Okay, sorry about taking so long beforehand, but I've had a family vacation and other stories to deal with! However, I'm back and remember, Serena/Sailor Moon is going to have a different personality, which I'm making her `true personality', than what you know her for and plus, there might be some to a lot of OOC in this story from the characters! Now, I don't own Sailor Moon or Tokyo Mew-Mew/Mew-Mew Power!

 

Sailor Moon Super Stars: Sailor Mew-Mew

 

Recap: When Lady Inari carried the exhausted Serena to a Kitsune village, one of her people got treatment for our Moon Princess and healed her injuries, but she needed time to rest and recover. During that time, Lady Inari and Tokyo Mew-Mews revealed the origin of Mew Serena, Serena's `secret identity' with the Tokyo Mew-Mews, with her adventures during Serena's time with the Tokyo Mew-Mews, why her powers were gone for a temporary time, all about her `crybaby act', and why Serena hid her true personality, much to her boyfriend's and friend's shock. After Serena wakes up, before she could talk long, another War Rose Knight, Juliet, mistress of shadows and `mind alteration', appears and attacks Serena and Darien, but Serena transforms into Mew Serena and prevents her love and herself from being blasted by Juliet. During their battle, Mew Serena made Juliet look like a total joke by easily countering all of her `attacks'. However, when Juliet took it to a higher stake, Mew Serena transforms into Super Sailor Moon and uses the inner scouts' combine powers to transform her Moon Kaleid Scope into a powerful saber and with a new attack, Super Sailor Moon defeats Juliet. However, King and Duke came to take Juliet away to heal and King, implied, to threaten Sailor Moon's family, friends, and beloved as well as implied about keeping her secret from her Earth family. After King, Duke, and Juliet left the battlefield and their enemies, Sailor Moon made a hard decision and decided to tell her parents the truth that she's Sailor Moon. With support from the others, Serena and everyone else heads off to meet her Grandfather Tsukino, a master in the martial arts, and hopes to get stronger in order to defeat the War Rose Knights, since it looks like that she is the only one, too. However, how will her Earth family take the truth about their daughter, who is Sailor Moon and the reincarnation of the Princess of the Moon Kingdom? Plus, how will Serena fare in battle and in her life since she is getting rid of the `crybaby act' with replacing it with her real personality like she had with the Tokyo Mew-Mew team? All any of us can do is to watch and find out . . .!”

 

Chapter 4: A Brand New Moon

 

(Inside of Elliott's limo; Sometime after the last battle with the War Rose Knights)

 

We find ourselves inside of Elliott's limo with Wesley driving and Elliott, the five Tokyo Mew-Mews, Darien, and Serena in the `rear area' with Elliott having his `cool' look on his face as well as Renee having her own `cool' look, Bridget with her shy look, Kiki with her happy and excited expression on her face, Corina with her usual expression on her face, Zoey with a nervous expression, Darien with a wondering expression on his face, and Serena with a mixture of a calm and nervous expression on her face. Elliott decided that Darien should have a `discussion' in his limo, while Wesley is driving all of them to Grandfather Tsukino's home, where they are to meet with Serena's Earth family. On the meanwhile, Amara is driving with Rei, Mina, Lita, and Ami in one of the cars, while Michelle drives the other car with Trista, Rini, Luna, and Atriums.

 

In order to start the `discussion' off, Darien then asks, “Serena, why did your father move to Edo anyway?”

 

Serena tells Darien, in a calm tone, “Well, my father works at a very important computer company and when he got promoted, my father took the job immediately for two reasons. One, around this time my mother was pregnant with my rotten little Earth brother. Two, my father wanted me to start my life with a clean slate. You see, my childhood in Kanto wasn't exactly pleasant. Actually, more or less, in the area of plain horrible for me since I got picked on a lot by other kids.”

 

Darien then asks, “Why did other kids pick on you?”

 

Serena points to her hair and says, “It is because I've got blond hair and my hair is in this hairstyle. Many people in Japan don't have blond hair unless they have some European blood in them and my Earth family does have some from my mother side. My mother is actually half-French and I'm one quarter French, but they picked on because of my hairstyle, not of my heritage. They called me `meatball head', `meatball for brains', and decided that I was easy prey since I'm a girl. When I tried to fight back, I always stopped myself because I didn't want to hurt anyone, but I'm always the one getting caught.”

 

Darien then says, horrified, “Serena, that's terrible!”

 

Serena nods her head in agreement and says, “Yeah, so, my dad moved our family to Edo to start a new for our growing family and for me to try to start over. Soon enough, kids were eyeing me because of my hair and my hairstyle, but then Zoey came around and befriend me causing things to become better for me. Zoey and I have been best friends for four years and we still are best friends though we live in separate districts.”

 

Zoey nods her head in agreement and exclaims, excited, “That's right! Serena has always been there for me and I've always been there for her.”

 

Serena then says, “Soon enough, however, just two years ago, I saw one incredible television program showing what looked half-human and half-animal girls that were fighting evil aliens. The girls had called themselves the Tokyo Mew-Mews. Personally, I didn't know Zoey was the cat-girl, Mew Zoey, through the name did give off a clue, but Mew Zoey didn't look anything like Zoey. To be honest, I thought Zoey's Mew-Mew form was pretty cool.”

 

Corina then says, “What Serena didn't know at that time is that she was going to become one of the Tokyo Mew-Mews. Serena came in to visit Zoey one day, went into the employees area, the genetic stimulator infused the Swift Fox DNA with the Soul of the Kitsune within Serena's body, and just like Mew Serena is born.”

 

Bridget then states, “However, after Serena `woke up', she didn't exactly take it well.”

 

Elliott then says, in his cold tone, “Serena just freaked out in surprised when we told her truth, took her Power Pendant, and ran off.”

 

Serena then growls, in an annoyed tone, “Do you have to say it like that Elliott?”

