Chapter One
“Hang in there…” Schuldig whispered as he walked painfully across the street. He was in a bad shape, more tired than hurt though as he walked across the city of Tokyo. He struggled to stay conscious as he helped Crawford walk. Crawford had his arm over his shoulders and he was helping him walk as his raspy breath kept increasing. “Were almost there….” He spoke in a raspy voice as he collapsed in front of a house. He had walked for more than hour to get there and he hoped it was worth coming here. He dropped Crawford and knocked on the door hastily, “Hello! Hello!” he shouted keeping knocking.
A door opened and a young woman looked at him, clearly not amused only in her nightgown. “I told you men not to come here anymore.” Glaring at him with beautiful gray eyes.
Schuldig moved his messy long orange hair of his green eyes and sighed, “Crawford's been shot.” He spoke, “We need help, Fay”
Her eyes went to the man who lay unconscious on the floor of her parquet floor. He was well dressed in a white suit, his dark hair messed up as well and his breath was coming in a rasp. She looked at Schuldig, “Bring him in.” she ordered.
Schuldig pulled Crawford up making him groan, “Sorry buddy.” He whispered as he helped him in and closed the Villa door.
“On the sofa.” Fay ordered walking in; she had pulled a robe over her nightgown as she put towels on the sofa, “Come on! Come on!” she said as Schuldig put Crawford on the sofa. Fay ran out of the living room and came back with a first aid kit and more supplied. “Ive left water to boil on the stove, bring it to me.” She told him.
“Crawford!” she called, “Crawford,” slapping him lightly, “Can you hear me?”
He opened his eyes a bit, “So and so…” he muttered.
“I need you to sit up.”
He groaned lightly.
“For me.” She said softly her hand on his shoulders as she helped him sit up.
He swore softly with each move he made, he was breathing hard and sweating all over. Fay helped him remove his jacket, followed by his shirt and tie. All the time, he was swearing and she could feel that he was in pain as he fell back onto the sofa.
“Here you go.” Schuldig said running back in.
Fay took out supplied, “The bullet is still in.” picking out a pliar and a lighter, she lit the pliar till it was red hot.
“You're not thinking of…” Schuldig began, his face turning pale.
“Son of….” Crawford swore as she stuck the pliar in him.
“Hold him down.” Fay ordered Schuldig.
Schuldig was worried sick by now, “Im sorry buddy.” Holding Crawford down as she dug into his side for the bullet.
Crawford gritted his teeth and clutched the sofa with his hands as she did, “You have to hurry…” he whispered in pain.
“Just a min…” Fay began, “There!” pulling it out and placing it on a plate. She applied medicine, and stitched it with Anesthetic and finally bandaged him. By the time she was done with him, he was already asleep.
Schuldig sighed and sat down removing his jacket, he looked dead worried.
She caught that look, “Let him sleep.” Pulling out a blanket and covering Crawford with it, “He'll be fine.” Cleaning up then all the supplied. “Come with me, Ill make us coffee.” She offered as he followed her to the kitchen.
Schuldig sat down by the kitchen table and watched Fay as she made them both some coffee. He drummed his fingers absently on it and let his eyes linger around until it settled on her, she was a beauty. Tall, slender, with a beautiful figure. Her long dark hair and beautiful gray eyes made a lot of people notice her even before she spoke or did anything else. Its hard to imagine that they're brother and sis…his thoughts trailed.
“He didn't make it, did he?” She asked softly pouring him a cup of coffee.
He snapped out of his thoughts and sighed, “I don't know.” He admitted, “It was chaos.”
She sat down, “What happened?”
“We had the Weiss surrounded as planned in the building of lake Tapa…” he spoke, “Everything went wrong. All Esset members were killed by them, Aya was kidnapped again, and then the building started to collapse.” He muttered, “We got separated there.”
“Nagi?”
He shook his head, “I couldn't find him.”
She hmmed, “Who shot Crawford?”
“Manx.”
“Oh.” She said softly.
He was saddened by her features, “Im sorry about you father.”
“I wouldn't worry about him.” Standing up, “Us Takatori's are stubborn; Id doubt a falling building would kill him.”
He smiled at that.
She opened a closet and pulled out a pillow and blanket, “Here.” Handing it to him, “Why don't you guys stay here for some time till things calm down.” She offered.
“Yes.” He said softly. “Thank you.”
