Sorry that this took so long to get out, but when I got this started during my free time in school, my school's computer's screwed up the disk that contained the data for this chapter and I lost all of the work that I had on it! I know: That really stinks! Now, I had to totally redo this whole story! Anyway, I would to say to thank you to all of you that reviewed my Sailor Moon and Yu-Gi-Oh GX crossover story! You continue to inspire me to continue this story. Now, it is time for more dueling and Sailor Senshi action! Chapter 4: Duel Academy Civil War

 

(A few days after Jasmine's `awakening'; Mid-evening hours on Duel Academy Harbor)

 

During the evening hours within Academy Island, we find Crowler and Bonaparte standing in front of the darkened harbor within Duel Academy. They are standing in front of a stairway lowered from the deck of a pretty expensive yacht of some sort. Soon after, two figures, one human figure and one feline figure, come down the stairs until they are in view of Crowler and Bonaparte.

 

The human figure is a teenage girl of sixteen years of age with mysterious long wavy mid-waist that's ice-blue in color, she has aqua-marine blue eyes, a light almost crystal clear pink lipstick on her lips, ice-blue colored jewels in the shape of icicles attached to her ears as earrings, she is wearing a modest white shirt under light blue leather jacket, modest light grey skirt that goes to the tops of her kneecaps, white stockings that covers all of her slender and sexy legs including those portions of her legs under the skirt, and ice-blue sneakers. The teenage girl is also carrying a large backpack on her back.

 

The feline figure is a mysterious white cat with ice-blue stripes and a strange gold and red sun mark on its forehead.

 

Crowler tells the female figure, “It is an honor to have you with us, Danielle Hansford.”

 

The female figure bows and replies, “No, it is an honor to be here at Duel Academy, Crowler-sama.”

 

Crowler thinks in his mind, pleased, “Well, a student that gives me the respect that I deserve!”

 

Bonaparte looks at the mysterious cat with Danielle and exclaims, in his French accent, “What is this mangy street cat?!” The cat gives an insulted look, raises it head, and turns its head away from Bonaparte, surprising him and Crowler.

 

Danielle laughs at what happened and tells Bonaparte, “Hyperion is one very smart cat, Bonaparte-sensei. It can tell when it is insulted and he is pedigree cat. Calling him a street cat insults him.”

 

Crowler says, in a kind tone, “Well, I can see that this young feline is definitely top grade pedigree unlike my short friend here.” Hyperion smiles, meows in approval, and bows his head. Crowler thinks in his mind, “Well, this cat is definitely of a top pedigree. Very respectful and smart . . . unlike that mongrel of Banner's! Why don't they get rid of that street cat? His master is gone!” Crowler gently pets Hyperion on the head and he purrs in respect. Crowler says, with a smile, “Yes, I can see that he is well-bred class of cat.” Bonaparte goes over to suck up to Danielle, but Hyperion hiss and gives a loud meow of anger at him causing Bonaparte to jump back and yelp in shock. Crowler exclaims, laughing at what happened, “Well, it looks this cat has got your number, Bonaparte!”

 

Bonaparte replies, in his French accent, “Fine! Let's just get into her assigned dorm!”

 

Crowler tells Danielle, “Please follow us, my dear.” Danielle bows her head low in understand and Crowler and Bonaparte head off towards the school while Danielle follows with Hyperion in her arms.

 

Hyperion jumps onto Danielle's shoulder and whispers, in a handsome male voice, “Calling me a street cat? That old man had some nerve.”

 

Danielle tells Hyperion, with a smile and whispering, “Don't worry, Hyperion. At least Crowler saw that you weren't a street cat.”

 

Hyperion tells Danielle, in a whisper, “Well, I can see that young human has some good virtues within him. Despite what Central Command told us.”

 

Danielle whispers to Hyperion, “Speaking of which, are you sure that you are right?”

 

Hyperion nods his head and whispers, “Yes. Ever since Sailor Aries' henshin pen vanished from our care, Central Command told us that she has indeed awakened here in Duel Academy and it is most likely that she is a student here. However, this place is also the source of the evil that we have been sensing for a while.”

 

Danielle asks Hyperion, in a whisper, “Then why did you leave Keiko, Sara, and Reece behind?”

 

Hyperion tells Danielle, “Until we can determine the full situation here, I would wish for them to stay as back-up. Once we know the situation, I will summon them immediately to Duel Academy. But from what Central Command has told, the Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi has already arrived since two of their team has been brainwashed by this evil. From what I learned, the Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi and the Earth Prince allied themselves with a group of duelists, here, in Duel Academy and rumor has it that one of them possesses a power that can stop this evil. One of the two brainwashed Sailor Senshi, Sailor Mercury, has been purified of this evil, but Sailor Saturn remains under the control of this evil power.”

 

Danielle asks Hyperion, in a whisper, “How much do we know of this evil power?”

 

Hyperion whispers to Danielle, “I'm not really sure, but what from I know, a person named Sartorius is the avatar of this evil and he has already brainwashed nearly one-half of the student body of Duel Academy. We are not sure of Sartorius' intentions, but we know that they are not good if he is brainwashing students into his personal army and he must be stopped.”

 

Danielle asks Hyperion, in a whisper, “What do we need to do?”

 

Hyperion tells Danielle, whispering, “We need to find Sailor Aries along with the rest of the Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi and the Prince of Earth to get a proper report on the situation, see if we need to bring the other three members of the Zodiacs, which is most likely, and hopefully, find this person that possesses this power that can rival Sartorius' power and protect himself. We can only hope that the Moon Princess, her prince, and her guardians find this person already. On the meanwhile, we will look for our princess.”

 

Danielle tells Hyperion, in a whisper, “What makes you think our princess is here?”

 

Hyperion tells Danielle, “Because Central Command informs that they have detected the aura of the tsuki-no-ouji, the beloved of our princess, is here.”

 

Danielle tells Hyperion, whispering and in shock, “He is here?!”

 

Hyperion tells Danielle, nodding his head and whispering, “Yes, the reincarnation of the Moon Prince is here. However, the signal is so weak that we can't tell who he has been reincarnated as. But I can assure you that he is here, however, he hasn't awakened, yet, which is the most likely reason for the weak signal. And if the Moon Prince is here, our princess has to be here. No matter what, even through time, space, and death, those two will never be apart from each other for too long and they will be together again. The Moon Prince being here at Duel Academy, one of the best schools for the world-wide famous Duel Monsters game, can't be a coincidence. He must be one of the students not brainwashed and our princess must be close by, through I fear she might be among one of the brainwashed students.”

 

Danielle tells Hyperion, in a whisper, “I hope not, but we will prepare for that possibility.” Hyperion leaps off of Danielle's shoulder and starts walking beside her again while they continue to follow Crowler and Bonaparte to Duel Academy with Danielle and her feline friend having serious looks on their faces as they look towards towering buildings of Duel Academy.

