Weiss Kreuz Fan Fiction ❯ Undistinguished UnderScore ❯ Chapter 35
Authors note: YAY! Finally a kick ass chapter! All the mushy angsty romance crud was making me nauseated! @.@ By the way for future reference, for those of you who don't know what Beer Goggles are, just think of the saying "You better buy me another beer because you're still ugly!" When you're drunk, everything looks different and you control the image your mind takes in pretty much and can make it look like what you want, thus where the pink elephant saying comes in. So yeah-for all the people that grew up under rocks. There yeah go!

"Are you sure about this, Z? We COULD loose our jobs you know." Neese spoke warily as she pulled her leather knuckle gloves tight around her hands that where lined in solid silver which she had skillfully made especially for herself.
"Don't worry so much Neese." Zeva proclaimed as she pulled her black leather trench coat around her shoulder, flipping her hair out from the inside of the jacket to fall gracefully around her shoulders and down around her waist. "As long as we don't kill the person who captured them, were fine. We just have to get them out."
"But we don't even have mission orders!" Neese barked at Zeva's careless expression, but Zeva continued to smile almost mischievously at her Sister.
"Like THAT has ever stopped you before?" The jubilant red head smirked and winked at her tense sister who quickly relaxed and scratched the top of her head.
"Yeah ok...so maybe you're right. But none the less, what happens if we get caught and killed? We won't much help for them THEN now will we?"
"Oh come on Neese, don't be so cocky. It's not like we haven't done similar stuff like this before. Will be fine, don't worry about it." Zeva began to diligently braid her hair in a long fishbone style only to tuck it inside her trench coat different layers of her hair falling out from the braid and framing her pale delicate face giving her Aya's trademark eartails.
"Ok! What part of I don't want to die a virgin DON'T you understand?" Neese growled at her red headed twin who was now efficiently decked out in her Assassin outfit.
"Hey, you're not the only one!" Zeva shot back a mild glare in her sister's direction as she walked over to extract her deadly edged throwing disks from her nightstand drawer.
"Wait a minute...you mean you and Ken haven't...?" Neese pointed weakly and gaped, feeling rather sheepish.
"NO!" Zeva boomed through the apartment. "I'm still a virgin, Thank you VERY damn much!" Her eyes flashed amber for a moment, only to quickly return to there average color of deep emerald green.
"Ok Ok!" Neese rose her hands to her chest, palms facing outwards as she smiled moronically backing away slowly from her fuming twin. Only to spot the glinting disks that she was pulling from the concealed drawer. "Hey...where did you get those?" Neese asked bluntly, eyeing the shiny objects Zeva was now fondling in her black leather gloved hands.
"From Kritker..." Zeva spoke softly, holding up one of the disks between her pointer and middle finger a smug smile drifting over her lips with the disk glinting off the bedroom light.
"Oooo...shiny..." Neese seemed mesmerized by the circular device.
"And deadly...These suckers can cut through solid marble." Zeva's voice was light yet deep at the same time as she skillfully tucked the multiple disks inside her trench coat. Neese finished dressing in her usual attire for missions. She slipped into her black mini trench coat that came down just a ways past her bottom. A black shirt that was lined with silver thread along the V neck collar framed her sternum with black slacks covering her legs.
"Are we ready?" Neese smirked; a gleam running threw her amber eyes.
"I take it you don't carry a weapon?" Zeva smiled at her sister as she watched Neese raise her hands with her silver lined gloves, streams of shock blue electricity running off her finger tips.
"What's a weapon when you've got these?" Zeva laughed and nodded.
"True enough." Zeva tugged her trench coat collar firmly and grinned. "Let's ride!"

"Geeze!" Ken growled "Where is Aya?! He hasn't contacted me ALL day, and Omi's been awfully...cheerful..." Ken ran his gentle fingers threw his messy, yet neat hair, a deep sigh escaping his chest as Omi hummed to himself white watering the flower shop plants.
"I think he got laid." Kym spoke nonchalantly as she passed by Ken carrying a
Potted plant. At the sound of `laid' Ken's mouth dropped open and he stood gawking at the Chibi who currently had his back facing him who obviously hadn't heard Kym's comment.
"NO WAY CHIBI GOT SOME BEFORE I DID!" Ken shouted threw the flower shop, which luckily wasn't filled with customers at the occurrence of Ken getting rather broadsided by Kym's comment. Omi merely raised an eyebrow as he slowly turned around to face the rather stunned soccer player.
"I think he got laid." Kym repeated herself, her voice sounding smugger the second time around with Ken still gaping in shock, only to regain his senses to attack the un expecting bishounen and wrestle him the ground. "Wow...it's like Jr. High all over again..." Kym smiled, amusing herself with her own comments while she watched Ken and Omi struggle around on the slick floor, flinging water around on the floor and themselves. Kym raised an eyebrow, still grinning happily propping her elbow up on a counter top as she watched the now two soaked young men fling each other around, Omi rather puzzled as to why Ken now had him in a head lock.
"NE! KEN-KUN! WHAT'S GOING ON?!" Omi tried to pry off the muscular arm that had woven itself tightly around his thin neck.
"DID YOU REALLY HAVE SEX BEFORE ME?!" Ken squeezed his arm around Omi's neck tighter as he held him in a puddle of water with himself already drenched, his shirt and pants sticking to his muscular body.
"KEN-KUN! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!" Omi gagged threw water and the thick strong arm of his fellow friend. "You had foreplay before I ever did!!" Omi managed to choke out threw a gulp of forced down water. Ken's eyes widened in embarrassment and he quickly released the bishounen that stumbled out beneath him. Hidaka slowly rose off the ground, strands of his brunet hair stuck to his face and dripped with water. He ran his arm over his eyes to wipe out some of the water that dripped off his hair, glaring lightly at the blonde who was just as soaked.
"How do you know about that?!" Ken growled, his face growing the color of a deep rose pink.
Omi just giggled "It's amazing what you can find out about someone when they're drunk. But who could blame you Ken-Kun? Yuriko, as you put it, is a babe."
"I never did anything with Yuriko!" Ken felt himself grow redder, yet his stomach dropped at the same time.
"Aww, how cute..." Kym spoke from her current location. "He's in denial!"
"I am NOT in denial!" Ken snapped, folding his arms across his chest as he stood in his own puddle of water.
"Why, were you drunk then too?" Kym snickered, biting her lip to try and control her laughter, with Omi attempting to restrain his own laughter as well. But Ken just sighed, rubbing the back of his neck and mumbling to himself.
"I can't wait for Yohji to get back so HE can be the butt of all the jokes again. And to answer you question Kym..." Ken turned around with an evil gleam lurking in his eyes. "Beer goggles are God..." Kym couldn't contain her laughter any longer, she grabbed her stomach and hunched over, busting out in hysterics with Omi following suit.
"Omi! Ken!" The door to the Konkeo flung open, and in ran in a frazzled Birman. Omi quickly stopped laughing and looked up to see Birman running right for one of the slippery puddles.
