Well, I've gotten over eighty reviews, thus far, and I'm thankful for those that reviewed my story and liked it! Thank you to those that reviewed my story, it is your reviews, ideas, and suggestions that make this story the success that it is. Next, I would like to mention that Jaden's `court' may or may not get their memories back during this story. I'm still not exactly sure, but if I decided that they do, I will let you know and make sure to make a mention of it in the chapters. Then I would like to say to `Yeshua' fans that I'm sorry for not giving him the chance to duel sooner, but I hope that this makes up for it. Now, wish our heroes and heroines luck in the future duels, battles, and adventures because the battling, dueling, and adventures are not going to slow down or stop for anything! Chapter 19: Demons, Angels, and Dragons

 

(Somewhere within the world of the Makai/Demon World; in an unknown location)

 

Deep within an unknown location in the Makai or Demon World, as it is also known, we find ourselves within a darkened room as a female figure, cloaked in darkness, watches a crystal ball displaying scenes of recent happening at Duel Academy.

 

The female figure says, a beautiful, dark, mysterious female demonic, but not evil sounding, voice, “Ah, yes! I can feel her! At long last, my descendant's demon blood is starting to awaken. Her power is already incredible and a fine female warrior to succeed my line!” The female figure waves her hand over the crystal ball and pictures of Serena/Sailor Moon appear from her `evolution' to Sailor Eclipse, to Twilight Eternal Sailor Moon, and Twilight Valkyrie Sailor Moon as well as all of her and the others battles over the Society of Light and the Light of Destruction flash through the crystal ball. The female figure says, amazed, “Unbelievable! My descendant is the reincarnation of the Moon Princess herself! The daughter of the great Moon Queen that I saved and befriended all of those millennia ago! This is a twist that even I wouldn't have foreseen!” The female figure says, seriously, “However, I can sense that Darkness of Salvation's enemy, the great power that my kind and I worship, is her great enemy. And her battle with this evil force has caused her demon blood to start to awaken starting with the embracing of the dark power that I worship, her death and revival saving her loved ones from this evil force, the great battle with that rotten vile evil power, and her powers upgrading to Legendary Sailor Scout form.” The female figure says, with a dark serious and annoyed tone, “And knowing that power-hungry tyrant, King Emma, he will have sensed and detected it too. Most likely, thinking that she will be a threat to his own power, he will try to destroy her when he gets the chance. And this might be time for me to get into the `game'.” The female figure gives a dark chuckle as the thought of getting into the `game' crosses her mind.

 

(Around this same time; within the Spirit World)

 

Inside of the throne room of King Emma, supreme ruler of Spirit World and father of Koenma, the huge and titan-like ruler of Spirit World waits anxiously for something and then a young woman wearing a red version of Botan's kimono, riding a broom like Botan's, and she has brown mid-waist hair in a ponytail with green eyes comes into a room with a piece of paper in her hand. King Emma puts on a pair of spectacles as the young woman flies into the room and stop in front of the giant ruler of Spirit World.

 

King Emma asks, plainly, “Well, what do you have to report?”

 

The young woman hands King Emma the paper, he lightly holds in his hand as he puts it close to his face to read it, and the young woman says, in a stunned tone, “I don't know how, sir, but it is like you said! She is the descendant of the legendary demon clan that rivals the Ma-zoku and the sensors detected trace amounts of demon energy coming from her!”

 

King Emma says, in a serious tone, “As I thought when I checked her Earth background, Queen Serenity was a fool and she still is a fool as ever! She allowed her own daughter to be reborn into a family line with that blood in it! And despite all the times that her daughter was killed, she didn't allow the Silver Crystal to truly purify her and make her into a major threat that rivals that of the enemy that her daughter is already fighting. She leaves me with no choice.”

The young woman asks King Emma, stunned, “Sir, you are not thinking of . . .?”

 

King Emma says, with a serious tone, “Yes, I am. She must be eliminated before she becomes the great threat that I know that she will become. With that demon blood coursing through her veins combined with her own powers, she will become a far greater threat than the Light of Destruction and Ma-zoku ever was.”

 

The young woman yells out, worriedly, “But sir, she is the child of Selene! If you eliminate her, the wrath of the universe will be set on the Spirit World and we must most likely be set upon by Sailor Soldiers and peoples of the universe wishing for universal peace that she is the one chosen to bring! Sir, I do not wish to debate you, but this will spell the end for the Spirit World and your rule if you even try to destroy her!”

 

King Emma yells out, seriously, “I have no other choice! I have to correct that foolish woman's, Queen Serenity's, mistake by allowing her daughter to be reborn the way that she is! In order for the peace of the universe to be kept safe and the warfare of the living world to be maintain, these are my orders. The Spirit Defense Forces are to head for Duel Academy as soon as possible and their main mission is to . . . eliminate Serena Tsukino, reincarnation of Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom, also know as the hero of Tokyo, Japan by the name of Sailor Moon!”

 

The young woman bows her head lowly and says, solemnly, “Yes, sir.” Soon after, the young woman flies off into the distance to relay King Emma's orders to the `people' under his command.

 

King Emma thinks in his mind, reading the paper, “First, you refused my deal all those millennia ago, Queen Serenity, and now, this! You are a foolish woman and your legacy continues on through your daughter. This is your fault and your daughter will have to pay the price for your foolishness. Farewell, Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom.”

 

(Evening hours on Duel Academy; on the meanwhile)

 

Back on Duel Academy, on the meanwhile, we find a duel between an Obelisk Blue student and another mysterious person, with a young man with black hair pointed towards the air, brown eyes, with major bags under them, and wearing clothing that North Academy students other than Chazz Princeton when he was one of them would wear. The Obelisk Blue student had two monsters, Marauding Captain (1200/800) and Armed Samurai-Ben Kai (500/800) on the field with two equip spell card as well while a hologram of a spell card with two samurai sword with one of them being pulled out known as Slash Draw is on the other side of the field with the mysterious duelist give a real dark sly grin. He lifts his right hand which has a black skull with demon wings on it tattoo onto his right backhand starts to give off dark energy while his eyes give off a red glow for a second.

 

The mysterious male duelist calls out, with a dark serious tone, “It is time for you to rest in peaces! And now, witness the power of the Reaper! With the lord of darkness on my side, I can draw any card that I want!” The mysterious male duelist lifts his right hand into the air and yells out, with a dark serious tone, “Now, it is time to complete my ultimate combo!” Just then lightning violently hits the ground, scaring the Obelisk blue student out of his wits.

 

The Obelisk Blue student yells out, “Hey, man! Calm down! I'm just in it for the medals!”

 

The mysterious duelist puts his right hand on his deck and he says, darkly, “Aren't you dying to know what I will draw next?! Well, wait no more!” The mysterious duelist draws one card from his deck and yells out, darkly, “Farewell!” Just then the dark energy transformation into a huge creature that looks like the Grim Reaper from human myth and legend, he slashes his large scythe forward, destroying all of the cards on the field, and lowering the Obelisk Blue's life-points directly to zero, ending the duel immediately while sending the kid flying down to the ground on his bottom. The mysterious duelist cackles darkly as he celebrates his victory.

 

(A bit later into that evening; in another part of Academy Island)

 

In another part of Academy, a little later, we find the mysterious duelist sitting down by a log in front of a lake and dropping GX medals onto the ground.

 

The mysterious duelist says, with a dark sly smile, “With this deck, I can't lose! The GX tournament is going to be mine!”

 

Just then the Grim Reaper like figure appears behind the mysterious duelist and says, with a deep menacing dark voice, “Well done, Lucien, but I hope that you haven't forgotten our bargain.”

 

The mysterious duelist, Lucien, looks at the figure, with a smile, and says, “Of course. You win me the tournament and you get my soul, but you have to keep giving me victory.”

 

The Grim Reaper figure tells Lucien, “In due time, Lucien, but first, you must rest.”

 

Fatigue and sleep overcame Lucien and he says, with a weary tone, “Good idea.” Soon enough, Lucien falls into a deep sleep and a few seconds later, a rustling comes from the bushes as some figures come out of the bushes. The figures are revealed to be Jaden Yuki, Alexis Rhodes, Hikari Urameshi, Yusuke Urameshi, Kurama, Kuwabara, Zane Truesdale, Syrus Truesdale, Tyranno Hassleberry, Mina Aino, Rei Hino, Lita Kino, and Trista Meiou.

 

Jaden yells out, with a serious tone, “Ah ha! I thought that I heard you! This game is on!” But just then Jaden and the others see the huge Grim Reaper spirit turn towards them and Kuwabara, Mina, Syrus, and Tyranno yelp out in shock and horror.

 

Mina yells out, stunned, “What in the world is that?!”

 

Kuwabara replies, fearfully, “Big trouble!”

 

Jaden says, nervously, “Uh, I think that I have the wrong woods.” The Grim Reaper figure looms over Jaden and the others menacingly, but then Rei, Trista, Hikari, and Yusuke step forward to face them and Rei gets her spiritual charms out. The Grim Reaper figure takes notice of this and vanishes soon after.

 

Yusuke says, still a bit perplexed and in a confident tone, “Yeah! That's right, pal! You had better run!”

 

Mina asks Rei, Lita, and Trista, a bit worriedly, “Why did I let you convince me to go on night patrol?”

 

Lita tells Mina, with a serious tone, “Come on, Mina! With those Society Dorks still around, we don't what tactics they will try these days.”

 

Rei tells Mina, with a serious tone, “Please, Serena has been through enough already and she needs at least some time to rest.”

 

Syrus asks Rei, curiously, “Didn't she try to force her way into the patrol with you, girls?”

 

Lita tells Syrus, with a sly smile, “Yep! We've wanted Serena to do plenty of work for once, but now, she works too hard, which is quite a surprise! We had to force her to go to bed!”

 

Hikari tells Lita, with a sly grin, “And you had to call my brother and me for backup since we are the only ones strong enough to put your little `Valkyrie Princess' to bed with Darien.”

 

Rei tells Hikari, with a droll tone, “Don't remind us, Kari. Damn! That Meatball Head really knows how to struggle these days!”

 

Tyranno asks, curiously, “Can we go back to the subject of that weirdo evil spirit that looks like the Grim Reaper here?”

 

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, in his usual snobbish tone, “That's because it is the Grim Reaper, Bumbleberry!” Everyone looks to the source of the voice to see Chazz take off a necklace around Lucian's neck.

 

Alexis tells Chazz, “You've got to be kidding me! Botan is the Grim Reaper!”

 

Chazz tells Alexis, with a serious tone, “I'm not taking about that floating witch on a broom! I'm talking about this Grim Reaper!” Chazz then tosses the necklace to Jaden, he catches it, and everyone looks to see that the necklace is connected to card case connected to a called `The Grim Reaper', a one star monster, with 0/0 stats, and it has the picture of the face of the Grim Reaper figure that our heroes and heroines saw earlier.

 

Yusuke says, seriously, “Hey, that's the same creep that we just saw!”

 

Rei says, seriously, “Whoa! I'm getting some real negative vibes from this card!”

 

Hikari nods her head and says, seriously, “Rei's right! This card is full of evil!”

 

Chazz tells Hikari, seriously, “No duh, Hikari! I heard about it when I was in North Academy. That card contains the spirit of a very evil Grim Reaper that gives duelists special powers, but something horrible happens to the duelist in the end!”

 

Mina asks, nervously, “Horrible?”

 

Chazz says, with a serious and snobbish tone, “This card was supposed to be sealed away for good, but it looks like someone unsealed it.”

 

Everyone looks at the sleeping form of Lucian and Rei says, seriously, “And I've got a good idea on who that is.”

 

Alexis asks, seriously, “So, what should we do with this card?”

 

Chazz takes the card from Jaden and he says, seriously, “I'll take of this card and make sure that it is sealed away. I've got something in my room saved for this occasion. I'm not `The Chazz' for nothing.”

 

Lita asks, seriously, “Well, what about this guy? Who is he? From what you said, he must be from North Academy, but what is he doing here and with this dangerous card?”

 

Trista goes over to Lucian, looks at his right hand, and says, with a serious tone, “I do not know, Lita, but I fear that we may be too late. This person has been exposed to this card's power.”

 

Hikari asks Trista, curiously, “What can we do for him?”

 

Trista replies, with a serious tone, “For now, we should separate him and that card. Next, I will have to pay a visit to Lord Koenma and speak with him.”

 

Yusuke asks Trista, curiously, “What do you need to speak with toddler breath?”

 

Trista replies, with a serious tone, “I believe that he might have the insight that we need to solve this `situation'.” Trista takes out her Eternal Henshin wand and says, “I'll get Lord Koenma. The rest of you get this young man to the Duel Academy infirmary and get that card away from him.” Trista then runs off into the distance, a few seconds later a bright dark pink glow is seen, and soon after, Eternal Sailor Pluto flies off into the distance and prepares to open a gateway to Spirit World.

 

Yusuke says, with a droll tone, “Oh, great. Pick up duty.”

 

Lita asks Rei, seriously, “Do you think that we should bring Serena into this, Rei?”

 

Rei shakes her head and says, seriously, “Look, Serena has enough on her plate and look, we have her brother, Jaden, here, along with Yusuke and Hikari, I'm sure that we can handle this situation by ourselves.”

 

Hikari asks Rei, curiously, “Are you still feeling guilty over what happened in your time with those dorks?”

 

Rei, Lita, and Mina get solemn looks on their face and Yusuke yells out, annoyed, “Kari, damn it! Did you have to say that dumb question?!”

 

Hikari says, nervously, “Oops! Really sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you like that!”

 

Lita tells Hikari, with a smile, “Hey, its okay, Kari! I know that you didn't mean to hurt us! Well, we can't help guilty for what happened while under that asshole's control.”

 

Kurama tells the three Inner Sailor Scouts, in a plain and logical tone, “But you have to remember that what you did was not of your own free will and you've been already forgive for what happened.”

 

Mina tells Kurama, with a kind tone and smile, “Thanks, Kurama.”

 

Kurama replies, with a kind smile and tone, “You're welcome, Mina. Now, let's get this young man to the infirmary.”

 

Lita says, seriously, “I can get him!”

 

Yusuke asks Lita, “Need a hand?!”

 

Lita nods her head and says, with a smile, “Glad to have it, Yusuke!” Soon enough, Lita and Yusuke easily lift Lucian onto their shoulders and all of them, expect for Chazz, start to head for the infirmary while Chazz, on the meanwhile, headed for the Slifer Red dorm to `contain' the Grim Reaper card.

 

(Later into the night; Inside of Duel Academy's infirmary)

 

Inside of the infirmary, we find Jaden, Alexis, Chazz, Syrus, Tyranno, Zane, Yusuke, Hikari, Kuwabara, Kurama, Rei, Lita, and Mina are watching over the sleeping form of Lucian, who is sleeping peacefully on a bed in the infirmary with Chazz Princeton typing on his PDA.

 

However, when Chazz stops typing on his PDA, he exclaims, “Here he is! Lucian Grimley!” Soon after, Chazz holds up his PDA for everyone to see, they look to see Lucian's picture inside and Chazz says, seriously, “He is a student from North Academy!”

 

Rei says, seriously, “So, we were right!”

 

Alexis asks, in a serious tone, “So, he is a participant in the tournament!”

 

Zane says, with a dark serious tone, “Yep! I've read about him in the tournament stats! He has won nearly all of his duels in one turn and he claims to have a deck that can destroy opponents in one turn!”

 

Our group of heroes and heroines, minus Chazz, gasp in shock and Lita exclaims, stunned, “No way! One turn?!”

 

Kuwabara yells out, stunned, “You've got to be kidding me!”

 

Chazz says, in his usual snobbish tone, “Wrong, dork! It's the power of the Grim Reaper! It allows him to draw what card that he needs!”

 

Alexis asks Chazz, curiously, “Are you making this up, Chazz?”

 

Chazz tells Alexis, in a plain tone, “No way! If you want to ask someone else, ask the whole of North Academy or Lucian, here!”

 

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, “Or how about me instead?” Everyone looks to the source of the voice to see Koemna, in his teenage form, Botan, and Trista enter the room.

 

Mina exclaims, excitedly, “Trista, you're back!”

 

Yusuke tells Koemna, with a serious tone, “If you are here, then Trista was right.”

 

Koemna tells Yusuke, with a serious tone, “That's right, Yusuke. I do have a something to do with that Grim Reaper card.”

 

Jaden says, nervously, “Something tells me that it isn't good.”

 

Koemna tells Jaden, “As a matter of fact, yes. That spirit that you saw was my original Grim Reaper before Botan, he worked guiding souls to Spirit World, but soon, he became corrupted with power and turning him into that hideous form that you saw. He started taking souls by any means necessary, so, I had no choice, but to seal him away in that card. However, North Academy found that card and infused with the dark powers of my original Grim Reaper, he started his old tricks again. But when North Academy realized this, they made sure to seal away.”

 

Botan tells Koemna, amazed, “That evil spirit was my predecessor? Wow. I never knew about him and you never told me about him.”

 

Koemna tells Botan, in a serious tone, “You never needed to know because I thought that everyone at North Academy was smart enough to know to seal him away, but I guess that I was wrong.”

 

Hikari tells Koemna, in a plain and serious tone, “That's a major `duh', Koemna.”

 

Rei says, with a serious tone, “The sixty-four thousand dollar question is about how to stop this damn spirit?!”

 

Koemna tells Rei, with a serious tone, “First things first, we need to separate Lucian from the power of the Reaper.”

 

Yusuke asks Koemna, in a serious tone, “And how do you supposed that we should do that, Koemna?”

 

Koemna tells Yusuke, with a serious tone, “The only way is to break the contract that Lucian formed with the Grim Reaper and that means that he needs to lose a duel. If the Grim Reaper can't bring him victory, then the contact is broken and Lucian will be free.”

 

Kuwabara yells out, seriously, “Question: How do we defeat a guy with the power to draw any card that he needs?!”

 

Koemna looks at Jaden, Yusuke, and Hikari and says, “With a duelist able to just that naturally and namely, a `Chosen Duelist'.”

 

Jaden asks, with a smile, “With one of us?! Sweet! I would like to give it a try!”

 

Hikari says, with a sly smile, “Typical, Jaden.”

 

Alexis tells Hikari, with her own sly smile, “You know it, girlfriend.”

 

Just then a loud moan is heard and Lucian's voice calls out, “Hey! Keep it down! I'm trying to sleep here!” Soon after, Lucian gets to a sitting position and looks around surprised. Lucian calls out, seriously, “Hey! Where is my deck?!”

 

Jaden hands Lucian his duel disk and says, with a smile, “Here you go.”

 

Lucian grabs his duel disk and yells out, “Give it here!”

 

Hikari snorts and says, plainly, “Jerk.”

 

Lucian looks at the group and exclaims, “Hey! I heard about you! Aren't you Jaden Yuki, Yusuke Urameshi also known as the `Great Urameshi', Hikari Urameshi, Chazz Princeton, and Alexis Rhodes?”

 

Chazz tells Yusuke, with a plain tone, “Well, it looks like that North Academy knows about your reputation and that's pretty far north you know.”

 

Hikari asks Lucian, seriously, “That's us, pal! How do you know about us?”

 

Lucian tells Hikari, with a serious tone, “Who doesn't know about all of you?! You, along with that famous pro-duelist, Aster Phoenix, and those two girls, Kagome Higurashi, also known as the `Sick Girl', said to have every disease known to man . . .”

 

Yusuke thinks in his mind with a sly grin, “If Kagome was here to hear this, she would be throwing a major fit!”

 

Lucian then says, continuing, “. . . and that other student, here, that got the favor of this school's Chancellor, Sheppard, who became Vice-Chancellor of this place, Serena Tsukino! She's built up quite the reputation as one of the top duelists in this tournament and one of the favorites to beat.”

 

Lita says, with a sly smile, “If Serena was here, she would be laughing up a storm if she heard that.”

 

Rei says, drolly, “Don't remind me, Lita.”

 

Lucian says, looking at Jaden, Yusuke, and Hikari with a sly smile, “However, the cream of the crop seems to be Serena Tsukino, Kagome Higurashi, Hikari Urameshi, Yusuke Urameshi, and Jaden Yuki! And don't think that your deck will surprise me, kid, I've made sure to research you and your cousin, so, I know about your rare Blue-Eyes White Dragons cards including Master of Dragon Soldier and Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon that you and Higurashi have in your decks and they can't take my deck down!”

 

Yusuke says, with a serious tone and a sly grin, “Oh, really?! What makes you so sure that my deck won't kick your butt?!”

 

Lucian says, with a sly grin, “Simple . . .” However, when he touches his neck, he gasps in surprise and when he looks down to see the necklace containing the Grim Reaper card was gone, he yells out, “My card! What did you do with my card?!”

 

Chazz says, with a plain tone, “It has been taken care of.”

 

(Back in the Slifer Red dorm; on the meanwhile)

 

Around this same time, within the redesigned room in the Slifer Red dorm, we find a metal box near the computer screen in the room and within that box, we find another safe locked, tapped, and chained up with Chazz's three Ojama cards on the roof of the box.

 

Ojama Yellow's spirit sitting on top of the box says, with a sly tone, “Okay, Mr. Reaper, as long as I'm in charge, we are going to do things my way!” Ojama Yellow gives a giggle as he has got the advantage over the Grim Reaper, but he doesn't notice a sight rumble in the box.

 

(Returning to Duel Academy's infirmary; A brief time soon after)

 

Back at Duel Academy's infirmary, Lucian was less then pleased to say the least after what he learned that Chazz did with the Grim Reaper card.

 

Lucian yells out, seriously, “Give that card back, kid! You don't know what you are dealing with!”

 

Koemna tells Lucian, in a very serious tone, “No! You don't know what you are dealing with! Don't you know what the spirit does when you make a contact with him?!”

 

Yusuke tells Koemna, with a serious tone, “What do you know about that card, Koemna?”

 

Chazz says, in his usual snobbish tone, “Simple, dork. First, you win the duel and then you lose your soul.”

 

Jaden asks, stunned, “Whoa! Is that right?”

 

Chazz tells Jaden, in his usual snobbish tone, “Duh, Slacker! Why do you think that they sealed the card away?! That card is pure evil!”

 

Koemna says, with a nod, “And you are correct, Chazz. My former Grim Reaper became pure evil when he crossed the line and it looks like he hasn't changed his ways.”

 

Mina says, with a bit of a fearful tone, “Yipe! This is getting scary! A grim reaper that's like in our stories and legends!”

 

Lucian says, with a plain and serious tone, “That's right, young lady. And here is the deal why I've sold my soul to him!” Lucian tells our heroes and heroines about his days in North Academy, his losing streaks, and when he is done, Lucian says, “At that moment, I made a choice! You wanted to be great than get some help!”

 

Hikari yells out, stunned, “You call getting help from an evil grim reaper help?!”

 

Lucian says, with a deadly serious tone, “So, what?! What's a measly soul to victory?! And that grim reaper promised me victory!” Just then the mark on Lucian's right backhand gives off dark energy.

 

Rei thinks in her mind, seriously, “Oh, man! That mark on his hand is giving off major negative vibes!”

 

Jaden asks, a bit nervously, “Lucian, are you all right?”

 

Lucian ignores Jaden, lifts his right hand into the air, and yells out, “Harvester of souls, return to my deck at once! Hear me! If you want my soul, then keep your promise and bring me victory!” Just then an eerie wind comes into the room and blows greatly causing the girls to yelp as they try to keep their skirts from lifting up too much.

 

Alexis calls out, perplexed, “What's going on?!”

 

Rei yells out, seriously, “There is a lot of negative energy coming into the room! And that weirdo mark on Lucian's right hand!”

 

Koemna says, with a serious tone, “That's the evil power of my former grim reaper!”

 

Syrus yells out in shock and Tyranno shouts out, stunned, “Great Caesar's Ghost!”

 

Yusuke tells Tyranno, in his usual manner, “You're not Perry White from Superman, Hassleberry!”

 

When the wind dies down, the door to the infirmary open, Crowler steps into the room with a blank look on his face and the necklace with the Grim Reaper card in his hands, everyone looks to see him, and Jaden asks, perplexed, “Crowler?”

