[Injury Denied]

Koji frowns as his father pushes him into the Autobot Med-bay, he does not understand why Optimus told him to come over, maybe they had found a way to heal him, but he shakes his head, after Optimus had told them the truth about Sideburn, he rather wished to die, his best pal had attacked him and was a murderous vampire monster, he looks up as he feels himself being lifted onto one of the beds and he looks at Optimus, "why?" he asks but the Autobot Leader steps aside, giving Koji view upon a familiar blue bot, "Sideburn?! No!" he tries to stumble back, fear taking the better part of him as the dodge viper moves by his side, "calm down Koji! I'm not going to hurt you, I'm here to help, just to help… trust me" Koji shakes his head as the Autobot CTG lays him flat on the bed, "you'll need to relax, c'mon, you can do that! Simply relax, no-one will harm you, not even me… never" Koji lets a stifled cry escape his mouth but he tries to relax, seeing Sideburn raising his hands above the youth and the human closes his eyes, a cold feeling filling his body and as he opens his eyes again, he's standing on an empty land, rain pouring down upon him and he shivers from the cold, "is this a dream? It can't be a dream, it's too real" he whimpers but turns around as the rain does not fall upon him any longer, seeing Sideburn, in his dragon form, spreading his wings above him, "Sideburn! Where are we?" Koji asks but frowns as he can't see the bot's face, and he enters darkness again before he can look better.

"Koji… wake up" Sideburn's voice gently nudges the human boy from his sleep, he opens his eyes to see Optimus, Shara and Sideburn looking at him with awaiting looks in their optics, "go ahead, stand up" Shara tells him, getting a confused look from the boy, "but, I can't!"

"Owh, but you can now" Sideburn smiles as Koji looks at him and pushes himself up, widening his eyes as he looks at his fully recovered leg, supporting his weight as if Sideburn had never crushed the bones, he takes a few steps and smiles, "father! I can walk again!!" he calls out, seeing his father looking at him with a soft smile, "thank you Sideburn!" Koji turns to the CTG who nods at him, "Any damage I've inflicted on you has been undone now, I am sorry Koji, I never wanted you to be involved in all of this, especially not in such a dangerous way…" Sideburn says as he looks away, "I could've killed you, and I won't be surprised if you'd never wanted to see me again" Koji shakes his head in denial, "no! you're my friend! Don't be so stupid, I don't care what happened, it's over now! Finished and closed! So you might be the only Autobot who is a bit different, who has some secret powers and such, and so you need to feed every once in a while, I don't care! I won't abandon my friends, besides… without you, I would have never been able to walk again…" Sideburn smiles, "thanks Koji, I'm glad you're able to forgive me" Koji smiles, "of course I am, and without the vampire habits and such, you're quite cool! And you're the only God Cybertronian around here!" They laugh but fail to notice a small camera bug on the ceiling, it's connected with a monitor deeply underneath the base, a bot narrows his eyes as he heard the entire conversation:

"so… the only God Cybertronian around here eh? Let's just see how long that dream sustains…" he rolls his head back and his laughter erupts through the hollow caverns…