 

(The next days; inside one of the classrooms within Duel Academy)

 

Within one of the classrooms in Duel Academy, a mixture of red, yellow, a few blue, and a lot of white clad students are inside one of the large classrooms of Duel Academy. Within the group of students, we find Jasmine and Mindy with Atticus together in one area, with Jaden, Tyranno, and Syrus in another, with our teenaged Blair and Bastion nearby, and Serena and her friends in another area of the classroom as Chancellor Crowler come up with a microphone.

 

Joining Serena and her group, Lita tells her friends, “I heard that this girl comes from a super-rich family.”

 

Rei says, in her usual manner, “Bet she is another rich snob.”

 

Ami shakes her head and tells Rei, “Actually, I hear that she is very nice and very popular.”

 

Mina tells Ami, “And just as smart as you are. I checked out the news on her. She is just as smart as you are.”

 

Serena states, in disbelief, “No way! There is no one in the world that's smart as our Ami!”

 

Mina asks, curiously, “What about Taiki?”

 

Lita tells Mina, “Taiki is a Starlight from Kinmoku, not from Earth.”

 

Chancellor Crowler calls out on the microphone, “Okay, students, calm down!” When the students quiet down, Chancellor Crowler motions to his left and say, “Today, we have another student coming into the ranks of Duel Academy and I would like for all of you to welcome her.” Just then Danielle, wearing a female Obelisk Blue uniform, walks up to the left side of Chancellor Crowler.

 

Syrus blushes since how beautiful Danielle looks in the Obelisk Blue uniform, “Wow. She is cute.”

 

Tyranno blushes himself and says, “Ten four, soldier.”

 

Bastion blushes himself and says, awe-struck and with a nervous smile, “Indeed.”

 

Blair groans out in annoyance and says in her mind, “Boys . . .”

 

Chancellor Crowler tells the student body through the microphone, “This is Danielle Hansford, daughter of Samuel Hansford, who is leader of E-force electronics. Her mother, Ellen Hansford, is a famous movie star and famous model. Today, she is coming to Duel Academy as a member of Obelisk Blue because of her high-grades and impressive record. I hope that you will treat her with respect.”

 

Danielle whispers into Chancellor Crowler's ear when he turns off the microphone and asks, “Crowler-sensei, I wanted to start in Ra Yellow and work my way up.”

 

Chancellor Crowler smiles and he tells her, with his usual smile, “You are quiet modest, Danielle. However, your incredible talents are too good for the immediately dorm. You have to start right at the top and don't worry. Despite the clothing changes, the `White Dorm' is still the Obelisk Blue dorm.” Chancellor Crowler whispers to Danielle, “But between you and me, my dear, don't get involved with Sartorius character. He might seem harmless, but he had done something to precious blue students.”

 

Danielle tells Chancellor Crowler, “Don't worry, Crowler-sensei, I will be careful.” On the meanwhile, Jasmine, with her `new' spiritual senses, gets a mysterious, yet, familiar feeling from Danielle.

 

Mindy notices the serious look in Jasmine's face and asks her, in a whisper, “Hey, Jasmine, what's wrong?”

 

Jasmine comes out of her stupor and tells Mindy, whispering back, “Oh, nothing, Mindy.”

 

Mindy tells Jasmine, in a whisper, “Jasmine, I know that look in you even before you become one of the . . . you know what. So, what's the matter?”

 

Jasmine tells Mindy, in a whisper, “It's this Danielle girl. She's giving me a weird feeling.”

 

Mindy asks Jasmine, “What kind of `weird feeling'?”

 

Jasmine tells Mindy in reply, “Like Déjà vu. Like we've met before because I think she might . . .”

 

Mindy asks Jasmine, whispering and in a curious tone, “Might have what?”

 

Jasmine smiles and tells Mindy, “Don't worry about it, Mindy. Probably getting jumpy ever since you know what happened.”

 

Mindy shrugs her shoulder and says, “Okay.”

 

Jasmine turns her head towards Danielle and thinks in her mind, “That girl. I think that she might have a sailor crystal inside of her. Could she be one of my team?”

 

On the meanwhile, Rei, our miko Sailor Senshi, senses the same thing and thinks in her mind, “There's something different about that girl.”

 

Mina notices Rei's intense stare and asks her, in a whisper, “Hey, Rei, what's up?”

 

Rei tells her friends, “I'm getting a weird feeling from that girl.”

 

Lita asks Rei, “What do you mean Rei?”

 

Rei tells her friends, “I'm not sure, but I think she is producing a similar aura to all of us.”

 

Her friends gasp and Ami whispers to Rei, “Do you think that she is a Sailor Scout?”

 

Rei replies, in a whisper, “She might be one of the Zodiacs that Jasmine belongs to: The warriors and protectors of the taiyou-no-hime and the Sun Kingdom that Luna and Atriums told us about.”

 

Lita says, in a whisper, “We had better talk to them later.”

 

Mina says, in a whisper, “Especially since they are sending her to that rotten `White Dorm'. We might have to save her before she is brainwashed.” The rest of Mina's friends nod their heads in agreement. On the meanwhile, Danielle is looking around the student body and glances in the direction of the Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi and senses their power.

 

Danielle thinks in her mind, “That must be the Moon Princess and four of her guardians. Hyperion told me that the princess and four of her guardians have become students while her prince and her `elder' guardians have become teachers and administers in Duel Academy. Better meet with them as soon as I get out of enemy territory before they attempt to brainwash me. We need to know what's going on here before Hyperion can bring in the other Zodiacs that we have found and awakened.” Danielle then looks in Jasmine's direction, gasps when she senses Jasmine's aura, and thinks in her mind, “Whoa! That girl has a sailor crystal inside of her! I can sense it! Could she be Sailor Aries?” As Chancellor Crowler directed Danielle to her seat, she can't keep her mind off of Jasmine and our Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts.

 

(Near the Ra Yellow Dorms; Shortly after classes)

 

In front of the Ra Yellow Dorms, we find Bastion, Mindy, and Atticus with our Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi and Earth Prince as well as the two guardian felines near the Ra Yellow Dorms and their main topic of discussion is the new student: Danielle Hansford.

 

Bastion tells the group, “Well, this girl deserves her reputation. She is very brilliant scientist and duelist. Her scores were so impressive that she was immediately transferred to Obelisk Blue.” Bastion tells Ami, “Where you should be Ami, but at this time and your experience with Sartorius, you know better than any of us that's unwise.”

 

Ami nods her head and says, in her usual tone, “Yes, with Sartorius in control of the student body in Obelisk Blue, it isn't a good idea to go into that dorm. Danielle is in great danger as long as she stays in there.”