 

Bridget then says, “What's worse for Serena, Dren and Cyniclons, our enemies at the time, found out about the sixth Mew-Mew, found Serena, and attacked her with a lion woman Predasite. We came in to help, but Dren's lion woman Predasite overwhelmed us.”

 

Kiki then exclaims, “Just then Serena transformed for the first time, de-fused the lion woman Predasite all by herself, and kicked Dren's butt four ways to next Tuesday!”

 

Serena blushes nervously in embarrassment and states, “Oh, come on, Kiki, I wasn't that impressive.”

 

Renee then says, in a calm tone, “Actually, Serena, I've got to admit, you did very well for your first battle and you really got under Dren's skin. I never work for loser teams, but I knew that a teammate like you is very well welcome in my book.”

 

Zoey then tells Serena, “Renee's right, Serena. Don't sell yourself short like that. I can remember Dren's face when you made a fool out of him. It was priceless!”

 

Darien then tells Serena, with a wide smile on his face, “Well, Serena-chan, it looks like that you were a real good fighter back you were with the Mew-Mews.”

 

Serena tells Darien, “Yeah, I was, but I think that I might be a bit rusty.”

 

Elliott then says, in his calm tone, “You were `rusty' back then, Serena.”

 

Serena yells at Elliott, angrily, “Elliott, I didn't ask you! I wasn't `rusty' back then! I was just inexperienced!”

 

Elliott then says, “Well, remember, Serena, your Mew-Mews are a lot more powerful than the others and they a lot more control. That `inexperienced' did level a well in a stadium if I do remember.”

 

Serena then growls, lowly and angrily, “Do you have to remind me of that mistake, Elliott?”

 

Darien then asks Serena, “Serena, when did you start doing that `act' of yours? We know why, but when did you start this `act'?”

 

Serena then replies, “After the final battle with Deep Blue, Zoey used all of her Mew-Mew powers to restore Mark back to normal and nearly died as a result, I was my own Mew-Mew powers to restore Zoey and sacrificed my powers temporary since my powers would `regenerate' with time. One week later, my father got another promotion to by a house in an area of the Kanto district back at my old home. I didn't want to leave my friends, but I knew that I had no choice in the matter. I said goodbye to Zoey and the others and left for the Kanto district. When I arrived I knew that I would be starting in a new school with no friends and I didn't want to what happened to that bully to ever happen again, so, I decided to create this `weakening crybaby' act to hide not only who I really am, but to control and suppress that anger within me.”

 

Elliott then says to Serena, “Now, you know that suppressing who you are isn't going to cut against this enemy. They're humans and humans with a grudge against the rest of humanity. They mean business and you know what you must do.”

 

Serena tells Elliott, in a serious tone, “I know that Elliott. I'm just worried about my anger issues. I've only suppressed my anger and just made have possibly made it worse. What if I lose control?”

 

Darien tells Serena, in a caring tone, “Serena, you know that you are better than that. The other scouts and I know that you can handle any villain and your own anger without problem.”

 

Serena tells Darien, in a nice tone, “Thanks, Darien, but I wish that it was all that simple.”

 

Elliott then asks Wesley, in the driver's seat, “Wesley, how long do you think that it will take to get to Serena's grandfather's home in the country?”

 

Wesley then tells Elliott, “Not much longer now.”

 

Zoey then asks Serena, “Where does your grandfather live Serena?”

 

Serena tells Zoey, “In a large temple, famous for training martial artists, and to be honest, my grandfather, even at his old age, is still one of the best marital artists and martial art trainers of our century.”

 

Bridget then says, “Wow. I would like to meet him.”

 

Kiki then exclaims, “He sounds like he is real cool!”

 

Serena smiles and tells Kiki, “Yeah, Kiki, he is cool! Sometimes, he can also really amaze you.”

 

(Outside of a huge Japanese temple near a small town; in the late afternoon hours)

 

We find Darien, Serena, Elliott, Wesley, the Tokyo Mew-Mews, and other Sailor Scouts in front of one huge Japanese style Shinto temple.

 

Rini then exclaims, “Wow! Serena, you didn't tell us that your grandfather had a place like this!”

 

Elliott then says, in his usual tone, “Well, she didn't tell you a lot of things about herself.”

 

Zoey tells Elliott, in an annoyed tone, “Elliott, they get the point, already!”

 

Serena then says, in a calm tone, “Come on, everyone, let's get inside.” Everyone then goes to the door, slowly opens it, and Serena knocks on the door, while calling out, “Grandpa! It's me, Serena!”

 

When the door is fully open, everyone looks to the see that they are inside some kind of large martial arts `stadium' with all types of martial arts training materials in front of them and then a senior male voice calls out, “It has been a while, Serena! What are you are too busy to visit your grandfather?!” When everyone looks to the source of the senior male voice, everyone looks to see a man in early 60s with white hair in a `scrappy' way, with dark blue eyes, like Serena's, he's wearing a white marital arts uniform with a black belt across his waist. Even under the clothes and he's in his 60s, he has a real muscular build and looks really health for a man of his age.

 

Serena tells the man, “Hi, grandpa. It has been a while.”

 

Serena's grandfather responds with, “It sure has. Now, why did you come here for? I heard from your parents that you were coming.”

 

Serena then tells her grandfather, in a real calm tone, “Well, it is kind of hard to explain and very complicated because it is kind of hard to believe.”

 

Serena's grandfather then says, in a calm manner, “I can see where this is going. I don't think that this is a formal trip, is it?”

 

Serena shakes her head and tells her grandfather, in a calm tone, “No, this isn't a formal trip and this is complicated to explain.”

 

Serena's grandfather then states, in a calm tone and unsurprised tone, “Let me guess: You are finally going to let your parents that you are the super-heroine, Sailor Moon, aren't you?” This hits the group like one major nuclear bomb.

 

Serena then exclaims, “Grandpa, you know?!”