"Birman! Watch -" Omi tried to warn the female brunette, but it was to late. She had already fallen victim to one of the massive puddles that had accumulated on the floor with Manx watching from a safe distance in the door. The red head and learned to never run threw the flower shop, especially with Yohji working. She had discovered the hard way that he liked to set wet traps for all the un expecting schoolgirls. Birman fell to the ground, now sitting in the large puddle with her soft blue business suit diligently absorbing the water with Birman glaring through wet strands of hair that dripped water which had fallen loose from her once neatly placed clip.
"Alllright..." Birman growled. "Who did it...?" Omi and Ken just stared with wide eyes, until they both pointed at each other, their moves sycranized with the other.
"He did it!" They both proclaimed at the same time, neither one wanting to take the blame as Birman began to rise, dripping from the puddle that she now stood in, slicking back the strands of hair that had fallen loose from her slippery downfall.
"Uggg..." Kym ran her fingers threw her hair and sighed. "What is it, Birman, Manx?" Manx stepped threw the door, her arms folded as usual, walking past Birman's aquatic mess.
"Have any of you seen Zeva or Neese?" Manx asked quietly, her eyes closed, tilting her head down.
"Hmm..." Kym raised her eyes to the ceiling tipping her chin up slightly. "Come to think of it, I haven't seen or heard from either in awhile...well...except for that ONE day when she invaded Yohji's room...and Zeva slept in-" Kym's words were quickly shut off by the act of Ken's still damp hand.
"Hush!" Ken hissed at Kym, trying to keep her from spilling anything to Manx or Birman.
"Hmm? What's this?" Manx eyed Ken playfully as he attempted to shut Kym up. "Where was Zeva sleeping again, Kym?"
"That's not important!" Ken quickly shouted out, trying desperately to avoid the question. Manx just smirked at his reaction, and coughed lightly, noticing both Omi and Ken were drenched in water.
"How did you guys get so wet?" Manx raised an eyebrow with Birman coming to stand next to her, forming a puddle of her own.
"Oh." Kym ran her hand threw the air. "Ken got in a fight with Omi because he was jealous that Omi got laid before he did and Omi was holding the water hose at the time, so yeah." Kym saw Birman twitch lightly threw her fallen pieces of hair that wouldn't go back into place and she found herself trying to hold back another snicker.
"So...is that a yes or no that you haven't seen them?" Manx asked again, looking quizzically at the three remaining Weiss members with all of them shaking their heads in unison. Manx sighing in response.
"Why, what's wrong?" Ken asked, concern rising in his voice. Dusk had fallen over the vibrant sky and he was getting an uneasy feeling. Aya hadn't contacted him all day, and now Zeva was missing with her twin sister.
"Nothing..." Birman's voice sounding tense as her and Manx eyed each other, both turning to leave.
"Well, wait a minute!" Ken tried to stop them, but they kept walking.
"You'll find out soon enough..." Birman spoke with a mildly aggressive voice, the glass door the Koneko shutting after her statement.
"Well that was weird..." Kym spoke quizzically after the door of the shop had closed with Manx and Birman's exit.

"Yo Sis' keep up!" Zeva laughed threw their telepathic connection as she throttled the exclerator on her Yamaha sports bike, speeding down the highway and weaving carelessly in and out of traffic.
"Don't tell ME to keep up, Z!" Neese shot back with her own thought, very aware that her twin could hear her even if she herself did not have telepathy. Neese let a daring smirk flow over her lips and she quickly accelerated in an attempt to catch up with her cocky redheaded twin whom she could still hear laughing joyfully, as she played kamikaze with the cars. `Geeze' Neese thought to herself as she saw Zeva weave in and out of traffic on her red and black bike. `I'm so not helping her if she gets pulled over...' Neese smiled smugly as she began to catch up to her sister.
"Hey Neese! I'm gonna tap Ken on the communicator!" Zeva shot the thought threw Neese's mind, only to get a concerned response.
"While you're driving like THAT?!" Neese growled.
"Ok ok, I'll drive like a normal person." Zeva sighed as she slowed down, and went with the flow of traffic for once, while at the same time tapping on her communicator. "Ne! Siberian!" Zeva called over the sound of her bike and other outside traffic.
~*~*~*~*~
Ken jumped as he heard his code name from inside the shop, looking around for the source of the sound as it called again, with Kym raising a questionable eyebrow as she watched him fumble around to find the source that was calling him as he began to pat himself down.
"Umm...Ken...?" Kym said, trying to get his attention.
"What?" Ken said, his hands landing on his butt as he checked his back pockets for whatever was calling to him.
"Your ass is talkin' to yeah..." Kym pointed to Ken's butt where his hands were currently located. As soon as Kym spoke Ken's hands felt the communicator through the fabric of his back pocket and he quickly jammed his hand inside to rip it out.
"AH HA! HERE YOU ARE!" He proclaimed in an enthusiastic voice as he quickly attached the earpiece in its proper place. "Siberian here..." Ken spoke up, expecting to hear Aya's stiff voice from the other line.
"Hey hunny!" Zeva beamed from the other side of her line, as she multitasked by driving her bike in the midst of the conversation she had just conjured up with her current love interest.
"Z...Zeva?!" Ken's shocked voice echoed threw the shop as Kym and Omi glanced at each other, both of them raising and eyebrow in response. "What are you-"
"Hey love, I'd love to talk to you right now. But I just called in to say that there's no need to go after Aya and Yohji. Neese and I are going to handle it."
"Hang on...Zeva what's going on...woah wait...you and WHO?!"
"Sorry babe, Gotta ride. Love yeah!" With that Zeva ended the transmission for the rest of the night, leaving Ken more confused than ever with two curious teammates.
"What did she say, Ken?" Kym asked, curiosity streaming threw her brown orbs. Ken rubbing the skin on the back of his neck nervously.
"Well...she said that...she and apparently Neese were going to go save Aya and Yohji, and we didn't need to worry about it..." He slowly turned around to face the angered face of Kym, her whole body tense as she latched on to Ken's shirt collar.
"WHAT DO YEAH MEAN, "SHE'S GOING TO RESCUE THEM?" HU?! I'M AYA'S GIRL! I SHOULD BE SAVING HIS ASS!" Kym screeched in Ken's face as he jerked around by her hold on him.
"HEY! DON'T YELL AT ME ABOUT IT! I DIDN'T KNOW SHE WAS GOING TO GO RESCUE HIM!" Ken shot back in his own defense. The arguing continued between the two for a good fifteen minutes, until Kym finally treated Ken to the same kind of hospitality she had shown Yohji by smashing a flower pot over his head, knocking him out cold and leaving him in one of his previously created puddles for Omi to deal with.

Neese and Zeva stood a ways outside the enemy premises; the night shadows cloaking them diligently as Zeva examined the building with her thick black binoculars.
"So, what can you see from here?" Neese asked, folding her arms across her chest as she looked out to see the building in the near distance, examining it with her own eyes.
"This might sound weird, but I don't see any outside force of security."
"That means security cameras..."
"Pretty much." Zeva pulled the binoculars away from her face to angle her head to look at her silver haired sister. "Wanna take `em out?" Neese just smirked and laced her fingers together, pulling her arms out in front of her.