 

Lita then says, “What's even worse is that she might be a Sailor Senshi like us.”

 

Atticus states, thinking about what happened in the morning when Danielle was introduced to the students, “Hey, do you think that's why Jasmine acted so weird when she was looking at Danielle?”

 

Darien asks, curiously, “What do you mean?”

 

Mindy replies, “Jasmine was looking at her with an intense stare, one that I never seen her use unless she was very serious. And she said that it was like she saw her before and then she said `never mind'.”

 

Serena asks Luna, “Luna, did Jasmine have any unique abilities back in the Silver Millennium?”

 

Luna replies, “My memories of the Sun Kingdom aren't very good because even through the Moon and Sun Kingdom were close allies, we didn't know too much about each other. However, I do remember that the Princess of Aries was a lot like Rei with powerful spiritual senses and physic abilities.”

 

Rei asks Luna, “So, you think that Jasmine got her memories back that she senses the same thing from Danielle that I did.”

 

Luna tells Rei, “It is very possible.”

 

Amara says, in a plain tone, “So, it might be possible that Danielle is one of Jasmine's team and she sensed it.”

 

Mindy asks, curiously, “Why wouldn't she tells me? I'm her friend.”

 

Ami tells Mindy, “Mindy, you have to understand. Now that Jasmine regained her memories as a Sailor Senshi, she knows that she has responsibilities now and those responsibilities might put you into danger. So, Jasmine might want to keep you out of situation that will put you in danger.”

 

As if to emphasize Ami's point, a familiar male voice calls out, “Mindy! Serena! Atticus! Everyone!” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they see Syrus and Tyranno running towards them.

 

When the two of them stop in front of them, Syrus stops to catch his breath and Bastion asks Syrus, “What's wrong, Syrus?”

 

When Syrus catches his breath, he says, worriedly, “It's Jasmine. She left our dorm and headed for the White Dorm!”

 

The whole group gasps in shock and Atticus asks, “Dude, why did she do that?”

 

Tyranno says, “Can't really say soldier. She used commando tactics to sneak away, but Private Blair managed to keep tabs on her. Sarge and Blair already went after her, but with those new Sailor Soldier powers of hers . . . Whoa! She really moved!”

 

Mina asks, curiously, “Why would Jasmine head for the White Dorm?”

 

Amara says, plainly, “I guess that we were right. Jasmine must have felt something from Danielle like Rei.”

 

Lita states, plainly, “Danielle must be a Zodiac like Jasmine.”

 

Syrus asks, stunned, “Wait! You mean that this new girl is a Sailor Scout?”

 

Bastion tells Syrus, in his usual tone, “It would seem so Syrus. And here is another interesting fact: Danielle had a feline much like our two talking furry friends here, but this feline had a mark on his forehead like a sun or so I've heard.”

 

Atriums gasp and exclaims, “That must be one of the Sun Kingdom guardians just like Luna and me!”

 

Mina asks, curiously, “Huh? They had cats like yourselves?”

 

Luna tells the girls, “Yes, the Zodiac Sailor Senshi and the taiyou-no-hime had advisors must like ourselves that came from the same system as we did in their kingdom. There were three of them: Hyperion, Sol, and Osiris. If one of them came with that girl, she must be one of the Zodiac Sailor Scouts.”

 

Tyranno exclaims, in an excited tone, “Well, what are we waiting for?! Forward march!” Tyranno then runs off towards the White Dorm without any hesitation.

 

Bastion shouts out to Tyranno, “Hassleberry, wait!” However, it was too late since Tyranno was quite in the distance away from them by now.

 

Serena says, amazed, “Wow. He is pretty quick on his feet.”

 

Bastion tells Serena, “What did you expect? He is versed in military life and might have had a military upbringing. His body was well-condition for judging, running, and other type of physical activity. He might seem silly at times, but he is an excellent tactician.”

 

Lita says, with a smile, “Kind of like my old senpai.”

 

Mina tells Lita, with a wide grin and mocking annoyed tone, “Oh, Lita! Everyone is like your old boyfriend!”

 

Rei asks, curiously, “Now, what are we going to do?”

 

Lita tells everyone, “Well, when in Duel Academy . . .” Lita then races off after Tyranno and Bastion, Syrus, Atticus, Mindy, Serena, Rei, Mina, and Ami look at each other, shrug their shoulders, and race off after Lita and Tyranno.

 

Michelle says, in her usual smile and tone, “Something tells me that this isn't going to be like the other battles that we fought.”

 

Amara nods her head and states, “I'll say.” Darien, Trista, Amara, Michelle, and the two guardian felines went off after the rest of our heroes and heroines.

 

(Inside of the `White Dorm'; A short time soon after)

 

In the main hallway of the `Female White Dorm', we find Danielle, with her Obelisk Blue uniform on, a duel disk with a dueling deck attached to her left arm, and a large backpack on her back, and Hyperion by her side peeking out of a corner to see if there were any members of the `White Dorm' around. By the looks of the area, there was no one in sight.

 

Danielle tells Hyperion, in a whisper, “Looks like the coast is clear, Hyperion.”

 

Hyperion tells Danielle, in the same whispering tone, “Good. The faster that we get out of here, the better. It is too dangerous to stay in enemy territory for too long. Best we get out of here and join forces with the Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi as quickly as possible. If what you sensed from one of the students is true, then we might have found Sailor Aries and we need to get to her.”

 

Danielle tells Hyperion, “From what I know, her name is Jasmine and she is one of the few Obelisk Blue students not brainwashed by the enemy.”

 

Hyperion nods his head and tells Danielle, “Yes. And we will need her to find out what's happening and to figure out a plan of action.”

 

Danielle says to Hyperion, in the same whispering tone “Well, let's get going. The faster I get out of this creepy place, the better.” Danielle and Hyperion quickly head for the exit, not knowing that they were being watched by Alexis and a group of female white students as they headed outside.

 

(Just outside of the `White Dorm'; A brief time later)

 

Now, just outside of the `White Dorm', we find Danielle and Hyperion cornered by Chazz and six male white clad students in front of them.

 

Chazz asks Danielle, sarcastically, “Now, where do you think that you are going?”

 

Danielle says, plainly, “Out of here, that's all.”

 

Chazz exclaims, in a serious tone, “Wrong! It is time for your induction into the Society of Light!”

 

Danielle tells Chazz, seriously, “No way! I'm not going to let you brainwash me like you did the rest of the students!”

 

A familiar female voice booms, “You don't have a choice, girl!” Danielle and Hyperion turn behind them to see Alexis and the group of female white students walk up behind them, entrapping them between the two sets of white students. Alexis tells Danielle, “It is time that you see the light like I did, girl.”