Fay sighed as she walked into her bedroom; she took of her robe and sat down on her bed. She was worried. She used to be a member of Weiss for sometime and had worked closely with Aya, Ken, Omi, and Yohji. However, because Cretin found out that she was a Takatori and her uncle was controlling Schwarz, she had been asked to leave because they had seen her in his company more than once and had affiliated her with betrayal. She had helped the Schwarz from time to time, but only circumstances such as these, she had never given them information or any details about any of their operations. The Weiss members were not happy that she had to resign, especially Ken who she had a close relationship with, but he knew her secret and she was afraid it would hurt both members, so she had hid away so she wouldn't see any of them. But now…she thought sitting down. Im so pathetic, she thought. When Schuldig had barged in, she wanted to die right there and then, seeing Crawford shot weakened her and every time he had sworn when she was healing him was like a bullet through her heart. The truth was that she was in love with him, she thought, they would all probably laugh, she thought.
She remembered that once one of her Weiss partners, Ken Hidaka, pointed it out to her. They had been on a mission together and they had faced Crawford alone. She didn't know what had gone wrong, but she had ended half dead hanging from a cliff when he rescued her and laid her on the floor leaving them both behind. Ken had gone mad questioning her what was that about, but she admitted she had no clue. She had remembered the screaming very well……
“What the hell was that about!” Ken had shouted.
Fay looked at him her cheeks flushed, “I don't know.” She admitted.
Ken crossed his arms like the stubborn child he sometimes was, “Why would Crawford save you?”
She hesitated, “I don't know, Kenny! I really don't know.' Sitting down, “He works for my uncle….maybe….”
“No! That look was a man determined to save someone he loves!” Ken told her firmly.
Fay stopped, her eyes quivered, she looked down biting her lip, “I…” she whispered, “He…He loves me?” she whispered. “Can it be?”
“The question is, do you love him as well?” Ken askedhad asked
She never answered him and it was never spoken of again.
Fay snapped out of her thoughts. She shook her head, oh Kenny! How right you were, but to this day I still don't know whether Crawford has feelings for me or was it just because Im his friend's' sister, she thought as she drifted off to sleep.
Next Day
Even before opening his eyes, the first sense that Crawford had was the smell of fresh flowers around him. He blinked his eyes open and was engulfed by daylight shutting them back down. He stirred a bit and groaned gritting his teeth as the place where the bullet had entered pained him immensfully.
“How are you feeling?” came a soft voice.
He opened his eyes again, adjusting to the light and noticed sparkling gray eyes staring down at him, “You….” He said softly.
“Yes.” Nodding, “Schuldig brought you here.
He closed his eyes for a minute, then opened them again, “Help me sit up, will you?”
“Crawf…” she began, but he was already moving.
He gritted his teeth as he tried sitting, she was holding his waist as she did so. She blushed a bit at the thought, he was indeed topless. “That…” he began breathing hard, “Was painful.” He admitted.
She went to the medicine cabinet and pulled some painkillers and a glass of water, “Take these.” Handing them to him, he took them and engulfed them immediately. She went back to the kitchen, “And eat this.” Handing him a bowl of soup.
“I…”
“You're in no position to argue with me.”
He just looked at her and took it nodding. “Where is Schuldig?”
“Snoring like a baby in the guest room.” She giggled.
His lips curved into a smile, but that was it.
She wondered a lot, how he had gotten this serious. No one knew anything about him, except that he was serious and always in command and control.
“Have I been sleeping long?” he asked.
She put a shirt next to him, “Its noon.” She told him, “You've been passed out since last night at 10.”
He frowned at that, “I have never slept for more than three hours in my life.”
Fay hesitated, but she moved his hair out of his eyes. Her touch faltered a bit, “You need to relax, Brad.” She said softly.
He didn't say anything.
Fay waited for him to say anything, but he didn't. The truth was she took a risk, she knew Crawford hated his first name, Brad, and no one dared call him that. She put her hand on his shoulders, “Get some sleep.”
He winced a bit and put his hand on his side, “Shit…” he whispered.
“Crawford.” She said worriedly, “Are you alright?”
“I need to stand up, my stitch…” he began standing up.
She helped him stand up, “Are you sure? I think you should be lying down.” As he stood in front of her, he had his hands on her shoulders.
“Im fine….” Watching her.
“Im the nur…” she began, and then she stopped her cheeks flushing. He was standing too close to her, he was half naked staring at her intently, and she was wearing a robe that hung loose on her, “Craw…” she began.