 

Lita asks, confused, “What's he doing here?!”

 

Rei says, with a serious tone, “He's possessed by the evil of the card!”

 

The spirit of Ojama Yellow goes over to Chazz and tells him, “Sorry, boss, but did you think that I could beat the Grim Reaper?”

 

Chazz tells Ojama Yellow, with an annoyed snarl, “Thanks for nothing.”

 

Lucian calls out, excitedly, “Excellent! I knew that he would find his way back to me!” Lucian leaps out of bed, grabs the card, causing the dark aura around Crowler to fade away, and our heroes and heroines, along with Koemna and Botan, follow them.

 

Koemna yells out, seriously, “Wait! You are making a mistake!”

 

Yusuke tells Koemna, with a serious tone, “No duh, but do you think that he cares?!” Soon enough, our heroes and heroines are racing through the hallways after Lucian when they see Serena, Darien, Keiko, Kagome, and Inuyasha waiting down the hallway and looking down the only way that Lucian could have gone to.

 

When the five of them see Jaden and the others coming, Rei asks Serena, “What are you doing up, Meatball Head?!”

 

Serena says, with a serious tone, “My new spiritual sense was going overboard and driving me nuts! Then I see Crowler with that card case giving off pure evil and naturally, since Darien was . . . um . . . with me at the time, we decided to investigate.”

 

Inuyasha says, with a serious tone, “Same here. I smelled pure evil from what that fool was holding and that blank look was too obvious he was being controlled by someone or something other than those white dorks! So, Kagome and I followed him in here.”

 

Yusuke asks Keiko, “What are you doing up, Keiko?”

 

Keiko tells Yusuke, “I just couldn't sleep knowing that you are out there with those Society Dweebs on the loose. I wanted to check up on you and I went to the Slifer Red dorm. Next thing that I knew, I see Crowler breaking into the room Chazz lent to Alexis and taking something out of it. The blank look in his eyes and nasty dark aura from him was too obvious to say: `Hello, I'm being controlled again'. And I followed him here.”

 

Darien asks, in a serious and curious tone, “Just after we arrived, we find a young man with a North Academy uniform running off with the card that Kagome and Inuyasha sensed a great evil from. Is he the one controlling the card?”

 

Koemna says, with a serious tone, “More like the card is controlling him. We have to save that young man before it is too late.”

 

Serena says, with a serious tone, “You don't have to tell me twice.” Soon enough, the new arrivals follow the rest of our heroes and heroines in the pursuit of Lucian with Jaden, with his new enhanced speed, getting ahead of the others.

 

(A short time later; In front of the main building on Academy Island)

 

Soon enough, Jaden is in front of the main building of Duel Academy and stops to look for any sign of Lucian, but doesn't see him at first.

 

Jaden calls out, curiously, “Lucian?!”

 

Lucian's voice yells out, seriously, “Right here!” Jaden turns to the source of the voice to see Lucian in a corner with his right hand and arm glowing with dark energy. Lucian tells Jaden, with a dark sly smile, “What do you think? You are one of the top duelists in the lead in this tournament! But when I bury you along with your friends, I'll be taking the lead!”

 

Jaden tells Lucian, displaying a duel disk with his dueling deck inside, “Fine! Use all the magic that you want, I've got what I need right here!” The two of them activate their duel disks, their life-point counters display 4000 life-points, and they draw five cards from their decks as their duel begin while Hiei, waiting in the trees, watches the duel.

 

Lucian says, with a dark sly grin as an image of the Grim Reaper appears around him for a moment, “Let's duel!”

Jaden draws one card from his deck and says, “Okay, Lucian, get your game on!” Jaden puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “I summon Elemental Hero Clayman!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Clayman (800/2000) comes to the field in defense mode.

 

Lucian then says, with a dark sly smile, “That's one.”

 

Jaden gives a perplexed look and says, putting one card on his duel disk, “Okay. I place one card face-down and call it a turn!”

 

Lucian then says, with a dark sly grin, “That's card number two.” Just then rest of the heroes and heroines arrive on the scene and they are shocked to see the duel already started.

 

Syrus yells out, stunned, “Oh no! The duel already started and it is his turn!”

 

Tyranno tells Syrus, with a serious tone, “Oh, come on! You don't believe all that with him winning the duel in one turn!”

 

Koemna tells Tyranno, “With the evil power of my former grim reaper on his side, he can draw any card from his deck at any time.”

 

Hiei's voice then booms, in his usual tone, “So, you are responsible for this Koemna.” Everyone then looks to see Hiei leap down from the trees and in front of them.

 

Yusuke asks Hiei, curiously, “When did you get here, Hiei?”

 

Hiei says, plainly, “I was just making sure that the Light of Destruction and his legion of brainwash white freaks weren't planning anything funny for tonight. Then I sense this powerful negative force and now, I find the Moon Prince battling the person that it is possessing.”

 

Alexis asks Koemna, “Is Jaden going to be okay?”

 

Koemna replies, with a serious tone, “I'm not sure, Alexis. With the power of my former grim reaper on his side, Jaden will have the duel on his life in his hands.”

 

Hiei asks, in a serious tone, “Mind explaining what's going on here?”

 

Hikari says, with a serious tone, “A bit of a long story.”

 

As our heroes and heroines move to the sidelines, Lucian draws one card from his deck and calls out, with a dark serious tone, “Stand back!” Lucian puts one card in the spell/trap slots and Lucian yells out, “First, I play my Temptation of the Goddess spell card! Now, I get to look at your hand and choose any monster from it in attack mode! Now, dearly departed, unveil your cards.”

 

Rei says, with a serious tone, “This guy seems confident.”

 

Lita says, with a serious tone, “Too confident.”

 

Jaden displays his hand, displaying his Elemental Hero Sparkman (1600/1400), Elemental Hero Burstinatrix (1200/800), Elemental Hero Avian (1000/1000), and one Burst Impact spell card, Lucian says, with a dark sly tone, “Sparkman should do.” Jaden puts one card on his duel disk and Elemental Hero Sparkman (1600/1400) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Jaden thinks in his mind, curiously, “What is this guy up to?”

 

Kuwabara asks, curiously, “What is that guy's strategy?”

 

Kurama replies, in a logical tone, “I'm not sure, Kuwabara. But I'm sure that there is a reason that Lucian wanted that monster summoned.”

 

Lucian says, with a dark sly grin, “Three cards.” Lucian puts another card in his spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play this! Mischief of the Goddess! This spell card allows me to look at your hand again and if there is a spell card in your hand, you are forced to put it on the field! And I seem to remember one. Your Burst Impact spell card!”

 

Jaden puts the card in the spell/trap slots and he asks, perplexed, “How is this helping him?”

 

Lucian says, with a dark sly grin, “And that's four cards. I'm afraid that your life-points are deceased!”

 

Jaden asks, stunned, “Come again?!”

 

Syrus calls out, “Wait!”

 

Tyranno tells Jaden, seriously, “Stop the duel Sarge!”

 

Lucian puts one more card from his hand in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Too late! Let the cremation begin! Now, I play my Slash Draw! Now, for every card on the field, I send one card from my deck to the graveyard!” Lucian takes the top four cards from his deck, discards them to the graveyard, and he says, with a sly grin, “Now, I get to draw again and if it is Slash Draw, all field cards are destroyed! And this is the part that I savor: You lose one thousand life-points for each one!”

 

Serena gasps and calls out, stunned, “Say what?!”

 

Darien says, with a serious tone, “Since Jaden has four cards on the field, he will lose four thousand life-points.”

 

Chazz says, in his usual snobbish tone, “If Lucian picks Slash Draw, again, it is all over. Rest in peace, dork.”

 

Yusuke yells out, seriously, “Come on, there is no way he will pick that card again!”

 

Kurama tells Yusuke, with a serious tone, “You forget Yusuke. He isn't going to pick it himself.”

 

Kuwabara asks, perplexed, “What do you mean by that?”

 

Hiei tells Kuwabara, in his usual tone, “Fool. He will use the power of the Reaper to draw that card.”

 

Lucian calls out, “The power of the Reaper will draw the card for me!” Lucian then raises his right hand into the air and calls out, “Reaper of Souls come from the shadows and grant me victory!”

 

Just then the image of the Grim Reaper surrounds Lucian causing Serena, Kagome, Darien, and Keiko to gasp in shock and the Grim Reaper yells out, with a dark tone, “My price is your soul!”

 

Keiko holds onto to Yusuke and calls out, a bit fearfully, “Yusuke, what is that?!”

 

Yusuke says, with a serious tone, “Big trouble, Keiko!”

 

Lucian says, with a dark sly grin, “Agreed!” Lucian puts his right hand on his deck and yells out, with a dark sly tone, “Farewell!” When he draws his card, a huge wave come on the field, hitting Jaden's monsters, and Jaden's face-down cards, which are revealed to be his Burst Impact and his Hero Medal trap card, and all explode in a huge explosion causing Jaden to cry out.

 

Alexis yells out, horrified, “Jaden!” When the smoke and dust clear, Jaden's field was bare and he was slumped forward.

 

Hikari calls out, stunned, “No way! He lost!”

 

Lucian holds out a Slash Draw spell card in his hand and says, with a dark sly grin, “That's it! Nice try, kid! But your medals are mine!” However, Jaden's life-points only go down by 3000, leaving him with one thousand life-points. Lucian gasps in shock and yells out, stunned, “You still have life-points?!”

 

Jaden stands up straight and replies, plainly, “Of course.” Jaden displays his Hero Medal trap card and he says, with a smile, “I had another face-down card, remember? It is called Hero Medal and when it is destroyed, it goes to my hand and not the graveyard! Then it goes back into my deck, I reshuffle, and draw one more card from my deck!” Jaden reshuffles his Hero Medal back into his deck, puts his deck back in his duel disk, and draws one more card from his deck.

 

Kurama says, with a sly smile, “Good move. Slash Draw only works if you card goes to the graveyard.”

 

Mina says, with a smile, “Oh, so, that's why Jaden only lose three thousand instead of four thousand life-points!”

 

Rei tells Mina, with a plain tone, “No duh, Mina.”

 

Serena yells out, with a sly smile, “Great job, bro!”

 

Lucian calls out, stunned, “What?! My one turn never fails!”

 

Jaden tells Lucian, with a sly smile, “No worries, bro! You can call it the `two round win', but then again, I'm not going to lose then either!”

 

Lucian yells out, angrily, “Zip it! How dare you mock the Reaper?! Now, on with your destruction!” Lucian puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Now, I play Footsteps of the Goddess! This card forces you to show me your hand and allows me to summon one monster with fifteen hundred attack points or less to the field in attack mode and then I can summon a monster with fifteen hundred attack points or less to my field! However, neither monster summoned this way can attack this turn! But I don't need to look at your hand! I force you to summon Elemental Hero Avian!”

 

Jaden puts the card on his duel disk and calls out, “You want him? You got him!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Avian (1000/1000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Lucian puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “Now, here to say a few words, Invincible Demise Lord!” Just then Invincible Demise Lord (1300/2000) comes to the field in attack mode. Lucian says, with a dark sly grin, “Maybe this is a two round win! Your move!”

Jaden draws one card from his deck and says, “Finally!” Jaden looks at his card, gives a sly smile, and says, putting the card in the spell/trap slots, “Sweet! I drew just what I needed and without the Reaper's help! So, I use Polymerization to fuse Avian and Burstinatrix!” Jaden discards the card on his duel disk with a card in his hand, Elemental Hero Burstinatrix (1200/800) comes to the field, goes into a fusion vortex with Avian, Jaden puts a fusion monster card on his duel disk, and calls out, “This allows me to form Elemental Hero Flame Wingman!” Out of the fusion vortex, Elemental Hero Flame Wingman (2100/1200) comes to the field in attack mode. Jaden tells Flame Wingman, “Now, attack with Inferno Rage!” Flame Wingman leaps into the air, aims its dragon head-like right hand right at Lucian's monster, destroys it in a burst of flames, and Lucian loses 800 life-points. Jaden then says, with a sly grin, “Plus, that's not all! Thanks to Flame Wingman's special ability, you lose life-points equal your monster's attack power!” Flame Wingman dives down at Lucian, aims its dragon head-like right hand at Lucian, and he screams out as he is blasted by flame causing him to lose 1300 life-points.

 

Mina yells out, excitedly, “Awesome!”

 

Tyranno tells Jaden, “Don't fear the reaper, son!”

 

Jaden says, with a sly grin, “That ends my turn!”

Lucian yells out, angrily, “Do you know how lucky you are?! No, I didn't think so! You draw the card to create the combo to beat my lord! Lucky, that's all you are! And your luck is about to run out!”

 

Syrus says, seriously, “Hey, it is more than luck! Jaden draws what he needs because he believes in his deck!”

 

Lucian calls out, in a dark serious tone, “Yeah, I tried that! But that didn't work out for me! I learned that believing isn't enough! I need the power of the Reaper to bring me victory! And that's way worth more than my soul! My days of bad luck are over! You are just jealous that the Reaper is on my side!”

 

Kagome says, with a serious tone, “Is he joking or what?! I wouldn't want that card if it gave me all of the stuff in the universe!”

 

Lucian yells out, with a dark serious tone, “Moving on! Thanks to his ability, my Demise Lord comes back to the field and he is more powerful than ever because he comes back with three thousand attack points!” Just then Invincible Demise Lord (3000/2000) comes back to the field in attack mode, bursting out of the floor, and when he gives a swipe with his scythe, ghosts and spirits appear all around everyone causing Serena, Mina, Keiko, Kagome, Tyranno, and Syrus.

 

Serena yells out, fearfully, “Oh, man! I hate ghosts!”

 

Tyranno shouts out, fearfully, “These are holograms, right?! Because I'm a little scared!”

 

Hikari tells Tyranno, with a serious tone, “Don't be a baby! You don't talk when I use my zombie deck!”

 

Lucian draws one card from his deck and calls out, darkly, “It gets worse! Demise Lord, destroy Flame Wingman!” Demise Lord swings its scythe, sends a wave of energy at Flame Wingman, and it is destroyed when the attack hits Flame Wingman, costing Jaden 900 life-points. Lucian says, with a dark sly grin, “What's this?! Has your good luck streak ended?! Let's see what your next draw brings you!”

Jaden draws one card from his deck and calls out, “Fine! Here I go!” Jaden puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “First, I'll start with Dandelion in defense mode!” Soon after, Dandelion (300/300) comes to the field in defense mode. Jaden puts the last card in his hand in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Then I throw down a face-down and end my turn!”

 

Lucian says, with a dark sly smirk, “So, the great Jaden Yuki, didn't draw what he needed this time.”

 

Jaden gives sly giggles and replies, with a sly smile, “Don't be so sure! Dandelion might surprise you!”

 

Lucian draws one card from his deck and he says, with a dark sly grin, “I doubt it! That weed is worthless!” Lucian puts the card in the spell/trap slots, discards the last two cards from his hand, and he says, with a dark sly grin, “And thanks to this card, he is going to decompose along with your life-points!”

 

When the hologram of Spell Reproduction spell card appears on Lucian's side of the field, Jaden calls out, stunned, “Spell Reproduction?! Doesn't that allow you to bring one spell card back from the graveyard by getting rid of two in your hand?!”

 

Lucian says, with a dark sly grin, “That's right. And I just did. And if you have been paying attention, you know what I will choose.” Slash Draw spell card returns to Lucian's hand and he replies, with a dark sly grin, “My Slash Draw! All I have to do is draw one more and this duel is over.”

 

Alexis says, worriedly, “Oh no! That means that he has one more Slash Draw in his deck!”

 

Mina says, worriedly, “That's not good for Jaden.”

 

Hikari tells Mina, with a nervous tone, “No joke, Mina. If he draws it one more time, Jaden is finished.”

 

Koemna says, with a serious tone, “And thanks to the power of my former Grim Reaper, he can draw it and Jaden will be done for.”

 

Jaden calls out, with a smile on his lips, “Nope! That's not going to happen!”

 

Everyone looks at Jaden and Serena asks Jaden, “Why not?!”

 

Jaden tells Serena, with a smile, “Lucian is not going to use the Reaper! He is going to draw that card on his own!” Jaden then tells Lucian, with a smile, “If you have faith in your deck, you can draw anything!”

 

Lucian yells out, angrily, “What do you know about me?!”

Jaden replies, with a sly smile, “More than you think, Lucian. For one thing, you were afraid and so much so that you made a deal with the Grim Reaper or former Grim Reaper in this case. But believe me, bro, the secret to dueling is about believing, not getting lucky.”

 

Lucian says, with plain tone, “That's easy for someone like you to say. You always get the card that you are hoping to get.”

 

Jaden retorts, with his sly smile, “And you can to, Lucian. All you need to do is believe that you can. I know that you can.”

 

Lucian replies, with plain tone, “I used to believe that, but not anymore.” Lucian remembers about the good times that he had with his deck and he says, “Back then, times were different.” Lucian thinks in his mind, “Back then, I believed in my deck. And back then, I used to duel with the confidence that Jaden had.”

 

Just then the Grim Reaper tells Lucian, telepathically, “And what did that get you? Embarrassment and loss! Without my help, your combo will never work!”

 

Lucian growls and says, wearily, “He's right! I have no choice!” Lucian puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “So, I activate my Slash Draw! Since there are three cards on the field, three of mine go to the graveyard! And I draw again!” Lucian discards the top three cards in his deck to the graveyard and the dark aura on his right arm and hand grows in intensity.

 

Jaden calls out, with a strong tone, “Fight it, bro! All you have to do is believe in your deck and you can draw that card on your own! You don't need the Grim Reaper!”

 

The Grim Reaper spirit appears beside Lucian and he calls out, “Don't listen to that boy! Use the hand that's powered by me, it will deliver victory to you and your soul to me!” Lucian starts to reach with his right hand towards his deck.

 

Darien says, with a serious tone, “Jaden tried to break through to him, but failed. Lucian can't seem to break free.”

 

Kurama says, with a sly smile, “Don't be so sure.” Everyone, minus Jaden and Lucian, look at Kurama with a puzzled look.

 

Hikari asks Kurama, curiously, “What do you mean, Kurama?”

 

Lucian then says, “Jaden, you were right!”

 

The Grim Reaper spirit states, stunned, “What?!”

 

Lucian takes the medallion with the card case holding the Grim Reaper card and he yells out, “I don't need you because I have faith in my cards now. So, our agreement is null and void! Goodbye!”

 

Lucian throws the card away and the Grim Reaper spirit yells out, “NNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!”

 

Lita yells out, excitedly, “Awesome! He threw it away!”

 

Koemna says, with a serious tone, “Lucian's safe for the moment.”

 

Lucian calls out, with a serious tone, “Time to draw!” Lucian throws his duel disk into the air and puts it on his right wrist backwards.

 

Tyranno says, with an impressed tone, “Impressive maneuver.”

 

Lita nods her head and says, “I'll say.”

 

Chazz says, seriously, “Looks like he is going to draw with his other hand.”

 

Kurama says, with a serious and logical tone, “Logical move. If he uses the arm not infused with the Grim Reaper's power, even if Jaden loses this duel, Lucian wouldn't have won with the Grim Reaper's power, thus, the contract with the evil spirit is null and void. Through we need Jaden to win to keep him in this tournament.”

 

Jaden says, with a smile, “I knew it! The real Lucian had to be in there somewhere!”

 

Lucian tells Jaden, with a smile, “Thanks, Jaden. You saved me, but I'm still going to win. Now, I'm going to draw this card on my own!” Lucian draws one card from his deck, sees that it is Slash Draw spell card, and he says, with a sly grin, “Ha. Take that Grim Reaper. In your face.” Lucian displays his Slash Draw and yells out, “I drew my Slash Draw!” Just then a powerful wind sweeps over Jaden's side of the field, causing a huge explosion, and Lucian says, with a sly smile, “This duel is over!”

 

However, when the smoke cleared, it reveals Jaden didn't lose any life-points, he has a face-up Emergency Evasion trap card on his side of the field, and Jaden says, with a smile, “Now, that's how you draw a card! I would have lost if I didn't play my trap! Have you heard of Emergency Evasion? It activated when you played your spell card. It removed every card on the field before you could destroy them.” Jaden takes his monster card on his duel disk and puts it in his card pouch.

 

Syrus yells out, amazed, “No way!”

 

Tyranno says, with a sly grin, “Impressive.”

 

Chazz says, with his usual snobbish tone, “I guess it was all right.”

Serena says, with a sly grin, “All right? No way! It was a great move!”

Alexis nods her head and says, with a sly smile, “You know it, girlfriend. Classic Jaden.”

 

Jaden says, with a sly grin, “Oh, come on, you are making me blush.”

 

Yusuke says, with a sly grin, “Doubtful, Jay.”

 

Lucian tells Jaden, with a sly grin, “Impressive, so, the duel goes on.”

 

Jaden tells Lucian, with a smile, “I was having too much fun to let it end like this. So, it is my turn, right?”

 

Lucian tells Jaden, “Hold it. You said that I should have faith in my cards and I do. And that's why I'm not done, yet!” Lucian points to his Demise Lord and he tells him, “Remember my Demise Lord, well, he is still in play, thanks to his ability. When he is revived, he can't be destroyed by spell cards, including my own Slash Draw!”

 

Jaden tells Lucian, with a sly smile, “So, you knew that I would survive! That's why you kept your Demise Lord around!”

 

Lucian tells Jaden, with a sly grin, “That's right!” Lucian then commands, in a serious tone, “Demise Lord, attack Jaden directly!”

 

Jaden says, with a sly smile, “Hey, I've got faith too!”

 

Lucian asks, perplexed, “What?!”

 

Jaden tells Lucian, “My trap card has another ability. I can return the cards that I removed from play back to the field, but I have to draw the same card that I removed from my deck.” Jaden puts his hand on his duel disk and calls out, with a smile, “So, it comes down to this! Monster, I win, but anything else, I'm a goner!”

 

Keiko says, concerned, “No joke, Jay.”

 

Lucian tells Jaden, with a sly grin, “Sounds good. Now, you have to remember, drawing isn't about luck. It is about faith. A good friend taught me that.”

 

Jaden draws one card from his deck and says, “Here goes.” Jaden then displays his Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000) monster card and says, with a sly smile, “Well, it looks like I haven't lost my touch. So, I get a monster back!” Jaden puts the card in his card pouch back on his duel disk and Dandelion (300/300) returns to the field in defense mode.

 

Lucian gives a laugh and he says, with a sly tone, “Dandelion?! He can't hurt me!”

 

Jaden replies, with a sly grin, “Well, then go ahead and attack.”

 

Lucian replies, with a serious tone, “Okay, you asked for it.” Lucian's Demise Lord attack Jaden's Dandelion and destroys it, but since it was in defense mode, Jaden doesn't lose any life-points.

 

Jaden says, with a smile, “Glad that you did that. Now, I get to Fluff Token in defense mode.” Soon after, two Fluff Tokens (0/0 X 2) come to the field in defense mode.

 

Lucian replies, “Yeah? So? What can they do?”

 

Jaden draws one card from his deck and says, “Just watch.” Jaden puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “I sacrifice my two tokens to summon my Elemental Hero Neos!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Lucian tells Jaden, with a sly smile, “Well, it was a nice effort. But my Demise Lord has more points!”

 

Jaden puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, with a sly smile, “For now, but I play my Neos Force Equip Spell! This gives my Elemental Hero Neos a boost! An extra eight hundred attack points boost!” Elemental Hero Neos' stats rise from 2500/2000 to 3300/2000 as his body is engulfed in a rainbow glow!

 

Lucian yells out, shocked, “He's got over three thousand points, now!”

 

Jaden calls out, with a strong tone, “Neos attack! Put him away with Cosmic Crush!” Neos attack Demise Lord and destroys it with one powerful slam. Jaden says, with a sly smile, “Bulls eye! Now, you lose life-points equal to your destroyed monster's attack points, thanks to the ability of my spell!” Just then Lucian is engulfed in a rainbow glow and explosion and he yells out as he loses 3000 life-points, ending the duel immediately.