 

Serena's grandfather nods his head and says, in a calm tone, “Unlike most people who are ignorant or don't know you, I use my eyes, ears, and brains. When I first heard about Sailor Moon and saw her image on television, I saw that `she' is a 14-year old teenager, ready to leave junior high and go on to regular high school, like my own granddaughter, Serena is about to do and her age between `Sailor Moon' and my granddaughter are a perfect match and plus, the only person that I know that has blond hair in that same hairstyle is my own granddaughter, Serena.”

 

Lita then says, “It is kind of obvious for all of us.”

 

Serena then asks her grandfather, “So, you knew all this time?”

 

Serena's grandfather nods his head and tells Serena, “Yes, I did, but I didn't say a thing because I know why super-hero and super-heroines have secret identities, so, I kept my mouth shut. Don't worry, only I know about your secret other than those that are part of your group. Based on what I heard about you and your friends while living in Kanto, I figured that they must be the Sailor Scouts, your fellow super-heroines.”

 

Rini then tells Serena, “Wow. He is good.”

 

Serena tells her grandfather, “I knew that I couldn't put anything by your eyes, grandfather.” Serena then tells her fellow scouts and says, “Scouts, this is my grandfather, his name is Van Tsukino, and he also kind of follows Sherlock Homes in being a detective with his martial arts, he uses eyes, ears, and brains to figure things out.”

 

All of the scouts then say in unison, “Hello, sir.”

 

Van then gives a traditional bow and says, “The honor is mine to meet all of you.” Van then looks at Serena and asks, “You must be wondering about how much of your `super-hero' life I know about?”

 

Serena then tells her grandfather, “Well, grandpa, that idea did come to mind.”

 

Van then tells his granddaughter, “Well, I know that you were a super-hero before you became Sailor Moon, namely that fox girl with the Tokyo Mew-Mews, and before you ask on how I knew that. Well, the fox girl has the same hair coloring, at that time, the fox girl looked around the same age as you were at that time, and finally, the fox girl and you spoke in the very same voice. I could tell the fox girl's and your voice were exactly the same and I knew it.” Van then asks Serena, “I would like to know why, but I can guess that your days as one of those Tokyo Mew-Mew gave you some unique powers?”

 

Serena then says, “Super-strength, super-speed, and super-sensitive hearing, grandpa.”

 

Van then asks Serena, “One final question, Serena: Why do acting like a dumb and weakling crybaby for? I know that you are a lot stronger, more mature, and smarter than when you moved from Edo back to Kanto.”

 

Serena tells Van, plainly, “Very bad memories. But if you know a lot about my life, you must have an idea for why I'm here.”

 

Serena's grandfather tells Serena, in a serious tone, “Most likely, you need my help in the form of training to get stronger in more ways than one to defeat a new enemy.” Serena nods her head and Van tells Serena, in a very serious and tough tone, “Well, this is form the safety of all of mankind, I will do it, but granddaughter or not, I'm not going to go easy on you! If I'm going to train you, I'm going to train you hard and tough, like the rest of my students! Is that clear, Serena?!”

 

Serena tells her grandfather, a bit nervously, “Yes! Yes, sir!”

 

Mina tells Serena, “Wow, Serena. Your grandfather is real tough.”

 

Rei then asks Serena, “He's really mature, strong, smart, and tough. Serena, are you sure that you are related to him?”

 

Serena tells Rei, in annoyed tone, “I'll pretend that I didn't hear that.”

 

Rei then tells Serena, in non-insulting, but `typical Rei' tone, “Come on, meatball-head, are you really sure about that you told us? Was your `act' really an `act'?” Serena then grabs Rei by the neck-collar and slams her to the wall, hard!

 

Serena then yells at Rei, very angry and bone-chilling harsh tone, “Now, you listen to hot-head, I've had it with your insults and jokes about me! My `act' allowed me to control my anger and well, these days, I don't have damn problem doing because I've had enough of insults! Now, not one more word out of you, DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?!” Rei, pretty scared, nods her head in agreement and Serena let's go of Rei's neck collar.

 

Lita then says, having become a bit scared of Serena, “Whoa. That answers that question.”

 

Serena then starts to go out the door and says, in a calm tone, “Guys, I'm going to town. I've got some `personal stuff' to get down. Can all of you wait here for me? We don't know what the War Rose Knights are planning, currently, but we do know that they are after the Tokyo Mew-Mews and together, I know that you can hold off the War Rose Knights.”

 

Ami then asks, “I don't want to `downplay' us, but our powers are now, nowhere close to match yours with your new weapons and attacks.”

 

Serena tells Ami, with a smile, “So, what? I've grown stronger and so have you. Don't worry, I will be back, soon.”

 

Darien tells Serena, “Just be careful, okay, Serena-chan?”

 

Serena kisses Darien on the cheek and tells him, “You too.” Serena then heads for town on foot and walking quite plain and causally.

 

Amara then asks, “Should let her go off alone like that? The War Rose Knights also want to kill her, not to mention King has a bit of a `thing' for her, now, seeing her combined powers as Sailor Moon and Mew Serena.”

 

Trista then says, in her usual tone, “We should let Serena have some time alone. She is going through a trying time where she is in a `personal struggle' combined with the battle with the War Rose Knights.”

 

Rini then thinks, “Mother never told me that she went through so much pain as a child! Personally, I had an easier time because I'm from the future and I have the other scouts to support me, but when Serena was growing up, she had no one! What is Serena all about?!”

 

Van then goes up to Darien and asks him, “From the kiss that Serena gave you, you must be her boyfriend.”

 

Darien tells Serena's grandfather, “Yes, I am. My name is Darien and I'm Serena's boyfriend. However, her family doesn't approve since I'm three years older than Serena.”

 

Serena's grandfather nods his head and says, “Yes, most likely, it is because of Serena's father, that son of mine. He can be so overprotective and overcautious. From what I can see, the two of you love each other very much and to me, true love is what counts in a relationship.”