“You're awake!” interrupted a voice.
Fay moved slightly away from him.
Schuldig had observed the exchange; he now understood that there was more to meet the eye to those two.
Crawford sat down, “Im fine.” Stretching onto his back, “I just need time to heal.”
“Good,” Schuldig replied, “We'll stay here till you heal.” He spoke, “Fay has been kind enough to offer us her place.”
“We'll leave first thing tomorrow.” Crawford spoke.
Schuldig and Fay both looked at him in surprise. “Huh?”
“You're in no position to leave.” Fay spoke.
“She's damn right.” Schuldig agreed, “And I can't drag you anywhere.”
“I just don't think its wise to endanger Fay any more, they will know were here.” He reasoned.
Fay crossed her arms, “After Schuldig explained last night's chaos to me I think it will take time till everyone regroups, we still don't know who survived.” She began, then she stopped, oh my! I forgot about them, she thought worried for the Weiss now, I hope they made it.
Schuldig studied her, she was a mystery to him, and what pissed him off was that he was never able to read her mind, every time he had tried he couldn't.
“Stop trying.” Fay spoke softly.
Schuldig stopped, “Huh?”
“Stop trying to read my mind.”
He raised an eyebrow, and then shrugged, “I am going to walk for a bit, do you need anything?”
She gave him a list of groceries and some money, “Please.”
He rolled his eyes and gave her the money back, “Yes ma'am.” Putting on his green jacket and heading out.
Fay smiled a bit, “Thanks Crawford.”
He closed his eyes, “Anytime.”
Fay went back to the kitchen to make some lunch for the three of them, she thanked Crawford for it was him who made her immune to Schuldig's mind reading. She remembered that night very well….
“I think it's wise if Schuldig doesn't read your mind, Fay.” Crawford spoke.
She blinked looking at him, “What?”
They were standing outside at her balcony, she had takencareof Farfarello's wounds by then where he had brought him and was talking to him.
“Schuldig can read minds, you being part of Weiss might cause a lot of problem.”
She crossed her arms, “But won't that give you an advantage?”
“It will end up hurting you.” Was all he said.
It was then she had agreed and had allowed him to teach her how to block Schuldig's mind reading whenever he was there.
The Other Side
“You look like shit, Ken.” Omi replied.
Ken wheezed as Manx tried casting his arm, “You don't look too hot yourself.” As Yohji helped Omi put a cloth around his head.
“I just cant believe you all made it.” Manx spoke as she finished with Ken.
Yohji frowned, “Well its not good news, if we did make it who knows if Schwarz made it as well.”
“Doesn't sound too good.” Omi muttered.
Ken sighed as well.
“And Aya?” Manx said.
Yohji smiled, “He's dropping off Sakura and Aya.”
Omi smiled, “I think its safe to call him Ran now.”
“Yeah.” Manx smiled.
Ken stood up, “Well, it's not over. We need to make sure those idiots are dead.” He said determinedly.
“I imagine at the time being everyone will lay low. We will need to gather our strength and regroup.” Yohji reasoned.
“He is right.” Manx agreed.
“At least we should look for them.” Omi began, “Then maybe strike.”
“Our chances may be at bay right now.” Yohji spoke.
Ken was quiet all this time.
“What's wrong with you?” Yohji asked.
“I have a bad feeling I might know where they are.”
Yohji and Omi looked at each other and they turned to Ken, “I don't think …”
“She would accept them.” Ken said softly, especially after Manx shot Crawford, he thought hatefully. “Even if she's your sister, Omi.”
“Thank you for keeping her with you, Sakura.” Aya said quietly as he noticed his sister in deep sleep on the bed. They had stayed up all night explaining to her what had happened during all those times she was in a coma.
Sakura's warm brown eyes looked into Aya's, “No, thank you for trusting me.” Kissing his cheeks lightly.
He smiled a bit, “I will be back tomorrow.”
She nodded, “And Aya?”
“What?”
“Can I call you Ran now?”
He smiled, “Of course.” Walking away.
Two Days Later
“You think it's wise for you to move like that?” Fay asked Crawford as he walked along the house.
He was holding a pair of crutch as he picked up the newspaper. “I can't sit all day.”
She didn't bother arguing with him as she placed a cup of coffee in front of him.
“Schuldig?” sitting down, he wore his glasses and scanned the headlines.