Jaden: 100

 

The force of the final explosion knocked all of Lucian's cards into the air and Lucian onto the ground on his back while the others celebrate Jaden's victory.

 

Syrus yells out, with a smile, “He did it!”

 

Rei says, with a sly smile, “Not surprising, Syrus!”

 

Tyranno calls out, “Of course, he did!”

 

Lita says, with a smile, “We never doubted him! He is Serena's long lost brother after all!”

 

Chazz says, with his usual snobbish tone, “Big deal!”

 

While Koemna goes over to the fallen Grim Reaper card, Jaden goes over to the fallen Lucian and he says, with a smile, “That's game! We've got to do this again sometime!”

 

Lucian gives a `V' sign with his right hand and calls out, with an excited tone, “It's a deal, Jaden!” Just then the mark from the evil Grim Reaper fades from his right hand and Lucian says, with a plain tone, “And speaking of deals, it looks like my deal with the Grim Reaper is off.”

 

Kuwabara asks, plainly, “Why is that?”

 

Yusuke says, with an annoyed tone, “Hello, Kuwabara! He didn't win the duel and the evil Reaper promised him victory!”

 

Kuwabara replies, nervously, “Oh, right!”

 

Hiei thinks in his mind, in his usual tone, “Still the fool.”

 

Lucian tells Jaden, as a happy tear came from his right eye, “Thanks, Jaden. You restored faith in my deck and I promise that I will never lose faith in my deck or myself ever again.” Chazz gives a sly smirk from this while Koemna picks up the Grim Reaper card.

 

Botan asks Koemna, nervously, “Are you sure that you should be handling that?”

 

Koemna tells Botan, with a serious tone, “Yes, Botan. I should have taken care of this a long time ago. I'm going to have this card buried in an ancient tomb where it will never come out ever again.”

 

Yusuke tells Koemna, with a sly grin, “And this time, toddler breath, makes sure that it stays gone so it won't try to take anymore souls.”

 

Koemna says, with a slight groan, “I thought that we were over those `toddler breath' insults, Yusuke.”

 

Yusuke says, with a cheeky grin, “Don't count on it, pal!”

 

Serena looks up to the night's sky and she thinks, with a warm smile, “I'm glad that Lucian is safe from that evil grim reaper. As long as we have faith in ourselves and our decks, we will never special powers like the Grim Reaper's . . . or that brainwashing freak's powers as well. Duel Monsters is supposed to be fun and having a blast! And this is just another reminder why we've got to win and kick the Light of Destruction out of Sartorius' body! I know that the rest of us won't give up and I won't give up either!” Soon after, our heroes and heroines help Lucian to his feet while helping him gather up the cards in his deck while Koemna and Botan take the Grim Reaper card away to make sure that its evil will never return to take anyone's soul ever again.

 

(The following morning; Within Duel Academy's harbor)

 

Late the following morning, we find our Moon Princess, her beloved Earth Prince, and all of her guardians assembled in front of the warehouse that contains the helicopter landing pad.

 

Mina gives a yawn and asks Serena, “So, Serena, tell me why we are here and not kicking white dork butt all over this island?”

 

Rei tells Mina, with an annoyed tone, “Mina, Serena is currently the Vice-Chancellor and Chancellor Sheppard told us that he is expecting someone important to arrive on Duel Academy! And as Vice-Chancellor, one of Serena's duties to escort these `guests' to Chancellor Sheppard!”

 

Serena tells Mina, with a smile, “Pyro is right, Mina! As the Vice-Chancellor, I need to be here to greet visitors and guests and escort them, but all of you didn't have to come with me.”

 

Michelle tells Serena, with a warm sly smile, “Well, Serena, we have to. We are your guardians after all.”

 

Hotaru tells Serena, with a warm smile, “That's right, Serena-hime. As your guardians, we have to protect you at all times.”

 

Serena replies, with a warm smile, “Thanks, girls.” Serena thinks in her mind, with a warm smile, “It feels so good to have the girls and Darien-chan back with me! I feel a whole lot better now that they are back and free from that jerk's control, but I can't slack off at this time! I need to stay focused and keep going on if I'm going to beat that evil demon that possesses Sartorius' body!”

 

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, “Hey, Serena! Girls!” Everyone looks to the source to see Atem, Yugi, Joey, Tristan, and Tea running towards them.

 

Ami asks Tea, “What's wrong, Tea-sempai?”

 

Tea replies, with a warm smile, “Nothing really.”

 

Joey says, with a wide smile, “We heard about what happened last night with that creepy Grim Reaper and since you were tried, we thought that we could give you a hand with this important someone.”

 

Tristan says, with a sly grin, “He hopes that it is some important dueling contractor that he can get a lot of money and become rich.”

 

Joey calls out, angrily, “Tristan!”

 

Atem says, with a sly smile, “It's nice to know some things haven't changed in the past ten years.”

 

Tea asks Serena, “So, do you know who this guy or girl is?”

 

Serena replies, shrugging her shoulders, “Actually, no. However, Chancellor Sheppard seemed really nervous about this `someone' coming. I keep wondering: Why was he so nervous?”

 

Just then everyone hears the sounds of jets coming and Rei says, seriously, “Something tells me that we are going to find out.” Everyone looks to the source of the jets and they see something coming from a distance.

 

Mina asks, perplexed, “What is that?”

 

Everyone tries to get a closer look and Serena's eyes widen, seeing a familiar shape, and she states, perplexed, “This might sound crazy, but is that a Blue-Eyes White Dragon?” Everyone else looks at Serena in surprise, even Trista, and when they look back, they see what looks like a Blue-Eyes White Dragon coming towards the island.

 

Joey yells out, shocked, “What the hell?! Does Yusuke or Kagome have their duel disks on or something?!”

 

Atem says, getting a better look at the `dragon', “Wait a minute! That's not a real Blue-Eyes White Dragon, but a jet shaped like one!” Everyone looks again and they see that Atem is indeed right. It was actually a jet in the shape and form of a Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

 

Amara asks, perplexed, “Who flies in a jet shaped like a Blue-Eyes White Dragon?”

 

Joey snarls and says, with a serious tone, “There is only one person that I know that flies a jet shaped like a Blue-Eyes White Dragon.”

 

Atem and Yugi say in unison, “Kaiba.”

 

Ami yells out, stunned, “You mean Seto Kaiba?! Your Duel Monster's rival and the one that created this Academy?!”

 

Yugi nods his head and says, “The one and the same. It was him that allowed us to get jobs in this school as teachers along with Marik and Ishizu.”

 

Tea asks, perplexed, “What is he doing here?”

 

Joey says, with a serious tone, “I don't know, but something tells me that he isn't here to say hello.” Soon after, the jet shaped like the Blue-Eyes White Dragon known as the Blue-Eyes White Jet stops over the helicopter pad, floats over it, and descends down with the head of the `dragon' landing on the pad perfectly while our heroes and heroines head up to meet the occupant knowing that at least the driver is the one and only Seto Kaiba, Yugi Moto's dueling rival, former world champion, and the owner and creator of Duel Academy. When the group got up to the helicopter pad where the Blue-Eyes White Jet is resting, they see Seto Kaiba and his younger brother, Mokuba Kaiba, come out of the jet. Kaiba's appearance hasn't changed one bit, even through it has been ten years, but Mokuba has changed with his body and appearance making him look like a young adult with him being around 22 to 23 years of age.

 

When Seto and Mokuba Kaiba see our heroes and heroines in front of them, Kaiba says, in his usual snobbish tone, “Oh, great. It is `The Geek Patrol Returns'. Didn't we see this movie?”

 

Mokuba, however, was excited to see them and he calls out, “Hey, guys, it has been too long!” However, when the group comes closer, they are surprised to see Atem and Yugi together at the same time. Mokuba asks, perplexed, “Whoa! When did Yugi get a twin?!”

 

Joey asks Mokuba, motioning to Atem, “Come on, Mokuba, don't tell me that you've forgotten Atem after all these years?”

 

Kaiba says, rolling his eyes and with an annoyed tone, “Oh, please! Not this ancient Egyptian stuff, again! I thought after ten years, you would have grown out of this hocus pocus stuff!”

 

Atem whispers to Yugi, with a sigh, “Let me guess: He denies everything that happened ten years ago?”

 

Yugi nods his head and replies, “Yep.”

 

Tea tells Kaiba, in an annoyed tone, “Kaiba! After ten whole years, you haven't learned that there are things that you can't deny!”

 

Kaiba tells Tea, in his usual snobbish tone, “And may I remind you that I focus on the future and not the past?! I don't know how you pulled that stunt with the two Yugi Moto, one of which you claimed is an Egyptian Pharaoh, but I'm not going to let myself get fooled by these `magic tricks'. I believe in them as I believe that there are weird mini-skirt wearing girls in the district of Juuban that fight monsters and demons. They are as real as that Egyptian nonsense and if they were, those weirdo girls need to see a shrink.”

 

Our Sailor Scouts get insulted by that remark and Lita says, angrily, “What that good for nothing son of a . . .?”

 

Serena tells Lita, with a serious tone, “Lita, please calm down.”

 

Rei whispers to Serena, with a serious tone, “Calm down! Meatball Head, he just insulted all of us Sailor Senshi like that! We can't let him get away with it!”

 

Joey yells out, annoyed tone in his voice, “That's typical, Kaiba! Always denying things when they are right there in your face! Personally, if you ask me, you wouldn't know what's real and what an illusion is if it bit you in you overgrown ass!”

 

Tea tells Joey, in a bit of a scolding tone, “Joey! Didn't Serenity and I teach to watch that language?!”

 

Joey tells Tea, with a serious tone, “Sorry, Tea, but this jerk really asked for it.”

 

Kaiba says, with his usual snobbish tone, “Wheeler, it seems like you haven't changed since our days in high school. You're still Yugi's mutt!”

 

Joey calls out, angrily, “What did you say, rich boy?!”

 

Kaiba tells Yugi, “Yugi, I'd suggest you and that twin of yours, whoever he is, to take your mutt back to Obedience School!”

 

Joey tries to rush up to punch Kaiba, but Tea and Tristan restrain him and Joey calls out, angrily, “Just one punch! Just one punch! I'll teach this rich snob who is boss!”

 

Kaiba tells Joey, with his usual snobbish tone, “It's true what they say, you can't teach an “old dog” any new tricks. If you learned something Wheeler, you would know that I'm the boss around here since I built this academy!”

 

Tristan tells Joey, nervously, “He has a point.”

 

Joey calls out, angrily, “So, what?! That doesn't mean he isn't the boss of me!”

 

Tea replies, with a nervous tone, “Since you are working here as a teacher, technically, he is.”

 

Joey says, with a droll tone, “Thanks a lot, Tea.”

 

Kaiba looks at Serena and her group and he asks, with a rare curious tone, “And who are you?”

 

Serena tells Kaiba, with a bow and a kind tone, through kind of a forced, “Hello, Kaiba-sempai. My name is Serena Tsukino, I'm one of your students here at Duel Academy and an Obelisk Blue, and I'm the current temporary Vice-Chancellor of your Academy.”

 

Kaiba and Mokuba gasp in shock and Mokuba yells out, stunned, “No way! One of our students is the Vice-Chancellor?!”

 

Kaiba says, with a snort, “Has Sheppard's leadership of my academy slipped so far that he has to name one of my students to be Vice-Chancellor. But then again, who can blame him? With lame-brains like Crowler and Bonaparte on board, the only good choice is a student.” Kaiba then says, looking at Serena, “However, come on . . .”

 

Serena asks, curiously, “Is there a problem with me, Kaiba-sempai?”

 

Kaiba says, with a rare sly grin, “I've seen plenty of weird hairstyles in my day with Yugi and Bakura, but yours . . . you have got to kidding right? Just looking at you the words `Meatball Head' comes to mind and you are supposed to be in Sheppard's `second in command'? I'm surprised that my school isn't run into the ground.” Kaiba pushed the wrong button that time causing Serena, deep inside, Serena's friends, and boyfriend to get very annoyed with Seto Kaiba right now.

 

Atem yells out, angrily, “Kaiba! I see that your insulting hasn't changed in ten years! You have gone way over the line this time!”

 

Kaiba says, with his usual snobbish tone, “Whatever. So, Atem, is it? If you want to convince that you were once a spirit that lived in Yugi's body and you are some five thousand year old Pharaoh, you are going to have to come up with something better than simple `parlor tricks'!” Kaiba then says to Mokuba, “Come on, Mokuba, we've got to meet with Sheppard! I want to figure out this whole `Society of Light' mess and why my Blue dorm was turned into that freaking `White Dorm'! Plus, I need the status of Sheppard's GX tournament!”

 

Joey says, with a sly grin, “I've got your update right here! I'm in the GX tournament too!”

 

Kaiba says, with his usual snobbish tone, “What's the point of entering the GX tournament, you old dog, you will still end up losing as usual. Even after ten years, you are still a third-rate duelist with a second-rate deck!”

 

Joey calls out, angrily, “You come over here and say that to my face, Kaiba!”

 

Kaiba replies, with his usual snobbish tone, “Oh, please, I've got more important things that teaching a poodle like you a lesson.”

 

Joey shouts out, angrily, “Poodle?! All right, rich boy, you are going to get it!” Joey charges right at Kaiba, but Tea, Tristan, and Yugi have to restrain him.

 

Tristan tells Joey, with a serious tone, “Joey, it isn't worth it!”

 

Yugi tells Joey, “Tristan's right! You can't let Kaiba get to you!”

 

Kaiba tells Mokuba, in a plain tone, “Let's go, Mokuba.”

 

Serena comes up to Kaiba and tells him, in a kind tone, “Kaiba-sempai, as the current Vice-Chancellor, I have to escort you to Chancellor Sheppard's office.”

 

Kaiba replies, with his usual snobbish tone, “Oh, please. The day that I need an `escort' from a Meatball Head is the day that I need to retire from dueling.”

 

Lita says, angrily, “All right! No one insults Serena and gets away with it!” Lita then prepares to attack Kaiba, but the other Senshi restrain her as well.

 

Kaiba tells Serena, with a serious tone, “Miss Tsukino, I would advise you to keep your large `girlfriend' in line. I'm not a man to be messed with me here and I don't take threats to my person or my family so nicely!” Kaiba turns to walk away, but then Serena, with a mock innocent look, trips Kaiba with her left foot and Kaiba, totally unprepared, trips and falls to the ground on his stomach.

 

Mokuba calls out, shocked, “Seto!”

 

Joey calls out, with a wide sly grin, “Hey, Kaiba, have a nice `trip'?!”

 

Kaiba quickly gets to his feet and yells at Serena, “Hey, you tripped me on purpose!”

 

Serena replies, with a mock innocent tone, “Kaiba-sempai, I wouldn't do such a thing. I'm just a student here remember? How can a little “Meatball Head' like me, take down someone like you?”

 

Joey says, with a sly tone, “Unless you are not so high and mighty as you think if you get tripped up and embarrassed by a teenage girl!” Joey then gives a nasty laugh at Kaiba.

 

Kaiba says, with a snort, “Normally, I would ignore that dog's rambling, but I don't take an insult like this lying down!” Kaiba looks at Serena with a strong and deadly glare in his and he tells her, with a more serious and annoyed tone, “No one and I mean no one makes a fool out of Seto Kaiba, Miss Tsukino! Do I make myself clear?! And I think that you should remember your place here! You are a student at this Academy and you are only Vice-Chancellor because some bubbleheads in my staff make a simple little situation worse with that damned `Society of Light'! Do you really think that I would believe such nonsense in magic powers in some kind of weirdo cards that's brainwashing everyone here?! Sartorius is just another nut that worked into everyone's damn psyche with his own `magic tricks' like predicting the future! Ha! I believe in that as I believe in Pharaoh and those ridiculous Sailor Soldiers in Juuban, which I think is as real as the Tooth Fairy!”

 

Tristan says, with a snort, “Same old Kaiba.”

 

Tea says, with a sarcastic and droll tone, “Just as elegant with words as ever.”

 

Kaiba tells Serena, with a more serious and annoyed tone, “So, I would advise you to watch where you step, little girl! Because I'm the kind of person that you want to mess with and with the power of my company behind me, I can make your life or your family's life a bit more `harder'.” That struck a `chord' with Serena and she lowers her bangs as her expression on her lips becomes more serious.

 

Yugi tells Kaiba, with a serious tone, “Kaiba! You are really starting to push it here!”

 

Kaiba looks at Yugi and Kaiba tells Yugi, with a strong and commanding tone, “Be quiet, Yugi! This isn't any of your concern! I will not let myself get insulted by one of my own students in my own academy especially a girl like her who became Vice-Chancellor because of luck and incompetence!”

 

Serena says, her tone sound a lot more serious and a bit deadly, “Kaiba-sempai . . .” When everyone looks at Serena, they see her head lowered and she says, in a more serious and a bit deadly tone, “. . . I would advise you kindly not to push this any further. I don't take threats to people that I care about so . . . `nicely' anymore.”

 

Serena's friends and boyfriend notice Serena's more serious and a bit deadlier tone and Mina thinks in her mind, worriedly, “Oh, boy! Kaiba really started her off! Serena is starting to get really mad and if she `goes off', it won't be good . . . for Kaiba anyway.”

 

Kaiba says, annoyed, “Is that a threat, Miss Tsukino? Did I tell you that I don't take threats so easily?!” Kaiba puts his right hand on Serena's left shoulder and yells out, with a serious tone, “I would advise you to what you say in front of me, Miss Tsukino! Normally, I would let the threats of a `little girl' pass since they mean nothing to me, but you are student at my academy! So, for the sake of your friends and that young man is most likely your boyfriend, I would advise you to watch your mouth from now on! They might unexpected have to leave Duel Academy for some reason.”

 

Eclipse's voice booms in Serena's mind, with a dark angered tone, “Okay, that does it! He has really pissed me off now! The owner of Duel Academy and former world champion or not, he is going down right now!” Just then unexpectedly Serena grabs Kaiba's right wrist with her left hand and starts to crush it with her Senshi super-strength. Kaiba yelps out in shock and pain as he tries to remove Serena's hand from his wrist, but Serena's grip was like a vice and he was trapped in her grip.

 

Serena says, with a dark angered tone, “I warned you not to make me mad, Kaiba-sempai . . .!” Serena's head rises up and reveals a very dark angered and deadly glare in her expression causing Mokuba and even Kaiba to winch in shock and fear. Serena tells Kaiba, with a dark angered and serious tone, “Now, you are going to listen and listen well, Kaiba! Because I'm not going to repeat myself!”

 

Rei says, a bit worried tone, “Oh, great. Now, he did it. He had to set Serena off.”

 

Serena calls out, with a dark angered and serious tone, “You come here, all high and mighty, just because you are a former world champion, the owner of one of the largest gaming corporations in the country and even the world, and you are the owner of Duel Academy! That doesn't mean that you can do whatever you and insult and threaten whoever you want, wiseass!”

 

Kaiba says, angered, “How dare . . .?!” Kaiba yells out in pain once more as Serena tightens her grip on his wrist.

 

Serena yells out, with a dark angered, serious, and commanding tone, “Did I give you permission to open your mouth, Kaiba?! No, I didn't! So, shut up and listen! And you are going to do that right now!”

 

Joey says, a bit fearful of Serena, “Whoa! Remind me never to get on her bad side.”

 

Tristan nods his head and replies, also a bit fearful of Serena, “Ditto, man.”

 

Serena tells Kaiba, with a dark angered, serious, and commanding tone, “I've had with you and your damn single-mind attitude of yours Kaiba! Is everything just `magic tricks' with you?! I knew that were nasty and a major jerk, but those insults were a new low even from you from what I heard! I used to tolerate a lot of things, but these days, I'm not so kind! Passing everything that happened here at Duel Academy because of Sartorius and the Society of Trash as hoax and joke! Now, that's an insult not only to me, but to everyone that's suffered the hands of the brainwashing freak and his damn cult! They've bullied innocent people and students into that fucking cult! He makes them believe that you have no control over your life and everything in life is pre-determined from your birth! And he uses your own weakness to turn you into his brainwashed and mindless tool! And you are saying that's not real?! Why don't you wake up and smell the roses, Kaiba?! Damn right that it is real! He has turned your precious academy into his `staging area' for this fucking `white cult' and to take over the damn world! And you are saying that it isn't real?! You've got some major nerve! For once, why don't you get off that damned high horse and see the truth right in front of you?! If you think that you are so great, think again, you don't know a damn thing about me and what I can tell you are that, even I can't explain, but I have more power in my pinky that your whole company will have for an entirety!” When Serena let's go of Kaiba's wrist, he stumbles back and holds his badly injured wrist in pain.

 

Mokuba goes over to his brother and asks him, concerned tone, “Seto, are you okay?” However, Kaiba does something that was totally unexpected, instead of getting angry, he gives sly smirk and then he starts to laugh.

 

Our heroes and heroines are perplexed by this and Joey yells out, angrily, “He's laughing! Kaiba just got a screamed at right in his face and he's laughing?!”

 

When Kaiba stops laughing, he gets to his feet, still holding his injured wrist, and he says, with a sly smile, “Well, I've got to say that I am impressed. You've actually got some guts after all. Maybe Chancellor Sheppard isn't slipping in his duties as I thought he was if he has you to put people in their place.”

 

Serena says, with a low dark growl, “You've got some nerve.”

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “It looks like that I touched a nerve, Miss Tsukino.” Kaiba then says, with a serious expression, “However, even through I think that you are not a bad choice as Vice-Chancellor if you have backbone like that doesn't mean that I won't take this `attack' on my person lying down or believe any of this `hocus pocus nonsense. However, that doesn't mean I'm on that freak's, Sartorius', side. I don't like what he has done to my academy and I'm going to see that he pays for changing one of my dorms into his headquarters for whatever `cult' he is trying to start on this island. I was going to meet with Chancellor Sheppard on this, but I think that I should take care of this immediately problem.”

 

Serena replies, with a dark sly grin, “Fine. If you won't believe my words, how about my cards? Let's settle this dispute the way that you set things up here.”

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “Now, you are making some sense, Miss Tsukino. Agreed. I haven't dueled in quite some years, but that doesn't mean that I haven't been practicing. I may never become the King of Games because I have a company and schools to run, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm still one of the worlds' greatest duelists and you are just a student even through you are an Obelisk Blue student.”

 

Serena tells Kaiba, with a dark sly grin, “Don't underestimate me, Kaiba. I was only here for a few days before I got my promotion exam from Ra Yellow to Obelisk Blue and won.”

 

Mokuba yells out, shocked, “You got promoted in just a few days!”

 

Kaiba nods his head and says, with a serious tone, “Not bad. I have to admit, I'm impressed. But don't think that you are better than me.”

 

Serena tells Kaiba, with a dark sly grin, “We'll see about that, Kaiba. We'll meet in Obelisk Arena within an hour. Is that okay with you?”

 

Kaiba replies, with a serious tone, “Fine. Just get ready to be taught a lesson why you shouldn't mess with the big boys.” Serena, her friends, her boyfriend, and Atem, Yugi, and their friends leave to head back to get Serena's deck and duel disk.

 

On the meanwhile, Kaiba winches in pain as he looks to see black and blue marks on his right wrist in the shape of Serena's fingers and he thinks, in a rare amazed tone, “That girl has a grip like a vice! She would have crushed my wrist if she didn't let go! What do they feed these kids at my school?! Well, if it creates strong girls like her, they must be doing something right!”

 

Mokuba thinks in his mind, concerned, “Who is this girl? One minute, she is a kind and caring person that looks like that she wouldn't hurt a fly and the next minute, she is looks like someone that's ready to tear Seto apart with a glare that could kill someone if looks could kill! I'm not sure it is a good idea for Seto to duel her! I'm not sure it is safe to be near her! What if she is like Marik or Bakura, through Seto would say that those guys are crazy with the `evil spirit' stuff that Seto doesn't believe in!”