"You know it..." She lifted her long muscular arms above her head, her fingers still laced together as she rotated her neck and let her arms fall strait out in front of her, her palms flat facing out toward the two story cement building that took up several large lots. She closed her amber eyes, and no later did electric shock begin to spark off her fingers flickering for a moment of seconds before they became solid straggly constant flowing streams. She moved her hands down slowly, her fingertips pointing at the confinement that held the two Weiss members. When her hands were in position her eyes flashed open, her lightening following the exposure of her now shock blue eyes that had lost all pupil. Her lightening flickered, and then in an instant a heavy constant stream fell from her fingertips, snaking threw the air till it electrified the building, Zeva watching the security camera blow out with the luxury of her binoculars. Neese dropped her hands slowly down back to her side, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath, reopening her lids to expose the normality of her usual eyes. Zeva simotainously shoved her binoculars inside one of the many pockets of her trench coat and began to run down the small hill that her and Neese had once been standing on.
"Let's move!" Zeva yelled over her shoulder to her sister who was quick to follow.
"Hey! Who's running this show?!" Neese yelled back, with them quickly approaching the large building.

"Hello my pet..." Anthony called from the doorway, the hall light flooding the poorly let cell, causing Aya to wince lightly at the sudden burst of light. Anthony's form was completely shadowed as the beacon of light blared behind him until he stepped further into the room, his Russian assistant closing the door carefully behind him. The young and vibrant man walked seductively to the weary red head, whose body had accumulated more cuts in few days he had been there then when he had first arrived. Aya lifted his head, his amethyst eyes tired and his whole body aching with each movement he attempted to make. His arms swollen with scrapes and cuts that were coated in dry blood, some of which were questionable of infection. He moved toward Aya, carefully, his body indicating mild hesitation as he moved in toward his prey. Aya grimaced and groaned, hanging his head back down as it felt heavier than it should. For each time he had denied Anthony pleasure, he received a mark, a bruise or a slash from his displeased molester. In hopes from Anthony's mind perspective, to leave a piece of him with Aya so he would never forget him as much as he tried. He carefully tucked his fingers under Aya's chin, forcing him to lift his head to stare into his aqua marine eyes, a smirk trailing over his lips. "And what will my pet supply for me today?" Anthony mocked, his eyes looking over Aya's battered body that had put up an impressive fight, but it was clear Aya was loosing some of his momentum. He hadn't eaten nor slept in almost a week, and his arms had gone numb days before this encounter. Nina watched from a distance, her dark eyes fierce and sickened by this display. She had met Aya under different circumstances when Anthony wasn't around. Though she quickly discovered he didn't talk much, she tried to look after him and the other captive as much as possibly. Supplying them with simple things such as water, and what medicine she could provide to ease their wounds. Anthony tilting his head at the proper angle, his lips hovering over Aya's cold, pale mouth. "Lets...play..." He whispered lightly, easing in for a kiss from his beaten prey, when sudden darkness surrounded the hall. "NINOCKHA!" Anthony yelled to his female Russian counter part. "What happened?!"
"Apparently the power went out..." She spoke wistfully, as she pulled out a flash light, the glow spreading over the rather large cell.
"Get the guards! I've got a bad feeling about this..." Anthony turned his back to Aya, unsatisfied, leaving his red headed captive for later. Nina watched Anthony disappear into the shadows, and once thought safe, she scurried over to Aya.
"Ne!" She shook him carefully. "Listen to me!" her Japanese wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't poor as she spoke threw her heavy Russian accent. Aya slowly lifted his heavy lids, focusing on the face that was inches away from him, and the dark eyes that burned into his the beam from the flash light supplying substantial visibility. "You friends, their co-" Her words ended abruptly, and her hand drifted to her stomach, only to be coated in blood, as the sound of a hand gun ripped through the air. Nina gasped, and choked on air as Aya's eye widened in realization as he felt blood soak onto his own black shirt. The Russian beauty hugged her arm around her gushing stomach, staggering as she stumbled to turn around to face none other than Anthony, who stood in the wavering shadows of the door way, the tip of his gun smoking lightly.
"I never took kindly to spies, Ninockha..." His blue eyes glowing with insanity threw the thick darkness. He replaced his hand on the silver gun, clicking it back to reload another bullet, that he wasted no time releasing to watch fly into her already wounded body. Aya gasped, his eyes shaking with rage and fear as he watched Nina's grip loosen on the flashlight, and fall to ground. He wanted to catch her, help her like she had him, but he was powerless, frozen against his damned restraints just as he had been with Aya-Chan. The memory flooding his mind while he watched Nina fall to her knees slowly, and then crumple to the ground, her rich, wavy dark brown hair fluttering around her and soaking in the crimson blood she leaked onto the floor.
"YOU BASTERD!" Aya raged, his body shuddering against his restraints. "HOW COULD YOU?! NINA! NINA! DAMN IT GET UP!! GET UP NINA! PLEASE!...please..." Aya hung his head, reality seeping into his eyes. She wasn't getting up...and she wasn't moving...she lay now at his feet, doing nothing more but drowning in her own contents. She had been kind to Aya, the type of person that could do no wrong, only justice...and though Aya hadn't really talked to her, most of the conversations he held were just looking into her never ending sea of coffee brown eyes. There, Aya could see strait down into all of her, and he admired her for that. "...Nina..."
~*~*~*~*~
"Neese! I heard gunfire! We have to get in there fast!"
"Calm the hell down, Calico! No one's dead YET! I would feel it, you know that."
"Hooray for you! That still doesn't change the subject matter!" Zeva ran strait toward one of the main doors, prepared to use her telekinesis to infiltrate the entrance. She stopped in front of the thick metal door, Neese tailing her. Zeva's emerald green eyes scanning over the door quickly, her eyes landing on a number access pad, an amused grin growing over her face. "Piece of cake." Zeva's voice was smug as she popped her knuckles to her left hand, sweeping it quickly over the number pad watching in satisfaction as all the numbers all began to glow at once. Then the lights quickly began to scurry under each number in an un organized fashion, when suddenly to whole device sparked electricity before short circuiting with a small stream of smoke spewing out from under it to amplify the effect with the door gracefully swinging open with Zeva just smiling to herself proudly.
"Shall we?" She made a notion to allow Neese to go before her, who only raised an eyebrow with her arms folded across her chest as she walked by her twin.
"Show off..." Neese mumbled under her breath as she entered the building. As they stepped in, voices penetrated the silence and they both quickly ducked behind a wall, showering themselves in the shadows, disappearing completely. They hid in the shadows for a moment, listening to the foot steps that thumped over them on the second story, and the voices that echoed threw the halls on the first.
"Hey." Zeva whispered, grabbing hold of Neese's arm, causing Neese to jump a little.
"What?" The silver haired twined whispered back, seeming rather annoyed.
"We should split up, will find the guys faster. I'll go look for Aya." Zeva began to rise, only to be jerked back down to Neese's crouching level.