 

Danielle exclaims, in a serious tone, “Like I would join you Society of Trash members willingly!”

 

Chazz roars out, angrily, “What did you just say?!”

 

Danielle says, in a strong tone, “You heard me!”

 

Chazz tells Danielle, “All right, you asked for it! No one insults Master Sartorius and the Society of Light!” Chazz motions for a student in white with black messy hair and nice light blue eyes to step forward and he tells him, “Show no mercy, Thomas!”

 

The young student, Thomas, replies, “You got it, Chazz!” He activates a duel disk with a dueling deck inside and it displays 4000 life-points on the life-point counter.

 

Danielle thinks in her mind, “Oh boy! I am in real trouble! Two groups of white students against me and I can't escape unless I reveal myself to them! But I can't expose me Sailor Senshi form to them and to the enemy, so, I've got to do this the hard way!” Danielle then activates her duel disk and says, “It looks like that I don't have any choice.”

 

Chazz tells Danielle, “That's right, Danielle. No one of us have a choice in this world.”

 

Danielle tells Chazz, “Oh, don't give me that Trash nonsense of yours.”

 

Alexis roars out, angrily, “It isn't nonsense. Master Sartorius has the answers to the universe's greatest secrets.”

 

Danielle thinks in her mind, “Not even close! Great Queen Serenity of the Moon Kingdom, Ra bless her soul, had more answers that this `fake' will have girl!”

 

Thomas tells Danielle, “Ready to see the light?”

 

Danielle tells Thomas, “The only thing that I am going to see is my way out of here.”

 

Danielle and Thomas draw five cards from their respective decks and both of them shout out in unison, “Let's duel!”

 

Current Score:

Thomas: 4000

Danielle: 4000

 

Thomas roars out, drawing one card from his deck, “I'll go first!” Thomas looks at his hand, discards three cards from it, and states, “First, I will discard my Alpha, Beta, and Gamma warriors in order to summon my Valkyrion the Magna Warrior from my hand!” He puts the card on his duel disk and Valkyrion the Magna Warrior (3500/3800) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Danielle tells Thomas, with a smile, “Well, that monster isn't going to help you much since your turn is over.”

 

Thomas puts a card in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk and states, “Not when I activate my Mischief of the Time Goddess! This spell allows me to skip your turn and give me a chance to attack!”

 

Danielle says, worriedly, “Oh no!”

 

Thomas calls out, “Now, Valkyrion, attack her life-points!” Valkyrion the Magna Warrior rush in to attack Danielle's life-points.

 

Danielle says, with a smile, “Not so fast!” Danielle puts a card in the spell/trap slots and exclaims, “I activate my Quick-Spell card! Trap Booster! Now, by discarding one card from my hand, I can activate one trap card from my hand!”

 

Thomas shouts out, “Oh, damn!” Danielle discards one card from her hand, puts another card in the spell/trap slots, and a hologram of a Mirror Force trap card appears on her side of the field.

 

Danielle shouts out, in a serious tone, “I play my Mirror Force! Now, your monster is toast!” Thomas's Valkyrion hits a rainbow colored shield of light and is automatically destroyed.

 

Thomas puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “I end my turn with this face-down!”

 

Danielle draws one card from her deck, puts the card in the spell/trap slots, and declares, “Now, I play my Pot of Greed! This spell allows me to draw two more cards!” Danielle draws two more cards from her deck into her hand. Danielle puts one card on her duel disk and calls out, “First, I summon my Revival Jam in defense mode!” Just then Revival Jam (1500/500) appears on the field in defense mode. Danielle then puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “Finally, I will end with one card face-down!”

 

Thomas tells Danielle, as he draws one card from his hand, “Your mistake! First of many!” Thomas puts the card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play my Card of Demise! I draw five cards from my hand, but in five turns, I lose my whole hand!” Thomas draws five more cards from his deck into his hand, puts another card into the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Now, I play Soul Exchange! Thanks to this card, I can sacrifice one of your monsters to summon one of my own monsters! Say goodbye to your Revival Jam!”

 

As Revival Jam is sacrificed from Danielle's field, Danielle says, worriedly, “Oh no!”

 

Thomas puts one card on his duel disk and shouts out, “Now, I summon my Machine King in attack mode!” Soon after, Machine King (2200/2000) comes to the field in attack mode. Thomas then states, “And thanks to its special ability, for every machine monster on the field, it gains one hundred attack points, including itself!” Machine King's status increase from 2200/2000 to 2300/2000! Thomas then commands, “Attack her life-points directly!” Machine King fires both of its machine-like hands right at Danielle.

 

Danielle calls out, “Hold on! Hollowed Life Barrier!” Danielle's face-down card is revealed to be the Hollowed Life Barrier trap card and Danielle says, as she discards one of the cards in her hand, “Thanks to this, all I need to do is sacrifice one card in my hand and all damage to me this turn becomes zero!” Just then a trio of maidens appears in front of Danielle and negates Machine King's attack.

 

Thomas growls in anger and says, annoyed, “You are only delaying your destiny! I end my turn!”

 

Danielle draws one card from her deck and says, strongly, “We'll see about that!” Danielle puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “Now, I play my Contingency Fee spell card! Now, you draw from your deck until you have six cards in your hand and for every card that you draw, I gain one thousand more life-points!” Thomas draws three more cards from his deck into his hand and Danielle gains 3000 more life-points. Danielle then puts the remaining card in her hand in the spell/trap slots and exclaims, “And now, I play my Card of Renewal! This card costs me one thousand life-points, but now, I draw the same number of cards from my deck as my opponent has in his or her hands! So, since you have six cards, I have six cards now!” Danielle draws six more cards from her deck into her hand.

 

Alexis thinks in her mind, “That's a good move! Not only did she gain more life-points, but she also refreshed her hand! However, that won't stop her from seeing the light!”

 

Danielle then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and states, “Now, I play my Living Arrow cards! This spell destroys one spell or trap card on your side of the field and you lose five hundred life-points!” An arrow appears on the field and pierces Thomas' face-down card, a Magic Cylinder trap card, destroying it.

 

As Thomas loses 500 life-points, he says, shocked, “My trap!”

 

Danielle then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and states, “Now, it gets worse! I play my Fortress Whale Oath spell! By discarding my Water Dragon to the graveyard, I can summon this!” Danielle discards her Water Dragon (2800/2000) to the graveyard, it appears on the field, and Danielle calls out, as she puts another card on her duel disk, “My Fortress Whale in attack mode!” Water Dragon vanishes as it turns to water as Fortress Whale (2350/2150) appears on the field in attack mode. Danielle puts another card on her duel disk and calls out, “Next, I summon my Ice Knight in attack mode!” Besides Fortress Whale, Ice Knight (1300/1000) appears on the field in attack mode. Danielle then states, “And since there are two Water monsters on the field, he gains eight hundred more attack points!” Ice Knight's stats then increase from 1300/1000 to 2100/1000! Danielle then calls out, “Fortress Whale, destroy his Machine King!” Fortress Whale fires all of the guns on its back, destroys Thomas's Machine King, costing him 100 life-points. Danielle then commands, “Now, Ice Knight, attack him directly!” Ice Knight comes in and swings its swords right into Thomas' chest causing him to groan out as he loses 2100 life-points in one shot. Danielle puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “I end my turn with one face-down!”

