Disclaimer: How would I be able to own Weiss when I don't even live in Japan and don't even know how to make a show? So it must be very obvious this is just for fun and nothing more, right? So suing would be pointless because I already stated I don't own them, so there.

Chapter 1::A Day of Remorse

By Johin

"Good morning. My name is Naoe Nagi." Nagi said with a polite bow and a small smile even though a little fake.

"Okay, Naoe-san you can sit behind Tsukiyono. Tsukiyono-san is the boy at the fourth row sitting by the window." Mr. Satou instructed, smiling at the young one, he then waited for Nagi to reach his seat to be able to start his lesson for the day.

Nagi recognized Tsukiyono or rather Bombay and saw the other boy relax a bit but still on his normal guard. He just ignored him and went to his seat. Nagi smirked at the reaction of the 'Weiss kitty' Schuldig so affectionately called them. 'Transferring to a new school won't be that boring afterall.' Nagi thought with an evil glint adding to his eyes and he gave Omi a little tap using his powers.

'What...?' Omi looked around him and then behind to peer at Nagi. "Uh, do you need something Naoe-san?" He asked. Nagi just smiled at him and just listened to the teacher. 'Wasn't he...? Don't tell me he's being stubborn I'm not in the mood for petty fights. We're in school, for crying out loud.' Omi thought exasperated then put up his defenses to an even higher level. He turned his attention back to the teacher and to the lesson itself. 'Maybe I'm just becoming paranoid. Yup, that's right paranoid but whatever it is he wants he'll have to wait.', he got his notebook from his book bag the hung beside his table and began to make notes.

Omi was busy making his notes when he was surprised by another tap, he took his time this once to look at the boy behind him. 'Maybe he's just planning on annoying me because he knows I'm in a miserable state, but…isn't he just like me at this point. It's my fault but he doesn't know that. I hope he never does. I don't want anybody to know.' Omi thought staring at the other boy. He wanted to ask a lot of questions but was at a loss of what to say.

"Tsukiyono-san!" Mr. Satou called, slapping the surface of the teacher's table real hard for emphasis. "Pay attention to the lesson or is Naoe-san's face so interesting that you're learning from it?" Omi's teacher asked with a sarcastic note. All the girls were giggling at the way their teacher had put it and the other guys had a smug look, ready to make this into some sort of joke to tell the rest of the campus.

"This is your second offense, in less than hour at that. Go out and bring two water buckets. I am not happy." The teacher said giving Omi his punishment, ignoring the noise that was growing louder by the minute.

Omi snapped out of his reverie and realized what he had been told it was true he had been staring, when he heard the different reactions coming from his classmates, he blushed redder than a tomato, he wanted to know what . Some of the guys snickered at his reaction and began whispering amongst each other.

"I wasn't," Omi said trying to explain and defend himself but decided against it. "Yes, sensei, I'll go now." He replied, moving away from his table now that his teacher was getting back to the lesson. Omi had already gotten himself into hot water, no need to bring it to its boiling point, and with that0 he executed the punishment given to him by his teacher, going outside the room and carrying the buckets of water. All he could do was to ignore the snickers coming from inside the room, and hold his head up high when one would think about this jolly enough to be a tease to him. 'This is definitely gonna be a long day, a long day, indeed.'

---

Omi massaged his arms as he stood, waiting, in the lunch line when he noticed who had come up behind him. 'Oh no please. Not now, I want to eat.' Omi thought as he remembered what happened to him during first period, and as if on cue the pain in his arms had sharpened that he had to bite back a yelp.

'Damn, he's like a plague and to add to that I always remember when I see him. I don't even know why. It hurts, god, it hurts. Just go away.' The line moved forward a few steps and he began dreading what would happen soon. 'He hates me and I don't know what to do. He hurts me both mentally and physically and there's no escaping it. I'll just have to bear with it... or he could just go away.' Omi pleaded wishing that god had heard him and Nagi would just go away, and with him all the pain he was suffering right now, but Nagi didn't. He was caught staring into nothing again and the lunch lady was getting impatient.

Nagi just smiled inwardly as he proceeded in going along the line or, in other words, waiting for Omi, the boy that was his rival, to pay up for the food that the boy got for himself.