"Wa...wa...waaaait a minute. Why is it I get stuck with recessing Yohji, and YOU get Aya?" Her voice sounding rather bitter and fierce as her eyes glinted at Zeva threw the shadows, her first response from her twin a mere frustrated sigh.
"Look, it only makes sense that I go rescue Aya." She tried to rise again, but Neese yanked her back down, grabbing onto Zeva's shirt with her fist and pulling their faces close as she spoke threw her teeth.
"Start makin' sense..." Zeva smiled innocently as she pried her sister's hand from her shirt.
"Ok, Neese this is how I see it. If I HAVE to I can pass for Aya long enough to knock out anyone who catches me before they can register that I have boobs. All I have to do is tuck my braid inside my trench coat. And think about it, if I get caught they'll lead me strait to Aya thus' from there if you get into any trouble I can locate Yohji threw Aya." Zeva ended the verbal conversation and began to talk to her sister telepathically before they were heard. "Now does it make sense?" She eyed her sister questionably, who was still crouched next to her in the shadows, pondering the thought.
"I suppose you're right..." Neese spoke threw her sisters mental connection. "Alright..." She sighed "Let's do this." They both rose, ready to dart their opposite directions.
"I'll take upstairs." Zeva spoke with determination as she sent the thought to her sister.
"Right, I'll handle downstairs." She agreed, responding back to her sister with another thought crossing her mind before they parted "Ne...Zeva..." Neese asked in a confused manner.
"Hai?" Zeva responded quickly. Awaiting her sister's question in the midst of that telepathic link.
"How did you manage to find this place, anyway?"
Zeva closed her eyes, a smile creeping over her face. "Someone by the name of Nina got my e-mail address...she sent me what I needed." With her last sentence spoken, Zeva saw an opening and went for it. Leaving her twin to venge for herself as she darted in and out of the shadows, while sneaking past the guards with success as she carefully made her way to the passage that would lead her to the top story.
"Right..." Neese whispered verbally to herself, taking note of her sisters absence while she herself began to probe the first floor for the unsuspecting playboy.
~*~*~*~*~
Zeva scanned the top story; so far no one had spotted her, and her vision unexplainably efficient in the pitch-blackness. She never understood how people had an issue with seeing the dark, it seemed as easy as day to her.
"You There! HEY!"
"Uh oh..." Zeva bit her lip in hesitation as the voice came from behind her and the glaring light of a flash light flooded the hall. She quickly spun around, positioning herself in front of three, rather impressive looking guards. "Well that's just shit..." Zeva huffed to herself as the guards grinned, registering her feminine body in their testosterone brains.
"Hey there kitty..." The man reached out a hand to try and trail his fingers against Zeva's pail skin, though she quickly slapped his hand away. Backing away efficiently as she roboticly dug her hand inside her trench coat revealing one of the throwing disks, hesitation not known in her movements as she skillfully threw the disk at the herd of men. Slicing open of the cheek of the one who had tried to touch her. A yelp of pain lurched from his throat as he slapped his hand over his now throbbing cheek, as the disk came flying gracefully back into Zeva's hands.
"Sorry boys..." She smiled playfully. "This kittens got claws..." she snickered as she moved her hand inside her trench coat, replacing the disk in it's proper location.
"YOU BITCH!" The main male yelled as the two others glared at Zeva viscously. "I'll make sure you never do that again!" His masculine hands moving with his words down to his waist, gripping the hilt of a sword that he gracelessly unsheathed.
"Geeze..." Zeva thought as she looked at the man struggle with the blade. "I just may have a better chance at survival than I thought..."
"I'll kill you!" He pointed the tip of the sword at Zeva, whose eyes widened as the image registered in her mind.
`Wait a minute...' She thought to herself. `That sword looks like the one I used in training...which means...' She gasped lightly, and her eyes shifted to a hard glare as the color swirled to amber. `That's Aya's sword!' She slid her body into her fighting position; it was about to get personal rather quickly. "I believe you have something that doesn't belong to you!" Zeva yelled and pointed at the man who struggled to keep his sword point steady. But the man just sneered at what he perceived as idiotic awareness.
"I have nothing that doesn't belong to me, I rightfully stole this rather nice blade and I highly doubt there's anything you can do to MAKE me give it up."
"Heh..." Zeva just smirked, closing her eyes in mild amusement. "Is that a challenge?" Her hand already creeping back inside her trench coat, her leather covered hand fingering two slick throwing disks.
The man laughed at what he acknowledged as the red head being naïve, a chuckle running threw his chest and out of his thick lips. "Sure? Why not..." Zeva let her own twisted grin of amusement be her answer as she pulled out her two throwing disks, throwing one right after the other with speed and agility. The first one went flying for the poor victims hands, raking his knuckles and almost causing him to loose all his fingers to his right hand. Blood splattered to the floor as he wailed in pain, the sword flying from his hands as the ambitious red head rushed forward to catch the projected blade. The blade spun in the air, and Zeva made a mad dash to catch, doing a long shoted leap as she twisted around on her back to catching the sword with only one option, by its blade. She slid on the ground a few feet as she held the sword by her leather glove, the blade grazing her hand and giving her a mild cut that was more long than it was deep. She stopped under the man who's fingers had taken a subjective beating, with the other disk flying toward his belt, dismembering the sheath of Aya's prized blade that Zeva quickly snatched with her one free hand, only to fiercely impale the wounded man strait in the naval with the stiff, unforgiving sheath. The man gagged, spit and blood flying from his mouth that luckily landed at the tip of Zeva's feet who quickly picked herself off the ground to take on the other two men, with the other one now beaten and falling into the abyss known as darkness and unconsciousness. The other men gawked in surprise, but quickly took up their fighting stances none the less. Zeva was the first to attack, pummeling one of the men right in the face, only to come around again with her other fist and impale him in the temple, knocking him into one of the side walls of the hallway, his partner watching him slide to the ground next to his unconscious leader. She slowly turned around to her last competitor, gripping Aya's sword and sheath firmly in her hands, glaring threw glowing orbs of fire. The man's eyes widened and he whimpered in fear, before running away to save his own life and prevent himself any un nessary pain.
"Coward..." Zeva mumbled as she watched the man run the way he had come, as she continued down the hall way, sheathing Aya's sword skillfully as she walked.

"GET OUTA MY WAY!!!" Neese screeched, releasing jolts of electricity at the guards who fell helpless to the ground, groaning in agony and pain as she stepped over them to access Yohji's cell. "I warned you..." she smirked devilishly as the six guards fell unconscious on the cold ground. She raised her eyes to the door, studying it for a moment, only to sigh as a tone-deaf voice rang in her ears threw the solid metal.
"YOU ARE MY SUN SHINE!!!! MY ONLY SUN SHINE!!!" Yohji's voice rang painfully threw the cell and leaked out into the hallway, whose high ceilings only added to the excruciating racket.
"For the love of God..." Neese groaned, wanting to bang her head senselessly on the metal door. "Maybe I can just leave him here...and no one will ever know?"
"I FEEL PRETTY!!! OH SO PRETTY!"