Thomas roars out, angrily, “You can't stop the power of the light, girl!” Thomas then draws one card from his deck, smiles, and says, putting one card on his duel disk, “Since my field is empty, I can special summon one Cyber Dragon in attack mode!” Soon after, Cyber Dragon (2100/1000) comes to the field in attack mode. Thomas puts two cards in the spell/trap slots and states, “But it gets worse, I play two Metal Fiend Sanctuary spells! Now, I summon two Metal Fiend Tokens to the field!” Soon after, two Metal Fiend Tokens (0/0) come to the field. Thomas roars out, “Next, I sacrifice both of my tokens to summon my Perfect Machine King!” Both tokens vanish from the field as Thomas puts another card on his duel disk and Perfect Machine King (2700/2300) comes to the field in attack mode. Thomas then says, with a wide smirk, “Now, my Perfect Machine King gains five hundred attack points for every machine monster on the field and since there are two, he gains one thousand addition attack points!” Perfect Machine King's stats increase from 2700/2300 to 3700/2300!

 

Danielle says, worriedly, “Oh no!”

 

Thomas says, with a wide grin as he puts another card in the spell/trap slots, “You should be worried since I play Monster Reborn! Come back, Machine King!” Machine King (2200/2000) in attack mode. Thomas tells Danielle, “And remember, little girl, he gains one hundred attack points for every machine on the field and there are three machines on the field. And since there is a new machine, Perfect Machine King gains another five attack points.” Machine King's stats then increase from 2200/2000 to 2500/2000 while Perfect Machine King's stats go up to 4200/2300!

 

Danielle thinks in her mind, “This is seriously going to hurt.”

 

Thomas commands, “Perfect Machine King, destroy Fortress Whale with Missile Stream!” Perfect Machine King launches a wave of missiles from its shoulder at Fortress Whale, destroying it in one huge explosion, and costing Danielle exactly 1850 life-points. And since one Water monster has been destroyed, Ice Knight's stats are reduced from 2100/1000 to 1700/1000! Thomas then yells out, “And since your Ice Knight is weakened, Cyber Dragon, attack with Strident Blast!” Cyber Dragon fires a beam of blue energy from its mouth, destroying Ice Knight, and Danielle loses 400 more life-points. Thomas then calls out, “Finally, Machine King, attack her directly!” Thomas' Machine King fires both of its lower arms and fists at Danielle causing her to be knocked to the ground as the attack costs her 2500 life-points. Thomas says, putting one card in the spell/trap slots and with a grin, “That will end my turn, but it is only a matter of time!”

Danielle calls out, drawing one card from her deck, “My move!” Danielle puts one card in the spell/trap slots and shouts out, “Now, I play my Dark Spell Regeneration! This spell allows me to use one spell card in the graveyard and I chose Pot of Greed! Now, I draw two more cards!” Danielle draws two more cards from her deck, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and exclaims, “Now, I play my Slime Vase! This card allows me to special summon one monster with the word `Slime' in its name!” Danielle puts the last card in her hand on her duel disk and calls out, “I play my Multiple Slime in defense mode!” Soon after, Multiple Smile (1500/1000) appears on the field in defense mode. Danielle tells Thomas, seriously, “I end my turn!”

 

Thomas calls out, “Your last turn, girl! I reveal my face-down! Coffin Seller!” Thomas' face-down card is revealed to be the Coffin Seller trap card and Thomas shouts out, “Every time a monster is sent to the grave, you lose three hundred life-points.”

 

Danielle says, annoyed, “Oh, great.”

 

Thomas roars out, “Cyber Dragon, attack!” Cyber Dragon destroys Danielle's Multiple Slime with ease and Danielle loses 300 life-points, thanks to Coffin Seller.

 

Danielle tells Thomas, “You might have destroyed my monster, but its ability activates! Leaving three Slime Tokens in its place.” Soon after, three Slime Tokens (500/500) appear on the field in attack mode.

 

Thomas shouts out, confidently, “Sorry, but those slime balls won't help you win this duel! It is time for you to see the light!”

 

Danielle calls out, “Sorry, but this duel isn't over yet! I reveal my trap! Day of Thanksgiving!” Danielle's face-down card is revealed to be a trap card with a picture of monster having scapegoat tokens on a table like a feast! Danielle tells Thomas, “This trap card can only be activated when Token monsters are summoned to my side of the field! When activated this card automatically ends your Battle Phase!”

 

Thomas roars out angrily and while he is putting one card in the spell/trap slots, “You are only delaying the inevitable! You will see the light!”

Danielle draws one card from her deck, puts the card in the spell/trap slots, and states, “We'll see! I play Card of Sanctity! This spell forces both of us to draw cards until both of us are holding six!” Both duelists draw until they have six cards in their hands and Danielle's Field Spell slot on her duel disk opens up, she puts one card inside, and exclaims, when it closes, “Now, I play my Legendary Ocean card!” Soon after, the whole field transforms into ruins of a kingdom under the sea. Danielle then shouts out, “Next, I sacrifice all three of my tokens and since they aren't monster cards, I don't lose points thanks to Coffin Seller!” All three tokens are sacrifice as Danielle puts a card on her duel disk causing it to glow. Danielle then calls out, “Now, I play this! My ultimate monster! Aqua-Regina, Mermaid Goddess of Aquarius!”

 

All of the white students gasp in shock and Alexis asks, perplexed, “Who?” Just then a huge underwater twist appears behind Danielle and a large figure appears rises inside of the twister. When the twister fades away, they are shocked to what they see. Behind Danielle is a beautiful mermaid the height of Obelisk the Tormentor with a beautiful rainbow colored fin, shimmering translucent ivory skin, beautiful sea-blue eyes, purple bikini made of two sea-shells over her two voluptuous breasts, golden sea-shell earrings on her ears, long flowing shimmering golden blond hair, silver royal-like crown on her scalp, and a huge ice-blue trident in her right hand.

 

Chazz asks, perplexed, “Who or what in the world is that?”