"Are you going to pay for that or are you just going to continue standing there all day. There are other people to serve you know." Ariko-san, the lunch lady, snapped at Omi because of the stalling he was doing.

The female glared at the blonde and all Omi could do was apologize. Omi, looked at the line, supposed to be full of expectant people then he sweat dropped for there was only two people in line, and that would be himself and Nagi. He laughed nervously, faintly reminded of Aya by the lady. He cautiously got his food, paid for it and apologized for the jam he had done to the line, if that was what he should call it. Ariko just nodded and let Omi go.

Omi left the counter area and went looking for a table, spotting a near once by the wall which luckily no one had occupied as of yet. He wasn't really inclined in eating with anyone right now. He headed for that table, avoiding any classmates and acquaintances he might come across. Once arriving at the preferred place, he settled down and slowly began eating his food, a bowl of soup, rice and some fish.

He had just begun eating when he heard one of the chairs scratch the floor of the canteen. He looked up and saw that he wasn't going to have his peace this lunch time after all, with Nagi sitting beside him, they would surely fight.

"Is this seat occupied Tsukiyono? You probably know that I don't know anybody here, so may I?" Nagi asked.

"Go ahead Naoe-san."

No conversation occurred for a long time after that, both of them eating and, hopefully on Omi's part, unmindful of the other's actions for the time being. Nagi was the one to break the silence that hung about them, with a question, but he failed to break the discomfort. "Well? Aren't you going to do something like kick me? I was the reason you stood outside of class."

"No. I would never think that. We aren't in the battlefield, why would I hit you? Besides it was my fault to because, umm...you know." Omi said queasily, shifting in his place as it had become a more uncomfortable place to be in. "Look, Naoe-san, let's just call it a truce here in school. We wouldn't want to attract attention." He explained his ideas, wanting this stupid fight to be over with. "Besides I'm sure you're going through a lot now. I am to, you know, and I'm sorry."

Nagi's face contorted to something to that of pure hatred as he had become infuriated after hearing what he had heard and even missed the sorry Omi had given. "No. You don't know anything. What makes you think YOU know ANYTHING about ME?" Nagi stood up, slammed his hands onto the surface table and made what was left of Omi's soup pour onto Omi's head and made the boy fall on his bottom, all was done in less than a second and without even lifting a finger at that.

The clatter of the bowl and the loud gasp made the other students look up. Some of them stood up to see what was happening to the two boys.

"Oh my, Omi! Are you okay? Let's head to the office for a fresh change of clothes." Nagi said pretending to be the naïve student most people mistook him for, he smiled somewhat, as he helped Omi up and out of the cafeteria, pushing through the crowd as if he hadn't really made that bowl pour over Omi's head in the first place.

Nagi had continued in pretending to help Omi until they reached a secluded place he was sure no one would hear or be there. He pushed the other boy roughly to the wall and held him pinned to the wall, holding the other boy's shirt and using his telekinesis with such force that it was hard to breathe.

"Don't ever think you know anything when you know nothing about me, nothing at all." Nagi said his voice low and intimidating. He then turned on his heel and walked away, dropping the hold he had on the boy a while ago.

Omi then fell down and choked, he held onto his neck trying to assure himself that he was indeed breathing once again. 'I'm sorry…I'm so sorry I didn't mean to sound rude. I didn't know what to say. I'm just scared. Please…'

---

School was very tiring today because Omi had to pick after everything Nagi did to him since it always resulted to a mess be it little or big, an example of this would be Nagi making him stumble over a box of supplies during P.E and Nagi making Omi's experiment blow up in his face during Chemistry. And Omi couldn't do anything about the harassment he was receiving.

Thus Omi went home very tired through the back door of Koneko no Sumu Ie. "Tadaima." He said in an unhappy voice not really expecting anyone to reply. He passed the hallway to the kitchen, checking to see if his best friend was already making dinner or if it was done, when he was assured that Ken was bent on his task, he continued on his way to his room. He stopped walking when he heard feet shuffling towards him.