“He took off again,” sitting next to him, “I think he's looking for Farfarello and Nagi.” She confided in him.
He glanced at her, “They should be alright.” He spoke. “I haven't foreseen anything.”
Fay looked at him and then her eyes caught something, “Oh my…” picking up the newspaper, her hand hit the cup of coffee and made it spill onto the floor. “Oh, Im sorry.” Bending on the floor picking up the pieces, the hot coffee had spilled on his right leg.
“It's alright.”
“No.” picking up a cloth, “That was hot.” Placing it on his leg.
He put his hand on hers, “Its alright.” He repeated firmly.
Fay looked at him quietly.
“What caught your eye?”
She went back to the paper, “Two bodies found at Lake Tapa.” She read, “One was a….” her voice trailing off.
Crawford picking it up, “Takatori for Prime Minister.” He muttered.
“Did you guys shot him?”
“No.” he spoke, “We were to do nothing with him, “Weiss did.”
She sighed crossing her arms, “We sure are one fucked up family.”
He put his hand on her on the table, “Don't blame yourself for your family's faults.”
She looked at him sadly and took his hands in hers, “I know.” Holding his hands against his cheeks.
“But it did upset you.”
She bit her lip.
Much Later
“Well, well…” Schuldig smirked watching Fay asleep on Crawford's lap, “I leave you two for an hour and she's all over you.”
Crawford ignored him and threw the newspaper at him. “She was upset.” He said flatly.
“What's this?” he began as he scanned it, then his eyes widened, “So he is elected.” He confirmed.
“Yes.”
He hmphed and looked at her, “let me carry her back to her room.” He offered.
Crawford stopped him, “No.” he said quietly, “I told her Ill be here when she wakes up.”
Schuldig crossed his arms.
Ken had his hands in a fist as he rode his bike to his place. He was furious, he knew he was itching to see Fay, but he knew if he saw Crawford there he will either end up killing himself or Crawford. Ken bit his lip, he had sensed the attraction from the beginning, but he didn't know that she was in love with him. And Crawford's past actions had given him a slight hint that the man might actually have feelings for Fay. He closed his eyes trying to shake her rejection when he had tried.
“Kenny what are you doing?” Fay asked shocked when he had kissed her lightly.
His cheeks reddened, “Im…” he began, “Im sorry, I just thought…” looking away, “That's how I feel about you.” He admitted.
She had held his hands, “Oh, Kenny.” She said softly, “I…” hesitating, “I can't…”
“You're in love with someone else, aren't you?” he had asked.
Her cheeks reddened, “It's not love…” stammering, “But….” Looking away, “Its something.” She spoke, “Im sorry.”
He sighed, “Forget about it.” He said firmly walking away.
Somehow he had tried putting that night's event away, but he couldn't. Not after he had figured out that it was Crawford. How can a sweet innocent lady that I love be in love with that monster?! He thought angrily.
Some Days Later
“Are you going out?” Crawford asked Fay as he noticed her walking down the stairs. She looked beautiful dressed in a blue halter summer dress that ended at her knees. She wore cute sandals and her long hair framed her face loosely.
“No, we are.” Standing next to him.
He actually looked surprised, “We?”
“Yes.” Taking his hands pulling him out, “You've been cooped up in here for a week now, and your wound is almost healed. “Looking at him, “You need fresh air.”
“But…”
She pulled him to the bathroom, “No buts!” handing him a loose shirt and pants, “Wash up and change, you're taking me out.” Pushing him in.
“You're saying my daughter might be taking care of them?” Persia Takatori said amazed.
Manx sighed, “I know its hard to believe, Persia, but she is kind hearted. She will not push away someone who's hurt.”
“Especially someone she loves,” he muttered. Persia sighed, he had recruited his own daughter in Weiss, but his daughter was close Reiji, her uncle therefore had spent some time with the Schwartz guys. He had sensed her liking and close to one of them, so he had asked to her resign from Weiss. She was after all his daughter.
“What are we going to do?” Manx asked.
He sighed, “I don't know.” He admitted.
Manx was not happy.
“Ken is really worried.” Omi told Yogi.
“You cant blame him.” Yogi muttered, “He still thinks about her.
Omi sighed.
“But for now, we need to think of resetting the flower shop and getting our gears in place.” He said, “There will be a final face-off.”
“Yeah.” He said absently.
