Sonic woke up with a funny taste in his mouth and a burning sting in his arm he couldn't talk and his mouth was bandaged inside and out. The Dr said he cleaned his wounds and kept them safe from infection but he couldn't remove the bandages for 2 weeks and could only eat form an IV that made Sonic mad but he knew he had that coming.

Later on that day Shadow was cussing at the wall "fuck!! fuck!! fuck!!” “I left my bag at Cream's!!!"

Just then Rouge came into the door with his bag Shadow let out a sigh of relief when he saw that sandwich still there he assumed Rouge gave it to a homeless guy but everything was there minus 2 vicoden Rouge gave 1/2 of to Cream to help her sleep the other 1 1/2 she took for the shock she saw earlier "here's ya stuff Sonics lover" said Rouge." shut up Rouge!!" said Shadow reaching for his gun," you wouldn't hit a lady would you?" replied the bat, “I don't see one around” said Shadow.

“Where's Tails”, Rouge thought “I want to see my soaps all real maybe he in the bathroom throwing his guts out after drinking that poison” but that was not the case.

Tails was in the 3rd level of the basement where there was a huge tree growing and shining through the UV light. Tails kneeled before it and started talking as tears filled his eyes.

"Sorry I hadn't visited for a while whether its me taking a drunk Knuckles home or hiding Sonic from Amy and running for dear life well you know I know wherever you are your looking down on me I know we will be together again real soon I swear on my life Cosmo I will see you sooner than you think.”

“I miss you as do the others I know you are still alive or at least a part of you is but the only part is this tree I grew from you seed!!” “

Damnit why did you do that why couldn't I die for you! But don't worry my love I will bring you back in a new life form I swear it on my blood!!”

Tails pulls out a knife and cuts his arm and lets it bleed on the tree and makes a cross as he's just about to leave a green light comes from out of the tree Tails look shocked as he wraps up his arm. "Tails!!" a voice sounds familiar calls him "you will see me on the Ark go there and on it you will find your answers there." "Don't forget bring some of the tree too I need a part of my second body to live!”

“And yes I do love you..." "Cosmo wait I need to know more Cosmo come back!!!" screamed the fox but the light went back into the tree. As he fell to the ground on his knees "fuck!!" he said "why can't I create her again like Shadow was!!"

Mean while up stairs Rouge is watching Shadow eat the sandwich and is about to turn on the TV. As the TV glared Shadow almost dropped the sandwich as he and Rouge were almost sucked in just then a voice from the TV. said next on sports channel 4 Mexican Midget wrestling!!
Rouge stated that "wrestling is fake." Shadow yelled back "Wrestling not faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Shadow sees Tails with his arm wrapped up so he asks "what happened",Tails lied and said “I got cut on a blade from the Tornado 3” Shadow knew he was lying and said "I tripped on a bottle and got cut by the shards Tails was walking up with his arm bandaged when he noticed Shadows was bandaged too Shadow just smiled and said "join the club pal, we should be more careful then” Tails said sheepishly.."

Shadow was just sitting there in awe eating his sandwich as the broadcaster was screaming "did you see that he hit the referee with a trash can on purpose oh dead God how much can this little guy take as he was hit by a truck!!!"

Tails just looked at that sandwich hoping Shadow would offer him a piece Shadow looked back still chewing saying with his mouth full "5 books" Tails looked at him and Shadow finished chewing and said "5 bucks and I'll give you a piece" .Tails reached into his wallet pulled out a 5 dollar bill and handed it to him. Shadow laid the sandwich on the table and said "get a knife."

Shadow just looked at him and said "I'm not your made but for another 5 bucks I'll cut you a piece", Tails walked into the kitchen mumbling [“stupid hedgehog can offer me a piece without charging tight bastard I bet he was raised by a penny pincher or a Jew”]

As Tails came with a knife and cut him self off a piece Rouge said she had to go and check up on Cream "BTW where's Amy ,Knuckles ,and Chris" she asked. Just then Knuckles came in stoned and drunk and started singing in a fake reggie tone

“I was going too stay but then I got high I was got to what a big ass t.v. but then I got high now I just show up I know why because I got high because I got high because I got high!!

“I was going to save Maria but then I got high she would still be here but then I got high” (Shadow is now real pissd off and is reaching for his gun)

“But now Maria's dead and I know why because I got high because I got high because I got high!! I was going to ask out Rouge but then I got high i was going to call her and we would fuck but then I got high now shes all alone and I know why

(why man) because I got high because I got high because I got high!! la da da da da da da!!!!(Rouge is now mad too) I would have saved Cosmo but then I got high I would have killed Black Oak my self but then I got high now Cosmos dead and I know why because I got high because I got high because I got high!!”

(Tails is now super pissed) “I was guarding the emerald but then I got high it wouldn't get stole but I got high and now that emerald's gone and I know why because I got high because I got high because I got high!!

“Chris is now driving drunk because I got high I would have stopped him and saved his life but then I got high now he might crash and die and I know why because I got high because I got high because I got high!!”

"Shit!!" said Rouge after she hears a crash every one runs out side except a drunk and stoned echidna and a pissed off Shadow. Just then Knuckles begins to sing again as Shadow moves in gun drawn.

“Shadow will kick my ass because I got high ,he will beat it to death because I got high now I'm going to hell and I know why because I got high because I got high because I got high!!”

“Shut the fuck up you bastard!!!!” yelled Shadow as he pistol whipped Knuckles into the cornor. Knucles just lied there still while he saw joints spinning around his head. Meanwhile Tails & Rouge saw a van in the river with Chris in it drunk and grungy as normal shaved head and tattoos in dirty clothes just lying there as the tried to pry the door open it was stuck so Rouge dove under ground and dug a hole under the floor of the van and flew up ward gasping for air as Tails flew in the roof hole that Rouge made and pulled out Chris..