 

Back to our heroes and heroines, Joey asks Serena, with a curious tone, “Are you sure about this Serena? Kaiba might a be a major jerk, but I've got to admit that he is no `slacker' when it comes to Duel Monsters. He has been practice as much as he can to keep his top level status and he won't go easily on you.”

 

Serena tells Joey, with a serious tone, “I know that, but I can't let him belittle what all that we went through! All of our battles, our pains, and suffering! I can't let such an insult to all of us and all of the students still suffering at that alien freak be left unchallenged like that! I have to defend our honor and the honor of every person who suffered under that brainwashing jerk!”

 

Atem nods his head and he says, in a serious tone, “And right so, your majesty. However, Joey does bring up a good point.”

 

Yugi nods his head and says, “Yes. Kaiba isn't going to be an easy opponent.”

 

Serena replies, with a sly grin, “Nor am I. And as long as I believe in my deck and myself, I know that I'll come out on top.”

 

Atem says, with a smile, “Indeed, Serena. Your belief in the heart of cards has gotten you far and I know that even you can overcome the odds with faith.”

 

Serena tells Atem, with a smile, “Thank you, Atem.”

 

(Around one hour later; within Obelisk Arena)

 

Inside of Obelisk Arena, we find our Moon Princess getting ready to duel Kaiba and both of them are already on the dueling platform as they prepared their decks. On the meanwhile, Mokuba, Yugi, Atem, and their friends, and Darien and our Sailor Senshi are watching from the stands.

 

However, a familiar male voice calls out, “Hold up!” Just then everyone looks to see Jaden, Alexis, Syrus, Chazz, Tyranno, Jasmine, Mindy, Bastion, Zane, Atticus, Yusuke, Keiko, Hikari, Kuwabara, Kurama, Kagome, Inuyasha, her friends from the Feudal Era, Molly, Yeshua, Alinna, Rini, and the Sailor Quartet arrive.

 

Serena asks, amazed, “Hey, guys, what's up?!”

 

Yusuke replies, with a sly smile, “What's up?! You didn't think that we let you face off against the legendary Seto Kaiba and not let us see it!”

 

Jaden calls out, with a smile, “Yeah, we want to see this sweet duel, too!”

 

Mokuba asks Yugi, Atem, and their friends, “More new friends?”

 

Tea replies, with a sly smile, “Yep! And really good ones too!”

 

Mokuba looks at Yusuke and Kagome and says, amazed, “Hey, I've seen them before! In reports about Duel Tournaments! Isn't that Yusuke Urameshi and his cousin, Kagome Higurashi, the two that won two sets of my brother's Blue-Eyes White Dragons, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragons, Master of Dragon Soldier, and even the Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon?!”

 

Mina says, with a sly grin, “You know it! That's them!”

 

Lita says, with a serious tone, “I'm surprised that you didn't know them for their `other rep.'”

 

Mokuba states, with a nervous tone, “Actually, who wasn't heard about the famous street punk, Yusuke Urameshi AKA the `Great Urameshi', and the `Sick Girl', Kagome Higurashi?”

 

Yusuke and Kagome sweatdrop at this and Kagome says, drolly, “Great! Even the Kaiba brothers know our reputations!”

 

Mindy asks Kagome, curiously, “Couldn't have your grandfather come up with better excuses than he did?”

 

Inuyasha tells Mindy, “Kagome and I keep asking ourselves the same question, Mindy.”

 

Kaiba looks at Yusuke and Kagome and thinks in his mind, seriously, “So, these are the ones that won that tournament and have their own Blue-Eyes White Dragons, Ultimate Dragons, Shining Dragons, and even the Master of Dragon Soldier, huh? From their records, they are very good duelists and they use their dragons very well . . . but only I know how to truly use the Blue-Eyes to their fullest potential and this little girl is going to see that!”

 

Jaden goes over to Serena, hands her a card, and he tells Serena, in a whisper, “This card could help you beat Kaiba, sis.”

 

Serena looks at the card, gasps at what it is, and Serena tells Jaden, “Jay . . .”

 

Jaden tells Serena, with a smile, “I know, sis. But I think that Alyssa-oneesan would want it this way.”

 

Serena nods her head and replies, with a smile, “Right.” Serena then shuffles the card that Jaden gave her into her deck.

 

Kaiba tells Serena, seriously, “Can we get started already? I am a very busy man!”

 

Serena tells Kaiba, with a serious tone, “Hold your Blue-Eyes already!” While the others went into the stands to join Darien, the other Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi, Yugi, Atem, their friends, and Mokuba, Serena puts her deck into her duel disk, Kaiba does the same, Kaiba and Serena activate their duel disks, their life-points counters display 4000 life-points each, and they draw five cards from their decks.

 

“Let's duel!” Serena and Kaiba yells out at the same time as their duel began.

Ami says, a bit nervously, “Here we go.”

 

Michelle asks, curiously, “Do you think that Serena has a chance against Seto Kaiba, the second best duelist in the world?”

 

Mokuba replies, with a sly smile, “No way! She might be one good duelist since she got to Obelisk Blue right away, but I doubt she can beat my bro!”

 

Zane tells Mokuba, with a dark sly smile, “Don't be so sure, she might surprise you!”

 

Serena draws one card from her deck and calls out, with a smile, “Ladies first, Kaiba!”

 

Kaiba rolls his eyes and replies, plainly, “Whatever.”

 

Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “I'll start with this! A little spell known as Graceful Charity! Now, I draw three cards from my deck and discard two from my hand!” Serena draws three cards from her deck, discards two cards from her hand to the graveyard, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Next, I play my Fulfillment of the Contract spell card! At a cost of eight hundred life-points, I can revive one Ritual monster from my grave and thanks to my first spell, I have one! So, meet one of my favorite monsters! Cyber Angel Idaten!” Soon after, Cyber Angel Idaten (1600/2000) comes to the field in attack mode while Serena's life-points drop by 800.

 

Kaiba states, with a sly smile, “You gave up your life-points for her?”

 

Serena replies, with a sly smile, “She might look weak, but she has one cool special effect! Now, I can take one spell card from my grave and add it to my hand!” A card comes out of Serena's graveyard, Serena takes the card, displays it to be a Pot of Greed spell card, and Serena says, putting the card in the spell/trap slots, “And the card that I choose is the second card I put in my grave, thanks to Graceful Charity, my Pot of Greed! Now, I draw two more cards from my deck!” Serena draws two cards from her deck, looks at them, and she thinks, with a sly smile, “Yes! Just what I need! If Kaiba has his Blue-Eyes in his hand, he isn't going to get a chance to summon them to the field!” Serena puts one card on her duel disk and calls out, “Next, I summon this card! A monster that is out of this world! Meet Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin!” Just then a huge wave comes onto the field and Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin (600/800) comes out of the way and onto the field in attack mode.

 

Mokuba and Kaiba gasp in shock and Kaiba yells out, perplexed, “What in the world is that creature?!”

 

Mokuba asks, perplexed, “I never heard of this Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin card. There is nothing in our card databanks about them! Where did she get that kind of monster?!”

 

Atem tells Mokuba, with a smile on his lips, “You haven't heard of it, Mokuba, because these monsters aren't from Earth.”

 

Mokuba yells out, stunned, “It's an alien Duel Monster?!”

 

Joey says, with a sly grin, “You know it, Mokuba! And our new friend, Jaden, has his own set of Neo-Spacian alien monsters in his own deck.”

 

Kaiba thinks in his mind, annoyed, “First, ancient Egyptian fairytales and now, alien Duel Monsters! What a joke! Nothing, but nonsense. However, I do remember my contest some years ago where I sent designs for new cards into outer space. Could this be one of those cards?”

 

Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “I'm not done, yet, Kaiba! Next, I play my NEX spell card! With this card, I can choose one Neo-Spacians on my field and sacrifice him and summon a fusion monster with the same name from my fusion deck! In simple terms, my Aqua Dolphin is about to evolve!”

 

Kaiba yells out, perplexed, “Evolve?!”

 

Serena takes a fusion monster card from her fusion deck, sends her Aqua Dolphin card to the graveyard, puts the fusion monster card on her duel disk, and calls out, “Now, meet Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin!” Aqua Dolphin is surround by rings of water, his skin color becomes dark blue mixed with a grayish-white, his jewels on his chest become a darker red, and his body becomes a lot more muscular and stronger, and to replace Neo-Spacian Aqua-Dolphin, Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin (900/1100) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “You went through whole production for that card? It has just less than one thousand attack points and you summoned it in attack mode!”

 

Serena tells Kaiba, while discarding one card from her hand, “You won't be smiling when I play Marine Dolphin's effect! Echo Wave!” Marine Dolphin launches a super-sonic wave at Kaiba, it hits his hand, causing him to give off a perplexed look, and Serena says, with a sly smile, “By discarding one card from my hand, I can look at your hand and if there is a monster that's stronger than mine, it goes straight to the graveyard and you lose five hundred life-points!”

 

Kaiba yells out, stunned, “Oh no!” Kaiba's hand is revealed with a Vorse Raider (1900/1200) monster card, Attack Guidance Armor trap card, Paladin of White Dragon (1900/1200) Ritual monster card, Silent Doom spell card, and Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) monster card. Just then the Blue-Eyes White Dragon appears on the field and explodes as it is sent to the graveyard while Kaiba loses 500 life-points.

 

Everyone gasps in shock and Joey yells out, surprised, “No way! Serena took out Kaiba's Blue-Eyes before he could summon it to the field!”

 

Keiko calls out, amazed, “Wow! That was a great move by Serena! Not only did she get rid of Kaiba's best monster, he lowered his life-points as well!”

 

Kurama tells Keiko, with a serious tone, “However, don't forget, Kaiba still has two Blue-Eyes White Dragons in his deck to use.”

 

Kagome says, with a serious tone, “That's a good point.”

 

Kaiba says, with an angered snarl, “You will pay for that! No one takes away my Blue-Eyes and gets away with it!”

 

Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, amazed, “Yipe! Whoa! It was just one card!” Serena then says, with a serious tone, “Next, I play my O-Oversoul spell card! With this card, I can summon one Normal Elemental Hero Monster from my graveyard and I think I'll revive the monster that I just sent there!”

 

Kaiba yells out, stunned, “You had this planned all along?!”

 

Serena replies, with a sly grin as her graveyard glows, “Yep! Now, I summon my Elemental Hero Neos!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Mokuba says, amazed, “Hey, I never seen that monster in the Elemental Hero series of cards!”

 

Kaiba thinks in his mind, seriously, “Wait a minute! I've seen that monster design before!”

 

Serena's Field Spell slot then opens up, she puts a card inside, and calls out, “Next, I play my Neo-Space Field spell!” When the slot closes, the field changes into a rainbow aurora and Serena says, with a sly smile, “Thanks to this card, my Neos gains five hundred more attack points!” Elemental Hero Neos' stats then rise from 2500/2000 to 3000/2000! Serena then calls out, with a sly smile, “But I'm not done, yet! Now, I fuse my Neos with Marine Dolphin!”

 

Kaiba calls out, seriously, “You can't! You need to play a Polymerization card first!”

 

Serena replies, with a serious tone, “Wrong, Kaiba! This is Contact Fusion! When Neos and a Neo-Spacian monster are on the field, by sending the Fusion Material monsters back to my deck, I can combine them together without the need of a Polymerization card!”

 

Kaiba yells out, stunned, “What?!”

 

Serena calls out, “Neos! Marine Dolphin! Contact Fusion!” The outer space theme appears in the skies, the two monster leap into the sky as the two monster cards are return to Serena's deck and Fusion deck, Serena takes another fusion monster card from her fusion monster deck, puts it on her duel disk, the two monsters combine in a bright light, and Serena yells out, with a sly smile, “Meet my newest friend! Elemental Hero Marine Neos!” Out of the bright light, Elemental Hero Marine Neos (2800/2300), a humanoid monster with a dark blue point head and forehead, dark blue, light blue, and light grayish-white chest and body, light blue circular jewel on the upper chest, dark blue upper arms with two dark blue spike-like fins on each upper arm, light blue lower arms to his wrists, and dark blue legs and boots with two to three dark blue spike-like fins on her upper legs, comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Mokuba then says, amazed, “That's incredible! This new Contact Fusion changes everything!”

 

Serena then says, with a sly grin, “Plus, since Marine Neos was created from Neos, he gain five hundred attack points!” Marine Neos' stats rise from 2800/2300 to 3300/2300! Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Next, I play my Mirage of Nightmare! During your Standby Phase, I get to draw until I have four cards in my hand, but during my next Standby Phase, I have to discard the same amount of cards that I drew with this effect!” Serena then puts two cards in the spell/trap slots and says, “Finally, I'll throw down two face-downs and call it a turn!”

Mokuba says, with a serious tone, “Hey! That Contact Fusion made it too easy for her to summon that monster! There has to be a drawback!”

 

Jaden says, with a sly smile, “Actually, there is! Normally, at the end of the turn the fusion monster was form from Contact Fusion, it has to return to the player's Fusion deck at the End Phase of the player's turn that it was formed, but since Neo-Space is on the field, it is allowed to remain on the field as long as that spell card remains on the field.”

 

Mokuba says, amazed, “Oh.”

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “Not bad, but if you think that cards and monsters that I've never seen before are going to beat me, then you are wrong!” Kaiba draws one card from his deck and calls out, “My move!”

 

Serena calls out, with a serious tone, “And my draw, thanks to Mirage of Nightmare! Now, I get four new cards from my deck!” Serena draws four cards from her deck, pushes a button on her duel disk, and calls out, “Next, I reveal my face-down card! Emergency Provisions!” Serena's face-down card was revealed to be the Emergency Provisions Quick-Spell card and Serena says, with a serious tone, “With this card, by sending one spell or trap card on my side of the field to the grave, I gain one thousand life-points! So, later Mirage of Nightmare!” The hologram of Mirage of Nightmare Continuous spell card vanishes and Serena regains 1000 life-points.

 

Kaiba says, with a serious tone, “Do you think that one good move impresses me? Hardly!” Kaiba puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “First, I play Pot of Greed and draw two cards!” Kaiba draws two cards from his deck, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and yells out, seriously, “Next, I play White Dragon Ritual!” Kaiba discards his Vorse Raider (1900/1200) monster card to the graveyard, puts a card from his hand on his duel disk, and exclaims, “Now, I sacrifice my Vorse Raider to summon Paladin of White Dragon!” Soon after, Paladin of White Dragon (1900/1200) comes to the field in attack mode. Kaiba calls out, seriously, “Paladin, attack with Ionic Spear Burst!” Paladin of White Dragon turns into a stream of energy that heads straight for Cyber Angel Idaten.

 

Serena pushes a button on her duel disk and calls out, “I don't think so, Kaiba! I play my Hero Barrier trap card!” Serena's other face-down card is revealed to be Hero Barrier trap card and a blue energy field shields Cyber Angel Idaten from Paladin of White Dragon's attack. Serena says, with a sly smile, “Nice try, Kaiba-semapi, but since I have an Elemental Hero on the field, this card blocks one of your attacks!”

 

When Paladin of White Dragon comes back to Kaiba's side of the field, Kaiba calls out, seriously, “Fine! I play my Paladin's ability, I sacrifice him to summon from my deck a monster that you know all too well!” Kaiba's Paladin vanishes in a stream of light, a card comes out of Kaiba's deck, Kaiba puts the card on his duel disk, and yells out, “Meet Blue-Eyes White Dragon!” Just then Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) comes to the field in attack mode with a mighty roar.

 

Our heroes and heroines, minus Atem, Yugi, and their friends as well as Mokuba, Zane, and Chazz, look at Blue-Eyes White Dragon amazed and Yusuke says, amazed, “Damn! It is pretty awesome to see Blue-Eyes being played by other than me and Kagome!”

 

Kaiba puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “I'll end my turn with one card face-down!”

Serena draws one card from her deck, puts the card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Now, I play my Scroll of Bewitchment Equip spell! So, I choose Water attribute and I equip this card to your dragon, making it into a Water monster now!”

 

Kaiba says, with a sly smile, “And what is the point of that? My dragon isn't any weaker.”

 

Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “You'll see when I play my Polymerization spell card!” Serena discards Elemental Hero Lady Heat (1300/1000) and Elemental Hero The Heat (1600/1200) from her hand to the graveyard, takes one fusion monster from her fusion deck, puts it on her duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I fuse my two Elemental Heroes: Lady Heat and The Heat to summon this! Elemental Hero Inferno in attack mode!” The two named monsters appear on the field, go into a fusion vortex, and Elemental Hero Inferno (2300/1600) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Kaiba then says, with a sly grin, “That monster has seven hundred less attack points than my dragon.”

 

Serena then says, with a sly grin, “However, my hero gains one thousand attack points when it attacks a Water monster! And thanks to my spell, your dragon is one now!”

 

Kaiba yells out, stunned, “Oh no!”

 

Joey yells out, excitedly, “Take that rich boy!”

 

Serena calls out, seriously, “Elemental Hero Inferno, destroy his Blue-Eyes right now! Magma Burst!” Inferno's stats rise from 2300/1600 to 3300/1600 and he launches a surge from magma from his hands right at Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

 

Kaiba pushes a button on his duel disk and calls out, seriously, “Not so fast! I play my trap! Negate Attack!” Kaiba's face-down card is revealed to be Negate Attack and a shield stops Inferno's attack. Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “Not only does this card stop your attack, but it ends your Battle Phase right now!”

 

Serena says, with a serious tone, “I switch Idaten to defense mode to end my turn!” Cyber Angel Idaten switches from attack to defense mode.

 

Kaiba draws one card from his deck and he says, with a sly grin, “Now, this is going to get complicated so listen up.” Kaiba puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “First, I place one card face-down!” Kaiba then puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Then I play my Silent Doom! Allowing me to revive a monster from my graveyard in defense mode! And I choose my Blue-Eyes White Dragon!” Soon after, a second Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) comes to the field in defense mode. Kaiba then puts the last card in his hand in the spell/trap slots and says, “Then I play my Card of Demise! I draw until I have five cards in my hand, but in five turn, I lose my entire hand!” Kaiba draws five cards from his deck and gives a wide sly grin when he sees his cards.

 

Tea says, nervously, “I don't like the way that he is smiling.”

 

Tristan says, seriously, “No joke, Tea! It can't be good for Serena.”

 

Kaiba puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my Polymerization spell card!”

 

Serena winches nervous and Hotaru asks, nervously, “Is he . . .?!”

 

Atem and Yugi yell out in unison, “He is!”

 

Kaiba discards one more Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000/2500) monster card from his hand, along with the two on his duel disk, takes a fusion monster card from his fusion deck, puts it on his duel disk, and yells out, seriously, “You might have handled one Blue-Eyes, little girl, but can you handle three in the form of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon?!” Just the third Blue-Eyes appear on the field, goes into a fusion vortex with the other two, and Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon (4500/3800) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Mina says, worriedly, “That's not good at all!”

 

Kaiba then calls out, “Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, show her `alien hero' how we do things on Earth! Neutron Blast!” Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon fires a stream of electrical power from its three heads, its slams into Marine Neos, and it is destroyed causing Serena yell out in shock as she loses 1200 life-points.

 

Darien and all of Serena's friends, minus Chazz, Yeshua, and Zane, to yell out in shock, “Serena!”

 

Kaiba puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “Now, I summon Saggi the Dark Clown in defense mode to end my turn!” Soon after, Saggi the Dark Clown (600/1500) comes to the field in defense mode.

Serena draws one card from her deck, puts one card on her duel disk, and calls out, “I summon my Cyber Tutu in defense mode!” Soon after, Cyber Tutu (1000/800) comes to the field in defense mode and Serena yells out, seriously, “Next, I switch my Inferno to defense mode to end my turn!” Elemental Hero Inferno then switches from attack to defense mode.

 

Kaiba draws one card from his deck, puts one card on his duel disk, and yells out, “Now, I sacrifice my Dark Clown to summon a monster to my deck! Armed Dragon level five!” Saggi vanishes from the field and Armed Dragon LV5 (2400/1600) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Atem asks, stunned, “When did he get that card?”

 

Kaiba then discards his Blade Knight (1600/1000) monster card to the graveyard and he says, with a sly grin, “Now, I play his effect! By discarding a monster from my hand, a monster with equal or fewer attack points is sent right to the graveyard! So, say goodbye to your girlfriend! Armed Dragon, take out her Idaten! Serena then says, seriously, “You've activated his effect! When he is destroyed, I get one spell card from my graveyard!” Serena takes one card from her graveyard, displays her Pot of Greed, and says, serious tone in her voice, “And I choose my Pot of Greed!”

 

Kaiba then shouts out, seriously, “You will need him! Armed Dragon, destroy her little dancer! Inferno Roar!” Armed Dragon LV5 blasts Cyber Tutu to pieces and Kaiba says, discards his Armed Dragon LV5 monster card from his duel disk while a card comes out of his deck, “Now, I play his effect! When he destroys a monster in battle, I can trade him in for Armed Dragon level seven!” Kaiba puts the card on his duel disk and Armed Dragon LV7 (2800/1000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Serena says, drolly, “Just great.”

 

Kaiba states, with a sly grin, “Your move or will you do the smart thing and step down?”

 

Serena draws one card from her deck and calls out, “As if, Kaiba! I won't stop until you are defeated!”

 

Kaiba replies, with a plain tone, “Your funeral.”

 

Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “That's what you think! I play my Pot of Greed and get two more cards!” Serena draws two more cards from her deck, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Then I play my Ancient Rule spell card! This card allows me to automatically summon one level five or higher Normal monster from my hand!” Serena puts one card from her hand on her duel disk and calls out, “My Neos will do nicely!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000-3000/2000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “Him, again? He is no match for my Ultimate Dragon!”

I play my Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab in attack mode!” Soon after, Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab (500/500) comes to the field in attack mode. Serena then says, with a sly grin, “And he gets four hundred more attack points with every spell or trap card on your side of the field and since you have one face-down, he gets a power boost!” Flare Scarab's stats increase from 500/500 to 900/500!

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “Oh, please! That won't even phase my monsters! That monster is just target practice!”

 

Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Not when I play my Quick-Summon spell card! Now, I can summon another monster!” Serena puts the last card in her hand on her duel disk and calls out, “And I choose my Neo-Spacian Grand Mole!” Soon after, Neo-Spacian Grand Mole (900/300) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Kaiba states, with an amused tone, “And what's an overgrown mole going to do?!”

 

Serena says, with a sly grin, “I've got three words for you, Kaiba: Triple Contact Fusion!”

 

Kaiba yells out, perplexed, “What?!”

 

Serena calls out, seriously, “Neos! Grand Mole! Flare Scarab! Unite!” The outer space theme appears in the skies, the three monsters leap into the air, the three monster cards are returned to Serena's deck, Serena puts a fusion monster card from her fusion deck on her duel disk as the three monsters combine in a bright light, and Serena says, with a sly grin, “Kaiba, meet Elemental Hero Magma Neos!” Out of the bright light, Elemental Hero Magma Neos (3000/2500) in attack mode. Serena then says, with a sly grin, “Now, with a every card on the field, monster, spell, and trap, Magma Neos gains four hundred attack points and since there are two on mine and three on yours, he gains two thousand more points, plus, another five hundred from Neo-Space!” Elemental Hero Magma Neos' stats rise from 3000/2500 to 5500/2500!

 

Kaiba calls out, stunned, “Over five thousand attack points?!”

 

Serena exclaims, seriously, “Yep! More than enough to take out your Ultimate Dragon! Magma Neos, destroys his Ultimate Dragon with Volcanic Neos Blaze!” Magma Neos launches a burst of flames from its right hand right at Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.

 

Kaiba pushes a button on his duel disk and calls out, “Not so fast, kid! I play my Attack Guidance Armor trap card!” Kaiba's face-down card is revealed to be Attack Guidance Armor trap card and Kaiba says, with a serious tone, “Now, I redirect your attack to my level seven Armed Dragon!” The hologram of the armor on the trap card goes onto Armed Dragon LV7, Magma Neos' attack redirects towards it, and it is destroyed along with 2700 of Kaiba's life-points while Magma Neos' stats go down to 5100/2500!

 

Tyranno yells out, stunned, “He sacrificed most of his life-points to save his best soldier!”