 

Danielle says, with a smile, “Meet Aqua-Regina, my ultimate water monster. And this beautiful face hides plenty of deadly `tricks'!” However, Aqua-Regina didn't seem too powerful since it had only X000/X000 stats. Danielle tells the `white students', “Now, if you are confused about her power, she has one thousand attack points for every Water monster in my graveyard. When I used my Trap Booster and Hollowed Life Barrier, I discarded one card for each and those cards were my Mobius the Frost Monarch and Legendary Fisherman. Adding those to the other Water monsters that were destroyed or discarded, my Aqua-Regina has seven thousand attack and defense points!” Aqua-Regina's stats then increase all the way up to 7000/7000!

 

All of the white students gasp in shock again and Alexis says, shocked, “Okay, she is more powerful than she looks.”

 

Danielle then says, “Plus, when she is on the field, all Fire, Pyro, and Machine monsters get their attack AND defense reduced to zero as she remains on the field!” Just then Perfect Machine King, Machine King, and Cyber Dragon spark as they short circuit and their stats go all the way down to 0/0!

 

Thomas thinks in his mind, with a panicked look on his face, “Don't panic, Thomas! This girl can't win! You have destiny on your side! When she attacks, I use my Mirror Force to destroy her monster and all my monster will be back to full power! Then I will make her see the light with a direct attack!”

 

Danielle tells Thomas, with a smile on her lips, “By the way, didn't I tell you as long as the spell card `Umi' is on the field that my Aqua-Regina is unaffected by ALL spell and trap cards on my opponent's side of the field, including cards like Mirror Force and Spellbinding Circle for example? Oh, if you didn't know, my Legendary Ocean counts as the spell card `Umi', thanks to its effect.”

 

Thomas shouts out, shocked, “No! That means . . .!!”

 

Danielle calls out, “That this duel is over! Aqua-Regina, destroy his Perfect Machine King with Royal Trident of Atlantis!” Aqua-Regina points her trident right at Perfect Machine King and unleashes a powerful lightning bolt that destroys Perfect Machine King in a powerful explosion, taking 7000 of Thomas' life-points and ending the duel immediately. However, the force of the explosion was so powerful that he was sent flying backwards and landing on the dirt on his back.

After the final holograms fade, Danielle calls out, in a serious tone, “Okay, I won! Now, let me and Hyperion leave, trash for brains!”

 

Chazz calls out, angrily, “Fine! But if you make one more remark about Master Sartorius or our society, I will . . .!!”

 

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, seriously, “Or you will what Princeton?!” Chazz turns to the source to staring face to face with Jasmine, our Zodiac Fire Sailor Senshi, with an extremely cross look on her face. Chazz yells out in fear and shock and leaps back a few feet!

 

Alexis asks Jasmine, “What are you doing here?”

 

Jasmine replies, “To keep this new girl safe from you, Society of Morons, rejects!”

 

Chazz roars out, pissed, “That's it! I've had with you and this new girl making light of our society and Master Sartorius!”

 

Jasmine cracks her knuckles and says, with a sly grin on her lips, “Do you want to do something about it? Give me a reason, Princeton.” Chazz and plenty of the white students become nervous because they remember what happened when Jasmine, Mindy, and Atticus left the `White Dorm'. Just then Jaden, Blair, Syrus, Tyranno, Bastion, Mindy, Atticus, our Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi, Earth prince, and two guardian felines running towards them.

 

Chazz growls and says, trying to sound strong, through very nervous, “Bah! We don't have time for you, losers! We have more important things to worry about!” Chazz then commands, “Let's go!” Chazz and the white students then immediately walk away to return to the `White Dorm'.

 

As Chazz passed Alexis, she whispers, sarcastically, “Nice try, Chazz. Who were you fooling?”

 

Chazz whispers to Alexis in reply, annoyed, “Shut up.” All of the white students head back to their dorm while our heroes and heroines head over to Danielle and Hyperion.

 

Danielle tells Jasmine, “Thanks a lot. I didn't know if I could have taken care of them all.”

 

Jasmine tells Danielle, with a smile, “No problem. I tried to get here to warn you about the Society of Light, but I got here when you were dueling, so, I couldn't help you.”

 

Danielle asks, a bit nervously, “You saw me duel?”

 

Jasmine nods her head and says, “Yeah, it was pretty awesome! You were great out there!”

 

Danielle blushes in embarrassment and says, a bit shyly, “Oh, I wasn't that good. I was nearly beat.”

 

Jasmine tells Danielle, “Hey, you kept your cool and kick those Society idiots back down to size!”

 

Jaden states, surprised, “The new girl battled members of the Society of Light and won? Sweet!” Jaden then sighs and says, “But, ah man, we missed it!”

 

Bastion smiles and says, “Same old, Jaden.”

 

Jasmine then noticed Hyperion and the mark on his forehead, gasps mentally, and thinks, “Whoa! That cat! I know that cat anywhere! That's Hyperion, one of our kingdom's three feline guardians!”

 

Danielle then says, “Before we start, I would like to introduce myself. You already know, but I'm Danielle Hansford, daughter of Samuel Hansford, owner and leader of E-Force electronics.”

 

Jaden tells Danielle, “Hey, welcome to Duel Academy, Danielle! I'm Jaden Yuki!”

 

Serena tells Danielle, “It is nice to meet you, Danielle! I'm Serena Tsukino!” Soon enough, the rest of our heroes and heroines introduced themselves to Danielle.

 

Mindy then asks Danielle, “By the way, what made you do the smart thing and get out of there?”

 

Danielle tells Mindy, with a smile, “Let's just say that a little kitty told me.”

 

Jasmine points to Hyperion and asks, with a sly smile, “Would that be your cat, Hyperion, over there?”

 

Danielle gasps in shock and asks, a bit worriedly, “How do you know my cat's name?” Jasmine reaches into her sub-space pocket and reveals her henshin wand to them causing Danielle and Hyperion to gasp in shock.

 

Hyperion then exclaims, “By the might hand of Ra, Aries' henshin wand!”

 

All of our heroes and heroines, minus Jasmine, gasp in surprise and Syrus asks, “Is it me or did that cat just talk?”

 

Tyranno tells Syrus, “It isn't you, soldier.”

 

Danielle says, amazed, “So, you must be the one that Hyperion and I were looking for! Sailor Aries!” Danielle then takes a henshin wand looking similar to Jasmine's wand, expect that this wand had ice-blue crystal on top of the silver staff with a picture of a book and a spear in pure gold and there is a ice-blue colored jewel in the shape of the astrological symbol of Aquarius on the golden heart jewel with four golden angel wings attached to it that's attached above the orb.

 

All of our heroes and heroines, minus Jasmine, gasp in shock and Ami says, amazed, “Incredible! You must be one of the twelve Zodiac Sailor Scouts of the Sun Kingdom!”

