(Toboe's POV)

 

I ran as fast as I could away from them. Away from him. I was going pretty fast considering I wasn't holding back. I normally hold back my speed and strength considerably when I'm with them. In reality, I'm as strong as or stronger than Tsume and as fast as Kiba. About a mile away from them I remembered to cover my scent. A good trick I learned before meeting Kiba and the others. If I concentrate hard enough, I stop giving off a scent. So it makes it hard for other wolves to find me. I just hope it works on Kiba and Hige. 2 more miles away from the cave. I was doing good time. But it was dark by now. But the moon was bright. I smelled myself entering wolf territory. Good. A nice fight to take out my frustration on.

 

(Kiba POV)

 

We followed Toboe's scent for a mile when it cut off. There was nothing left to follow. It was gone. But Toboe had been going in a fairly strait line, so Hige and myself kept on going with only the moon as our guide.

 

(Toboe's POV)

Hmmm. Only 15 wolves. All full-grown. This should be fun. They all came at me and the fight began.

 

(Kiba POV)

We crested a hill and found Toboe surrounded by other wolves. We started to run down to him when he jumped into battle and started fighting. It was over within minutes. Toboe was the only one left alive.

 

(Toboe POV)

I stood up and admired my handiwork. All of them dead. I stretched my hands up and smiled to myself. I put my arms down. I looked at myself. “Ewwww. I have to find a river or melt some snow.” I was covered in blood from head to toe. I looked around and saw Hige and Kiba staring at me. I dropped into my wolf form and snarled at them before turning tail and running.