"OH GAWD NO!!" Neese shrieked "I GOTTA SHUT HIM UP BEFORE HE HITS THE CHORUS!" Neese electrified the door, causing it to fly open as Yohji hit the last few lines.
"I FEEL PRETTY AND WHITTY AND GAAAAAAAAY!!!!!" He bellowed threw his cell, leaving Neese with no other option but to swiftly cover her ears and yell over the accursed torture.
"YOU'RE GONNA BE THE NEXT BEST THING TO GAY IF YOU DON'T SHUT THE HELL UP!" Neese growled. "I have NO problems castrating you for my own personal gain!!" Yohji immediately stopped to look at the person who stood in the doorway of his cell, smiling moronically as he perked up his head at the sight of a female.
"Hello Nurse! Is it time for my sponge bath?" Yohji beamed, leaving Neese with a dumbfounded look on her face.
"Oh holy...you have seriously lost your marbles..." Neese mumbled slightly under her breath as she gawked at the imprisoned and restrained Yohji, wondering just how long he had been like that.
"I like marbles..." Yohji said, in a wistful and dreamy state. Neese had officially moved across the cell to stare at Yohji, who was to far gone for comfort but she patted him sempathetickly, taking note Aya's trench coat had some how gotten on Yohji.
"I'm sure you do...why don't we get you down now?"
"YOU ARE MY SUN-" Yohji got a swift slap on the back of the head, but that only encouraged him to sing louder. "MY ONLY SUN SHINE!!!" Neese cringed, trying to block out the insanity as she reached for her dagger to cut Yohji free from his own wire. "YOU MAKE ME HAPPYYYYY!!!! WHEN SKIES ARE GRAY!" Neese could feel the bottom lid of her left eye starting to twitch as she steadily reached up to began to work with the bound wire. "YOU'LL NEVER KNOW DEAR!" She skillfully nicked the wire, catching Yohji carefully as he fell into her arms. "HOW MUCH I-" Yohji slowly turned his head to look into Neese's confused and disturbed eyes, his own eyes showing a gleam of confusion. "Love...you...?" Yohji's eyes were half lidded, but Neese could still catch that quick gleam as he spoke the word "love" while he looked into her swimming amber orbs. With her looking for truth behind the word, scared to find it, yet wanting to more than she could bare. He weakly trailed up a hand to stroke her soft, silvery hair; his shredded gloves exposing hints of his own dried blood. "Neese?" He spoke her name softly, her amber orbs widening with surprise as he seemed to be getting back to normal as she held it.
"Yeah..." She swallowed hard, feeling a knot well up in her throat. What was she getting so nervous about? This was YOHJI! The dick with legs for crying out loud. But he still smiled at her threw a busted lip.
"You have pretty eyes..." He said rather dreamily, drifting in and out of the current reality.

Zeva knocked out her last guard that stood in front of Aya's cell. "I told you to move..." a mischievous smile creeping over her face as she released the last guard that had fallen gimp in her hands to crumple to the floor. She wasted no time in studying the door, she merely placed her hand to it, folding the door in half before ripping it strait out of the wall and throwing it into the narrow hallway. "AYA!" She ran inside after disposing of the door, seeing Aya hang from the ceiling weakly, with a woman wounded at his feet. She stopped dead in her tracks from shock at the sight of the brunette who had flooded the floor with her deep red blood, Aya lifting his head weakly to consume the image of the red head. "Good lord..." Zeva could feel her body shuddering, as she stayed frozen to the ground, her eyes drifting from the woman at Aya's feet, to the emotionally torn eyes of the leader of Weiss. "A…ya..." Zeva shook herself free from her trauma and ran forward to Aya, whipping out one of her disks to easily slice the rope, Aya falling limp into her arms. She gently supported Aya's weak head, her eyes shaking with tears, as everything seemed to be more overwhelming than she thought. Aya was in bad shape, and she blamed herself for not getting her sooner. "Aya..." she whispered delicately, watching him open his dulled and tired eyes to embrace the warmth of her emerald jewels. "Hang in there Aya..." She held him close to her body, wrapping her own trench coat around him.
"Ze...va?" Aya's voice had lost its firmness in it, it was soft and wispy and she barley recognized it.
"Hai, Aya?" She watched as Aya's eyes moved down to the woman's body, who's body was pale and seemed utterly lifeless.
"Is she...?" Zeva's eyes drifted toward the body and she shook her head, tossing about her imitations of Aya's ear tails.
"I don't know...let me...check." She carefully carried Aya over to the wall, a shadow covering him skillfully with the help of her own trench coat lying over his wounded body, placing his Katana next to him. Once Aya was positioned, she slowly turned and eased her way over to mutilated body, kneeling down carefully and placing two fingers to the woman's throat. Zeva closed her eyes to concentrate for a pulse that she had a feeling, wasn't there. This is who had gotten shot earlier...this is who had fallen...had she died for Aya's sake? Zeva figured she would never know, but then a ray hope flashed, and Zeva pin pointed a pulse threw that clammy, ghostly pale skin. "She's alive!" Zeva proclaimed in a shock manner, Aya quickly raising his head at his female comrade's declaration. Zeva wasted no time; she quickly strapped her communicator on, though it was more like a head set than anything. "Neese! Neese! Are you there?"
Neese shook her head, blinking a few times. How long had she and Yohji been starring at each other? Oh well, that wasn't the issue right now, she gracelessly dropped Yohji on the ground as she reached for her communicator, ignoring Yohji's groans of agony. "Yeah, Hey! I'm here what's up?"
"Neese! I need you up here STAT I've got a-AHH!" Zeva screamed in shock and pain as her communicator was skillfully shot off her head and a bullet grazed the top of her hand, the cracking sound of the gun still lingering in the cell. She grabbed her hand and grimaced in pain, eyeing her destroyed communicator that now lay on the ground by her feet, blood leaking in a large amounts to the floor.
"Looks like my pet was more talented that I thought, getting out of your restraints when you thought you had the chance." Anthony stood in the doorway, the hallow barrel of his handgun pointed strait at Zeva's forehead, a twisted grin growing over his lips as insanity filled his eyes.
`Pet...' Zeva thought to herself...the mans entire sentence running threw her mind, until she grasped what he had said. `He must think I'm Aya! Of course! It's to dark for his eyes to tell otherwise, and with Aya's body hidden in black...it all makes sense...' Anthony clicked back his gun again, reloading it skillfully.