 

Darien nods his head and tells Van, “Yes, I love Serena, very much, but I never knew that she went through such trying time and now, this new enemy for Serena. . .”

 

Van looks over Darien and says, “You must be that mysterious Tuxedo Mask that saves my granddaughter whenever she runs into trouble in battle. Your build, age, hair, skin color, and the part of the face not under `his' mask match exactly.” Darien is surprised that Serena's grandfather figured out that he is Tuxedo Mask at first. Serena's grandfather then asks Darien, “Between you and me, there is more to my granddaughter than meets the eye because she wouldn't be Sailor Moon if there wasn't something unique about her. Am I correct?”

 

Darien nods his head and tells Van, in a calm tone, “Yes, there is sir as well as myself.”

 

Van tells Darien, “Darien, you can explain when Serena admits the truth to her parents. I figured that her new enemy as Sailor Moon must have threatened her parents in order to force to tell them her greatest secret.” Darien nods his head in a solemn fashion in agreement. Van then says, in a calm tone, “I see. Well, I've got one favor to ask: Give all of your love and support to my granddaughter. Something inside of me is telling me that she is going to need it.”

 

Darien tells Van, “Don't worry, sir, I will. I would give my life for Serena.”

 

Van nods his head and says, “I know. I can see the love and caring for my granddaughter in your eyes.” Serena's grandfather then walks away and thinks in his own mind, “Personally, I have a feeling that pure love between you and Serena, Darien, might be the key to saving our world in ways that we would never imagine!”

 

(One hour later; returning to the inside of Van Tsukino's dojo)

 

We find all of the Sailor Scouts, all of the Tokyo Mew-Mews, Elliott, Wesley, and Darien waiting with Van Tsukino, Serena's Earth grandfather, as he continues intensive training.

 

Atriums whispers to Luna, “Wow, Serena's grandfather is really intense and his martial arts is excellent.”

 

Luna nods her head in agreement and tells Atriums, in a whisper, “Yes, Atriums, he is well-skilled in Earth's martial arts. Looks like Serena made a good decision to come here, hopefully, this time, she will train and she will get stronger.” Luna then lowers head and says, in a whisper, “However, I worried about Serena a lot. Learning about the truth of her childhood past on Earth, this new enemy, and hiding herself because of the pain and anger, I'm not sure even with Serena being her more mature, stronger, and true self that she can handle the mental and psychological strain of this battle because the enemy seems to be more dangerous and devious than ever. They even threaten Serena's Earth parents and younger brother after all.”

 

Atriums then says, in a whisper, “Luna, trust Serena. Serena came through when she wasn't using her `true strength' and now that she is, she can do this.”

 

Luna then whispers back, “I know, but I know that Serena wasn't kidding about that `anger management' problem. When she uses her real anger, Serena can scare even me and she looks like that she is prone to that anger when someone pushes the `wrong buttons' if you get my meaning.” Atriums nods his head in agreement with Luna, knowing exactly what she is talking about.

 

Meanwhile, Rei yells out, annoyed, “What in the world was that all about?! Serena just snapped on me!”

 

Lita then tells Rei, “Well, Rei, you weren't exactly respecting Serena's feelings and she had to endure your insults for quite some months. If she was containing her real anger, imagine how hard it is for Serena.”

 

Rei then lowers her head and says, a plain tone, “Wow, now that I think about it, I can imagine. But Serena shouldn't have done what she did to `control' herself, the more anger that she suppresses, the more worse it will be for her.”

 

Ami then nods her head and says, “I'm just amazed that Serena could contain that much anger and rage inside of herself without having even Wiseman to detect.”

 

Corina then tells Ami, “Like I said, Serena is a lot more complex than you think and she can surprise you.”

 

Bridget then looks at the door, her eyes become wide, Bridget points to the door, and states, “Well, Serena just gave a brand new surprise, everyone.” When everyone looks to where Bridget is pointing at, they gasp at what or should I say, in this case, who they see. Before them is our moon princess, but her attire radically changed! Serena's hairstyle is actually in the same form as before, but she has pitch black lipstick on her lips, black leather neck-collar around her neck, black shirt with the words `Angel' in the bust area, dark violet fingerless gloves, her fingernails are painted black with crescent moons on her fingernails, dark pink skirt that goes up to her kneecaps, white stockings that go up past her kneecaps and under the skirt, and finally, black shoes on her feet.

 

Mina then asks, flabbergasted, “Whoa! Serena, what's with the radical change in get-up?!”

 

Serena replies, in a calm tone, “During the car trip to the temple and to my grandfather's dojo, I've been fed up with looking and acting like a girl that looks weak! I've decided to change my look to one that's say `Don't mess with me'!”

 

Rei then tells Serena, “Serena, what's gotten into you?!”

 

Serena then exclaims, in a serious tone, “I've been fed up of having to be everything that everyone wants me to be! I've decided to take control of my life, do things, and look the way that I truly want! Every day of the week, it is always `look nice', `watch your speech', or something like that! Personally, I've felt more like a slave than a princess and I say that I deserve a little freedom in what I say, look like, and do!”

 

Amara then says to Michelle, “It looks like that `rebellious teenage hormone' has just kicked in for Serena.”

 

Michelle nods her head and whispers back, “Yes, it looks like that looking over her life and a few extreme battles `sparked' something within Serena and she decided to stop `fooling around'.”

 

Luna slaps her head and thinks, “Well, I figured that sooner or later that Serena would go into the `teen rebellion' phase of her life, but I thought that she would at least be in high school before this! Sometimes, I never understand teenagers!”

 

Van then says, in a calm tone, “Personally, I'm not surprised that this `reaction' comes out of Serena and she becomes rebellious. Sooner or later, I figured that something or someone is going to `snap' Serena out of suppressing her real personality and she `acts' like her real self. Plus, she is a teenager and teenagers, sooner or later, go into a phase of `teen rebellion'. It will pass.”