 

Zane says, with a dark serious tone, “There is another reason that Kaiba saved his Ultimate Dragon.”

 

Hikari asks Zane, curiously, “Why is that, Zane?”

 

Zane replies, with a dark plain tone, “Simple. He is going to use a card from his deck. Yusuke and Kagome should know it well.”

 

Kagome shouts out, stunned, “Oh no! He's going to use that monster on her?!”

 

Zane says, with a dark serious tone, “We'll see how she handles this!”

Kaiba then says, with a sly grin, “Now, he gains three hundred attack points for every dragon in my grave and since I've got six, he gains eighteen hundred more attack points!” Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's stats rise up from 3000/2500 to 4800/2500!

 

Serena says, with a serious tone, “Your dragon is still weaker than my monster.”

 

Kaiba puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “That's why I play the spell card Rush Recklessly! This card gives my Shining Dragon an additional seven hundred attack points for this turn!” Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's stats rise from 4800/2500 to 5500/2500!

 

Mina says, worriedly tone in her voice, “This isn't good.”

 

Rei tells Mina, sarcastically, “You think?”

 

Kaiba shouts out, seriously, “Shining Dragon, put her monster out right now! Shining Neutron Blast!” Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon fires its attack right at Elemental Hero Magma Neos, vaporizing it, and costing Serena 400 life-points.

 

Syrus says, worriedly, “This is not good! Her best monster is now gone!”

 

Chazz says, with his usual snobbish tone, “Not surprising. Serena was nuts to challenge Seto Kaiba himself. His only real loss was at the hands of Pegasus and Yugi Moto. She doesn't stand a chance.”

 

Jasmine tells Chazz, seriously, “Don't say that! Serena will pull through!”

 

Trista says, with a solemn tone, “However, Mr. Princeton does have a point. Kaiba is one of the best duelists in the whole game of Duel Monsters. He created this very school in the first place.”

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “Your move. Like you can do anything.” Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's stats reduce down from 5500/2500 to 4800/2500, with the end of the effect of Rush Recklessly.

So, now, I get two cards!” Serena draws two cards from her deck, puts one card on her duel disk, and yells out, “Next, I summon Elemental Hero Ocean in defense mode!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Ocean (1500/1200) comes to the field in defense mode, Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and says, “I'll throw this face-down and call it a turn!”

 

Kaiba draws one card and calls out, “How desperate!” Kaiba puts the card in the spell/trap slots and yells out, with a sly grin, “And it won't save you from my dragon! I play my Stop Defense spell! Switching your pathetic monster into attack mode!”

 

Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Alexis says, seriously, “Oh no! If her monster is attacked, this duel is over!” Elemental Hero Ocean switches from defense to attack mode.

 

Kaiba tells Serena, with a sly grin, “I'll admit that you aren't a bad duelist, but when it comes to playing with the big boys, you've still got a lot to learn.” Kaiba then calls out, seriously, “And here is your next lesson! Shining Dragon, attack! Destroy her monster and the rest of her life-points! Shining Neutron Blast!” Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon launches it glowing beam of electrical power right at Serena's Ocean.

 

Serena pushes a button on her duel disk and calls out, “This duel isn't over, yet, Kaiba! I reveal my face-down! Spell Textbook!” Serena's face-down is revealed to be the Spell Textbook Quick-Spell card and Serena yells out, with a serious tone, “After discarding my hand, I get to draw one card from my deck and if it is a spell card, I can play it right now! Since I don't have cards in my hand, there is nothing to discard!” Serena reaches her from her deck and thinks in her mind, “Please help me! Help me win this duel and protect the name of all of those innocent used by the Light of Destruction! Help me protect the honor of my friends, my family, and the man that I love! In the name of the moon, guide me!”

 

Lita says, concerned, “Come on, Serena.”

 

Serena draws one card from her deck, puts the card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Now, I play this! My Pump Up spell card! This card doubles the power of my Ocean for this turn!” Ocean's gives a groan of power as his stats rise from 1500/1200 to 3000/1200!

 

Kaiba exclaims, seriously, “But it won't be enough to protect him from my dragon!” Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's attack destroys Elemental Hero Ocean, taking 1800 of Serena's life-points with it.

 

Ami says, amazed, “Serena saved herself!”

 

Bastion replies, with a solemn tone, “Barely, Ami-chan. Now, she has no monsters, no face-down cards, and no cards in her hand.”

 

Jaden calls out, with an excited tone, “Come on, Serena! This duel isn't over, yet! Not until the last card is played!”

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin while putting one card in the spell/trap slots, “Well, at least you got your supporters, little girl. But this duel is over for you. So, make your move so I can get on with my meeting.”

The card that could help me win this duel!” Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and yells out, “Now, I play my Feather of a Phoenix!” Serena discards an Elemental Hero Necroshade (1600/1800) monster card from her hand and says, “By discarding one card from my hand, another card goes from my grave back to my deck!” Serena takes a card from her graveyard, puts it at the top of her deck, and yells out, “And I put my Card of Sanctity back on my deck!”

 

Kaiba says, with a sly grin, “Too bad you get a chance to use it.”

 

Serena says, with a sly grin while putting one card on her duel disk, “Don't count on it, Kaiba! You see, the card that I discard was a monster known as Elemental Hero Necroshade and his special ability allows me to summon one monster with Elemental Hero in its name from my hand without a sacrifice at all once during the duel while he is in the graveyard! And I choose my Elemental Hero Neos!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000-3000/2000) comes back to the field in attack mode.

 

Kaiba says, annoyed, “Him, again?! Can't you come up with something original for once?”

 

Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and exclaims, with a serious tone, “You want original, Kaiba-sempai! Try this! I play this card, which is a gift from a very close friend of mine! The Super Fusion spell card!”

 

Everyone else gasps in shock and Mokuba calls out, stunned, “Super Fusion?! What is that?!”

 

Alexis asks Jaden, surprised, “Jaden, you gave her that card?!”

 

Jaden nods his head and says, with a sly smile, “Yep! Sure did, `Lex! I knew that Serena would put it to good use!”

 

Serena discards one card from her hand and yells out, seriously, “Thanks to this card, I discard one card from my hand in order to use it, but now, I can summon a fusion monster by using monsters on the field already, yours and mine, and this card isn't destroyed or effected by any of your spell, trap, or monster effects! And that means that your dragon can't stop me for using it! Now, I fuse your dragon with my Elemental Hero Neos!”

 

Kaiba yells out, stunned, “You can't!”

 

Serena calls out, seriously, “I just did!” Just then a huge dark blue and black vortex appears in the sky and Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon is drawn into the vortex, unable to stop the power of the card.

 

Kaiba calls out, shocked, “My dragon!” Neos glows a bright rainbow color and leaps into the vortex to follow Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon. Soon after, a new fusion monster card appears on Serena's duel disk.

 

Serena then declares, with a strong tone, “Now, meet Elemental Hero Shining Neos!” Just then a bolt of blue lightning comes from the vortex and slams into the ground causing a huge light show that forces everyone, even Serena, to cover their eyes.

 

Kuwabara calls out, stunned, “Hey! What's with the light show?!” When the light dies down and everyone is able to look, they are amazed and flabbergasted, expect for Yeshua and Zane, to see the monster before them.

 

This new monster was a humanoid monster slightly taller than the regular Elemental Hero Neos with Elemental Hero Neos' head covered in a helmet shaped like Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's head coverings that covers over his eyes, but they are two eye-slots showing glow blue colored eyes, he has an ice-blue armored chest shaped like the Ronin Warrior's armor with a glowing dark blue spherical jewel in the center of the chest armor, he has ice-blue shoulder pads similar to the ones used by Magnamon from Digimon 02, his arms are covered bright blue tight-fitting armored with dragon-like claws coming out of his knuckles, his kneecaps are covered in ice-blue armored kneepads, his legs are still white as Elemental Hero Neos' legs, but his feet and lower legs are covered in blue armor boots similar to the ones used by the Ronin Warriors, but the `feet' area of the boots are shaped like dragon's feet, and this new monster has Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's wings, modified for its size.

 

Serena says, with a sly smile, “Kaiba, meet Elemental Hero Shining Neos, infused with the power of your dragon and my Neos.” Elemental Hero Shining Neos (4500/3000) is a twelve star, Light attribute monster, and it is on the field in attack mode. Serena then says, with a sly grin, “Now, my new hero gains three hundred attack points for every Hero and dragon-type monster on the field and in our graveyards! Since you have seven dragons and I have seven heroes, my new monster gains forty-two hundred more attack points!” Elemental Hero Shining Neos' stats rise from 4500/3000 to 8700/3000!

 

Mokuba yells out, shocked, “No way! Over eight thousand attack points?!”

 

Kaiba thinks in his mind, angrily, “How dare she take my Shining Dragon and use it against me?! Well, the last laugh will be mine when I use my face-down Magic Cylinder to take out the last of her life-points!”

 

Serena tells Kaiba, with a sly grin, “Oops. By the way, Kaiba, didn't you know that any monster created by Super Fusion isn't effected by any and all spell, trap, or monster card effects and plus, when my Shining Neos is summoned, he is allowed to destroy one card on your side of the field?”

 

Kaiba yells out, knowing what this means, “Oh no!”

 

Serena exclaims, seriously, “That's right! Shining Neos, take out his last trap card! Shining Neos Flare!” Shining Neos' wings glow brightly with an ice-blue light and Kaiba roars out in shock as his face-down card, Magic Cylinder, is revealed and destroyed. Serena then calls out, with a serious tone, “Now, Shining Neos, end this duel! Shining Neutron Crush!” Shining Neos leaps into the sky, forms a sphere of ice-blue electrical and aurora colored power, and launches it right at Kaiba, which slams into him with terrific force causing him to yell out as he loses 8700 life-points ending this duel immediately.

When the smoke and dust cleared from the attack, the final holograms fade away as Kaiba slumps to his knees, stunned by his loss by a student at his own school.

 

Mokuba yells out, shocked, “No way! That's impossible! My brother lost?! To a student at his own school?!”

 

Chazz calls out, in disbelief, “I can't believe it! She actually beat Seto Kaiba himself! The person that built this school and the greatest duelist in the world only exceed by Yugi Moto!”

 

Kaiba thinks in his mind, in total disbelief, “This can't be! I lost?! To a student?! At my own school?! This can't be happening!”

 

As Mokuba and our heroes and heroines rush down from the stands, Serena tells Kaiba, with a sly grin, “And that's game, Kaiba!”

 

Kaiba says, with a stunned tone, “No . . . There has to be some mistake . . .”

 

Yugi tells Kaiba, in a serious tone, “There is no mistake, Kaiba. You've lost to Serena. She believe in herself and in the heart of the cards allowing her to beat you.”

 

Mokuba yells out, with a serious tone, “What about that weird Super Fusion spell card?!”

 

Serena tells Mokuba, with a sly grin while showing the card, “This is a rare one of a kind card, Mokuba. There is only one like it in the world.”

 

Mokuba yells out, seriously, “How did you get it?!”

 

Serena replies, with a sly smile and a serious tone, “Like your big bro, Mokuba, let's say that I've got my connections.”

 

Zane says, with a dark plain tone, “And like it or not, the great Seto Kaiba was toppled by a student of his own Academy.”

 

Mokuba yells out at Zane, angrily, “Hey, you . . .!”

 

Kaiba says, plainly, “Let it go, Mokuba.”

 

Mokuba looks at Kaiba, who gets to his feet, gives off his usual serious and emotionless look, and Mokuba asks Kaiba, concerned, “What do you mean, Seto?”

 

Kaiba says, with a serious tone, “She beat me and that's that. And now, I must take my loss like a man.” Kaiba tells Serena, with a serious tone, “However, don't think that this is over, little girl!”

 

Serena yells out, seriously, “The name is Serena Tsukino, the `Princess' of your Obelisk Blue dorm, Kaiba-sempai!”

 

Kaiba replies, with a serious tone, “Whatever. Anyway, `your majesty', don't think that this is over. You might have won for now, but I will return and I will claim victory in our next duel.”

 

Serena says, with a sly grin, “Whatever. However, don't try anything against this school, Chancellor Sheppard, or my friends or this little `incident' might go out to the public.”

 

Botan then seemly comes out of nowhere with a camera and exclaims, “I used this little number to tape the whole duel! Nice job, Serena!”

 

Mokuba yells out, stunned, “You had this whole thing tapped?!”

 

Botan replies, with a sly smile, “Bingo! So, if you don't your brother to get more embarrassed than he is, then I would suggest him not try anything to `rash'.” Kaiba growls in annoyance, doesn't say a word, and heads off into the distance with Mokuba following close behind.

 

Keiko asks Serena, “Serena, did you plan this?”

 

Serena replies, with a sly smile and mock innocent tone, “I may have asked Botan for a little `help' to get some `insurance' against Kaiba.”

 

Yusuke says, with a sly grin, “So, the `innocent' moon princess does have her `sneaky side', does she?”

 

Mina says, with an excited tone, “Nice one, Serena!”

 

Serena replies, with a sly smile, “I do what I can!”

 

Jaden tells Serena, with a smile, “Way to go, sis! That was one sweet duel!”

 

Syrus calls out, stunned, “I can't believe that you beat Seto Kaiba, the second greatest duelist in the world and only exceed by Yugi himself!”

 

Rini tells Serena, excitedly, “That was great, mommy!”

 

Serena tells Rini, with a smile, “Thanks, Rini.”

 

Rei tells Serena, with a sly grin and sarcastic tone, “Well, I guess that even a Meatball Head like you can catch a break!”

 

Serena yells at Rei, annoyed, “Hey, you take that back!”

 

Rei tells Serena, with a serious tone, “If you didn't draw that Pump Up spell card, Kaiba would have mopped the floor with you!”

 

Serena says, confidently, “In his dreams!”

 

Rei tells Serena, with a sly smile and sarcastic tone, “In your dreams, Meatball Brain! If you didn't have that Super Fusion spell card, you would have been toast!”

 

Serena replies, with an annoyed tone, “Want to try me right now?!”

 

Rei says, with a serious growl, “How about if I take you on your offer?!” Soon enough, Serena and Rei are getting into their classic argument and tongue matches causing all of our heroes and heroines, minus Zane and Yeshua, to sweatdrop.

 

Kuwabara asks, curiously, “Are they like this a lot?”

 

Lita replies, with a sigh, “Yep.”

 

Mina says, with a smile, “But it shows how good friends that they are! It is said that you are really good friends if you argue with them a lot.”

 

Keiko says, with a smile, “Kind of like Yusuke and Kuwabara. After they became very good friends, they still argued and knocked each other around.”

 

Yusuke yells out, embarrassed, “Keiko!”

 

Kurama tells Yusuke, with a sly smile, “It is true, Yusuke. You can't deny that.”

 

Yusuke sweatdrops and says, “Yeah, you can say that.” The rest of our heroes and heroines continue to watch Serena and Rei to argue as they did before all of this `madness' started and our Sailor Scouts and Earth Prince smile warmly at this, knowing that even through plenty about our Moon Princess has changed, Serena remains a lot like her `old self' and there is a change that things can get back to normal after all this `insanity' with the Light of Destruction and the Society of Light.

 

(Within the `White Dorm'; Sometime later)

 

Inside of the `White Dorm', we find the Light of Destruction possessed Sartorius looking down at his Tarot cards and so far, other than cards like the Wheel of Fate Tarot card, The Devil Tarot card, and The Reaper of Souls/Death Tarot cards, the majority of his cards are pitch black blank and he is unable to make many predictions from them.

 

Sartorius thinks in his mind, seriously, “With the Darkness of Salvation's dark veil covering the majority of the `Chosen Duelists', I can't the predicted anything about the future revolving around Serena Tsukino, Jaden Yuki, Kagome Higurashi, Yusuke Urameshi, and Hikari Urameshi as well as their friends including The Star, representing Keiko Yukimura, Yusuke's beloved girlfriend. And with every passing day, the Darkness of Salvation grows stronger and soon, the `Chosen Duelists' will be out of my grasp and my plans for the universe will fall! I can't believe that this is happening, but somehow, they are defying destiny even more than before and they are getting stronger!” Sartorius thinks in his mind, with an evil smile, “However, it doesn't mean that plans are done! I will now focus on Kagome Higurashi, the cousin to Yusuke and Hikari Urameshi and the sister to Keiko Yukimura back in the days of the Silver Millennium. Her three friends, Yuka, Eri, and Ayumi, are still under my control and are vital to bringing her into the light.” Just then a knock comes from Sartorius' door and Sartorius replies, with an evil smile, “Come in.”

 

The door opens, revealing Kagome's `former' friend, Yuka, comes into the room and she asks, in a cold serious tone, “You asked for me, Master Sartorius?”

 

Sartorius gets to his feet, turns to face Yuka, and he tells her, with an evil smile, “Yes, I think that it is time for you for face a friend of yours.”

 

Yuka asks, in a perplexed tone, “Friend, sir?”

 

Sartorius says, with a very serious tone and evil smile, “Yes, it is time for you to face your old friend, Kagome Higurashi.” Yuka gasps in shock and begins to shake with fright. Sartorius asks, with a serious tone, “Is there a problem?” Sartorius' eyes glow a bright violet causing Yuka's eyes to become dull and she closes her eyes. When she opens them, again, her eyes are cold, dull, and lifeless.

 

Yuka replies, with a cold emotionless tone, “No, sir. I am at your command.”

 

Sartorius takes out a small pile of cards and he says, with an evil smile, “I knew that you would see things my way. Now, take these cards and add them to your deck.” Sartorius hands the cards to Yuka and she puts them in her card pouch. Sartorius tells Yuka, with an evil smile, “Now, it is time for the plan to lure Kagome into your hands, so, you can bring her into the light.”

 

Yuka replies, with an evil smile and cold emotionless tone, “I am at your service, sir, and before I'm done, Kagome will learn that she can't destiny.”

 

Sartorius says, with an evil smile, “Very good, my dear. Are you ready?”

 

Yuka replies, with an evil smile and cold serious tone, “Let's do this, Master Sartorius!” Soon after, Sartorius begins to explain the plan to Yuka to bring Kagome Higurashi into the Society of Light.

 

(Later that day; Elsewhere on Academy Island)

 

Right now, we find Bastion, Ami, Syrus, Hotaru, Kagome, Inuyasha, and their friends from the Feudal Era, Sango, Shippo, Miroku, and demon cat, Kirara, in another area on Academy Island. Right now, Bastion is dueling another male SOL member while the rest of our heroes and heroines watch. Bastion has used his new `darkness powers' to turn this duel into a Shadow Game with four lightning rods surrounding each duelist and every time a duelist loses life-points . . . well, you can guess what will happen. At this time, Bastion has 3700 life-points, one card face-down, two Hydrogeddon (1600/1000 X 2) and one Oxygeddon (1800/800) on the field while his opponent has only 1200 life-points left, two face-down cards, an active Gravity Bind trap card, and one White Knight's Swordsman (1200/0) in defense mode.

 

However, it is Bastion's turn and he draws one card from his hand and Bastion says, with a dark serious tone, “I believe that it is over for you, Society Dork!”

 

The male SOL member says, with a cold annoyed tone, “Just try it, traitor!”

 

Bastion puts one card from his hand in the spell/trap slots and says, “As you wish, I play my Mystical Space Typhoon! This card destroys one spell or trap card on the side so your Gravity Bind is demolished!”

 

The male SOL member calls out, stunned, “Oh, great!” Just then a huge whirlwind comes onto the field and destroys the male SOL member's Gravity Bind Continuous trap card.

 

Bastion puts another card in the spell/trap slots and says, with a dark serious tone, “Next, my young white dork, it is time for you to have lesson in chemistry! I play the spell card known as Bonding H20! With this card, I sacrifice two Hydrogeddon and one Oxygeddon on my side of the field!” The three named cards vanish as a card comes out of Bastion's deck, he puts it on his duel disk, and calls out, “Now, they do what they do like two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom: They become water! Or in this case, the all mighty Water Dragon!” Soon after, a huge geyser of water comes onto the field and transforms into the huge Water Dragon (2800/2600) comes to the field in attack mode. Bastion puts another card in the spell/trap slots and says, darkly, “Then I play the spell card known as Fairy Meteor Crush! If your low-level mind has trouble understanding this, allow me to bring it down to your level. When my dragon destroys your pathetic swordsman, the difference between his defense points and my dragon's attack points will come out of your score! Namely, in short, you are about to lose nearly three thousand life-points, more than enough to end this!”

 

The male SOL member thinks, with a cold serious tone, “That's what you think you, traitor! When I've still got my face-down trap cards and when you attack, I will unleash them and you will re-learn why not to defy the light or destiny!”

 

Bastion pushes a button on his duel disk and says, with a dark sly grin, “If you were counting on those face-down cards to help you win, dork, then you has made a major miscalculation because I play my face-down card! The all mighty trap card known as Darkness Veil!” Bastion's face-down card is revealed to be Darkness Veil trap card and it transforms Bastion's dragon from blue to black with red glowing eyes.

 

The male SOL yells out, stunned, “Oh no!”

 

Bastion says, with a dark logical tone, “By the expression on your face, you know that my Darkness Veil negates any and all spell and trap cards on your side of the field and destroys them. Plus, when a monster with Darkness Veil attacks, you lose four hundred life-points per card!” Bastion then calls out, with a dark serious tone, “And that's what my Water Dragon is going to do! Destroy his pathetic monster! Darkness Tidal Surge!” Water Dragon fires a surge of darkness water energy that destroys White Knight's Swordsman and the male SOL member's face-down cards. He cries out in extreme pain as he is shocked from head to toe as he loses 3600 life-points, ending the duel immediately.

With the end of the duel, the male SOL member falls to the ground unconscious while the poles and the final holograms fade away from the field.

 

Syrus yells out, with an excited tone, “Way to go, Bastion!”

 

Kagome says, with a dark sly grin, “Another Society Dweeb out of commission!”

 

Ami tells Bastion, with a smile, “You were great out there, Bastion-sempai.”

 

Bastion blushes and he tells Ami, with a smile, “Thanks, Ami-chan.”

 

Hotaru says, with a smile, “After Serena beat Seto Kaiba, we've been pretty busy. We've already down their numbers down to half of their original number.”

 

Kagome says, with a dark serious tone, “That's good news. Soon, the Society of Trash will be no more and we can get on with our lives.”

 

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, with a cold nasty tone, “Don't count on it, dork!” Everyone looks to the source of that voice to see none other than Yuka, with an evil smile and a duel disk with a dueling deck inside attached to her left wrist, walking out from a wooded area.

 

Kagome asks, perplexed, “Yuka?”

 

Inuyasha tells Kagome, with a serious tone, “That's not your friend, Kagome! Take a look at her eyes!” Kagome then gasps to see the cold, emotionless, and lifeless look in her eyes.

 

Kagome tells Yuka, with a dark nasty tone, “What do you want now, dweeb?!”

 

Yuka says, with a cold nasty tone, “Simple, bitch, you and I are going to duel!”

 

Inuyasha yells out, with a nasty tone, “Yeah, right, idiot! Can you see that we outnumber and you are far stronger than you?!”

 

Yuka replies, with an evil sly smile, “Oh, really?!” Just then Yuka snaps her fingers and dozens of SOL members, male and females, come out of the woods.

 

Syrus says, with a dark annoyed tone, “Oh, great! These dorks come out of the woodwork!”

 

Bastion says, with a dark annoyed and logical tone, “Indeed, Syrus. They are like ants! You squash one and many more take their place!”

 

Inuyasha says, with a sly grin on his lips, “Then we will squash them again!”

 

Yuka says, with a cold nasty tone, “Don't count on it, dog-breath! Now!” Just the SOL members launch a huge net over the group and a huge electrical shock hit them hard causing all of them to fall to the ground. Yuka then goes over to the fallen group of `darkened' heroes and heroines and says, with an evil sly smile, “Nice, huh?! It has plenty of voltage to kill even you, Inuyasha! Now, Kagome, you either duel me or you and your friends get fried! And don't think that your Sailor Scout powers will help you get out of this one, bitch!”

 

Hotaru says, with a dark serious tone, “You fight dirty!”