"I really do hate to do this...you were such a pretty purchase..." He slowly lowered the gun back down, aiming right for Zeva's heart. She moved her bloody hand inside her trench coat, unsure if her aim would be accurate with her damaged hand. She lowered her eyes at the sight of the gun, threatening to rise. But Anthony was quick to realize her motions, and he instantly pulled the trigger, the bullet flying for chest. But Zeva was just as quick with one of her disks, she thrust one out, grabbing her hand in pain as she let the now blood coated disk take it's course, with luck being on her side. The disk ran its course, diligently knocking the bullet out of Zeva's line of fire. She had to be careful with what she used, unsure if her telekinesis would do any good here. After all, If Aya had had the gift of Telekinesis, there was a good chance this crazed man Zeva was now facing would have seen that power by now, and she knew she couldn't run the risk of endangering her comrades any further. Anthony snickered as Zeva quickly rose to stand firmly on her legs. "Looks like my merchandise comes with toys!" He began to cackle at the thought, but he stopped his insane laughter quickly to eye the shadowed image of Zeva. He raised his gun again to aim it at her willingly. "Lets see if you can block this..." Zeva already had a disk ready in her hand, her eyes a shifty array of different colors. But her face became shock stricken as the essence of the trigger on Anthony's gun was pulled twice, one bullet following right after another. Zeva gaped, but instantly regained her senses to throw one of her disks, blocking out the surging pain from her hand. She managed to knock one bullet off course, but she knew the other was destined to enter her body. She couldn't help but lock up her body at the thought, and clench her eyes shut, only to hear the intense sound of something ping off what sounded like… `A BLADE?!' Her eyes flew open to take upon the image of Aya's presence in front of her, his shirt ripped and tattered and he seemed to be shaking a little.
"You..." Aya's voice was fierce and deep, like Zeva remembered. Aya's hands were fierce around his hilt as he held Anthony at sword point, gritting his teeth, his eyes wild. "I won't let you kill her...you animal...I won't let her have the same fate as my sister...as Nina..." Aya's breathing was deep, and Zeva was afraid his body might not uphold with his own conscious will. Anthony gaped down at Aya, but smiled wickedly as her trailed his fingers along the blunt side of the blade.
"What's this? The one I've been trying to kill HASN'T been my pet after all…how sad…But you don't want to kill me, do you pet?" He spoke mild mannerly, trying to seduce the enraged Aya with a sensual smirk. Aya glared, drawing back his blade, only to thrust it forward and watched as Anthony lurched his head back, blood spewing from the side of his face as a vibrant bloody gash flooded his face.
"LIKE HELL I DON'T WANT TO KILL YOU!" Aya screamed at the top of his lungs, his body shaking under his words as he watched Anthony fall to his knees, only to being laughing hysterically.
"My pet doesn't LOVE me anymore, does he?" Anthony's voice was shaking threw his words and Aya found himself getting more and more creeped out. He raised an eyebrow lightly, confused if he should disobey mission orders and just put the freak out of his misery. Zeva moved to the side of Aya at the same time stepping out of one of the darker shadows, revealing more of her true self to Anthony who was temporarily pre occupied with his own insanity at the moment. Aya glanced down at her, almost wishing to check her over himself for any wounds.
"You alright?" Aya asked rather dully, though Zeva knew he meant well. She nodded in response as she watched Anthony carefully, bouncing one of her disks between her fingers. But they both tensed as Anthony's laughter stopped suddenly, and he lowered his eyes in the direction of Zeva.
"You…" Anthony's voice was deeper and much more fierce that it made Zeva's blood run cold, and shudder in terror as her eyes began to swim while she locked onto his crystal blue eyes that burned with furry. "I know you…" He slowly rose, blood pouring down his face and neck, and to his pleasant desire running into his mouth as well as dripping onto his shoulder.
"I think I'd remember a freak like you!" Zeva thrashed at Anthony with her words, while he seemed to struggle to stand his body movements jerky and unusual. But Anthony took one step toward her, blood dripping from his mouth his eyes dilated while he pulled out his gun, still coming closer to red head.
"No..." His voice gurgled threw the blood that drifted into his mouth and ran down his throat. "You're...You're an...ANDONIUS!" He shouted, pulling the trigger as Zeva uncontrollably found herself not moving out of the line of fire, leaving Aya to grab
And push her as well as himself out of the path of the bullet. Zeva landed hard on the floor, with Aya toppling on top of her, how he was able to move so swiftly left Zeva dazed, but she figured that was the least of things to ponder over right now.
"Are you alright!" Aya shook her gently as Zeva opened her eyes, blinking hard once to clear her vision. Aya seemed to be acting like a protective brother to her, though she had yet to figure out why.
"I think that's QUITE enough of that, Thank you!" The formillar voice echoed threw the cell, followed by white flashes of light and a sound that seemed equivalent to a large bug zapper rang in Zeva's ears.
"Neese!" Aya and Zeva both raised their heads in unison to see a rather electrified Anthony fall to the floor, immobile. Aya quickly stood, helping Zeva up once he to was on his feet. "Shit Neese! Did you kill him?!"
"No, I didn't use nearly enough electricity for that. He'll just be out cold of a few good hours. What the hell HAPPENED up here?!"
"Quick Neese!" Zeva grabbed the arm of her sister with her good hand, dragging her over the body of brunette. "Last time I checked she wasn't dead."
"And she still isn't, but I don't know if she's going to make it…" Neese knelt down next to the body, rolling it over gently. "She's lost a lot of blood…I'm not sure how much good I can do…" Neese fingered the two bullet wounds in the woman's abdomen carefully.
"Please try Neese…something tells me we want her alive." Zeva bit her lip, licking her lips impatiently.
"The most I can do is stabilize her…" Neese sighed rather deeply. "Here goes nothing." She let her hands hover over the woman's body, a soft silver glow surrounding her hands that slowly drifted down to Nina's body in slow steady streams. In a matter of minutes Zeva could already tell a difference in the brunettes skin tone and her breaths seemed vaguely deeper. Neese folded her fingers into fists and pulled her hands back to rest at her sides. "That's all I can do..."
"Quick up here! Hurry!" Voices followed by hurried footsteps echoed down the hallway.
"Crap, come on! We've got to get out of here! Yohji, can you carry the brunette?" Yohji turned his attention toward the one calling him, Zeva. Thanks to the healing caress Neese had shown him, he was back into his right state of mind, and his body was able to sufficiently support itself.
"Can do!" Yohji quickly moved over to the bloody heap of a body and cradled the fragile woman in his arms, cringing in emotional pain as he laid eyes on her beautiful Russian face. "...Nina..." He tried to block out his instinct to mourn, seeing as how hew knew they had to worry about their own lives.
"Aya! Can you carry Zeva?" Neese frantically asked as the footsteps grew louder.
"Carry, why do I- Hey! Aya! Put me down!"
"Look dumb butt! If you can zone out and put telekinetic barriers up around all of us, then all we have to do is walk outa this place!"
"I can multi-task!"
"Yeah I know...but now is NOT once of those times I want to exercises that. NOW GET TO ZONEING!" With that Zeva quickly relaxed in the strong and gentle arms of Aya, closing her eyes, and no later did she seal her lids together did thick, clear barriers go up around the five of them.
"THERE THEY ARE!" A man shouted from standing inside the doorway of the cell, with about five others supporting him in his instant gun fire, that was diligently having no effect as three of the five began to walk forward steadily, carrying the two others, Zeva and Nina. "What...?! The bullets aren't having any effect?!!" The main looked at his gun quizzically and glared as Neese walked by him with a mischievous grin, the others following right behind her.