 

Serena rolls her eyes and mumbles to herself, “You wish, grandfather.” Serena then asks Van, “Grandfather, did my father, mother, and annoying little brother get here, yet?”

 

Van shakes his head and tells Serena, “No, Serena, your parents haven't arrived them.”

 

Serena then states, “What's taking them so long?! If that rotten King did anything, I'm going to . . .!”

 

Lita then tells Serena, “Whoa! Serena, they have to come from a larger distance than we did, even if it is by train.”

 

Serena then says, calming down, “Yeah, you're right, Lita. I'm just worried because King's threatened everyone I care about. Plus, I can see it in his eyes. He's willing to do what it takes to get his dirty hands on me. If anything happens to any of you . . . I just couldn't live with myself.”

 

Rei then tells Serena, “Hey, Serena! Don't worry about it! I know that you are worried about those freaks, but we've defeated plenty of villains and villainess before and we can now.”

 

Ami then says, “However, this foe seems to be stronger and a lot more craftier than before adding to the fact is that we aren't dealing with evil aliens or demons from the present or future, these are modern-day humans with super-human powers.”

 

Trista then says, “Ami does have a good point that all of us should consider. In the past, both the Tokyo Mew-Mews and we, the Sailor Scouts, had faced enemies that are either demons or aliens. This time, the enemy is human beings with supernatural powers or super-human powers.”

 

Rini then nods her head, trying to ignore Serena's `new attire', and adds, “That's right. This isn't going to be like our usual fights.”

 

Amara then says, “Yes, we're going to have to change our tactics, but we do have a sample of their powers, however, we may not have seen the full strength of our enemies and without full knowledge of their capabilities, we are at a serious disadvantage. Serena may have defeated King, Queen, Happy Child, and Juliet, but based on the information, we haven't met the final member of the War Rose Knights and something tells me that they weren't taking their first fights with Serena, all too seriously.”

 

Mina then exclaims, shocked, “You mean that they were `playing' with Serena?!”

 

Michelle then says, in a calm tone, “Actually, it is more like that they were testing her abilities in battle and based on that information, they will try to find stronger tactics to use against her and all of us as well.”

 

Serena then asks, curiously, “What if we unite our powers like we did during our battle with Badiyanu?”

 

Ami then says, “That could work. If we combine all of our powers together into even stronger version of Sailor Planet Power than we did with Kaolinite, we might be able to strike with a force that they won't be able to counter, but we will only get one try with that.”

 

Mina then asks, curiously, “However, do we really want to destroy them? They are humans just being used by an evil power. Is it really necessary to destroy them?”

 

Serena tells Mina, in a solemn tone, “Mina, I don't think that's going to work, they are beyond reason. I really don't want to kill them, but if the world and our future are at stake, I'm not sure if we can save them and save the world at the same time. I really don't want to admit this, but we may not have a choice in the matter.”

 

Rei then says, “I've got to admit that Serena is right on this one. They looked really determined to destroy all of humanity and if we don't something, then the entire human race will be wiped out.”

 

Amara then says, plainly, “In plain terms: It is either us or them.” Just then they heard footsteps coming closer, Darien, the scouts, the Tokyo Mew-Mews, Elliott, and Wesley then back away from the door and prepare for any opponents, but they breathed a huge sigh of relief when Serena's Earth mother, Earth father, and annoying little Earth brother enter the dojo.

 

Serena then steps forward and then says, “Hey, mom. Hi, dad.” Mr. Tsukino, Mrs. Tsukino, and Serena's little brother (A/N: Does anyone know the name of that little brother?) gasp when they see Serena's `new attire'.

 

Mrs. Tsukino then exclaims, “Serena, what happened to you? Why are you in those clothes?”

 

Serena then tells Mrs. Tsukino, “Mom, please calm down. I've got something important to tell you and dad.”

 

Mr. Tsukino calms Mrs. Tsukino down and Mr. Tsukino then asks Serena, “What did you want to tell us, Serena?”

 

Serena then tells Mr. Tsukino, “Actually, dad, I think that it is better to show you than to tell you. Now, I want you to promise me that you won't `freak out' when I show you.”

 

Mrs. Tsukino tells Serena, “Serena, we won't `freak out' at whatever you are going to show us.”

 

Serena then asks, with a cautious tone, “This might be a bit intense for you. Are you sure?”

 

Mrs. Tsukino then says, “Of course.”

 

Serena then takes a deep breath and says, “All right, here goes.” When she looks at the others scouts, all of them nod their heads in agreement and/or support. Serena then takes out her transformation brooch and calls out, “Super Moon Crises Power!” Serena is then covered in a bright light, forcing everyone to cover their eyes, and when everyone looks again, Mr. Tsukino, Mrs. Tsukino, and Serena's little brother are shocked to see Super Sailor Moon, the super-heroine that they see battling evil creatures, villains, and prevent great disasters with the other Sailor Scouts, in place of Serena.

 

Serena's little brother then exclaims, in amazement and awe, “No way! Sis, you're Sailor Moon!” Just then Mrs. Tsukino faints from shock and surprise seeing her daughter as the super-heroine that everyone watches about in Kanto.

 

Mr. Tsukino then yells out, in shock, “Dear!” Mr. Tsukino then catches his fainting wife into his arms.

 

Rini then thinks in her own mind, “Well, she took that well.”

 

Sailor Moon snaps herself in the head and says, a bit of annoyed tone, “Well, I had a feeling that this was exactly going to happened with her.”

 

Van goes up to Sailor Moon and tells her, “Well, what did you expect granddaughter? The very super-heroine that fights and leads the famous Sailor Scouts proving to be your own daughter can be one nasty shock.”

 

Mr. Tsukino looks at his father and asks, “Dad? You already knew?”