"Hey Omittchi! Why lookin' so blue? Cheer up! Your fan club is about to arrive soon you know." Yohji said as he went up to him trying to put a smile on the younger boy's face. When Yohji had heard him he worried at the sad voice coming from the genki blonde.

"I'm fine, Yotan, just tired. Say, can I just rest for today. I'm sure you guys can handle everything on your own, it's not as if there's really that much to do." Omi replied putting on a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes.

"Sure…Omi if you need anything, anything at all, tell me, okay? I'll listen, all of us will and we'll help you out." Yohji said making his support for the youngest member of Weiss clear, he then hugged the boy and gave him a friendly kiss on the forehead, the kind of kiss that one would give to a brother.

"Thanks but I'm fine, really I am, just a little bit tired. So there's no need to worry." With that Omi pulled away from the other blonde giving him another smile, though seeming a bit weaker than its usual strength, and went up to his room making noother sound.

Yohji looked at Omi's retiring back with a worried look and was surprised when he felt a hand on his shoulder, he hadn't even noticed anyone enter the hallway or if it was just that the person had been there the whole time.

Aya's amethyst eyes came to stare right to Yohji's jade ones, giving off a sense of superiority. "I'll go check on Omi go tell Ken to fill up for me." Aya stated obviously worried for their youngest member to.

Aya's hand never left Yohji's shoulder until the blonde nodded in agreement and set out to get Ken. It was noticeable that he was still worried for Omi, though he doubted Aya, he handed him the situation.

---

Omi collapsed on top of the cushions as soon as he reached his bed, his bags were neatly placed to the side and his shoes were off of his feet, now that he was in his room. 'He doesn't have to be so mean about it…I guess, I am right after all Este had told them to stop and they don't have jobs. I wonder how they're going to keep on living. Their Oracle, what was his name? Oh yeah, Bradley Crawford at least he still has a job. I wonder what's going to happen to the others…' Omi thought as he lay on his bed staring at the air.

'I feel so tired. It's my fault, all my fault…It's weird, I should be happy that my life won't be as complicated now at least for a while but…I can't shake off that feeling. I'm being a burden on Ken and the others. I should stop this. Maybe…' A knock at his door made Omi stop on whatever he was thinking about and sit up.

"Omi? May I come in?" It was Aya and he sounded worried though he tried hiding it.

"Come in Aya-san." Omi replied in his still too tired voice not bothering to stand up and just sat still on his bed.

Aya came in worried as to why the boy was acting this way, staying alone in the dark. He frowned as he closed the door, he then went to Omi's bedside and sat beside the young blonde. "Omi what's wrong? You know you can tell me, I won't tell a soul."

"I'm fine Aya-san." Omi replied unmoving and began staring at his hands as if something horrible was on them.

"That's not what your actions tell me. If you don't want to tell me you can," Aya paused in the middle of his sentence as if thinking up of a better word than what was on his mind right now. "You can let out your feelings, you don't have to bottle everything up inside. You can rage or cry or both if you want."

Omi looked skeptical at the last words Aya had told him. Aya knew that Omi would react this way so he continued in a much softer voice. "There's nothing wrong with crying, Omi, I won't think of you as weak if you do. It just means you're a person and not a lifeless being, since you can feel pain and sadness humans do."

With that statement Omi looked up to face Aya, tears evident in his eyes. Aya was alarmed when he saw the boy with tears ready to come out at any minute, bottled up for god knows how long. Omi just stared into his eyes as if searching for something or as if wanting to know if the redhead would just prove to be another false hope or something real.

"I'm so sorry. It's my fault, all my fault." That was all Omi had said before he started crying in front of Aya, letting all the pain he was feeling flow out of him. He leaned on Aya's shoulder and clutched the other man's shirt in his fist, crying his eyes out and blaming himself saying it's his fault, always saying sorry for every minute that passed.

Aya couldn't quite understand as to why Omi was saying sorry to him. He wasn't sure if the plea for forgiveness was for him or for another. He was very confused but didn't show it as he just hugged Omi and patted the back of Omi's head. There would be time later for questions but for now, for Fujimiya Ran, all that was important was to comfort the distraught boy. Things and mysteries will reveal itself on its own. Omi is the first priority, now.

