Chapter 1: Consolense In The Shattered Glass

Her fingers

Ran through her hair.

Her heart empty,

Without a care.

Without him,

She was lost.

And her life,

Would be the cost.

She didn't know,

She would soon die.

Her eyes filled,

With tears she'd cry.

She lost sight,

Of what was real.

And the glass,

Dropped from her feel.

In an instant,

It was shattered.

The glass,

Broken and tattered.

Down her wrists,

She ran one sharp shard.

She kept going,

Though pain made it hard.

Soon,

Her blood flowed free.

And grey eyes,

Could no longer see.

A lifeless body,

Fell to the floor.

She had escaped,

She felt pain no more.