 

Van then states, in a plain tone, “The instant that I saw `Sailor Moon' on television, I had already figured out that it was Serena. How many people do you know that has pig-tails like our granddaughter?” Mr. Tsukino then sweatdrops, knowing that it was too obvious and he, like the rest of the world, had been ignorant. Van tells his son, “Eyes, ears, and brains, my son, I keep telling you that, but you never listened.”

 

Mrs. Tsukino then groans, slowly wakes up, and looks at her husband, asking weakly, “What happened?”

 

Mr. Tsukino tells his wife, “You had just a big shock, dear, but. . .” Mr. Tsukino then points to Sailor Moon and Mrs. Tsukino then gasps, remember her own daughter had transformed into the super-heroine that she watched on television and helping to save the world with the other Sailor Scouts.

 

Mrs. Tsukino then exclaims, “Serena. . . You. . . You are Sailor Moon?!”

 

Sailor Moon nods her head and tells Mrs. Tsukino, “Yeah, mom, I am Sailor Moon. You might need to take a seat because there is a lot I've got to tell you.” Van Tsukino then goes over, gets three seats for Mr. Tsukino, Mrs. Tsukino, and Serena's little brother, and they sit down as Sailor Moon explains about her `history' as being the reincarnation of a moon princess, about the Moon Kingdom and the Silver Millennium, about Queen Beryl destroying the Kingdom, about how Queen Serenity sent her and the other citizens of the Moon Kingdom, including herself to be reincarnated on Earth, and with the other scouts permission, about the other scouts and their adventures.

 

After hearing all that Sailor Moon had to say, Mr. and Mrs. Tsukino were totally speechless and then Mr. Tsukino then asks Sailor Moon, “Serena, so, you are the reincarnation of the princess that lived on a kingdom called the Moon Kingdom?”

 

Sailor Moon nods her head and replies, in a calm tone, “That's right. My name in `that life' is Princess Hikari Serenity, daughter of Princess Isis Serenity of the Moon Kingdom, during the time of the Silver Millennium, a time of great peace and prosperity for the Moon Kingdom until an evil galactic demon known as Queen Beryl of the Negaverse and her evil army destroyed the Moon Kingdom and forcing my `other mother' to use the greatest power of the Moon Kingdom known as the Imperial Silver Crystal to seal Queen Beryl and her minions away and sent all of her people, including her daughter, me, to Earth to be reincarnated. I was reincarnated as your daughter, Serena Tsukino. But Queen Serenity had sent two guardians to `awaken' the `warriors' of the Moon Kingdom, known as the Sailor Scouts, if evil should arise, again. During my first adventures as Sailor Moon, I didn't know that I was the Moon Princess until the Imperial Silver Crystal appeared before me, transforming me into Princess Serenity, and I began to regain my memories as the Moon Princess.”

 

Mr. Tsukino then tells Sailor Moon, “Serena. . . Serenity. . . I mean whoever, this is a lot to take in. One minute, you think your own daughter is normal Earth teenager and then you learn that she is the reincarnation of alien princess from the moon as well as being one of the super-heroines that defended Earth from such monsters when we watched `her' on television.”

 

Lita then says, “Mr. Tsukino, I know that this is a lot to take in, but Sailor Moon or Serena kept this from you for your own safety and good.”

 

Van then says to Mr. Tsukino, in a calm tone, “It looks like your own daughter is more grown-up than you thought.”

 

Mrs. Tsukino then says, very much stunned by this whole thing, “Serena. . . I don't know what to say . . . what to think . . . this is just . . . just overwhelming . . . I've just got to ask you one thing: How many more secrets are you keeping from us?”

 

Sailor Moon then thinks in her own mind, “If you could only imagine, like my own daughter from the future is here and she is a Sailor Scout as well. However, that's best kept silent. For Rini's and for your sake as well. However, you do need to know why I was being such a weakling crybaby.” Sailor Moon then tells Mrs. Tsukino, “Well, to be honest, I'm not as dumb and as weak as you might think that I am.”

 

Mr. Tsukino then calmly says, “I knew it. You were acting like a dumb crybaby, were you, Serena?”

 

Sailor Moon then asks Mr. Tsukino, a bit surprised, “You knew?”

 

Mr. Tsukino nods his head and says, “You kept your `Sailor Moon secret' from me, but you `act' was no surprise to me. I didn't get why you were acting such a crybaby and dumber than you really were, Serena, but I figured that you must have gone through some kind of trauma to do that, so, I didn't say anything because I was afraid that I would make that trauma worse. I'm figuring that you had a lack of friends, went through some trauma while we were in Edo, or both.”

 

Sailor Moon tells Mr. Tsukino, in a calm manner, “That would be both, father.”

 

Mr. Tsukino sighs and says, “I figured as much. You never really had many friends until you met that `Zoey girl' and it was hard for you to make friends during your `first time' in Kanto, during your early childhood years when kids picked on you for your hairstyle and thought you were easy to pick on.” A few moments after he had said this, one huge explosion from nearby that causes a shockwave that rocks and shakes the whole room with everyone barely able to stand up after the shockwave.

 

Lita then calls out, “What was that?!” Sailor Moon, Darien, the other Scouts, and the Tokyo Mew-Mews then head outside to find none other than Happy Child floating in the air and laughing at the whole group.

 

Happy Child then exclaims, in a taunting tone, “Well, if it isn't the Sailor Scouts and the Tokyo Mew-Mews? How did you like learning that leader is a real fox?”

 

Bridget then asks, “Who is that? He looks like a child.”

 

Sailor Moon tells Bridget, “Actually, Bridget, more like a child from the underworld. His name is Happy Child of the War Rose Knights, but there is nothing funny or happy about him. He's the first member of the War Rose Knight that attacked me and scouts.”

 

Happy Child then states, “Guilty as charged, girls. By the way, how did the scouts react when they learned that fox girl of your team is really the leader of the Sailor Scout team?”