---

Nagi came home frustrated. 'What does he think he knows about me? I hate that Tsukiyono boy.' He opened the door and slammed it. Having already pushed the little incident during lunch in a little corner of his mind just to pop up later, he looked around their house and found it was empty of his teammates, no screaming and ordering being heard from anywhere in the house.

"At least we got to keep our house and other things. I wonder where the others are..."Nagi thought aloud as he took of his shoes as a form of respect and put down his school things. He headed for the kitchen and stopped in front of the refrigerator, opening it. "Crawford is probably still in work, maybe Schuldig and Farfello (1) got work to. I wonder where though. I probably should get one to." Nagi thought a loud as he began to rummage for some ingredients from the refrigerator. "Well there are some potatoes in here, coupled with some beef and fresh fish. Maybe some Niku-jaga (2) will be good for us and for the fish…I could make that Karei Shio-yaki (3) I saw in the newspaper." And he began preparing his family's dinner.

An hour had already passed of chopping and frying and Nagi had finished the Shio-yaki all he needed to do now was to make the Niku-jaga and the rice. He was already finished slicing the beef when he heard the door open but he had not bothered to check on who it was.

"Hey bishounen! What's for dinner?" a heavily accented voice said, filling the air with the same carefree feeling that the owner of the voice had in him.

Nagi smiled when he heard the nasal voice of his friend then answered, "Niku-jaga and I thought of trying something new, so I made this Karei Shio-yaki. You haven't tasted it before but it's really good. I just dunno if this recipe I found is as good as the one I had before in one of the meetings Brad had brought me with him before." Nagi said with a small smile adorning his face making the muscles of his face relax. "By the way Schu, where's Farfie?" Nagi asked not looking up, concentrating on the task of chopping of onions.

"Oh. Farfie is…well, I think he went out to look for a job." Schuldig replied he had come up to the kitchen and was now in front of the counter.

"That's good. Actually I'm thinking of looking for one to, if only part-time and not a full-time job." Nagi stated while heating up the pan. He turned towards Schuldig and smiled his genuine smile, not like the one he had given his class. He got the vegetables he had cut a while a go and went back to the heated pan.

"But Nagi, you shouldn't stress yourself too much. Everyone knows school is bad enough coupled with the house chores and you get most of the chores. One day you're gonna faint because of fatigue." Schuldig said trying to make the Japanese boy to stop his plans. He moved around the counter and headed for the brunette. "Besides it's not like it's your fault why this is happening, it's nobody's fault and nobody should go through that much stress, and it would be nice to feel free once in a while though..." The German cut himself off from anything he was about to say and bit his tounge.

Nagi found no way to answer the German without shouting and hurting the other so he kept his cool, keeping his silence and continued on doing his work, sautéing the onions and other vegetables for the Niku-jaga.

Schuldig was already beside Nagi and put a hand on the other's shoulder but was just shrugged of and found looking at the back of the Nagi refusing to look at him. Feeling at a loss, Schuldig turned back and went up to his room, not bothering to read the boy's thoughts because of his respect for him and, even if he had tried to read it he would have just faced a mental wall so thick that it would be too hard to get through.

When Nagi was sure Schuldig wasn't in the same room anymore he said, "It is my fault and I'm to blame." His tears threatening to come pouring down from his eyes and yet unable to come down because of the suppression Nagi was doing to himself.

---

Dinner for the Koneko was done and all that was needed was a bit of cleaning up in the shop since it had been closed just a few minutes a go. "Yohji, finish cleaning that up and I'll go call Aya and Omi down for dinner." Ken said as he went up the stairs.

Ken reached the hallway for their apartments and hadn't really expected to hear what had reached his ears and it registered in his brain as a sobbing kid and he became worried. He crept up the hall quietly and stopped on the last door to the right, that being the door to Omi's room, and opening it a little, so as to not let too much light to enter the room, just for a confirmation that the sobs were coming from this particular room. He did so without making any sound and was glad of his choice of action because of the chance to see the sight in front of him right now. Aya was holding Omi up trying to soothe the young boy from his problems and Omi just cried on him seeking the support he greatly needed. Ken couldn't help but smile as he thought that the redhead was doing a lot to help his best friend.