Schuldig went into the house and found it empty, “Hello?” looking around but nothing. He looked around some more and found a note.
I've taken Crawford out for a while, will be back later. Ive put dinner for you in the oven, enjoy.

fay
Schuldig smiled a bit, “Good for them,” he whispered going into the kitchen.
Crawford took in a deep breath and felt a bit at ease. His eyes trailed to where Fay stood by the book store, she was looking for some books and he watched her as she flipped through some titles. He stood by the side silently, he wore a loose un-tucked shirt with his sleeves folded till his elbows and had his hands stuffed in his pockets.
“Sorry to keep you waiting.” Smiling, “I got what I wanted.”
He nodded as they walked along the street, it was dark and they had walked for some time now.
“Some ice cream?” she asked him.
“Ice cream?”
“Yeah, come on. Ill get us some.” Holding his hands and pulling him, but he stopped his hands on his wound. “Oh Crawford…” putting her hand on his where it was on the wound, “Im sorry.”
“You took me by surprise.” He said in pain.
She put her arm around his waist and led him to a bench,” Ill get you something to drink.” Setting him down.
“No.” stopping her, “It's alright.” Moving his hands away from his wound, “Im fine now.”
She held onto his hand, “Sure?”
“Yes.”
“Im so sorry…” she said softly.
He held her hand lightly back, “Its alright, stop apologizing.”
Fay looked at him shyly, the moment was theirs, she moved closer to him and he didn't seem to object, their lips touched lightly, barely a whisper when…
“I think god really wants to punish me.” Came a bitter voice.
Fay pulled away from Crawford and he put his arms in front of her. “Ken?” Fay asked surprised.
He stood there cockily, hand on his waist, “I should've known that you wouldn't die so easily.” Looking at Crawford.
Crawford's eyes glared.
Fay pushed Crawford's arms away, “No.” she began, “Stop it.” Standing in front of him.
“Are you protecting him now?!” Ken demanded.
“Im protecting both of you.” Standing between them.
“Step aside, Fay.” Crawford stood up, “Ill finish him off.”
“No.” she said firmly, “You two will not do anything.”
Ken gritted his teeth, “Fay!” he warned.
“No, Kenny! No!” she shouted, “If anything happens to you or Crawford, I will die!” she snapped, “There will be no killing in front of me! You're both wounded!”
“Stop protecting him!” Ken shouted.
“Im protecting you both.” She repeated again.
“I must ask you to step aside, Fay.” Crawford spoke pushing her firmly away.
She was surprised as he pushed her lightly, “No, don't…”
Crawford pulled out his gun while Ken pushed out his claws.
“Stop!” Fay whispered, she pushed herself up and stood in front of Crawford, “No!” she said softly, “Please, stop it!” holding onto his wrist, “Crawford….”
He looked at her.
“Please, don't. Ken is my friend…” tears in her eyes, “I love him as a brother.”
Ken's eyes widened, I love him as a brother! Brother?! Brother?! His rage rising.
Crawford clenched his jaw, but withdrew his gun, he tucked it back into the back of his pants, “I will finish this later.” He promised walking away with her while Ken stood in rage.
Crawford was in a dark mood when he walked into the house, even Fay was quiet. She had not said a word to him since they left Ken in the park. Crawford walked in and stopped, “Wait.” He whispered, “Something's not right.”
“What?” she began.
“HIYA!” came a startling voice; a whip came out of nowhere and trapped Fay.
“Crawford!” she said surprised.
He moved to help her.
“Don't move.” Came a firm feminine voice, “Or she will get it.” Holding a dagger to Fay's neck.
Crawford's eyes tightened as he glared at the tall woman, she was dressed in black from top to bottom, and dark sun glasses, “Schreiend…Neu” he said angrily.
“I believe this is yours as well.” Said the younger one walking in, she threw Schuldig onto the floor.
“You stupid bitch…” Schuldig muttered, “Damn Tot.”
She smiled innocently, “You killed my Nagi.” She said tears in her eyes, “I will never forgive you.”
“It wasn't me.” He said in pain remembering that Farfarello was the one who initiated the attack on Tot.
“It doesn't matter! He is dead, so you get to die now.”
“No.” said Neu, “We only want the girl.”
Crawford looked up, “You what?”
She smiled mischievously, “We realized that she is the one who will bring both groups to their knees.”
Crawford tightened his fist, “If you dare…”
Shon tightened the whip around Fay.