 

Danielle nods her head and says to Ami and her friends, “That's right. I am Sailor Aquarius, the Zodiac Sailor Senshi of Ice and Wisdom. I'm guessing that you, girls, are the Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts.”

 

Mina exclaims, in her usual tone, “You got it, girl!”

 

Atriums asks Hyperion, “So, all of the Sun Kingdom Sailor Scouts were reborn, weren't they?”

 

Hyperion tells Atriums, “That's right, Atriums. However, Danielle and I were only able to find three of them until now.”

 

Luna asks Hyperion, “So, what are you doing here, Hyperion?”

 

Hyperion tells Luna, “Originally, the four Zodiacs that I had found were on a mission to find our missing teammates and find our princess as well. Unlike you, we haven't found our princess, the taiyou-no-hime, yet.”

 

Mindy asks Jasmine, “Hey, isn't that the other princess from that `Silver Millennium' that you are supposed to one of the guardians to, Jasmine?”

 

Jasmine nods her head and replies, “That's right, Mindy. Her name is Princess Arinna of the Sun Kingdom and I'm one of her guardians like Serena's friends are her guardians back in the Silver Millennium. I had hoped that she was already found, so, I didn't have to think that there is a possibility that she is here.”

 

Danielle tells Jasmine, “The bad news is that Hyperion and I believe that our princess is here and possibly one of the mind-controlled female students.”

 

Luna exclaims, shocked, “The taiyou-no-hime is here?! How do you know Hyperion?”

 

Hyperion looks at the `White Dorm' and says, “I believe that it is best we talk about this in a more `private place'.”

 

Rei nods her head and says, “I agree. The negative energy surrounding this place is giving me a headache.”

 

Jasmine tells Rei, “You said it, girlfriend. Let's get out of here.”

 

Syrus states, plainly, “No joke.” All of our heroes and heroines then walk off away from the `White Dorm' to have a more `private conversation'. However, what they didn't know is that were being secretly followed by none other than Aster Phoenix, with duel disk attached to his left arm and Destiny Heroes deck inside.

 

(Within one of the wooded areas of Academy Island; Sometime later)

 

Inside of the woods, we find Jaden, Bastion, Syrus, Tyranno, Mindy, Atticus, Blair, Jasmine, Danielle, all of our Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi, our Earth Prince, and our three guardian felines deep within the woods as our Duel Academy students, Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts and Earth Prince, and their newest friends and allies explain their stories to each other, through Danielle and Hyperion didn't mention the knowledge of the tsuki-no-ouji that they knew yet.

 

Hyperion says, worriedly, “The infamous `Light of Ruin'?! By the spear of Apollo, we are in a real pickle! It is even more deadly that Chaos and Sailor Galaxia!”

 

Mina says, curiously, “Wow, so it is that bad.”

 

Rei tells Mina, sweatdropping, “I think that's what Trista, Luna, and Atriums were talking about in the first place, Mina.”

 

Mina replies, nervously and nervously sweatdropping, “Oh, right.”

 

Hyperion asks Luna and Atriums, “Are you sure that this Sartorius is the host for the `Surge of Light'?”

 

Atriums tells Hyperion in reply, “We are absolutely certain that Sartorius holds the evil powers of the `Surge of Light' within him.”

 

Hyperion exclaims, worriedly, “That madman is most likely to destroy the whole universe if he isn't stopped.”

 

Jaden tells Hyperion, “Uh, dude, we kind of figured that.”

 

Syrus exclaims, annoyed, “But the question is what are we going to do about it?!”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, “Whoa, Syi! Calm down before you blow a nerve or something, pal!”

 

Bastion then states, “However, Syrus does have a good point. So far, we have been only able to make sure that Sartorius hasn't totally won, yet. But he has nearly half of the student from Obelisk and Ra brainwashed into his Society of Light and if this keeps us, he will control the entire school within a short time from now.”

 

Lita exclaims, seriously, “Yeah, he still has Hotaru under his control, too! We need to save her!”

 

Ami tells Lita, “However, we can't just rush in there to get Hotaru and it seems in order to remove that brainwashing on the students under Sartorius' control, we need to beat them in a duel.”

 

Bastion says, “Which Ami and I agree that we aren't sure about the logic about that.”

 

Tyranno exclaims, in a serious tone, “Who cares?! As long as it works! We need to duel and crush every single member of that `White Dorm' until we get our friends back and kick that freak off of our school!”

 

Mindy says, worriedly, “We can't beat all of them by ourselves! Most likely, we will get turned into brainwashed zombies of Sartorius ourselves!”

 

Jasmine says, plainly, “I hate to say it, but Mindy has a point! We can't beat all of them by ourselves!”

 

Just then a male voice calls out, “Who says that you have to do it by yourselves?” All of our heroes and heroines whip around to see Aster Phoenix come out of the bushes.

 

Amara asks, defensively, “Who are you?”

 

Jaden tells Amara, “Whoa, Amara. That's Aster Phoenix, a good bud of ours.”

 

Mina exclaims, excitedly, “Oh, wow! Aster Phoenix, the world famous Pro duelists! He's even cuter in person!”

 

Lita says, plainly and with a smile, “He looks kind of like my old boyfriend!”

 

Rei yells at Lita, annoyed, “Every boy looks like your old boyfriend, Lita!”

 

Aster Phoenix gives his classic smile and says, “Well, I'm glad to see more of my fans.”

 

Jaden asks Aster Phoenix, “What are doing here bro?”

 

Aster replies, “Jaden, you can tell your new friends and Jasmine to stop their act now.”

 

Syrus asks Aster, a bit nervously, “What do you mean Aster?”

 

Aster replies, in a plain tone, “One day, I was out at night to figure out how to get to Sartorius and make him tell me what he knows about the thief that took my dad's card and my father from me when figures just dropped down from the sky. I was suspicious and went down to take a look without being seen. And much to my surprise, I see the Sailor Scouts of Juuban flying down with a new red-haired Sailor Scout and much to my surprise they turned into the new students and female teachers for our school and your friend Jasmine.”

 

Jasmine and the five Inner Sailor Scouts of the Moon Kingdom nervously sweatdrop and Mina thinks in her mind, “Oh, crap! Busted!”

 

Aster then says, “However, I am surprised that you formed an alliance with them, Jaden. Guess you are more popular with the ladies than I thought.”

 

Jaden tells Aster, nervously, “Thanks . . . I think.” Jaden asks Aster, “How much did you hear?”

 

Aster tells Jaden, “Every single bit and let me tell you, I've plenty of incredible stories, but reincarnated alien princesses from alien kingdoms in our solar system really takes the cake. It sounds like something out of sci-fi and fantasy, but after all of the wacky stuff that's happened to me, I'm willing to believing anything.”

