Chapter 3:
The Visitor


Ryoko was extremly happy as she skipped and sang to the bath.

"Im never aloooone, look ma the sun is shining on me. Patient in love and acheing to see, could you belive in heaven, if heaven was all you haaaad" she sang loudly as she choose a nice spot by the waterfalls.

She moved under the falls and closed her eyes reliving the moment in her mind. She smiled and blushed daydreaming. "oh Tenchi.."

~Meanwhile in Washu's labs~

*BZZT* Washu melted some metal onto her latest invintion when her screen phone rang. "Hello!" she called

"Well hello, It's been a while Ms. Washu" said a smooth male voice "Is that you Teren?" she asked as a smile crept on her lips. "Still very clever I see Ms. Washu" he chuckled.

"Oh would you call me...Little Washu!" she giggled putting on a sarcastic smile. The male on the line fell over and sweatdroped. "hehe okay Little Washu..." he said still chuckling

"I need to ask a favor of you Ms Wa...Little Washu if you don't mind that is." "Of course not! Anything for a student!" she said giving him her full attintion. "well you see..."

~later that day~

"Tenchi!" Sasami called from the kitchen "Yes Sasami?" he called back "Could you go get everyone for diner please?" she asked smiling with a spoon in her hand. "Sure Sasami!" he called back walking toward the T.V. room.

He looked up into the drafters in search of Ryoko but she was no where in sight. "zzz...need...rassberrys...zzz" he looked over at the couch and found Mihoshi with a line of drool goin down her cheek. He shook her gently while saying "Mihoshi dinners ready, come and eat!"

Mihoshi's eyes flew open and she sat up exclaiming "Oh thank you Tenchi! I sure wouldn't want to miss dinner!" she got up and walked toward the table.

Tenchi opened the back door and peered out in search of someone to tell. He found Ayeka sweeping the yard. "Lady Ayeka it's time for dinner" he told her with his head poking out of the door "Oh Lord Tenchi thank you for going threw the trouble of coming all the way out here to tell me!" she praised and smiled warmly "No problem" he said returning the smile.

He walked back inside and called into Washu's lab "Miss Washu! Time for dinner!" he heard her call back from deep within the lab "Be there in a minute Tenchi I'm almost done!"

He walked up to Ryokos room in search of her but she was no where to be found. 'now where could she be?' he ponderd 'I'm sure she doesn't want to miss dinner either'

He walked outside looking around when he spotted feet hanging over the side of the roof. 'I should have known' he thought smiling. He made his way up the ladder quietly seeing her gazing at the sky.

He tried to sneak up on her like the other night. "Hello Tenchi" she said smiling and sitting up. "Aww I wanted to surprise you, how'd you know I was coming" he inquired

"I saw you a while ago and knew youd be up sooner or later" she said with a sly smile. "Oh well miss observent, dinners ready" he said warmly grabbing her hand and pulling her up gently.

She hit his chest with a soft thud looking up at him then resting her head on his sholder. He put his chin on top of her head and closed his eyes embracing her. He was content just to hold her in his arms but sooner or later they had to separate. So he pulled away slighty and kissed her forehead.

"Come on, time to eat" She wrapped her arms around his waist in response. "Ryoko..?" he questioned. Suddenly his feet were off the ground and his face looked panicked then they touched the ground again.

Ryoko grabbed his hand and ran toward the house laughing happily. She let go once they got inside, her smiling like a maniac. She took the seat next to Tenchi and stuck her tounge out at Ayeka, who was fuming again.

"Excuse me everyone I have an anouncement" she held her hands up getting everyones attention. "We are going to have a visitor staying here for a while, he was a student of mine when was at the academy!" she smiled brightly remembering the good old days.

"His name is Teren and hes wanted to learn more about earth and asked if he could stay here for the time being" she secretly thought 'well I owe him for helping me in that explosion...hehe he wanted to get close to her...he'll be living with her!'

Mihoshi spoke up first "Oh wow! A visitor! I can't wait to meet him! When is he coming? What does he look like? Is he human too? Does he.."

"Mihoshi!!" Washu interupted loudly "He'll be arriving around breakfast tommorrow so I want everyone to be on their best behavior.." she shot a knowing glance in Ryoko's direction.

"WHAT?!" she asked. Washu smiled "Well now that that's settled Sasami please pass the rice!"

~that night~

Ryoko's eyes slid open to darkness. She rolled over and tried to go back sleep but an hour later she was still staring at the ceiling. She let out a sigh and sat up with her chin in her hand.

She smiled and teleported into Tenchi's room and floated above his bed. He looked so peaceful lying there. She floated down closer and snuggled his face with hers for a minute then kissed his forhead, smiling to herself as she teleported back to her room.

Tenchi stirred and sat up in bed, lightly feeling his forhead and blushing, he didn't know why he was, but it was evedent on his face. She shook the blush off and snuggled back into his covers.



A/N: Hey guys sorry I havent written in a while but I was having trouble with ex boyfriends! *shakes fist at them* yes well Ill be updating more often hopefully but im leaving for Colorado 2morrow so ill work on it on the plane ^_^