Ken knocked on the door and opened it fully. He came closer to the two and gave Aya a light tap on the shoulder. "Time for dinner, Aya, Omi." Ken said as he looked at each one at the mention of their names, giving them both supportive smiles. "Omi, why don't you go wash up before you go and have your dinner," Ken added, working as if he was a mother to the two. Omi just nodded and proceeded to his bathroom and Aya stood up ready to leave but Ken stopped him "and, Aya, may I talk to you outside for a minute." he requested and went out into the hallway and Aya followed him.

"Thank you." Ken said

Aya said nothing and stared past Ken, putting his mask back on, as he was a bit ashamed that Ken had seen a part of him he had rarely shown. Though he was listening intently, intrigued at what the other man was about to say.

"You don't know how much that meant for Omi, you, being there for him, he practically looks up to you as his own father. I wouldn't be surprised if he started calling you papa." Ken explained to his friend smiling up at him before turning back to go and help Omi.

Aya just nodded in understanding and turned to leave but he didn'tdo so yet, instead he faced the other man again. "Ken." He called out. "Do you know something about Omi that Yohji and I don't know about, something to do about his actions lately?" Aya couldn't help but ask already. He knew it wouldn't really sound nice to think that someone really close was hiding something from you but this was important and they needed to know what was happening to Omi to be able to help him.

Ken froze at Aya's question not knowing how to answer him. 'If I said yes and told him, that would be invasion on Omi's privacy but if I say no it'll just become harder for him because no one would really understand what was happening to him. What should I say?' after some quick thinking he finally answered him "No Aya. I wish I knew though." He put on a sad smile and faced Aya again trying not to tense up.

But Ken did, even though just a little and barely noticeable, and Aya saw his reaction, being very perceptive of these things. He merely nodded his reply and continued on his way to the kitchen, giving his friend the illusion of his acceptance of his answer.

Crawford and Farfello had come home a few minutes before the normal dinner time which was around six 'thirty. The foursome had sat together in the dining room and began eating as soon as the two came and of course compliments flew to the chef. "Bishounen! Oishii! You've outdone me in cooking!" Schuldig exclaimed in pleasure giving the said boy compliment of sorts, also disrupting the peace that the household had for a while.

"He was always better than you in cooking." Farfello cut in, enjoying his meal as well and trying to ignore the German who was trying to kill him right now.

After being ignored for a long time Schuldig finally gave up in trying to kill the Irish and went through plan B. "Brad, Farfie is being mean." He said, giving a very good imitation of a child whose ice cream just melted and was about to cry.

"Farfie let's not tell Schu that. We know how sensitive he is…" Crawford said. Schuldig had a look of airiness and stuck out his tongue at Farfello, Farfello just ignored him. "…but what you said is true though, too true in fact." Farfello snickered at the last comment and Nagi just smiled, Crawford just gave Schuldig a blank look that they all interpreted as 'What? I'm innocent. I didn't do anything. You have no evidence to so get your accusations away from me.'

"Brad! How could you?" Schuldig whined as he fell on the floor with a loud thump headfirst.

At the sound of Schuldig whining Nagi burst into laughter and Farfello smiled evilly and continued snickering, Crawford had begun chuckling and was having a very hard time containing it.

"You guys are ganging up on me! I'll make you pay Farfie! I'll really make you pay to Brad Crawford! In fact I'll make all of you pay!" Schuldig vowed standing up for the added effect and slamming his hand on the hard wood of their dinner table.

The three couldn't stand it anymore and began hollering enough to wake the dead. Schuldig looked very red as if he was about to set a fire. But then he also found the whole thing hilarious and so he joined in the laughing.

'This is my family now. My only family…but I could have had two. I admit it's a selfish thought but still…' Nagi thought and stopped laughing so abruptly that surprised everyone.

"I'll go up to my room now. Excuse me." Nagi said a little bit too somber. 'I lie and I kill and I hate myself because of that…Why did it just have to be her? Why them?'