 

Just then a familiar male voice says, with a serious, plain, and logical tone, “I most certainly agree, Princess of Saturn!” Everyone looks to the source of the voice to see Yeshua, with a duel disk attached to his right wrist, coming out of the woods. Yeshua says, with a plain and logical tone, “I see that your `Master's' tactics hasn't changed one bit.

 

Yuka calls out, with a cold nasty tone, “Back off, dork! These dweebs are ours!”

 

Yeshua replies, with a plain and logical tone, “I'm swore to protect the `Chosen Duelists' and their allies and guide them along their way. I'm afraid that I can't allow you underhand plan to come to fruition and if your `Master' hasn't told you about me, then you don't the power I hold.”

 

Yuka says, with a cold nasty tone, “Don't flatter yourself, dweeb! Master Sartorius told me all about you, the great Chaos Yeshua, and let me tell you, I'm not impressed!”

 

Yeshua holds up a dueling deck and replies, in a plain and logical tone, “Is that so? How about this? You and I shall duel and if I win, you shall let them go.”

 

Yuka yells out, with a cold serious tone, “Fine! If I win, you let us take them into the light when I duel and beat Kagome!”

 

Yeshua replies, with a plain and logical tone, “As you wish, but I warn you, as long as you follow this path, you shall fail.”

 

Yuka replies, with a cold nasty tone, “As if, dork! I've got destiny on my side and I know that I will beat you!” Yeshua puts his dueling deck into his duel disk, causing a mysterious white and black glow to come from it, and the two of them activate their duel disks causing their life-points counters to display 4000 life-points for each duelist.

 

After the two duelists draw their five cards, they yell out in unison, “Let's duel!”

Yuka draws one card from her deck and calls out, in a cold nasty tone, “Ladies, first, dork!”

 

Yeshua replies, plainly, “As you wish.”

 

Yuka puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play my Swords of Revealing Light!” Just then a group of swords made of light around Yeshua and Yuka says, with an evil sly smile, “Sorry, dweeb, but as long as those swords remain on your side of the field, your monsters can't attack me! And this effect lasts for three turns!” Yuka puts one card on her duel disk and calls out, “Next, I summon Skilled White Magician in attack mode!” Soon after, Skilled Magician (1700/1900) comes to the field in attack mode. Yuka replies, with a cold serious tone, “That will do for now, dork!”

 

Yeshua draws one card from his deck, looks at his hand, puts one card on his duel disk, and calls out, in a plain tone, “First, I shall call forth Natus Flamma, the Angel of Fire! Come forth in attack mode!” Just then Natus Flamma, the Angel of Fire (1000/1000), a mysterious angel type monster, comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Syrus asks, perplexed, “What kind of monster is that?”

 

Kagome replies, in a perplexed tone, “You're asking me, Syi?”

 

Ami says, amazed, “It looks like an angel and I feel a mysterious power coming from it.”

 

Bastion asks Ami, curiously, “You do?” When Ami nods her head and Bastion says, with a serious tone, “I don't think those are ordinary cards.”

 

Yeshua puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my spell! It is known as Ties to the Brethren! For the price of one thousand life-points, I can summon two monsters that are level four or less from my deck to the field!” Yeshua's life-points drop by 1000, two cards float out of his deck, and onto his duel disk causing Yeshua to say, “And they are Natus Glacies, the Angel of Ice and Natus Tellus, the Angel of Lightning! Come to the field my loyal servants!” Soon after, by Natus Flamma, Natus Glacies, the Angel of Ice (1000/1000) and Natus Tellus, the Angel of Lightning (1000/1000), two more mysterious angel monsters, come to the field in attack mode. Yeshua then says, with a plain and logical tone, “Since I've played a spell card, the mighty power of my Flamma has been activates! When a spell card is played, my opponent takes five hundred points of damage!”

 

Yuka yells out, stunned, “What?!” Just then flames rain down from the skies on her and she yelps as she loses 500 life-points.

 

Yeshua puts another card in the spell/trap slots and says, in a plain tone, “Then I shall play another spell card! The powerful Bounce spell card! Also known as Magic Transfer! This card transfers the effect of one spell card to my opponent's side of the field! So, now, your Swords of Revealing Light blocks your monsters!” Just then the Swords rise into the land and go to Yuka's side of the field.

 

Yuka calls out, in a cold angered tone, “You shall pay for that, asshole!”

 

Yeshua replies, with a plain tone, “I disagree! Since I played another spell card, my Flamma takes five hundred more points away from you!” Yuka screams as flames from the sky rain down on her and she loses 500 more life-points. Yeshua then says, with a plain tone, “Next, my Glacies' great power is activated! Every time that a spell is played my life-points increase by three hundred more.” A cooling wind comes over Yeshua's side of the field and Yeshua gains 300 more life-points and Yeshua says, with a plain tone, “And this, in turn, activates my Tellus' power! For every time that my life-power grows in strength, I gain the right to draw one more card from my deck!” Yeshua draws one card from his deck, he looks at it, and he says, plainly, “And with that, I shall end my turn.”

Yuka draws one card from her deck and calls out, putting one card in the spell/trap slots and in a cold angered tone, “You shall pay for that asshole!” Yuka puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play my Mystical Space Typhoon and I'll use it to destroy my own Swords of Revealing Light!” Just then a huge typhoon hits the field and the Swords of Revealing Light vanish from the field.

 

Yeshua says, with a plain and logical tone, “And now, my Flamma's ability is activated! Since the power of a spell card was played, my Flamma takes five hundred points from your score!” Yuka yells out in shock as raining fire takes away 500 more of her points and Yeshua says, with a plain and serious tone, “Next, my Glacies' power shall increase my points!” A cooling wind comes over the field and Yeshua gains 300 life-points. Tellus gives a bright glow, Yeshua draws one card from his deck, and says, with a plain and logical tone, “And with my loyal Tellus, he gives more cards since my life-points increased.”

 

Yuka says, pointing to her Skilled White Magician, “So, what, dork?! Since three spell cards have been played, my Skilled White Magician has three spell counters on him allowing me to play his ability! I sacrifice him to summon this card from my deck!” Skilled White Magician with three glowing spell counters on him vanishes as he is sacrifice, a card comes out of Yuka's deck, and she puts it on her duel disk. Yuka calls out, with a cold serious tone, “My mighty Buster Blader in attack mode!” Soon after, Buster Blader (2600/2300) comes to the field in attack mode. Yuka puts another card on her duel disk and calls out, “Next, I play White Knight's Lancer in attack mode!” Soon after, White Knight's Lancer (1500/0) comes to the field in attack mode. Yuka then yells out, “Now, Buster Blader, pluck his angel's wings!” Buster Blader attacks Flamma, destroys it, and Yeshua's life-points drop by 1600. Yuka then calls out, with a cold nasty tone, “And I'm not done, yet, Lancer, take out another of his angels!” White Knight's Lancer attacks and destroys Glacies, taking another 500 of Yeshua's life-points with it. Yuka puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “This is the end for you, dork. That will end my turn.”

Yeshua puts one card from his hand on his duel disk and yells out, in a plain and logical tone, “Next, I shall sacrifice my tokens to summon one of my most powerful servants!” The two tokens vanish from the field and Yeshua calls out, “I call forth the mighty Erde Kaiser Sigma, The Angel of Destruction!” Just then Erde Kaiser Sigma, The Angel of Destruction (3000/2500), a mighty angel looking similar to Erde Kaiser Sigma from the game `Xenosaga' comes to the attack mode.

 

Syrus says, amazed, “Wow! He's powerful!”

 

Yeshua puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, with a plain and logical tone, “Next, I shall play this! The all mighty spell card known as Compass of Order! A Ritual to summon the greatest of all angels! But first, I must give up monsters that equal or more than ten stars! So, mighty Sigma and loyal Tellus, be gone!” The two angel monsters vanish from the field, he puts another card in his hand on his duel disk, causing his duel disk to somewhat spark, and Yeshua calls out, with a plain and strong tone, “Now, I call you for my loyal angel of justice! Come forth and bring your judgment down on this evil! Behold, Zarathustra, The Angel of Order!” Huge clouds form in the skies, lightning strikes all around, a huge angelic figure comes down from the skies. When it stops floating down, it is revealed to be Zarathustra, The Angel of Order (3500/3000), a huge angelic monster that looks similar to Zarathustra from the game `Xenosaga' comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Yuka says, her expression becoming nervous and trying to sound cold and emotionless, “Your new monster doesn't scare me!”

 

Yeshua replies, with a plain and serious tone, “My loyal angel of judgment should, my dear, because it strikes down all non-angelic monsters and drains them of one thousand of their attack and defense points!” Yuka gasps as her monsters strain under the aura of Zarathustra as Buster Blader's stats go down from 2600/2300 to 1600/1300 and White Knight's Lancer's stats go down from 1500/0 to 500/0. Yeshua puts the final card in his hand in the spell/trap slots and says, with a plain and logical tone, “And finally, I shall play this! The card that will help end this duel! The mighty spell known as Trans Volans! By giving up one thousand of my life-points, I can summon one resurrect one Angel in the grave!” Yeshua's life-points drop by 1000 and Yeshua calls out, with a strong and logical tone, “Now, revive from your ashes and return mighty Sigma!” Soon after, a bright holy bright comes out of the Yeshua's graveyard and Erde Kaiser Sigma, The Angel of Destruction (3000/2500) comes back to the field in attack mode.

 

Yuka thinks in her mind, with an evil grin, “Nice monsters, but my Mirror Force shall take care of them!”

 

Yeshua says, with a plain and logical tone, “I play my Sigma's effect! With his mighty destructive powers, my Sigma can destroy any card on the field as long as he gives up the right to attack this turn!” Yeshua points to Yuka's face-down and he says, plainly, “And his target is your face-down, which is a trap card.”

 

Yuka gasps out in shock and yells out, stunned, “No!” Just then a beam of holy energy slams into the card and vaporizes it.

 

Yeshua then calls out, with a plain and logical tone, “Now, it is time to end this farce! Mighty Zarathustra, destroy her soldier of evil and free her of the evil that controls her! Celestial Judgment!” Just then a rainbow aura appears in the skies as Zarathustra gives off a mighty bright glow of light and darkness energy, just then two beams of energy, one of light energy and one of darkness, slam into White Knight's Lancer, and destroys it in a huge explosion. Yuka screams out as her monster is destroyed along with 3000 of her life-points, ending the duel immediately as well as causing her to be thrown back into the ground, knocking her out.

With the end of the duel, the final holograms fade away and the SOL members, fearful of Yeshua's display of power, run off into the distance. Taking note of this, Yeshua immediately goes to the electric net, using physic energy to throw it off them, and allowing our heroes and heroes to stand up again.

 

Kagome immediately runs to Yuka and she exclaims, concerned, “Yuka!”

 

Yeshua tells Kagome, “Don't be concerned. The shock of the duel has gotten to her, but she is unharmed. She will be just fine after some rest.”

 

Ami tells Yeshua, amazed, “Yeshua, you have one powerful deck.”

 

Yeshua tells Ami, with a plain tone, “Thank you, Ami, but I didn't put all of the cards in my deck for reasons of Yuka's safety. If all of the power of my Angel cards were put into this deck, the power that it would produce would have made the holo-projections of my loyal angels, it would have been too dangerous for her. So, I put some regular Duel Monsters' cards with the deck and using a bit of my power to help contain my Angel cards great power.”

 

Bastion asks, amazed, “I've never heard of these cards. Where did you get them?”

 

Yeshua replies, with a plain tone, “I got them from Pegasus when I asked them to make them for me to revive my loyal angels that I used as Shadow Creatures back in the days of King Atem of Egypt.”

 

Syrus yells out, amazed, “You used these monsters when they were real Shadow Creatures back in the days of the Shadow Games in Egypt?!”

 

Yeshua nods his head and replies, with a nod, “Correct. But these creatures when united together had just as much destructive power as the Three Gods of Egypt together and Zorc alone and sometimes, I could not control them. However, I knew that I needed to revive them in order to continue my duties and lead my successors into the future. But when Pegasus created the cards and I took them, the full power of my ancient servants was unleashed when re-linked with my power. So, for safety reasons, I had to make sure that I put some of my deck aside in a `Side Deck' and mixed some regular cards infused with some of power in order that I don't badly injury someone in a duel. And that's very possible with one of the three Egyptian God cards, even it isn't a Shadow Game.”

 

Bastion says, amazed, “Remarkable.”

 

Syrus says, a bit worriedly, “Scary, if you ask me.”

 

Hotaru asks Yeshua, curiously, “Yeshua, why do you use your left hand to duel?”

 

Yeshua tells Hotaru, with a plain and logical tone, “As one of the first Chosen Duelists, I had very much the same powers as the current Chosen Duelists, your princess, her reincarnated brother, and Aster Phoenix have for example, I have the ability to alter fate and destiny in order to maintain balance in the universe. I am simple the left hand of Fate itself, not bound by it, but loyal to its wishes. So, as the left hand of Fate and its will to maintain order and balance, I duel with the left instead of the right hand as many duelists do.”

 

Kagome says, nervously, “Okay, if you say so.”

 

Inuyasha puts the unconscious Yuka onto his back and Inuyasha says, with a plain and serious tone, “I'll take her for you, Kagome.”

 

Kagome tells Inuyasha, with a loving smile, “Thank you, Inuyasha. That's so sweet.”

 

Kagome kisses Inuyasha on the cheek, he wildly blushes at that, Shippo giggles at that, Inuyasha regains his composer, and he tells Kagome, “Kagome, cut it out already!”

 

Kagome replies, with a sly grin, “All right, Inuyasha.”

 

Inuyasha says, with a serious tone, “Come on, let's get Kagome's friend and that other former white dweeb back to the Slifer Red dorm where they can rest and get healed up.”

 

Kirara transforms into its full demon cat form, helps Sango get the unconscious former SOL members onto her back, and Sango says, seriously, “Let's go.” Soon enough, the group heads off into the distance back to the Slifer Red dorm with one of Kagome's friends free at long last.

 

Kagome thinks in her mind, with a warm smile, “I'm so finally glad that Yuka is free from that freak's control and she is safe and sound with us! Now, I'm more hopeful than ever that Eri and Ayumi will soon be free too!” Kagome looks at the form of Yeshua and she thinks in her mind, with a smile, “Thank you, Yeshua.”

 

(On the meanwhile; Within the Negaverse' base on Academy Island)

 

Back within Queen Beryl's base on Academy Island, the evil ruler of the Negaverse has her eyes closed while she is chanting in some kind of ancient tongue over her crystal ball as dark energy swirls in front of dark pool of blood red, black, and violet energy. When the evil queen of the Negaverse has her eyes shoot open, massive amounts of black and dark violet energy come out of the pool and out of the pool, a large thin black crystal spear comes out of the pool and into the hands of evil Queen of the Negaverse who gives an evil sly grin when she puts it into her hands.

 

Soon after, Jadeite, Zoisite, and Malachite appear in the room and Malachite asks Queen Beryl, “You asked for us, my queen?”

 

Queen Beryl tells her three generals, “Look at this.”

 

Zoisite asks Queen Beryl, curiously, “What is it?”

 

Queen Beryl tells her generals, with an evil smile, “This is a beautiful piece of refined zarbonite.”

 

The three generals gasp in shock and Jadeite exclaims, amazed, “That's one of the most powerful materials that's infused with magic in the universe. Zarbonite is said to harder than any Earth material, even diamond, and can penetrate any armor, magical or otherwise.”

 

Queen Beryl says, with an evil smile, “Even Sailor Moon's Valkyrie Sailor Scout armor. I've had this saved in the bowels of the Negaverse for just such an occasion.”

 

Zoisite says, with an evil smile, “So, we can finally get rid of that Sailor Moon brat once and for all.”

 

Queen Beryl says, with an evil smile, “That's right, Zoisite. All we need to do is set the right bait for that moon brat and the only good bait is . . .”

 

Jadeite says, with an evil smile, “Putting innocent people in danger.”

 

Queen Beryl says, with an evil smile, “Yes! I hope that you are watching Queen Serenity for this is the day that your precious daughter finally meets her end! Thanks to this zarbonite spear and the evil magic that I've infused inside of it. When it kills Sailor Moon, the dark power will prevent her sailor crystal to allow her to be reborn! Today, she joins you in the grave, once and for all!” Queen Beryl then laughs evilly that would make many people get chills up his spine.

 

(Outside of Duel Academy; on the meanwhile)

 

Some distance from Duel Academy, we see a group of familiar figures flying through the air unnoticed by the rest of world. They are the elite forces of the Spirit World under the control of King Emma and the ones that tried to destroy Yusuke's body after he was killed for the second time by Sensui. They are none other than the Spirit Defense Forces led by Captain Ootaki.

 

One of his troops asks him, nervously, “Sir, are you sure about this? Urameshi was one thing, but this is totally another.”

 

Captain Ootaki tells his soldier, with a very serious tone, “Like it or not, we've got to do our duty. The reports are confirmed what we were told by King Emma. She is a descendant of the Yu-Zen, a demon clan that rivals the Ma-zoku, from her blood as Serena Tsukino. Like it or not, she needs to be destroyed.”

 

Captain Ootaki's female soldier tells him, “Sir, I don't want to doubt or disagree with his majesty's orders, but . . .”

 

Captain Ootaki asks her, “What is it, soldier?”

 

The female SDF member tells Captain Ootaki, “Well, I heard a nasty rumor that King Emma helped in the destruction of the Silver Millennium just because Queen Serenity wouldn't make any deals with him. And that because of that, there is a curse on his majesty that if he or anyone connected with him tries to interfere with the children of the Silver Millennium especially the Moon Princess, there shall come great tragedy.”

 

Captain Ootaki tells her female SDF member, with a very serious tone, “Stop with that nonsense and with those rumors about his majesty! Thanks to those Valkyrie Sailor Powers of her and her own spiritual powers, her power rival those of S-class demons and Yu-Zen are S-class rivals of the Ma-zoku! Imagine if that kind of power is unleashed onto the world . . . no, the universe!” The SDF yelp in shock and Captain Ootaki tells his soldiers, “She could become a far greater threat that the Light of Destruction is right now! We've got to make sure that doesn't happen no matter what!”

 

The SDF troops say in unison, “Yes, sir!”

 

However, the female SDF member thinks in her mind, “I've got a bad feeling about this. Something tells me that if we try anything with her, we will pay a terrible price.”

 

(Sometime later; Back on Academy Island)

 

Returning to Academy Island, near the nearby lake, we find innocent duelists running for their lives as Jadeite, Zoisite, and Malachite with a good sized legion of youma are attacking the duelists.

 

Zoisite says, with an evil smile, “Ah, I love the smell of chaos among these pathetic humans in the morning.”

 

Jadeite whispers to Malachite, in a curious tone, “Is Queen Beryl ready?”

 

Malachite tells Jadeite, with a sly grin, a nod, and whisper, “Yes. All we need is for you know who to arrive.”

 

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, “Stop right there!”

 

Jadeite whispers to Malachite, “Speak of the moon princess . . .” Soon after, the three generals and their youma look to see Valkyrie Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, the four Twilight Inner Moon Sailor Scouts, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter, the three Twilight Outer Sailor Scouts, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune, Eternal Sailor Pluto, Eternal Twilight Sailor Mini-Moon, the Sailor Quartet, Eternal Sailor Earth, Eternal Twilight Sailor Star, Inuyasha, Eternal Twilight Sailor Galaxy, Eternal Twilight Sailor Universe, Eternal Twilight Solar Sun, Kurama, and Hiei appear in front of them while Luna and Atriums hide in the bushes nearby to observe the battle.

 

Zoisite asks Valkyrie Sailor Moon, “Well, if it isn't the Moon brat and her new friends? What happened to your brother and the Sun Princess as well as their friends?”

 

Sailor Jupiter yells out, with a very serious tone, “They have more important things to do than deal with you pieces of trash!”

 

Sailor Mars calls out, with a serious tone, “What are up to this time?!”

 

Jadeite exclaims, with a dark nasty tone, “If you wenches are so smart, you figure it out!”

 

Malachite calls out, with a very serious tone, “Attack!” Soon after, the youma assaulted our heroes and heroines and an intense battle between our heroes and heroines start, but soon, the battle turns in our heroes and heroines favor. Inuyasha uses his Tessaiga against the youma and prepares his attack.

 

Inuyasha calls out, strongly, “Wind Scar!” Inuyasha slams his sword into the ground and around one dozen youma are cut to ribbons. Hiei uses his super-speed and his sword to cut dozen around one dozen more. Sailor Jupiter's own new Eternal Twilight powers allows her new levels of super-strength, so, she doesn't use her special attack, instead, she uses her martial skills and new speed and strength to easily dispatch the youma with powerful punches and kicks.

 

Sailor Mars brings out her ofuda scrolls, charges them with her spells, and she chants out, “Rin, pyou, tou, sha, kai, jin, retsu, sai, zen. Akuryou Taisan! Mars Fireball Charge!” Sailor Mars launches half of dozen ofuda scrolls at the youma and paralyzes them.

 

“Amazoness Jungle Arrow!”

 

The Sailor Quartet launches their arrows at the youma and destroys four of them while Sailor Star launches two of her own arrows to destroy two more youma to cover the Sailor Quartet. On the meanwhile, Valkyrie Sailor Moon easily cuts down youma after youma with her sword and Tuxedo Mask is having the same situation with his cane and roses.

 

“Twilight Universe Elemental Twister!”

 

Sailor Universe creates a huge twister made of wind, water, fire, and earth energy that swallows another dozen youma.

 

“Spirit Gun!”

 

Solar Sun and Sailor Galaxy launch beams of spirit energy from their right index fingers at another group of youma and the youma scream out in terror and extreme pain as they are vaporized by the powerful spirit energy assault. However, as our heroes and heroines are still occupied by the shrinking number of youma, Queen Beryl is waiting from a position in the shadows and prepares her spear for her attack.

 

Queen Beryl thinks in her mind, evilly, “How predictable. The Moon Princess is just as pathetic as her mother. Caring about others, bleeding her heart for the pains of others . . . it makes me sick. Soon, she will follow her mother to her eternal rest and she won't be coming back ever! That will just leave her brother and that will be the final end of the Moon Kingdom royal family once and for all!” Queen Beryl looks to see our heroes and heroines are fully distracted and Queen Beryl makes her move making herself know by coming out into the open.

 

Kurama quickly notices her and yells out, “Your majesty, look out!”

 

Everyone gets a quick look of Queen Beryl, she brings her zarbonite spear to bear, and Queen Beryl yells out, with an evil smile, “Time to make a choice, Princess! The man that you care most or your life!” Queen Beryl immediately throws the zarbonite spear right at Tuxedo Mask and Valkyrie Sailor Moon gasps in horror at the attack. There was no time for Tuxedo Mask to dodge the attack and Valkyrie Sailor Moon, acting on pure instinct, immediately pushes Tuxedo Mask out of the way.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon yells out, shocked, “Look out!” That was the last words she would seemly say as the zarbonite spear easily goes through her Valkyrie Sailor Scout armor and impales her right through the chest! Time seems to stop at that moment as our heroes and heroines, even Hiei who gives a shocked look, give horrified looks.

 

Luna, Sailor Mars, and Tuxedo Mask yell out in pure horror, “SERENA!!!”

 

Sailor Mini-Moon calls out, horrified, “MOMMY!!!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon coughs out a huge amount of blood with a stunned look at her expression and falls to her knees. Immediately, our heroes and heroines stop battling the enemy and immediately race to the fatally injured Valkyrie Sailor Moon who is cradled in Tuxedo Mask's arms. Sailor Jupiter immediately pulls out the spear from Valkyrie Sailor Moon's chest causing her to groan out in pain.

 

Solar Sun shouts out, stunned, “What in the fucking shit?! How can a stupid spear penetrate that armor of hers?!”

 

Sailor Pluto looks at the spear, gasps, and yells out, stunned, “Oh no! That's refined zarbonite, one of the strongest minerals in the universe! It contains powerful mystical qualities and it can penetrate any Earth material even diamond and goes through many magical enhanced armors!”

