Chapter Six
"That was great Yukari. It's getting dark I guess we should be getting back to the apartment Folken should be coming within a few hours."
"Yeah let's go."
We got back to the apartment. I was getting ready to leave.
"Good-bye Yukari I'll miss you so much, don't you forget me."
"I wont, you better not forget me. You will be back to get the rest of your things wont you?"
"Perhaps."
I gave Yukari one last hug good-bye.
"Should I come with you to make sure you'll be safe."
"No that's Okay I should be fine, the track is only a few blocks away." I turn to walk out the door "Bye Yukari."
"Good-bye my friend."
I left the apartment and walked down the street, towards the track. It was dark now, only the streetlights were lighting the way. I get to the track and no one is there. It is completely empty. So I sit down on the bleachers under the streetlight and wait.
I waited for thirty minuets. Then suddenly the streetlight goes out and the whole track goes dark. The only light is the light of the full moon. I look around and I see a light blue flash for a few seconds then disappear. I can see something/someone flying in the sky and its coming towards me. It lands not to far from me and I knew without a doubt it was Folken. He looked up at the moon and I can see the light of the moon hit his face. There were a few feathers falling to the ground. Folken had his beautiful pure white wings stretched out. He looked so sexy in the moonlight.
He turned to face me and took a few steps towards me. And his wings folded up.
I looked at his face he still had the purple tear drop below his right eye.
"Are you ready to go Hitomi?"
"Yes Folken, I am ready."
I put my duffle bag across my back and wrapped my arms around him grabbing his back. I was holding onto him very tight because I knew what was next.
Folken unfurled his wings and took off into the sky. We kept on going up, up, up, spinning until the blue light appeared and we disappeared while the light was vanishing.
What we didn't know was that there was someone watching us. Yukari decided to follow me despite my wish for her to stay behind. She watched Folken come and take me away.