Crawford looked at the other two members of Schwarz then nodded to Nagi. They remained silent as Nagi went up to his room. When he was well out of earshot Crawford spoke "He blames himself when he really shouldn't." After that everyone was very quiet and unmoving.

'Brad, can't I go and talk to him?' Schuldig asked telepathically after a few minutes of uneasy silence, hoping that he would be allowed. He really didn't like it when he could do nothing to help the youngest member of Schwarz. 'He's been acting like that all day. Please.'

'No, let him be Schu. The boy needs to be alone.' Crawford answered in the same manner but with force enough to make the German stay put and follow his orders but the other wouldn't let down easily for being himself.

Farfello knew a private conversation was occurring so he stood up, followed the brunette's steps and went to his own room. 'Hn. I never I knew I was polite to my 'family'. Nagi? Why? Why are you acting like this?' Farfello thought as he walked down the hall.

---

Aya and Yohji were seated across of each other. They had been talking about both of Omi's and Ken's weird behavior today and what had happened on the days Aya was in Shizuoka. But Aya hadn't told Yohji the events that happened minutes ago, Omi crying in front of him and letting out his pain, that was a secret he had to keep for it was a promise he had silently made to the young boy, and he had the intention of keeping that promise.

"Ken was just acting plain weird I tell you, putting on a fake smile like that. It was very obvious he was just pretending for the customers, but his eyes looked like they were looking somewhere far away, so far that no one could imagine being able to see." Yohji said trying to tell Aya what he had observed from Ken. "Ahh! I dunno. They're hiding something and we've got to find it out. But one thing I know is that this only started today." Yohji said sounding very exasperated.

Aya just sighed and remembered what had happened to Omi while he was with him in his room. 'What's happening guys? Why are you guys hiding something?' Aya thought tiredly.

Ken and Omi came in the kitchen a few minutes later Ken was wearing that odd smile again and Omi too was looking weird with a smile that matched Ken's. Ken was holding Omi by the shoulders steering him on which way to go and Omi let himself be moved.

"So what's for dinner guys?" Omi asked trying to act like everything was okay and nothing had happened at all and was putting up one fine act at that.

The two men that were there before them looked at each other and had one thought in mind 'play along'.

"Well, Kenken was the one who cooked it but I'm going to tell ya anyway. He cooked us some O-yako donburi. It really shows his being a parent or rather being a mother to us, ne? He also made us some tempura. We should be thankful to mama now. Now, go say, thank you, Omi." (4) Yohji teased Ken and gave Omi a wink.

"Hey, hey, hey! Don't go saying that around! It's as if I really am a mother. Food is food no matter what, so eat it. It's good I assure you...well at least you won't have a stomachache, not like when you cook, Yotan!" Ken said to his defense and Yohji tried to put up his own defense both verbally and physically as he struggled with the lanky blonde, playfully beating him up.

The scene made Omi laugh whole-heartedly. 'It feels so good to laugh I can't remember the last time I did!' Omi said to himself still laughing at his two friends. 'So good' Omi thought wistfully and his laugh became a sweet smile aimed at all of his friends.

"Okay, okay. Now stop that bickering and let's eat. Sit down, Ken!" Aya ordered his face still unreadable to many except to them because of their strong bond with each other and they knew he was already laughing in the inside. They all sat down as Aya ordered and began to calm down.

"Itadakimasu!" They all said in unison.

"So Yotan, were you able to get a date from that girl a while a go?" Ken asked curious if he had indeed gotten a date next Saturday.

"Yup! I told you I would be able to get her." Yohji replied

"You WHAT?" Aya asked the playboy

"Asked for a date."

"Figures." Omi said, snickering behind the porcelain bowl.

"Hey!" Yohji protested and waved his chopsticks for added effect, and snapping it at the laughing figure of Omi Tsukiyono, even though a bit rude.

The group continued on like that telling each other of what had happened during the day, the comes and goes of customers in the shop, what happened to Aya's trip to Shizuoka among other topics. Omi hadn't really told anyone about his day and figured they should know the most 'amazing' thing that happened.