"Come on! Let's hurry before they decide to follow us!" Neese began to run, Yohji and Aya following suit, they made an easy exit, escaping threw the door Zeva had opened. Treading over the grassland and up the hill, clawing threw bushes and trees until they reached the other side of the thicket where the two Yamaha bikes were parked. "Wake Zeva up, Aya. We should be safe now." Aya did as he was told, not used to taking orders but not really up to protesting at the moment. He gently shook Zeva out of her sleeping state, her eyes blinking a few times before she opened them to their full potential, with Aya setting her down on her own feet gently.
"Arigato, Aya-San." Zeva spoke softly, looking up at Aya with generous eyes. Aya merely nodded down at her in response, showing no form of a smile or glint in his eyes.
"Hey! If you two are done chit chatting, we have an enemy premises to currently escape from!" Neese yelled from her bike that she and Yohji were already positioned on, grateful that her Yamaha was a two seater, but paranoid to have him sitting behind her with only an unconscious bleeding woman between them.
"Come on Aya! Looks like you're ridding with me!" Zeva ran toward her prized bike that wasn't really meant for two people, but could easily handle the weight all the same. She skillfully threw one leg over her bike, positioning herself just right with Aya following suit. At feeling Aya in position she quickly started up the bike grinding the engine with Neese following suit, while Zeva waited for her sister to speed off.
"You...might wanna hang on." Neese warned Yohji before she took off.
"Na, I'll be-AHH!" Yohji clinged onto Neese's waist, hugging her closely as she unexpectedly took off.
"I warned you!" Neese yelled over the sound of the bike with Yohji's whimpering as he clutched the amber eyed woman's waist, as well as holding onto Nina's body. Zeva mimicked Neese's moves, grateful that she had an intelligent passenger whose hands were at least positioned around her waist before taking off. But no sooner had they began to exit the premises were they already being followed by some of Anthony's fellow lackeys. Zeva the first to notice, as she was tailing her sister.
"YO NEESE! WE GOT COMPANY!" Zeva shot telepathically.
"SHIT! How did they find our bikes?!" Neese made a quick glance over her shoulder to register what she could count as five sport bikes, similar to hers and Zeva's.
"Don't worry! The highway is just ahead, I can shake `em!"
"Zeva! Don't you do anything stupid!" Neese shouted back threw the connection.
"Hey! I'm the kamikaze rider, remember? I can take them! You go on ahead and get the hell out of here!" At the end of her sentence that she sent to her sister, she saw Neese hit the entrance ramp to the high way. "Here goes nothing..." Zeva bit her lip and then grinded the execrator, hitting a speed of 100mph. "HANG ON!" Zeva shouted over her shoulder to Aya, whom she could feel was tightening his grip around her waist. Once past the entrance ramp she did a fast glance over her shoulder. `An opening!' She made it, swerving across two lanes of high speed traffic, with cars slamming on there breaks and laying on their horn at the same time, with Zeva only blocking out the extra nonsense. She did another take over her shoulder, the bikers had spread out, two had taken the same opening she had while the others were forced to hold back until they had another opportunity. She turned her head to face strait again, seeing another pot hole in the moving traffic and taking it, swerving in and out of traffic, never staying in one lane for more than two minutes. She spotted Neese ahead, who was also swerving in and out of cars, trying to keep her speed up. Though in her act of distraction, one of the fellow bikers she was trying to out run had managed to pull up beside her, Aya squeezing her waist to try and get her attention.
"ZEVA!" He shouted in her ear with her quickly coming back to focus on what was next to her as the man pulled out a hand out and pointed at her head.
"YOU WISH!!" She bit her lip hard and slammed on the brakes to her bike almost loosing control, letting the other guy fly ahead as his bullet went to waste. It took her a good minute to get the bike back steady again, only to have Neese yell at her a few seconds later.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" Neese's voice pounded inside her head.
"IT WAS EAITHER THAT OR GET A BULLET LOGED INTO MY SKULL! NOW SHUT UP AND LET ME DRIVE!" Zeva's voice throbbing inside Neese's mind. Zeva picked her speed back up, moving in and out of cars to try and regain her momentum. "Neese, heads up! The one who tried to shoot me is behind you!"
"Don't worry about it! I'll handle it!" Neese glanced over her shoulder to see the biker gaining at a high speed. "Hang on Yohji!" Neese clenched her handles, zooming across three lanes of traffic at once to hit the shoulder on the highway, picking up to her top speed of 200mph.
"NEESE! WHAT ARE DOING?! YOU'VE GOT THREE PEOPLE ON THAT BIKE! THE WEIGHT ISN'T BALANCED! DON'T GO THAT FAST!" Zeva saw how quickly her sister had dissapeard out of her near distance line of vision, and couldn't help but call out to her threw the link.
"SHUT UP AND LET ME DRIVE!" Neese gritted her teeth, her knuckles turning deathly white around the handles as she sped down the empty shoulder. She glanced over her shoulder at the biker who had been tailing her, that was stuck a long ways behind her and three lanes of traffic over. She sighed lightly and slowly eased back into a legal lane of traffic, reducing her speed to a safer level. Zeva let go air she had been holding; the biker had lost sight of her sister and was dropping back his speed, only to spin around on his bike and drive down the center of the lines going at least 90mph, working in and out of traffic as he made his way in Zeva's current lane, approaching her head on. Zeva gaped, and felt her stomach drop as the biker was coming at her dead on. The biker was getting closer to her ever second, and Zeva squeezed her stiff leather hands around the handle bars, her injured hand throbbing as it oozed blood down on the handle bar. She gritted her teeth hard, her eyes glowing intense amber. Aya's hands tightened around her waist and she felt his arms squeeze her stomach, his heart beat pounding against her back, pumping more adrenaline into her. She accelerated, her path along the high way not wavering as she came closer to the biker, seeming like her speed was matching the erratic pulsing of her heart.
"Alright...lets just see how much of a bad ass you THINK you are..." Zeva growled under her breath at the approaching rider, who seemed rather stunned that she had yet to pull out of his path. Zeva dropped her eyes to low glare as the man came closer; they were going to hit if someone didn't pull out within the next minute. "He's going to pull out...I know it...he doesn't have the balls...please don't let him have balls..." Zeva kept her eyes strait and focused, if someone was going to pull out they had to do it now and Zeva found herself hesitating, for Aya's sake. She clenched her hands tighter around handles. "It's to late! Neither one of us can pull out now!" She clenched her eyes shut at the thought of impact, only to hear a male scream and the sound of screeching tires along with the smell of hot rubber scrapping against concrete. She shot open her eyes to see her motorcycle opponent skid to the side, instantly loosing control of his bike and, by twist of unexpected fate, slamming into one of his buddies. Both of their bikes and bodies skidding to the shoulder and combusting into an array of flames causing the rest of the motorcycle team to instantly fall back from their high-speed chase.
"WHOO WHEW!!" Zeva threw her head back and yelled with glee at the thought of the guy having no balls.
"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" Came Neese's ragging voice from inside Zeva's mind.
"We lost two bikers! The rest fell back with the explosion."
"Crazy woman driver!" Neese growled threw a light chuckle. "I'll fall back so you can catch up."

