Chapter Five

Robin sat eating in silence, fidgeting a little as she watched the other around her. She was still nervous, as Amon had nearly walked in on her pleasing herself just a few minutes ago. She could not even venture to have a look over at Amon, who sat off to the side, drinking a large cup of coffee alone as usual.

She did catch the tall hunter looking at her once during the meal. It was just a simple stare for a moment or two, then he just went back to the coffee he had in one hand. She wondered if he had smelled the heavy odor of her climax in the air of the storage room, for she was really aware of it as he opened the door. She also worried that he had heard her cry out his name too. She blushed at the thought of the man figuring out just what she had been up to.

To her relief, she never caught him looking over at her again, so she felt assured that he had not even knew what went on. This made her feel calmer, but other realities were creeping into her mind.

The strangest of the realities was for her to be sitting there eating just like everyone else, but knowing she did not have on her underwear as she sat there. It was also very curious that it seemed to be turning her on a little to know this little bit of information. Stranger still, she was actually enjoying the feeling quite a lot.

The certain tingle was back in her private area, and she could not believe that was happening over thinking about herself sitting there without her panties. She fought it off the best she could, but she also finding herself wanting the sensation, just because it was such a interesting feeling.

She kept a straight face to the others, but inside she actually was giggling at herself through out eating. She was quite aware of herself sitting there, and having nothing on underneath her dress’s skirt. She knew that no one could possibly know, or even see anything for that matter because of her long dress’s skirt, but it still made her tingle a little with the knowledge. It was actually pleasurable in a way too, which she found strangely pleasurable for her.

Robin found herself also being a little paranoid that she would move the wrong way, and the panties would drop out of her dress pocket by accident. She told herself to just be calm and she could either put them back on if they were dry enough after she was done eating or simply hide them in her coat’s inner pocket. That was the best thing she could come up with for now, and that seemed to sooth her worries.

She just kept herself calm with her thoughts, and tried to simply enjoy the meal that had been brought for them all. No sense in worrying about any of it, she told herself, she had it all under control. Taking a bite of her noodles, she just made her mind slow down somewhat.

After the meal, she covertly slipped into the bathroom without anyone seeing her do so. Under one arm, she had tucked her coat, just in case she needed it for stashing certain things away.

With a grimace, she found her underwear to be quite a bit wetter than she had thought they would be. There was no way that she could slip them back on, she would just have to endure without them for the day. She folded them neatly and tucked them away in her coat’s inside pocket with great care, making sure there was no way they could slide out or be seen by anyone. Assured of it all now, Robin headed out to continue the work of finding more things on this witch.

The afternoon slipped by. Amon had left them alone for awhile, letting them do their work without looking over there shoulder like he had been for the first part of the day. The group responded to this, and soon had amassed a large amount of information on the witch they desperately sot to capture.

The evening was just coming, and Amon just strode in from where ever he had gotten to. He looked around at everyone, seeing the advancing veil of fatigue that was written on each person’s face.
“ Let’s just knock off and start our operation in the morning.” He said, a surprising tone of concession held in his voice. “ Just be here at seven in the morning, we will hit him first thing.”

The man just then walked off, giving no indication why his mood had changed so drastically, or so suddenly. He just headed off to the back area, a file folder clutched in his one hand.

Dojima walked by Robin, and give her a strange look of confusion.
“ That man is so hard to read sometimes.” She said, shaking her head to accent her words. “ I’m glad I am not partnered with him- his moods drive me to the brink. And men call us moody?”
“ He can be... difficult to figure.” Agreed the girl, happy that she would be able to get home at a decent hour. “ But he is a good partner.”
“ Don’t know how you do it, Robin ...” Said the blond woman, giggling. “ I guess you just have to.”
“ It’s not very hard to...” Robin replied, understanding the girl’s question. “ He just is who he is.”

Dojima nodded, seemingly half hearing the girl’s words. Without another word to Robin, She then hurried herself off, apparently extremely eager to get herself out of there as fast as she could. That was not out of the norm for her though.

Robin just took the time to stack her finished information files neatly, then turned the computer off. She smiled, as that made it feel that her day was truly over. Grabbing her coat, she began to head for the elevator to the garage to where her beloved Vespa was parked and waiting. A nice little drive home seemed to be a pleasant idea.

As she left, she noticed that Amon was staring at her again. She stiffened a little, but made herself move when the doors slid open. She did not want to show what the man’s gaze was doing to her, and forced herself not to make eye contact with him.

She calmly waved and headed into the elevator, Karasuma joining her inside for the ride down. Amon did not wave, his face never changing expression as he watched the girl leave. It was like stone once more.

Inside herself, Robin’s worry was coming back to her. She hoped that he did not know about her little rest and relaxation in the storage area. She was sure that he did not know, but a small part of her still thought that he knew. She felt herself beginning to blush, as her face was getting very hot.

She just took a deep breath, telling herself that he had no way of knowing. With that, she just put her mind on getting herself home for some well earned rest. She looked at her watch, and agreed with herself. She had been up for over twelve hours already, time for sleep.

The doors opened, and the two left the lift and into the garage area.
“ See you in the morning, Robin.” Karasuma said, smiling. “ I am going home and falling asleep until I have to get up.”
“ That seems like a real good idea.” Robin said, plunking her helmet on her head.

The woman went to her car, with a wave of her hand, as the youngest of the hunters started her little scooter up.

Robin went up the ramp, and was out on the street in seconds. Gunning her engine, she headed home. This day was done, she thought to herself, yet her worries seemed to linger in the back of her mind.