"Nagi Naoe, you know, codename: Prodigy, is my classmate now. We go to the same school now. Do I have to repeat that again?" Omi said a bit annoyed at the look they were giving him. It's as if they couldn't trust him and he blew a few stray strands of hair from his face

"What? How'd that happen? I thought he was going to this private school, they're certainly rich enough." Ken asked obviously surprised.

"I dunno, Ken, it just is. Well, I gotta go and make my homework. Good night!" Omi said standing up after excusing himself from the still eating party and heading to the washing area of the kitchen to place his bowl and chopsticks in the sink and cleaning them before placing them back in his shelf. "Night."

"Night Omi. Good luck with the homework." Yohji said

"If you want help I'll be in my room in a few minutes, okay?" Ken offered.

"Night." Aya said. He also stood up and did exactly what Omi did and began making some tea for himself. When he was sure Omi wouldn't hear he went back to the dining table and sat across of Ken, the place that was occupied previously by the hardworking student. "Ken, if you..." Aya said but found he couldn't continue for a minute and covered it up by the continuous dunking of the bag of tea leaves in his hands into the water. "...need help in anything just ask, okay?" Not really waiting or wanting an answer, Aya stood up, tea cup in hand, and went to his room to finish some reading.

Ken blinked a few times. "What was that about?" Ken asked, looking up to Yohji, who was standing now, Ken wanted to know if the other man knew anything about it but didn't.

"Dunno. Well I best get some of my beauty sleep. Night." Yohji joked and stalked of to his room after finishing cleaning his dishes. 'Why didn't you ask him Aya?' Yohji sighed audibly 'Damn! I hate it when I don't know anything, especially when it concerns these three! Great, just great' Yohji thought and yawned as he felt his eyelids drop from lack of sleep.

---

Nagi stared at his bedroom ceiling. He had his textbooks in a neat pile on top of his desk and now lay down on his bed. He had made sure his mental shields were up even though he knew Schuldig wouldn't barge in and take away his privacy, he knew Schuldig respected him and he respected Schuldig as well, but he still kept it up, he didn't want Schuldig seeing him like this. 'Nanami...it's my fault' Nagi thought and finally fell asleep while staring at the ceiling.
---

Omi bolt up from his sleep, panting and soaked in cold sweat. He hugged his knees closer and shivered at the many memories that came back to him and haunted him during his sleep.

"Nanami...Nagi...I...it's my fault. I'm so sorry." Omi whimpered and for the second time this week he dreamt of the girl named Nanami but this time saw who screamed her name. This time he saw Nagi and it scared him.

SOON but not now I assure you this won't be an all out angst fic.

I have another question. Do you guys know what age is Nagi and Omi? I thought they were 18 or so but it seems like Nagi is younger.

1) Yeah I'm making those two work a decent job. Schu isn't that much of a surprise but Farf, well…umm, let's just say that in this story he's only 'extreme' when he has adrenaline running through him and when he's all set for battle. So when he isn't he's just as normal as other people besides the fact of having weird thoughts of hurting god at times, kay?

2) Niku-jaga is described as Ofukuro no aji -- Mom's cooking: This is a typical Japanese dish served at dinner. The main ingredients are russet potatoes, onions, and beef. The flavoring is based on soy sauce and sugar, very common for a Japanese dish.

3) Karei Shio-yaki is just flat fish, such as flounder, sole or pomfret sprinkled with salt.

4) O-yako-donburi, is a dish belongs to the ten-ya-mono category of Japanese recipes. A tenyamono usually consists of gu (topping -- Ed.) which is placed on top of freshly cooked warm rice in a donburi (porcelain bowl). The gu can be any of following: tempura; tonkatsu; beef cutlet; quick-cooked vegetables with with beef, pork, or chicken (sometimes cooked with a beaten egg); or some types of seafood including sashimi (sliced tuna or other variety). As to why I said it made Ken look like a parent is because O-yako means parent and child, reflecting the use of chicken and egg in this dish. Thus explaining why I made Yohji say that.

Japanese words and their meaning:

Tadaima-I'm home

Itadakimasu-Let's eat

Oishii-delicious

Flame me all you want but if you do it'll just be ignored because I don't care. Constructive criticisms are always welcome. :)
