of speed on their boards including the siblings and zoomed on the snowy gorund folowed by the raging avalanche. The 6 left over hover drones started following and firing at them at the same time. Explosions started raging behind the teams on the ground as the blasts missed them by an inch. The drones fired again and again but everytime they miss, it gave the teams a quicker lead away from the avalanche.
On Sonic
Sonic looked ahead and saw another cliff up ahead. He soon smirked as his brain gave him a thrilling idea. He takes out a hidden intercom.
Sonic: (on intercom) Guys, we got a cliff ahead!!
On Teams
The teams nodded as they picked up the pace on their boards.
The drones and the avalanche as gaining and destroying everything in thier path. The cliff was closing in.
On Sonic
Sonic looked to see the avalanche closing in. He looked forward and continued on along with the teams.
On Teams
The teams speed up the process before making thier jump.
Everyone made thier jump off the cliff and started down but sonic had a different strategy.
On Sonic
As soon as he jumped the cliff, reverts his board to normal and grabs the pad, and he somersaulted counterclockwise into the air high enough to turn himself into a spinning buzzsaw and soars down toward the 6 drones.
The drones saw him but before they could take fire, they were soon reduced to scrap by sonic and explodes on impact. Every one of them! Sonic regained his stop and looked down to find the teams. He was soon hovering with new sets of shoes. He saw the teams riding away from the avalanche. Sonic wasted little time before zooming down towards the raging snow. His shoes guided him on like rockets. Upon doing so, he took out 3 small motion sensor devices and his intercom.
Sonic: (on intercom) Guys!
On Manic
Manic: (on intercom) Where the hell are you?!
Sonic: (from intercom) I'm airborne!
On Sonic
Sonic: (on intercom) Listen, full speed ahead! Don't ask me why! Just do it!
On Manic
Manic: (on intercom) Roger! (to teams) Full speed ahead!
The teams nodded as they do as instructed.
On Sonic
In the air, sonic looked down and saw that they were several feets away from the avalanche. He quickly zooms in andused precaution not to get to close. He wasted little time before throwing the sensors on the snow. He quickly zooms out of sight before taking out a detonator.
(Extreme music stops)
As soon as he pressed the button on the remote, a huge as hell explosion blew out the snow creating an extra large rectangular hole into the snow having the avalanche consume the hole.
On Teams
The teams heard it and skid to a stop in thier distance. Their jaws dropped as they saw the huge hole with the snow inside. The avalanche stopped and only half of the snow was shown in front of the created hole. The teams looked up and found sonic hovering down to them with the rocket boots.
Knux: Blue, what the hell was that?
Sonic: Packing snow.
Tails: Wait a minute. (looks at his shoes) What kind of shoes are those?
Sonic: Oh, these are the hover boots. I replaced it with my regular shoes. I installed a chip on these boots for hover and levitation. Knux gave it to me before we left the place.
Manic: (nods) Huh.
Sonia: Where are your regular shoes?
Sonic: Safely back at the place.
Knux: Don't worry. He'll get 'em back.
Sonia: (nods)
Julie: Alright, guys. Let's go. We're running out of time.
Sonic: Then, let's zoom outta here.
All: (nods) Right.
The siblings minus reverted their boards to normal and caught thier pads in their hands. They placed it in their pockets. Knuckles took out the remote and pressed a button before their boards reverted to square-like cubes. Knuckles took out a bag before Tails and the others minus the siblings put the cubes in the bag. Knuckles tied the bag up. He approached sonic.
Sonic: Ready?
All: Ready.
Tails grabbed onto sonic's hand, manic to tails, and sonia to manic. The rest connected on after them as they waited for sonic. Sonic smirks and turns around.
Sonic: (jumps up) Up. (revs shoes, winds revving shoe back) Over. (zooms away) And gone!
Sonic zoomed on out of there towards the hidden palace in a bluish blur.
