Going to the Movies

Vash and Meryl entered the movie theater. Vash still couldn't believe the Meryl said yes when asking her out( though he didn't mean to, it just kind of slipped out while he was thinking about it). He remembered them sitting in a donut shop, him pigging out while Meryl typed another report about him. He remembered telling her that she need it to take a break and her saying she didn't have time and he said, or rather asked, if she didn't even have time for a date with him. His mouth had betrayed him, sure he had been thinking it, but he didn't mind so much afterward. He remembered the silence that devoured him. The she said simply , "Are you asking me out?" He remembered the conversation going on till he finally said yes and she then said yes to him. BANG. Vash was horrified, right in front of him his brother, Knives, stood ,gun in hand. He had shot Meryl. With one swift movement Vash took out his safely hidden gun and knocked him out cold. "It's okay Vash he only shot me in the arm" Meryl stated. Vash quickly took her home and bandaged the wound.