 

Queen Beryl laughs evilly and exclaims, “That's right, Pluto! That pathetic little moon princess played her part perfectly! I know that what happened with the Light of Destruction would cause her to be more protective of the people that she loved and to get rid of her, target the people that she cares about! The zarbonite took care of her armor and the evil magic implanted in it would take care of the rest! Now, it has infected her and when she dies, she can never be reborn EVER! You've failed your princess for good!”

 

Sailor Venus yells out, in disbelief, “No, this can't be happening!”

 

Sailor Saturn tries to use her healing powers on Valkyrie Sailor Moon, but no effect causing Sailor Saturn to say, horrified, “No! My healing powers are blocked!”

 

Queen Beryl says, with an evil smile, “Nice try, Saturn! But I know all about your healing abilities and I've made sure that you aren't able to heal your precious princess!”

 

Sailor Mercury says, fearfully, “We need to hurry! Her wound is fatal!”

 

Tuxedo Mask tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, with tears in his eyes, “Serena . . . please hold on . . . just hold on . . . we'll get through this . . . we've found a way . . .”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon smiles and she tells Tuxedo Mask, weakly, “. . . I'm just glad that you . . . *cough* . . . you are safe . . . *cough* . . . my love . . .”

 

Tuxedo Mask tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, weakly, “Serena . . . don't say . . . please . . . we'll get through this . . .”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, weakly and with a warm smile, “Tell Jaden . . . I was glad to have known . . . him . . . *cough* . . . I . . . I . . . I love you, Darien . . . now and forever . . .” Valkyrie Sailor Moon then slowly closes her eyes, her breathing stops, and her heart stops beating as she dies in Tuxedo Mask's arms. For a few moments, after all they've been through, flashes through our Moon Kingdom Sailor Scout's eyes.

 

Sailor Uranus yells out, with tears for the rear time in life and in total disbelief, “No, this can't be!”

 

Sailor Saturn calls out, horrified and teary-eyed, “Serena-hime, please don't leave! Please don't leave us!”

 

Tuxedo Mask has tears flowing down his eyes and he, Sailor Mars, Sailor Venus, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Mercury yell out, horrified, “SERENA!!!” Soon after, the inner Sailor Scouts of the Moon Kingdom were all teary-eyes and horrified to see their best friend and princess dead in her beloved's arms and thanks to the evil of Queen Beryl, never coming back. Sailor Mini-Moon prepared for the inevitable since she knows that without Serena, she can't exist in this world anymore and the future is gone.

 

Queen Beryl calls out, with an evil triumphant tone and evil sly smile, “Yes! Yes! I've won! The princess is finally dead and the `snake' has survived! Queen Serenity must be shedding tears from her grave through she and her precious daughter are now reunited! Ha! Ha! Ha!”

 

Tuxedo Mask cries out, teary-eyes and heart-broken, “Serena . . . you can't . . . you can't leave me . . . please . . .!” Tuxedo Mask gently cradles Valkyrie Sailor Moon's lifeless form in his arms.

 

Sailor Mars states, horrified and saddened, “You, Meatball Head . . . Why? Why did you do it?”

 

Soon after, Kuwabara, Solar Moon, Sailor Sun, Sailor Leo, Sailor Aquarius, Sailor Aries, and Sailor Libra arrive and they gasp in horror to see Valkyrie Sailor Moon's lifeless form in Tuxedo Mask's arms and Solar Moon cries out, horrified, “Serena!”

 

Sailor Aquarius calls out, stunned, “Oh no!”

 

Sailor Sun looks at Queen Beryl and yells out, angrily, “Beryl!”

 

Queen Beryl notices the group and calls out, with an evil smile, “You are too late, Princess Arinna! Your beloved's precious sister is gone and she is gone for good!”

 

Hiei says, with an angered tone, “I don't like this moon princess, but she had true honor like a warrior and you are a coward to strike from the shadows and use others to get to her.”

 

Sailor Galaxy shouts out, in an enraged tone, “Beryl, I don't know what it will take, but you will pay!”

 

Solar Sun yells out, totally pissed off, “Beryl, you are dead!”

 

Queen Beryl shouts out, with an evil smile, “Take your best shot!” Just then multiple gun-like `bangs' are heard and everyone looks to the source to see Queen Beryl and her three general get blasted by multiple spirit gun blasts, sending them flying through the air, and crashing into the ground, extremely hard. From the smoke of the attack, figures appear in the distance and when the smoke clears, the SDF revealed standing in front of our heroes and heroines.

 

Sailor Galaxy says, with an annoyed tone, “Not these tools again!”

 

Sailor Neptune asks, with a serious tone, “I take it that you know them!”

 

Kurama says, with a serious tone, “They are the elite soldiers of the Spirit World that answer to King Emma directly. They are called out when extreme emergencies in the human world here on Earth.”

 

Solar Sun says, with a serious tone, “And they are the ones that tried to knock me and Kari off when toddler breath's daddy found out that Kari and I were descendants of Raizen.”

 

Sailor Universe yells out at them, in a serious tone, “What do you want this time?! I thought that our business with you was over with!”

 

Captain Ootaki says, with a serious tone, “Indeed, our business was done and over with, Ms. Yukimura! As King Emma stated, Yusuke and Hikari Urameshi's death warrants have been null and void and as long as they don't cause any trouble, they won't be targets of the spirit world and they are not.”

 

Solar Sun says, with a serious tone, “Okay! Why are you here then?! If you are here about those white dorks, well, you are a little late for my tastes!”

 

Captain Ootaki replies, with a serious tone, “I'm sorry, Urameshi, but the Light of Destruction is out of our jurisdiction to prosecute.”

 

Solar Sun replies, with a serious tone, “Oh, please! You are just plain scared about him and you know that the only ones that can beat him are the `Chosen Duelists'!”

 

Captain Ootaki replies, sarcastically, “Then it should be a problem for the great former spirit detective, Yusuke Urameshi, and his sister to defeat since they are two of the six Chosen Duelists in the prophecy.”

 

Sailor Galaxy yells out, seriously, “Cut the crap, Ootaki! Tell us why you are here!” Sailor Galaxy says, with a serious tone, “And if it is to get your hands on Alexis and Atticus just because they are Ma-zoku, it will be over our dead bodies!”

 

Hiei says, with a sly grin, “Or theirs since they know how powerful we are.”

 

Captain Ootaki gives a nervous sweatdrop and says, trying to sound strong and serious, “As much as I like to take you up on your challenge, we have more important work to do.” Captain Ootaki points directly at Valkyrie Sailor Moon's lifeless form and he says, plainly, “Serena Tsukino also known as Sailor Moon, protector of the universe and this world, and reincarnation of Princess Serenity, daughter of Queen Serenity . . . direct Earth descendant of the Yu-zen.”

 

Hiei's eyes wide in rare surprise and Kurama yells out, lashing out with rare anger, “You are insane!” Kurama steps forward and yells out, angrily, “That's a vile accusation against the daughter of Queen Serenity and you do it in front of her corpse after her brutal murder!”

 

Sailor Galaxy tells Kurama, curiously, “What's up, Hiei?”

 

Kurama says, with a serious tone, “The Yu-Zen are an elite class of S-class demons that rival the Ma-zoku in power and ability as warriors, but how also have great power in the mystical and super-natural and are the great `summoners' with the ability to summon the `darkest' spirits of the spiritual, super-natural, and the demonic. In fact, they worship the very power that you've been infused with: The Darkness of Salvation. And they loathe and despise the Light of Destruction and anyone that reeks or worships that evil power.” Kurama then says, with a serious tone, “And they are accusing of Sailor Moon being a descendant of that demon line when they have vanished for many millennia!”

 

Captain Ootaki calls out, seriously, “Oh, really? Then why is she still here?!” Everyone looks to where Captain Ootaki is pointing and they gasp to see Sailor Mini-Moon just fine in front of them.

 

Sailor Venus yells out, seriously, “Wait a minute! Isn't Rini supposed to vanish since Serena is gone for good?!”

 

Sailor Saturn asks, perplexed, “Then why is she still here?”

 

Captain Ootaki yells out, with a deadly serious tone, “I'll tell you why! Because of the seed of darkness within her from her Earth ancestry is ready to bloom! Around the same time that Raizen of the Ma-zoku mated with a human being with Yusuke's and Hikari's ancestor, another demon, a female Yu-Zen, known as Succ-Zen, seduced a human to mate with him and infused her gene in a human line and it was Tsukino family bloodline!”

 

Sailor Sun yells out, stunned, “Wait! Does that mean that Serena is like Yusuke and Hikari? She is half-demon with dormant demon blood inside of her!”

 

Captain Ootaki shouts out, aiming his right palm at Valkyrie Sailor Moon's body, “And that's why we must destroy her body before her demon blood revives her!” Just then two Spirit Gun blasts pass right by him and he yelps back as he is thrown back by the force of the attacks. He looks to see Solar Moon being the one that fired the attack.

 

Solar Moon calls out, in a deadly serious tone not heard in him before, “You stay away from my sister!”

 

Captain Ootaki yells out, with a serious tone, “You fool! You would want your sister to become the greatest threat in the universe! The Light of Destruction will be nothing compared to her when her demon blood awakens! With her Valkyrie Sailor Scout and Spirit powers, she already gained a level of power needed for her demon blood to awaken! It didn't before because her levels of power were too weak, but thanks to her gradual increase in her powers, her awakening spirit powers, and her level of Valkyrie Sailor powers gained that deficiency has been amended! Now, the beast within her is ready to awaken and with her powers already in S-class levels, she will turn into a bigger demon that the Light of Destruction was or could ever be!” Just then two more Spirit Gun blasts passed by his cheeks and he yelps back in shock.

 

The SDF member yell out in unison, “Captain!” Captain Ootaki and the rest of the SDF look to see that it was Solar Sun and Sailor Galaxy were the ones that fired the blasts.

 

Sailor Galaxy calls out, seriously and angered tone, “You talk like that about Serena again and we will blast where the sun don't shine asshole!”

 

Captain Ootaki says, with an annoyed tone, “Damn you! You, two, might be half-demon, but you are thick-headed humans in my book! You risk the safety of the universe for one girl!”

 

Solar Sun says, with a nasty tone, “Hey, idiot, if you had forgotten, she isn't just `one girl'! She is a person that risked her life and suffered a lot to protect our planet Earth, asshole! And I will be damned to hell if I let you do her in, part-demon or not!”

 

Captain Ootaki says, lowly with an annoyed tone, “Damn Urameshi. He is more thick-headed human than demon. Sometimes I wish he act more demon since even regular demons have more sense than him.”

 

Just then a SDF member yells out, fearfully, “Captain!” Captain Ootaki looks at his SDF member, he points at something, and Captain Ootaki looks where the SDF member is pointing causing him to gasp to see Valkyrie Sailor Moon's seemly lifeless body starting to glow a bright red with demon energy!

 

Kurama yells out, stunned, “I can't believe it! That's demon energy that Sailor Moon is producing!”

 

Sailor Uranus says, shocked, “You've got to be kidding.”

 

Sailor Mars says, seriously, “I don't want to believe this, but Kurama is right! Sailor Moon is producing demon energy!”

 

Kuwabara shouts out, stunned, “So, she is a demon?!”

 

Queen Beryl, who has recovered from the sneak attack of the SDF, thinks in her mind, with an evil sly smile, “How ironic. The demon fighting moon princess actually turns about to be a demon herself!”

 

The female member of the SDF asks Captain Ootaki, worriedly, “What should we do now, sir?”

 

Captain Ootaki says, with a serious tone and a whisper, “We need to stop her demonic resurrection at all costs.” Captain Ootaki then uses his spirit energy to launch an energy surge that throws our heroes and heroines away, who are surprised, but unhurt by the attack. However, Valkyrie Sailor Moon's body, glowing with demon energy, is thrown from Tuxedo Mask's arms and onto the ground where it rises into the air.

 

Captain Ootaki yells out, with a serious tone, “Hurry, men! Stop her demonic revival at all costs!”

 

The SDF prepare their attacks to fire, but then dark clouds cover the whole aura, Sailor Mars, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Star, Solar Sun, Sailor Galaxy, Inuyasha, and Kuwabara sense a great demonic force in the aura, and a beautiful and mysterious female demonic voice calls out, “This I cannot allow!” Just then group rips open and barriers of demon energy surround Valkyrie Sailor Moon's body.

 

Sailor Star yells out, seriously, “There is great demon energy all around us!”

 

Inuyasha says, seriously, “Kagome's right! There is demon energy all around us! Some really powerful demon is protecting your friend and princess!”

 

Sailor Venus yells out, “But what kind of demon wants to protect Serena?!”

 

Sailor Uranus says, seriously, “Someone that wants her demon blood to awaken.”

 

Captain Ootaki yells out, seriously, “What in the hell are you waiting for?! Fire!” The SDF launch their attacks immediately, but the barriers absorb their attacks and made them unable to great through. Soon enough, the wounds from Queen Beryl's attack heal, Valkyrie Sailor Moon's fingers twitch a bit, and then Valkyrie Sailor Moon gives a great gasp as she opens her eyes as her body float back down to the ground.

 

Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Sailor Mercury yells out, amazed, “She's alive!”

 

Captain Ootaki says, lowly and stunned, “Oh no. We're too late.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon moans as she slowly gets to her feet, finds the barriers of demon energy around her, finds herself glowing red, and asks, “What the?! What's going on?!”

 

Just then Tuxedo Mask calls out, “Serena!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon turns towards the source of the voice to see her stunned friends, looking at her with amazed looks.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon yells out, stunned, “Guys?! Girls?! What's going on?! Why are you looking at me like that?!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon then winches in pain as her heart starts to race and she starts to tremble.

 

Sailor Galaxy asks, perplexed, “What's wrong with her?”

 

Just then beautiful and mysterious female demon voice calls out, “Sailor Moon . . .!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon calls out, “Who is that?! Who are you?!”

 

The beautiful and mysterious female demon voice yells out, seriously, “You have been reborn with powers beyond your imagination, but you don't how to use your new power! Let me show you!” Just then Valkyrie Sailor Moon's new demon aura starts to flare huge winds and she starts to feel strange.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon asks, perplexed and straining, “What . . . What's going on? What are you doing to . . . to me?!” However, before an answer can be given, her pigtails rise into the air, her helmet files off her head, and Valkyrie Sailor Moon close her eyes as she gives an ear-piercing scream as she undergoes some kind of transformation and her demon energy engulfs her!

 

Tuxedo Mask yells out, shocked, “Serena!”

 

Sailor Mini-Moon calls out, horrified, “Mommy!”

 

Sailor Jupiter calls out, perplexed and horrified, “What's happening to her?!”

 

Kurama says, with a serious tone, “I'm not sure! It could be that her body is being transformed by her newly active demon blood!”

 

Solar Sun thinks in his mind, seriously, “I know exactly what's happening to her because those words right now are similar to those that Raizen told me when he used me his as personal puppet during my battle with Sensui! And I can tell you that this isn't going to be good!” Just then the strong winds and demon energy start to die down, Valkyrie Sailor Moon's figure can be seen through the dust and dirt kicked up into the air, and everyone looks to wonder what happened to the Princess and Sailor Soldier of the Moon. When the demon energy, winds, dust, and dirt finally die down, everyone, hero and villain, were treated to an incredible sight.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon's pigtails had become dark violet in color with black and crimson blood red highlights, there were dark blue demonic markings all over her face, her lips are dark blue in color now, and her fingernails have transformed into dark violet claws similar to Inuyasha's claws. When Valkyrie Sailor Moon opens her eyes, they have become a deep dark violet and look more demonic in nature.

 

Kuwabara asks, a bit fearfully, “Is that . . . Is that really her?”

 

Kurama says, with a serious tone, “I'm afraid so. I'm not sure what triggered it, but her body has transformed based on the Yu-Zen gene within her body. Those are the markings of the Yu-Zen on her face. I know them well in the legends and myths of the demon world. Sailor Moon is indeed a descendant of that demon clan.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon then says, her voice sounding duel layered with her own and the mysterious female demon voice, “Well, isn't this interesting?”

 

Jadeite says, with an evil sly sneer, “How ironic. The pure princess turns out to be a real-life demon.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, in her duel voice and with a dark demonic nasty tone, “Better to be a demon than a heartless devil like you, Jadeite.” Valkyrie Sailor Moon turns her glare to Queen Beryl and her generals and she says, with a dark demonic serious tone, “I'm not known by the nickname of `Bunny' for nothing. I've got good hearing and it looks like this new demon blood made my hearing a lot better, you mindless twit.”

 

Jadeite calls out, with an angered tone, “What did you say?!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, with a dark demonic nasty tone, “Didn't you hear me you pathetic stooge?!”

 

Our heroes and heroines gather together and get some distance from the battle that's about to start with Sailor Neptune says, worriedly, “That doesn't sound like Serena at all.”

 

Sailor Uranus says, with a serious tone, “I'm not sure that's Serena. That's her body, but I'm not sure she is in control of it at the moment.”

 

Sailor Venus asks, perplexed, “What?! Are you saying that she is possessed or something?!”

 

Tuxedo Mask says, seriously, “Uranus is right.” Everyone looks at Tuxedo Mask and he says, with his hand over his heart, “That's not Serena! That's her body, but the person or whatever in control of it isn't Serena!”

 

Sailor Mars says, seriously, “Wait! I'm sensing two presences within him. Serena's and someone else . . . some kind of demonic presence.”

 

Sailor Mercury and Sailor Aquarius scan Valkyrie Sailor Moon with their scanners and Sailor Mercury says, seriously, “Rei's right. There seems to be another set of brainwave patters within Serena's body. Somehow, during her `transformation', a demon presence took her over. And most likely, it was that this demon presence that triggered her `demonic transformation' in the first place.”

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a dark demonic scowl, “I don't think so.” Valkyrie Sailor Moon holds her right arm towards Queen Beryl and her three generals, fires four red energy rings, and the energy rings wrap around the four of them entrapping them. They try to break free

 

Zoisite calls out, “What in the hell is this?!”

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, with a dark demonic nasty tone, “No, duh, genius!”

 

Queen Beryl yells out, with an angered tone, “Release at once, you little bitch!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon retorts, with a dark demonic angered tone, “You don't give the orders around here you fucking wench!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon closes her right hand into a fist and Queen Beryl and the three generals yell out in extreme pain as they are shocked by powerful demonic and mystical electrical energy forcing them to their knees. Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a dark demonic wicked smile on her lips, “I've waited a long time for that, Beryl. Seeing you on your kneeing, bowing at my feet where you belong.” Just then a blast of spirit energy slams into her, but he doesn't even harm her in the least. Valkyrie Sailor Moon dust herself off, turns towards the source of the attacks, finds it was Captain Ootaki, who has a surprised and stunned look on his face, and Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a dark demonic serious tone, “All right, you damn tools, you want my attention? Well, you got it!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon then starts walking towards the SDF and she calls out back to Queen Beryl, in a dark demonic serious tone, “Don't worry, Beryl! I'll take care of you and your Three Stooges soon enough!”

 

Captain Ootaki prepare to defend themselves and the leader of the SDF yells out, seriously, “Stop right there!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a dark demonic sly smile, “Hey, that's my line, you know?! I should sue you damn tools for copyright infringement!”

 

Captain Ootaki says, nervously, but trying to sound strong, “All right, Sailor Moon, you had better surrender peacefully or we will have to use deadly force!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon gives a dark demonic snicker and then it turns to all right full blown dark demonic laughter. Captain Ootaki says, with an annoyed tone, “You think that this is funny?!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon stops laughing and replies, with a dark demonic nasty tone, “No, I think that you useless tools of King Emma are if you think that you can hurt me?! Ooh, by the way, I think that I remember your fucking king! That overgrown tyrant helped Beryl destroy my home if I'm not mistaken!”

 

Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Solar Sun exclaims, seriously, “Wait! Koemna's father helped an evil force destroy the Silver Millennium long ago?!”

 

Sailor Pluto nods her head and says, with a serious tone, “Yes. And that's the reason that I don't trust anyone from the realm of King Emma expect for Botan and King Emma's son.”

 

Captain Ootaki yells out, angrily, “Lies! Our king would never do that!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, with a dark demonic serious tone, “The only liar is your king! He desired power and he tried to force my mother to get him more power into an alliance! However, my mom, the great Queen Serenity, outsmarted him and managed to keep him from getting more power! And for that, he took revenge by revealing the defenses of the Silver Alliances on the day that the Negaverse destroyed the Silver Millennium when he sent spies to reveal that information to her! You, bunch, think that you are protecting truth and justice! Ha! You are nothing more than damn tools for a power-hungry king! All he cares about is his own power and he will do anything to keep it! Why do you think that he tried to kill Yusuke and Hikari?! Simple! Because he is afraid that the prophecy that a hanyou, a half-demon, will be the one to take him off the throne of the Spirit World and strip him of all his power!”

 

Sailor Galaxy yells out, with a serious tone, “What?! Is that why jerk tried to off my bro and me?!”

 

Sailor Pluto tells Sailor Galaxy, nodding her head, “Long ago, back in the Silver Millennium, a prophet told King Emma that because of his tyrannical ways, that one day a half-demon shall take him off his throne and he shall known ever lasting suffering for his crimes after he is dethroned. That is why that King Emma tried to kill, not only because you were descendants of the Ma-zoku, but because of that prophecy.”

 

Solar Sun calls out, angrily, “That SOB! I should have really gone up to the Spirit World to stick my foot up his glorified ass!”

 

Captain Ootaki exclaims, angrily, “How dare you slander our king like that, demon?! I don't care if you are the daughter of the great Queen Serenity, you take that back or . . .!!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, with a dark demonic wicked smile on her lips that makes her look similar to Wicked Lady, which nerves Sailor Mini-Moon, “Or else what?! You pathetic tools are just as brainless as those peons under the control of that fucking freak, the Light of Destruction! My powers were way strong than yours when I just human, but now, with these demonic powers, you couldn't even scratch me, much less hurt me.” Valkyrie Sailor Moon then makes a motion that implies `come and get her' and she says, with a dark demonic sarcastic tone, “But if you are so eager to get yourselves driven into the ground . . . try me.”

 

Captain Ootaki calls out, with a very serious tone, “All right, witch, you are going to get it! Everyone! Stop pissing in your pants and fire!” All of the SDF fires their spirit energy blasts at Valkyrie Sailor Moon, but all she does is yawn, holds her left palm forward, and she creates a powerful energy barrier that easily negates the attack of the SDF without much trouble.

 

The SDF gasp in shock and one of its members says, in disbelief, “No way! She just created a simple barrier and our attacks are useless.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a dark demonic sly smile on her lips, “My turn, maggots!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon then gives a loud cry of power and creates a huge shockwave that shoots towards the SDF while our heroes and heroines can barely hang on from the strong winds caused by the excess energy of the shockwave, but Yeshua immediately appears and creates a powerful barrier to protect them.

 

Sailor Star calls out, amazed, “Yeshua!”

 

Inuyasha says, annoyed, “It's about time!” On the meanwhile, the SDF were thrown right into the air and immediately, Valkyrie Sailor Moon uses her new demonic enhanced speed to vanish and with incredible ease and swiftness, she ruthless and without mercy, bashes every single member, expect for Captain Ootaki, right into the ground. When Valkyrie Sailor Moon's quick and ruthless assault is over, Captain Ootaki is horrified to see every single member of his team on the ground, beaten bloody, their uniforms torn, and moaning and groaning for pain.

 

Kuwabara calls out, shocked, “Oh, shit! She just ripped them apart like paper!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon tells Captain Ootaki, with dark demonic wicked grin on her lips, “Oops. I guess that I don't know my own strength.”

 

Captain Ootaki screams out, totally enraged, “You! You shall pay for this! No one makes the Spirit Defense Forces into a joke!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, with a dark demonic sarcastic tone, “Funny, you mindless morons do that just fine by yourselves!”