Fay bit her lip in pain, “Oooooh…” she whispered.
Hell glared at him with hatred, “You killed Masafumi, and we will never forgive you.”
Schuldig held onto his ribs, “You stupid bitches.”
Shon smiled, “We'll be in touch.” Hitting Crawford as he tried to help Fay with her other whip several times injuring him and then she threw a smoke bomb and they were gone.
Next Morning
“Ken looks gloomy.” Omi said worried as he wrapped a bouquet of flower for one of the drooling high school girls.
Yogi watched Ken from the corner of his eyes as he watered some flowers, “He is not himself, not since he came back last night.”
Omi sighed.
“Good morning.” Said Sakura smiling cheerfully, “Hi guys.” Holding a school bag.
Aya smiled at her, “How are you today?” she asked cheerfully.
“Im good.” Sakura replied, “Ran around?”
“Downstairs.”
“Okay.” Sakura smiled, “I have some good news for him.” Running down.
Manx walked in, “Hi guys.”
Aya watched her go and smiled, she went to the door to greet her when she gasped, “Oh no!” hands on her mouth. “Behind you Manx.”
Omi, Yogi, and Ken froze in surprise.
“No welcoming committee? Red carpet? Roses?” Schuldig said.
“You…” Yogi began, “What are you doing here?” he demanded.
“It's a flower shop.” Schuldig said cockily, “We want some flowers.”
Omi looked at him angrily.
“Enough, Schuldig. That's not why were here.” Crawford spoke.
Ken walked towards Crawford angrily, but Yogi stopped him.
Manx crossed her arms, “Do you want to tell us what's going on?”
Crawford held onto his wound lightly and sat down, “Fay has been kidnapped by the Schreiend's.”
“What?” Ken demanded, “And you're sitting here like…”
“Calm down.” Manx told him holding onto his arms.
Omi looked at Crawford, “My sister's been kidnapped?” he asked, “Why?”
“They said that kidnapping her will bring both groups to their knees.” Schuldig answered.
“I don't understand.” Omi said.
“It's obvious you stupid idiot!” Ken snapped, “She is Persia's daughter, your sister, and our ally.” He told him, “And from their side, she considers them as a friend.”
“And much more to you Crawford.” Yogi said softly, “I finally see now.” I can finally begin to understand Ken's hostility towards Crawford.
Crawford didn't say anything.
Manx's eyes flickered, “Why come to us?” she asked.
“Were two men down.” Crawford explained, “I wont deny they are strong, and I will admit that it is better if we work together.”
“Over my dead…” Ken began, but Omi stopped him.
“She is my sister.” Omi said.
“And Im sure Persia will want to save her.” Manx agreed.
“Then we will have to go Persia.” Ran said coming out of nowhere.
Yogi crossed his arms, “What about Reiji? Im sure he's involved somehow.”
Fay groaned as she was dropped onto the floor. She was dumped into a room surrounded in white, and there was nothing there. “Make yourself at home, darling.” Hell said smiling.
Fay sat up and looked towards the door, “Hey, wait…”
CLICK!
“Open the door!” she yelled, “Open the damn door you bitch! Don't lock me in here!” banging her fists on the door. “Help! Somebody help me!” she shouted tears in her eyes. After half an hour, she stopped, her knuckles were bruised red. She slided against the door landing on her knees and hugged herself, “Omi…' she whispered, “Ken, Crawford….help me…” tears rolling down her eyes.
Manx bent down and looked at Crawford as he breathed in rapidly. “You don't look too good.” She remarked.
“Interesting, the irony coming from a woman who shot me.” He whispered.
She raised her eyebrow and then gasped, “You're bleeding.” As she noticed his white suit getting stained by blood.
“Those girls did a number on him as he tried protecting Fay.” Schuldig said.
Protecting Fay? Omi thought, Is he really in love with my sister? Watching the older man curiously.
Manx helped Crawford take off his jacket, “Your gun wound has been healed already.” She observed, “You've been whipped…” she began, then she noticed his cheeks were reddened. “Crawford! Crawford!” are you alright.
He was breathing hard and sweating as well.
“He's hot.” Ken said annoyed touching his forehead.
Omi gasped, “Poison! Did she whip you?” remembering when he had gone through the same thing.
“Yes, Shon whipped him several times.” Schuldig remembered.
Manx frowned, “This can't be good.” As Crawford lost conscious.