 

Sailor Moon then tells Happy Child, in an annoyed tone, “Are you trying to make a point or something, Happy Child?”

 

Happy Child then says, in a slip-song tone, “Ooh, Sailor Moon is getting tough. I'm so scared.”

 

Sailor Moon then asks the other scouts, “Mind helping me giving this kid a real spanking, scouts?”

 

Rei tells Sailor Moon, “Our pleasure Sailor Moon.”

 

“Mercury Crystal Power!” Ami yells out as she uses her transformation wand to turn into Super Sailor Mercury.

 

Rei then yells out, “Mars Crystal Power!” Rei then uses her transformation wand and transforms into Super Sailor Mars.

 

Lita exclaims, “Jupiter Crystal Power!” Lita's transformation wand then transforms her into Super Sailor Jupiter.

 

Mina then calls out, “Venus Crystal Power!” Mina then uses her Sailor Scout transformation wand to turn into Super Sailor Venus.

 

Amara then exclaims, “Uranus Planet Power!” Amara then uses her Sailor transformation wand to transform into Sailor Uranus.

 

Michelle then shouts out, “Neptune Planet Power!” Michelle uses her transformation wand to transform into Sailor Neptune.

 

Trista then yells out, “Plato Planet Power!” Trista then uses her transformation wand and turns into Sailor Plato.

 

Rini then exclaims, “Super Moon Crises Power!” Rini's transformation brooch then opens to reveal her Imperial Silver Crystal and she transforms into Super Sailor Mini-Moon.

 

Happy Child then calls out, in an amused tone, “Well, if it isn't the Sailor Scouts? Well, time for round two!”

 

Sailor Jupiter then yells out to Happy Child, in annoyed tone, “Oh, yeah! Time for a spanking your mutant midget!”

 

Happy Child then turns from amused to anger and he roars out loud, enraged, “Hey, watch that mouth you rotten Sailor shrimp!” Sailor Moon notices this and motions for Sailor Neptune to get behind her. Sailor Neptune does so while Happy Child is looking and brawling at Sailor Venus, wondering what Sailor Moon is thinking.

 

Sailor Moon then yells at Happy Child, in a sarcastic tone, “Hey, who are calling a shrimp, you little midget!” Happy Child then looks angrily at Sailor Moon and as she says, “Yeah, I called you a midget, you rotten brat! What are you going to do about it?!”

 

Happy Child then roars out at Sailor Moon, angrily, “I don't care if King wants you alive! I'm going to kill you for that remark!” Happy Child then fires a beam of energy at Sailor Moon. Sailor Neptune then gets what Sailor Moon is thinking and gets her magic mirror out.

 

Sailor Moon then ducks and calls out, “Now, Sailor Neptune!”

 

Sailor Neptune then holds her mirror at the energy blast and calls out, “Submarine Reflection!” Sailor Neptune's mirror then glows, Happy Child's attack then gets bounced off of Sailor Neptune's mirror, and right back at him, causing him to fly into the air!

 

When Sailor Moon gets back to her feet, Sailor Neptune tells Sailor Moon, “Very sneaky, Sailor Moon. You got him so angry that he just blindly fires at you and you got out of the way so I can reflect the attack back at him.”

 

Sailor Moon then tells Sailor Neptune, “I'm just glad that you got the idea, Sailor Neptune.”

 

Happy Child then roars out, “Okay, that does it! You are going to get it!” Just then six more super-powerful Chimera Predasites that they `created' appears below Happy Child and he declares, “Meet my friends! Do you want to play?!”

 

Sailor Uranus then calls out, “Playtime is over for you! Uranus World Shaking!” Sailor Uranus then launches an orange colored and planet shaped orb of energy at one of the Chimera Predasites, destroying it instantly.

 

Sailor Plato then yells out, “Plato Deadly Scream!” Sailor Plato then launches a violet orb of energy from her staff and destroys another of the Chimera Predasites.

 

Sailor Jupiter then yells out, “Supreme Thunder Crash!” Sailor Jupiter then uses an antenna on her tiara to gather electric energy that launches at another of the Chimera Predasites and destroying it.

 

Sailor Mars then shouts out, “Mars Flame Sniper!” Sailor Mars then fires a flaming arrow from a flaming bow and destroys another Chimera Predasites in a ball of flames.

 

Sailor Neptune then yells out, “Neptune Deep Submerge!” Sailor Neptune then launches an orb of pure aqua energy that somehow eliminates the fifth of the Chimera Predasites.

 

Sailor Venus then calls out, “Venus Love and Beauty Shock!” Sailor Venus then gets some kind of lipstick on her lips, she blows a kiss, and dozens of powerful heart-shaped energy attacks hits the final Chimera Predasites and destroys it.

 

Sailor Jupiter then yells at Happy Child, “Is that all you got?!”

 

Happy Child then screams out, “Not even close! Time to shake things up!” Just then Happy Child then launches another wave of sound waves that can't be hear by anyone of our heroines, expect Sailor Moon, Luna, and Atriums can only hear.

 

Sailor Moon then says, in a serious tone, “Watch out scouts. He's producing high frequency sound waves! I can hear them, but I don't know what they are for!” Just then the ground cracks, shakes, turns into the different `parts', and some parts go up into the air and the others going down in the ground like in an earthquake.

 

Sailor Mini-Moon then yells out, “What's going on?!”

 

Happy Child then calls out, “By modifying my sound attack, I can create earthquakes anywhere even without fault lines! Hope you aren't too shaken up by the experience?!”

 

Sailor Moon then yells out, annoyed tone in her voice, “Very funny. . . AAAHHHH!” Sailor Moon then falls into a part of the ground that `falling down'.

 

The scouts call out, in horror, “Sailor Moon!”

 

Mrs. Tsukino, who is watching the whole battle with Mr. Tsukino, calls out, “Oh no! Serena!” Just then Darien transforms into Tuxedo Mask and leaps in after Sailor Moon.