/ "Ran! Ran-nichan!"/ The tender voice giggled girlishly, as her appearance became more vivid.
/ "Aya-Chan?"/ Ran stuttered out as his eyes focused against the blinding sun light. / "Sun light...?" / Ran lifted his head a little to stare at the washed out blue sky then back down at the glowing face of his sister. / "Aya-Chan?"/ She tugged on his wrist gently.
/ "Come on Ran!"/ She giggled playfully, her smile shining with all its might on her angelic face. Ran began to run with her as she clung to his wrist, slightly dazed as he ran behind his younger sister until a smile finally grew over his once cold face and he began to laugh along with his joyous sister. Only to have a sudden change of scenery as Aya-Chan absent-mindedly released Aya's wrist, and that unforgiving, cold night replaying inside even his most beautiful dream, Aya's scream...and the screeching of tires filling his ears.
"AYA-CHAN!" Aya awoke from his slumber, and found himself sitting up in bed, extending his arm out to grasp onto nothing but the chilled air.
"Hai, Ran-nichan?" Aya stood at the edge of her brother's bed, dressed in soft pale green hospital scrubs. Her raven black braids long gone from her surgery she had undergone a few desperate months ago. And had now been cut to her shoulders, layered in the front to fall innocently around her pale face. She looked at her brother threw concerned deep blue eyes, while he stared up at her with shock and confusion.
"A...Aya-Chan!" Ran stuttered out, looking up at his baby sister. "What are you doing here?" His amethyst orbs glinting against the bedroom light.
"A friend of yours called me...though I don't know why everyone around here kept calling you by my name at first." She sat at the edge of Aya's bed, placing her hand gently on his leg that was covered by his soft sheets and warm comforter. Aya just angled his eyes down to study the stitching in his comforter. "You were pretty banged up, and they called me down at the hospital to ask and come down to help treat some of your more serious wounds." Aya-Chan sighed, moving off the bed to stand. She had been volunteering at the hospital for the past two months as a candy striper. Something that Ran perceived as "something very like Aya-Chan" to do. After being in a coma for over a year, she now wanted to dedicate her time helping others like the doctors had helped her. "I really wish you would stop picking fights, big brother." Aya-Chan snubbed, but smiled at her sibling none the less, her eyes glinting with purity and innocence and how Aya had missed those eyes and that smile all the while she was in that traumatizing coma. "But I know why you do it, it's to protect people. Mrs. Zeva told me that she was the reason you were so beat up, you tried to save her. That's why I'm proud to have you as my brother, Ran-NiChan!" Aya-Chan's voice range with a melodic tune threw Aya's ears and he couldn't hold back a smile that smoothed across his lips. Just then the door creaked open, and Kym poked her head in.
"Hello?" She whispered gently, moving more of herself inside the room. "Ay-I mean...Ran! You're awake." Her smile grew as she her eyes met with Aya's, seeing that he was awake eased her troubled conscious. "How are you feeling?" Kym moved inside the room to stand next to Aya-Chan, smiling down at Aya.
"Alright..." Was Aya's only response, looking over his bandaged body for the first time sense he had awoken. "Where's Yohji, and the others?" He asked, his eyes searching Kym's first, then moved to Aya-Chans.
"Zeva and Neese went to Kritkers office, and Yohji's in his room."
"What about...Nina...?" Aya said softly, his eye drifting back to the comfetor away from Kym questionable glance.
"Who's...Nina?" Kym felt knots build in her throat, and her stomach fall from under her.

"You two are in BIG trouble!" Persia rose forcefully out of his chair, slamming down the report he had gotten as Neese and Zeva stood in front of him. They both cringed in unison as Persia raised his voice, with Manx on his left and Birman on his right. "You both DILBERATLY disobeyed my orders NOT to go! And in the process you risked getting yourself captured, if not killed, ran the risk of destroying Abyssianian's orders, killed TWO people-"
"Ok, in my defense, THEY ran into each other. It was suicide sir!" Zeva didn't take being blamed for something she was innocent of very lightly. Persia just sighed; sinking back down in his chair, running his fingers threw his dark brown hair.
"Yet, on top of it all...you managed to successfully rescue two fellow Weiss members...and yeah...I suppose I'll have to accept two deaths as suicide...well, one anyway. But I think I can find it in my power SOMEWHERE to excuse them both." Persia just smirked as Neese and Zeva looked at each, rather confused and then looked back at Persia.
"So...wait..." Zeva bit the side of her lip as she began to ponder, raising a questionable eyebrow "So were...not in trouble?"
"No." Birman answered softy for Persia "If anything, you're both being promoted."
"PROMOTED?!" Zeva and Neese both gaped in utter shock.
"Have you lost your minds?!" Neese shouted rather loudly inside the office.
"No, infact nothing has never been more clear." Persia rose steadily from his large chair. "You passed everything with flying colors...well...except the whole combusting bikes on the free way, but...like I said...were over looking that."
"Wait... "tests"...? What… "tests"...?" Neese began to spark as she dropped a glare at Persia and then over to Birman with Persia chuckeling highly amused.
"Half of Aya's mission was nothing more than a set-up for you two." Persia seemed overly jolly with expressing this unexpected news. "Even though he himself doesn't know it, half of his mission was a set up for you two. I knew very well you both would disboy my orders and go and rescue them anyway. Therefor allowing me to analyze just how well you worked under pressure."
"What if we DIED?!" Neese was beginning to crack small lightening bolts and her pupils were starting to fade.
"Well..." Persia sat back down in his chair, laceing his fingers together. "Then we would have been at a loss...and left me highly disappointed." Persia sat back in his chair, only to jump instantly when his desk lamp popped and buzzed with surging electricity from Neese.
"I don't take kindly to being toyed with, Persia..." Neese flexed and unflexed her hands only to have Birman's voice calm her.
"Neese! Calm down already! You knew this would have happened eventually." Birman watched Neese slowly relax, the electricity that had morphed around her hands slowly flickering out. Birman realeasing a sigh of relief and Neese stepped back in line, with Persia's eyes shifting over to the red headed twin of Neese.
"What about you, Zeva? You have been awfully quiet." Persia rose an eyebrow as Zeva slowly tilted her head up to look at the elder man with mourning and torn eyes.
"Well sir...if you don't mind me asking...what was the OTHER half of Aya's mission?" Zeva watched Persia's eyes quickly widden, only to leave her faceing the back of his chair as he spun around.
"I'm not at liberty to say..." Persia whispered from behind her desk, Zevas rage building inside of her, trying to control her power. He dropped his head down, closing his eyes gently. "That's Aya's place...now if you'll excuse me." Perisa had dismissed them, and there was nothing more either of them could say or do, except to turn their backs on the unexplained chaos they had endured and go toward the only source he recommended.
Authors Note: WHEW HEW!!! So NOW yeah know! Rather twisted concept hu? But it works. If you havn't figured it out by now, everything is starting to come together so you're suppose to be doing the "OOOOHHHHH!" thing a lot. Oh, and you'll find out Aya's other motif for the mission, IF you havn't figured it out yet.