 

Captain Ootaki roars out, angrily, “That does it! You are going to . . .!!” But before he could utter another word, Valkyrie Sailor Moon uses her demonic enhanced super-speed to get to Ootaki and ram her right fist into Ootaki's chest with bone-crushing force causing him to cough up a lot of blood from his mouth.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon tells Captain Ootaki, with a dark demonic sly tone, “One chance: Give up and you can go in peace. If you don't, you will end up in pieces!”

 

Captain Ootaki says, nervous and in pain, but trying to stay strong, “Never . . . Do . . . your worst . . .”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, with a dark demonic serious tone, “You will regret those words, tool.” The possessed Valkyrie Sailor Moon made good on her promise as she starts to ruthless beat the leader of the Spirit Defense points into the ground and for the next minute or two, our heroes and heroines can only look on disbelief and horror as the new `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' ruthlessly attacks her enemy without remorse or mercy. Horribly bloody gashes appear on Ootaki's face and one powerful kick from Valkyrie Sailor Moon crushes Ootaki's left upper arm bone causing him to cry out in extreme pain. Sailor Mini-Moon hid her face in her future father's cloak unable to bear seeing her future mother's possessed form continue to ruthless attack the currently helpless Captain Ootaki. The possessed Valkyrie Sailor Moon rams her right fist into Ootaki's nose, breaking it badly, and then she grabs him by the throat and flies into the air. With one loud battle cry, the `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' launches Captain Ootaki right into the ground, in which he slams with terrific force putting inside of deep crater created by his fast falling form. Soon after, the possessed Valkyrie Sailor Moon lands at the edge of the crater created by her throwing Captain Ootaki violently into the ground and she crosses her arms over her chest.

 

Captain Ootaki, his right leg broken from the fall, several of his ribs crushed, his left arm upper arm bone, and other injures, tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, weakly, “Fine . . . you monster . . . you won . . . just finish it . . . but I won't surrender or bow to you . . .”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, with a dark demonic serious tone, “You would think that I'm a coward and attack a person while they are down on the ground! Unlike your king, I know the meaning of honor! This battle is over and you are finished! We're done!” The `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' then notices Queen Beryl managing to escape her bond and floats away.

 

Captain Ootaki says, weakly, “No . . . We're not done here . . . This isn't finished . . .” Captain Ootaki then rolls around and starts to crawl out of the crater.

 

Queen Beryl is trying to aid in freeing her generals and says, with a sneer, “I can't believe you weakling can't get out of simple bindings! You pathetic weaklings!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon's demonic voice booms, with a dark demonic serious tone, “Beryl!” Queen Beryl turns around to face the possessed Valkyrie Sailor Moon only to get blasted in the right of her face by a beam of demon energy and Queen Beryl holds her badly burned and bleeding face while crying out in extreme pain. Valkyrie Sailor Moon tells Queen Beryl, with a dark demonic wicked tone, “That's not a bad look for you, Beryl! I hope that it is permanent!”

 

Queen Beryl shouts out, while holding her injured face in pain, “You will pay for this, you moon brat!” Queen Beryl then prepares to you her left hand to attack the `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon', but with lightning reflexes and her new demon enhanced speed, she gets over to Queen Beryl and lops her left hand and lower arms with one swipe of her sword. Queen Beryl cries out in extreme pain as she holds the bloody stump of what was left of her left arm in extreme pain.

 

Sailor Universe says, looking grossed out, “I think that I'm going to be sick!”

 

Sailor Libra tells Sailor Universe, also grossed out, “I'm with you there girlfriend!”

 

Sailor Aries yells out, stunned and shocked, “Sailor Moon cut off Beryl's arm! Oh Geez!”

 

Sailor Galaxy tells Sailor Aries, with a serious tone, “Remember, that's not Sailor Moon! Her body is under the control of another demon! Just like bro was during his fight with Sensui!”

 

Sailor Venus asks, perplexed, “But who is controlling her?!”

 

Sailor Uranus says, seriously, “I don't know, but I'm not going to stick around before that `thing' in her body and using her makes her put blood on her hands by killing someone!”

 

Sailor Jupiter calls out, seriously, “But how?! Sailor Moon is the strongest among us before she got these wicked demon powers and now, she has the powers of the highest of demon in her body! I don't think that Sailor Galaxia could defeat her now!”

 

Sailor Galaxy says, with a serious tone, “My bro, Sailor Sun, and I might have a chance since we have Ma-zoku blood in our bodies.”

 

Sailor Mars says, seriously, “Well, we had better hurry and decide what to do before that demon makes Serena turn someone into sushi!”

 

On the meanwhile, Valkyrie Sailor Moon tells Queen Beryl, with a dark demonic sly sarcastic tone, “Well, it looks like that you have been `disarmed' Beryl!” But then the possessed Valkyrie Sailor Moon is hit in the back by a blast of spirit energy. However, the `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' isn't hurt and she turns to find that her attacker is the seriously injured Captain Ootaki.

 

Captain Ootaki tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, weakly, “I . . . told you that . . . we . . . were not finished . . . demon . . .”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon yells out, in a dark demonic annoyed tone, “I gave you a chance to stay down and live and this is how you repay me! By using a coward's tactic and attacking from the behind, huh?! Well, in life, we make our choices and your choices has just sealed your fate!” Valkyrie Sailor Moon points her right index and middle finger at Captain Ootaki and she fires a red beam of demon energy into his unbroken leg, tearing into his uniform, and causing him to yelp out in pain as he is badly burned on his leg. Valkyrie Sailor Moon then starts to fire more blasts of demon energy that rip and tear into the Captain Ootaki and he cries out in pain as the blasts rip into his uniform, tearing it apart, and burning his skin very badly as well as giving him nasty bleeding gashes.

 

The female member of SDF yells out, horrified, “Captain Ootaki!”

 

Our heroes and heroines watch in horror and Solar Moon calls out, worriedly, “We have to do something before that demon controlling her body makes her kill him!”

 

Solar Sun says, with a serious tone, “Don't say anymore, Jay!” Immediately, Solar Sun and Sailor Galaxy prepare to try something to stop the `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' before she kills Captain Ootaki. However, the possessed Valkyrie Sailor Moon points her right index finger and starts gathering her demon energy in one large Spirit Gun attack.

 

Sailor Neptune calls out, stunned, “She is going to do it!”

 

Just before `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' attacks, Sailor Mini-Moon yells out, horrified, “Mommy, I know that you are in there! Fight it! Stop the demon controlling you!”

 

Tuxedo Mask shouts out, begging, “Serena!” Just then `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' winches in pain and is unable to move.

 

`Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' thinks in her mind, with a dark demonic serious tone and in the beautiful and mysterious female demon's voice, “What in the hell?! Why can't I move?!” Just then a spiritual image of the real Valkyrie Sailor Moon holding her demonic counterpart appears.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon calls out, in her own mind seriously, “I don't know how you are, but I won't let you kill anyone especially with my body!”

 

`Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' replies, with a dark demonic serious tone, “Stop it! This doesn't concern you! Now, let go!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, seriously, “No! And this is my body, so, this does concern me! Now, get out of my body!”

 

`Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' retorts, with a dark demonic strong tone, “Not until this is over! Now, let go!” `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' throws the real Valkyrie Sailor Moon back for a moment and regains control for a moment. She then yells out, with a dark demonic serious tone, “So long!” `Demon Valkyrie Sailor Moon' fires the Spirit Gun blast full of demon energy right at Captain Ootaki, but then she loses control and the real Valkyrie Sailor Moon regains control as her eyes transform from dark violet into their original cerulean blue.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon, seeing the attack head for Captain Ootaki, calls out, in her normal voice, “Look out!”

 

Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Kurama yells out, “She has regained control of her body!” And for Solar Sun and Sailor Galaxy, that's all they needed to know.

 

“Spirit Gun!”

 

Solar Sun and Sailor Galaxy fire their own spirit energy attacks at the demon energy attack and the two attacks overtake the demon energy one, sending into the sky, and it explodes harmless in the sky. Soon after, Valkyrie Sailor Moon looks fatigued and wobbly causing her to faint onto the ground on her back while Tuxedo Mask and the others head over to them. On the meanwhile, Queen Beryl, with one arm gone, and her three generals, who finally freed themselves, teleport away. However, our heroes and heroines attention turns to the fallen Valkyrie Sailor Moon, who still has her claws, demonic markings, and changed hair color.

 

Tuxedo Mask puts Valkyrie Sailor Moon into his arms and he asks, concerned, “Serena?” Valkyrie Sailor Moon gives a loud groan as she slowly wakes up and gets into a sitting position.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon asks, perplexed, “What the heck happened to me?”

 

Sailor Mars exclaims, stunned, “You mean that you don't remember Meatball Head?!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon replies, confused, “Remember what? The last thing that I remember was being surrounded by weird red energy after waking from being dead, that voice coming from everywhere, and then everything is a blank.” Valkyrie Sailor Moon then looks at her hands, yelps out in shock, and calls out, stunned, “What in the heck?! What happened to my hands?! It looks like I didn't file my nails for weeks!”

 

Koemna's voice then calls out, “I can explain, your majesty.” Our heroes and heroines then look to see Koemna and Botan walking towards them.

 

Solar Sun yells out, angrily, “It's about time, toddler breath! Your daddy's little tools were trying to kill Serena here!”

Valkyrie Sailor Moon asks, perplexed, “Kill me?”

 

Botan tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, handing her a mirror, “We will get to that in a minute, but I think that you should take a look at this.” Valkyrie Sailor Moon looks at herself in the mirror, nearly freaks out at the demonic markings all over her face, and nearly drops the mirror into the ground as she shrieks with shock.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon calls out, shocked, “What in the world?! What happened to my face?! I look like one of those damn street punk girls!”

 

Koemna tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, with a serious tone, “Those are the markings from your demon ancestor, Serena.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon asks, perplexed, “My what?”

 

Koemna tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, with a serious tone, “Let me explain!” Soon after, Koemna gives an explanation about the Yu-Zen and her connection to her.

 

When he was done, Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, in disbelief, “Are you saying that I'm some kind of demon?!”

 

Botan tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, “Half-demon, actually, Serena. You are like Yusuke and Kari are now.”

 

Koemna tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon along with the rest of our heroes and heroines, “Yes, around forty generations ago, at or around the same time that Raizen, Yusuke's and Kari's Ma-zoku ancestor was in the human world and mated with their human ancestor, another type of demon that rivaled the Ma-zoku, a female Yu-Zen, a warrior demon with great mystical and super-natural powers as well, also fell in love with another human and mated with him. The Yu-Zen gene then was passed on through the generations of the Tsukino family bloodline until it ended up in you, Serena. The Yu-Zen are demons that worship the Darkness of Salvation, the dark power within you and the others, and despises anyone that reeks of or worships the Light of Destruction, one of your current enemies. They are powerful warriors that rival the Ma-zoku, however, unlike the Ma-zoku, they are powerful mystics in the realms of the mystic and super-natural. They can summon powerful `dark' spirits, regular or demon spirits, as well! They can be just as ruthless as the Ma-zoku, but they fight with a strict honor code.”

 

Sailor Mercury says, logically, “That's why the demon within Serena didn't attack Captain Ootaki after she slammed him into the ground.”

 

Koemna nods his head and says, “That's because it violated their code, but that doesn't mean that they aren't killers. They will kill someone ruthless unless it violates their code of honor.”

 

Hiei says, with a sly smile, “Yes. I know well of the legendary Yu-Zen and they very well interested me, but I thought that they vanished.”

 

Kurama tells Hiei, with a serious tone, “All of us demons that the Light of Destruction was a myth and it turned out to be too real.”

 

Kuwabara says, with a serious tone, “Tell us about it, Kurama.”

 

Koemna tells Sailor Mini-Moon, “Can you and your guardian step to the side for a moment, Princess Rini?”

 

Sailor Mini-Moon asks, curiously, “Why?”

 

Koemna replies, plainly, “Adult talk.”

 

Tuxedo Mask tells Sailor Mini-Moon, in a plain tone, “Please Rini?”

 

Sailor Mini-Moon says, with a huff, “All right.” Soon after, Sailor Mini-Moon and the Sailor Quartet go over to the side and a good enough distance so they can't hear. Soon after, they look to see Koemna tells them so things and the group of human and half-human heroes and heroines shocked looks on their faces.

 

Sailor Mars yells out, stunned, “No way!”

 

Sailor Aquarius asks, curiously, “Are you sure?”

 

Koemna nods his head and says, plainly and in a tone that Sailor Mini-Moon and her guardians can't hear, “Yes. The female Yu-Zen are known as `Succ-Zen' and the male Yu-Zen are known as `Iucu-Zen' and they are where the stories in human lore about Succubus and Incubus come from because of the `Yu-Zen's' `appetite' in that area as well as their `erotic' abilities, but I can tell you that the Yu-Zen are a lot more than simple `erotic demons'.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, drolly, “Oh, great. Just what I didn't need to know.” Just then the group hears footsteps and they look to see Captain Ootaki's battered and beaten form begin carried away by the rest of the battered SDF forces.

 

The female member of the SDF says, with a serious tone, “You might have beaten us, today, Princess Serenity, but your new demon powers won't stop us for long.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon tries to say, “Hey, I wasn't the one that beat you up! Another demon possessed me and . . .!”

 

The female member of the SDF yells out, seriously, “Farewell!” Soon enough, all of the turned into beam of light that go up into the sky.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a droll tone, “Oh, great. Not as if I've had enough problems by fighting the Light of Destruction and Beryl, but now, they are in my case, too. Just because of some demon took me over and used me to beat these guys up and I'm taking the blame!”

 

Sailor Venus says, with a sly smile, “Don't worry, Serena, they won't touch you as long as we're here!”

 

Sailor Jupiter says, with a sly grin, “Us?! Hell, she doesn't need us! With those new powers, she is one-girl Sailor Army!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, nervously, “Thanks, Lita . . . I think.”

Kurama asks, seriously, “Are you saying that it was Serena's Earth demon ancestor that possessed her?”

 

Solar Sun replies, with a serious tone, “In my mind, there is no doubt about it.”

 

Koemna says, with a serious tone, “It is a plausible idea. Yu-Zen are said to live very long lives and have permanent youth. It is said that they are demon versions of the Lunarians with long life-spans and permanent youth. Her demon ancestor could be alive.”

 

Sailor Uranus says, with a serious tone, “And the demon power was very powerful. Most likely, from an upper class demon.”

 

Kurama nods his head and says, logically, “Yes, I agree with Uranus. The power was produced by a demon that is at the upper levels of S-class demons and the Yu-Zen are said to be S-class demons that rival the Ma-zoku.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, seriously, “There is only one thing to do: Find my Earth demon ancestor and stop her before she tries this again.”

 

Everyone looks at Valkyrie Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury tells her friend, “But Serena, we don't where she could be in the demon world.”

 

Sailor Pluto says, with a serious and logical tone, “Ami is right, Serena. The Makai is just as vast as or even more so than the human world on Earth and it can be a very chaotic place even with the current peace after Sun Prince's Demon World tournament just sometime ago.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon yells out, seriously and worriedly, “Well, we can't just sit here and wait for her to take me over again! You shall the power that my demon, spiritual, and Valkyrie Sailor Scout powers produced! If she gets her hands on me, again, she could destroy the whole world or worse! I can't let that happen!”

 

Sailor Neptune tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, trying to sound reassuring, “Serena, she only managed to take you over when you were recovering after your demon blood resurrected you. Since you are fully aware now, I don't think she can take you over that easily.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, seriously, “That doesn't mean that she can't and we don't know her agenda for me. She wanted me to survive, revive as a half-demon, and took me over for a reason.”

 

Sailor Uranus says, with a serious tone, “Serena-hime has a point. If her Earth demon ancestor took her over for a reason, we don't know what that reason is or if it is good for our world or her. We need to find her Earth demon ancestor and get some answers before she tries this again.”

 

Sailor Mars says, with a serious tone, “I hate to admit it, but you have a point, Amara. But how can we get to the demon world?”

 

Koemna replies, “Since the barrier between the worlds is down, there are plenty of points to enter the demon world, especially with Pluto's knowledge and her new Eternal abilities.”

 

Sailor Pluto says, with a plain and serious tone, “Yes, with my many millennia of experience, I do have the ability to open a gateway between the human and the Makai, but only at a weak point between the worlds where a portal can be made.”

 

Koemna then says, seriously, “And I've found one, here, at Academy Island.”

 

Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Sailor Jupiter yells out, seriously, “Well, what are we waiting for?!”

 

Sailor Mercury says, with a serious tone, “Hold on, Jupiter! If Koemna's father ordered Sailor Moon's destruction for being a Yu-Zen descendant, I don't think that those Spirit Defense Forces will give up so easily.”

 

Koemna says, with a serious tone, “Yes, they won't. However, recently, I went to the archives and found evidence that proves that Yu-Zen demon controlling Sailor Moon said through her was true. My father is responsible for the destruction of the Silver Millennium along with the Negaverse.”

 

Our heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Solar Sun yells out, angrily, “I knew that there was something that I didn't like about that father of yours, Koemna!”

 

Koemna sighs and says, sadly, “And I've also found many other crimes that my father has made in the name of `protecting' the human world from danger, which are, in truth, ways to further his own power. Plus, I found out that one of my father's reasons for trying to kill Yusuke and Kari was about some kind of prophecies made about a half-demon being the one to topple him from his throne.”

 

Sailor Pluto tells Koemna, seriously, “Now, you know why I don't like your father or the Spirit World so much.”

 

Koemna tells Sailor Pluto, seriously, “Well, I can assure that he will be stopped. I've decided to topple my father and take over leadership of the Spirit World.”

 

Kurama tells Koemna, surprised, “That's a big step, Koemna.”

 

Hiei tells Koemna, in a serious tone, “Indeed, Koemna. However, you will need people with political influence as well as raw might to secure your position after you take down your father.”

 

Koemna says, with a sly smile, “I already both raw power and political connections in the form of Yusuke and Kari.”

 

Sailor Galaxy and Solar Sun yelp out in shock and Sailor Galaxy yells out, stunned, “Us?!”

 

Koemna tells Sailor Galaxy, with a sly smile, “Remember, you are the reincarnations of the son and daughter of King Apollo of the Sun Kingdom and Kari is the heir to the throne of the mythical Galaxy Kingdom.”

 

Sailor Galaxy says, with a sly smile, “Oh, yeah.”

 

Sailor Sun asks, plainly, “However, we still people to take of those white dorks here on Academy Island.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a smile, “I think that my bro and you as well as your friends can handle that.”

 

Solar Moon replies, with a sly smile, “You know it, sis!”

 

Koemna says, seriously, “All right, this is the plan then! Serena, Darien, and Serena's guardians will go off into the demon world to find and confront Serena's Earth demon ancestor, Yusuke, you, Keiko, Kari, and your team will come with and Botan and me to the Spirit World and we will take down my father, by force if necessary, and the rest of us will stay here to make sure that the Society of Light and our enemies don't try anything while the rest of us are away.”

 

Sailor Mini-Moon tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, “Mommy, I want to come with you!”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon tells Sailor Mini-Moon, “Rini, it is too dangerous! I can't risk you down there in the demon world! Who knows what is in there?!”

 

Sailor Mini-Moon yells out, seriously, “I don't care! I'm not going to let you go down alone down there! I'm coming to help you, mom!”

 

Sailor Ceres says, with a sly smile and serious tone, “And as her guardians, we must follow and protect our princess at all costs.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon slaps herself on the forehead and she says, plainly, “What am I going to do with you?”

 

Sailor Mars tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, with a sly smile, “She is your future daughter, Meatball Head.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon says, with a droll tone, “Don't remind me, Rei.”

 

Tuxedo Mask tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, reassuringly, “It's going to be all right, Serena.”

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon asks Tuxedo Mask, nervously, “Darien, are you sure that you . . . you know . . . want to be with me? Knowing what I . . .”

 

Tuxedo Mask turns Valkyrie Sailor Moon's head towards him and he tells her, lovingly, “Serena, I don't care what you are now. You are the most beautiful girl in my eyes, part demon, all demon, or fully human. This is something that I'm going to have to get used to. It will take awhile, but I know that we will find a way to adapt.”

 

Sailor Universe tells Valkyrie Sailor Moon, with a smile, “That's right, Serena. Yusuke is half-demon and I love for who he is on the inside. Not what he is physically.” Solar Sun kisses Sailor Universe on the forehead and she giggles from it.

 

Valkyrie Sailor Moon smiles lovingly and she says, with a few tears of happiness coming from her eyes, “Oh, Darien . . .” Valkyrie Sailor Moon kisses Tuxedo Mask on the lips and they have their lips locked for a few minutes while many of our heroes and heroines, expect for Hiei and Yeshua, smile warmly at this.

 

Botan says, lowly and with a smile, “So beautiful . . .”

 

When they release from the kiss, Sailor Mars says, with a smile, “Now, with the lovebirds are done, it's time to get going!” Soon enough, our heroes and heroines head off, following Koemna, to the place where Sailor Pluto can open a portal to the Makai where Valkyrie Sailor Moon's Earth demon ancestor lives and answers can be found . . .

 

Next time in Chapter 20: Wicked Gods and Demon Ancestors: With aid from Sailor Pluto and Koemna, Valkyrie Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, Sailor Mini-Moon, the Sailor Quartet, the Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts venture into the Demon World to find our Moon Princess' Earth demon ancestor and find the answers that they seek. They are guided by Yusuke's demon friends and they find Mukuro and her patrol. Incredibly, Mukuro aids our heroes and heroines by giving them clues to where the Yu-Zen could be, but they are areas of the Makai that not even the three former rulers of the Makai, Raizen, Yomi, and Mukuro did not dare venture into. However, without any choice, our galactic heroes and heroines venture into these areas of Demon World and they find an incredible discovery along with who they are looking for! On the meanwhile, Koemna, Botan, and Koemna's former Spirit Detective team, Yusuke, Kari, Kuwabara, Hiei, and Kurama, along with Keiko, venture into the Spirit World to confront Koemna's father and current ruler of the Spirit World, King Emma, about the various crimes that he committed while in power, including those connected with the end of the Silver Millennium. However, the group doesn't get the red carpet, but one HOT reception into the Spirit World. However, they managed to fight their way to King Emma's throne room and it looks like the prophecy might come to pass when it looks like Yusuke and Kari have to take King Emma down since he won't give up his throne to his son. Back on Academy Island, Jaden and his friends team up with Yugi, Atem, and their friends when they find that Yami Marik has been attacking innocent students and pro duelists with his brainwashed minions. When Yami Marik confronts them, Yami Marik forces Jaden into another duel, but this time, he isn't using the Sacred Beasts against Jaden's Elemental Heroes, Neo-Spacians, and God Cards! This time, he is the Evil Heroes deck that he somehow stolen from Jaden's hiding place in the Slifer Red dorm mixed with his `old deck' back in Battle City and the `dark' opposites to the three Egyptian Gods known as the Wicked God cards! And when they are summoned to the field, these `Wicked God Monsters', the dark opposite of the three Egyptian God Monsters prove to be the rivals to the three Egyptian God Monsters and their powers! Jaden is going to have his work cut out for him along with our other two groups of heroes and heroines?! What will happen when Valkyrie Sailor Moon and her team find her Earth demon ancestor?! Will Koemna take down his father and take over the Spirit World with his former Spirit Detective Team's help?! And what about these Wicked God Cards?! What are they?! And can Jaden find a way to take them down?! Hopefully, we will find out the answers on the next Darkness Moon!

 

I know that it has been over two weeks since I've last updated, but I'm back! Here is the newest chapter of Darkness Moon and I hope that you like it! Once again, I would like to give thanks and credit to Tri-Edge of the Azure Flames for the idea of Yeshua's `Angel deck', but I wasn't completely comfortable using all of the original cards that were put in the deck, so, I mixed in a few regular anime, manga, and original card game cards. Sorry if it seems insulting, but I want to feel completely comfortable using those cards. However, Yeshua will soon be using all of his original cards in his `Angel' deck soon enough. Next, I would like to give thanks and credit to inu-yusukekaiba102 for the idea of evil Grim Reaper spirit in the Grim Reaper cards being connected to Koemna and being Botan's predecessor as the Grim Reaper.