 

Serena's younger brother says, amazed, “Wow! That Darien guy transformed into Tuxedo Mask, the mask hero that always helps Sailor Moon and scouts. No wonder that she dates this guy.”

 

Mr. Tsukino then says, “If I knew that Serena is dating a masked hero that always save her, I would have reconsidered arguing about her dating him.”

 

Mrs. Tsukino then says, “Dear, she's a super-heroine with a secret identity, remember?”

 

Mr. Tsukino blushes in embarrassment and says, “Oops, sorry. Maybe I'm being more of a dunce that Serena was pretending to be.” Mr. Tsukino, Mrs. Tsukino, and Serena's younger brother watches Tuxedo Mask pull Sailor Moon out of the crater and he thinks, “My daughter has really grown up and has been saving the world while I've been arguing about her life! Maybe it is time that I let her do life the way that she wants and stop `butting in' all the time.”

 

Meanwhile, Sailor Moon tells Tuxedo Mask, “Thanks a lot, Tuxedo Mask. Can you get me closer to that rat, Happy Child?”

 

Tuxedo Mask nods and says, “Of course.” Tuxedo Mask then gets Sailor Moon to the highest pillar created by Happy Child's earthquake and Sailor Moon jumps out of Tuxedo Mask's arms, into the air, and towards Happy Child. Mini-Mew 2 then turns into the Royal Moon Specter and Sailor Moon takes into her hands.

 

Sailor Moon then calls out, “Royal Moon Starlight Aurora!” Sailor Moon then fires a beam of rainbow energy and stars from her Royal Moon Specter at Happy Child, who screams out in pain as he gets blasted to the ground. Soon after, the ground that Happy Child `effected' return to the normal, all of the scouts, including Sailor Moon, and Tuxedo Mask land on the ground. When Happy Child weakly gets back in the air, Sailor Moon yells out, seriously, “Why don't you go back to your mommy where you belong or did you blow up your own mother?!”

 

Happy Child then says, angrily, “I won't forget this!” Happy Child then teleports away and leaves the Sailor Scouts and Tokyo Mew-Mews to ponder their next move.

 

(At the headquarters of the War Rose Knights; A short time later)

 

We find our Happy Child, battered and beaten from his battle with Sailor Moon and the scouts, weakly floating in where Duke and King are waiting for him.

 

Duke then says, “It looks like that they gave you a few rounds of beatings.”

 

Happy Child then says, with a grin, “What they didn't know is that my attack was just a distraction for us to make sure that Sailor Saturn won't be coming back ever.”

 

King then tells Happy Child, “However, there is bad news, Blue Bayou failed because some outside force took baby Hotaru away before we could destroy her.”

 

Happy Child then roars angrily, “It must be that blasted witch of the Kitsune, Lady Inari.”

 

King then says, “Perhaps, but the `force' that I felt take baby Hotaru wasn't Lady Inari. However, we can't take any chances. Sweet Juliet will recover from her injuries within the day and we will attack when she has fully recovered. We can't take the chance that this `mysterious force' that took baby Hotaru isn't allied with the Sailor Scouts in some way and they will revive Sailor Saturn. We must strike, now, before the chance all of the scouts are assembled passes.”

 

(In an unknown location; around this time)

 

Mysterious beings in white robs are surround a small baby cradle with one sleeping baby Hotaru inside and energy is being put into her as the symbol of Saturn glows on her forehead.

 

Just then Lady Inari appears and asks, “How is she doing?”

 

One of the beings answers, in strong female voice, “She is doing well, all lady of the Kitsune. Baby Hotaru is fully healthy and is doing just fine. It is just that when she returns to her original form and regains her powers as Sailor Saturn, the scout of Darkness, Death, and Rebirth, the facts of how she returned will be hard to expect. We don't know how she will take the death of her Earth father, Professor Tomoe. Remember, she will only be revived as an 11-year old child.”

 

Lady Inari then says, “She is strong and all of us know this. With the wisdom of the whole universe in this place, you know that Sailor Saturn fought against the evil Mistress Nine who infested her body. Now, she will be called upon to fight again. Sailor Saturn is the yang that's needed to balance the Sailor Scouts and Sailor Moon yin to create the power necessary for victory. When she is ready, what will you do?”

 

The being responds, “We will return her to original form, tell her the truth, and see what decision she will make, but I had a mysterious feeling is that she will make the right one.” As Lady Inari and the others watch over baby Hotaru, the symbol of Saturn on her forehead glows ever bright as her body begins to get encompassed by a bright glow. . .

 

Next time in Chapter 5: The Return of Saturn: As Serena begins her training under her grandfather, she finds that her Mew-Mew super-strength, super-speed, and acute hearing are no advantages at all and Serena learns that the hard way! On the meanwhile, all of the War Rose Knights assemble together for an all-out attack against the Sailor Scouts and they attack the nearby town with more monsters, hoping to lure the scouts out. The Sailor Scouts, Tuxedo Mask, and Tokyo Mew-Mews respond to this `call' and as the others battle the Chimera Predasites, all five War Rose Knights attack Sailor Moon at once! Even with her Mew-Mew and Sailor Scout abilities, Sailor Moon is quickly overwhelmed and sent into the ground! However, at the last moment, who else, but Hotaru as the new Super Sailor Saturn appears and helps Sailor Moon out of that mess. Leftover amounts of the Purity Chalices in Sailor Saturn's body transform Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Plato into Super Sailor Scouts and Sailor Saturn tells the scouts to unite their powers to `awaken the princess' inside of Sailor Moon. When the Super Sailor Scouts combine powers, Sailor Moon transforms into her most powerful form, yet! Ladies and Gentleman, meet Eternal Sailor Moon! For all of the action, adventure, and drama, you have to watch the next Sailor Mew-Mew!