 

Syrus says, plainly, “This kind of stuff happens to us every single day. Fighting evil Shadow Riders with shadow powers to take souls and three Sacred Beast cards with the power to destroy the world and all of Duel Monsters kind of makes you a believer in practically anything.”

 

Serena states to her friends, “Guess we aren't the only ones that see plenty of beyond belief stuff.”

 

Rei tells Serena, “No kidding, Meatball Head.”

 

Aster tells them, “I can tell what I know about Sartorius and hopefully, it can help to take him down.”

 

Amara asks Aster, suspiciously, “Why would you want to help us? Isn't Sartorius your manager?”

 

Tyranno tells Amara, “Not anymore, ma'am! When he learned that jerk used him to try to brainwash Sarge here, he left with an angry huff and planned a strategy to take down Sartorius with us, through we aren't exactly allies.”

 

Aster says, “I still need to find the person that took my father and my father's last card away from me and I need to make sure that he will pay for his crimes.”

 

Trista tells Aster, “Be careful on that path, young Aster. It might lead to pain and sorrow.”

 

Aster tells Trista, “If you are talking about revenge, it isn't about revenge. It is about justice and my father will get his justice.” Aster's eyes gain the intense look like when he dueled Jaden with his Destiny Heroes.

 

Trista thinks in her mind, “He really seems determined to protect others and fight for the values of justice in any way that he can!”

 

Ami asks Aster, “Aster-san, what do you know about Sartorius?”

 

Aster replies, in a plain tone, “A lot. Since he is my former manager, I know plenty about him . . . through I didn't know enough to let me know that he was using me. Anyway, I overheard that your miko friend saw Tarot cards in her vision with Sartorius. Well, he always uses a Tarot card deck to predict the future and I think Jaden and his friends failed to mention that he uses a dueling deck with Duel Monsters cards, monster, spell, and trap cards, based on Tarot cards.”

 

Trista says, in a plain tone, “Sartorius must use his power given to him by the `Light of Ruin' through those cards to see into the future and find what he needs to do to complete his plans.”

 

Aster then states, looking at Jaden, “However, he was wrong about his predictions around twice. In my second duel against Jaden, Sartorius told me that I would win, but instead, Jaden beat with his new Neo-Spacians and Elemental Hero Neos cards. Before I left him, I learned from Sartorius that in his duel with his lawyer, X, Jaden was also supposed to lose to his Deck Destruction deck, but Jaden, once again, defied fate and won. Based on what I know, Jaden has the ability to defy destiny somehow and most likely, Sartorius wants that power for himself.”

 

Syrus asks, stunned, “Jaden can defy Fate? Isn't that impossible?”

 

Trista tells Syrus, “Not so, young Syrus. Everything isn't pre-determined, like the future, and there are those with the ability to defy fate as long as they have the willpower and determination and there are even those, if their willpower is great enough, to control fate itself. The universe is a lot more complex than one can ever know in one life-time.”

 

Bastion says, nodding his head, “On that, I can wholeheartedly agree. If Jaden has the ability to defy Sartorius' predictions of the future, then he might be the only one that can stop Sartorius.”

 

Aster says, plainly, “Looks like it.”

 

Jaden then asks, “Hold up! Didn't Mizuchi tell us that you and I were both the `Chosen Ones' that can stop her brother from doing terrible things to the world, Aster?”

 

Serena asks Jaden, “Sartorius has a sister?”

 

Ami asks Jaden, “What do you mean Jaden-kun?” Jaden and Aster then tell the story about what happened during their tag duel between Sartorius' sister in Kaibaland's virtual world.

 

When they were done, Ami says, logically, “Interesting. Tarot cards are what Rei saw in her vision and Sartorius uses Tarot cards to challenge his power to see into the future, but Jaden somehow has the power to defy those predictions. Rei saw the Tarot cards, The Fool, The Prince, The Strength, and The Moon along with The Wheel of Fortune Tarot cards, which represents Sartorius. From Rei's vision, we found that Jaden represents The Fool Tarot card, Hassleberry told us that Sartorius mention he was The Strength card, and that leaves The Moon and The Prince Tarot cards.”

 

Aster says, plainly, “Its pretty obvious that Serena is The Moon card since she beat Blair here with ease and welding the same cards that Jaden has.”

 

Bastion exclaims, logically, “Which means that you must be The Prince Tarot card since Sartorius' sister told you and Jaden were the ones that can defeat Sartorius!”

 

Jasmine says, plainly, “So, only Jaden, Serena, Aster, and Hassleberry can save the world from Sartorius? Well, this is going to be interesting. Serena and Jaden, I know that they can since both of them saved the world on their own, but Hassleberry and Aster . . . I don't know.”

 

Tyranno roars out, angrily, “Hey! What's that supposed to mean?!”

 

Bastion then says, trying to change the subject, “Anyway, at least we know those among us that can stop Sartorius and we have to make sure none of them get taken over by Sartorius' powers. However, the dinosaur DNA within Hassleberry managed to keep him from getting taken over by Sartorius, so, he has plenty of immunity to his power. So, we need to make sure that Aster, Jaden, and Serena never lose a duel to Sartorius or anyone under his control because if we lose even one of them to the Society of Light, our future will be in total doubt.”

 

Hyperion then says, “I will summon the other three Zodiac Sailor Scouts that Danielle and I have found so far, namely Capricorn, Scorpio, and Gemini, but Jasmine, Danielle, and our team will also be working on our own mission.”

 

Ami asks Hyperion, curiously, “Finding your princess? Serena's counterpart from the Sun Kingdom?”

 

Luna asks Hyperion, “How can you be sure that the taiyou-no-hime is here Hyperion?”

 

Hyperion replies, in a serious tone, “Because HE is here. The reincarnation of the tsuki-no-ouji is here in Duel Academy.”

 

Our group of Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi and Earth prince gasp in shock and Atriums exclaims, flabbergasted, “You mean that the Moon Prince's reincarnation is here in Duel Academy?”

 

Serena asks, curiously, “My brother from the Silver Millennium is here?”

 

Rei asks Serena, “Wait a minute! You had a brother from the Silver Millennium? The Moon Kingdom had a prince?!”

 

Serena nods his head and says, “Based on what Luna, Atriums, and Trista told me, I had a brother during my days as Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom and he was one incredible warrior and much like me in everyway.”

 

Rei says, sarcastically, “That's a scary thought.”

 

Serena roars at Rei, angrily, “Watch it, Pyro!”

 

Hyperion then says, “And for another fact, our princess beloved was and still is the tsuki-no-ouji. Our scanners managed to find his Lunarian energy signature at this academy. However, the energy is so weak that we don't who is his reincarnation, but it is most likely that he and his power haven't been awakened yet. However, we are sure that he isn't one of the brainwashed students since there isn't a bit of the negative energy from the `Surge of Light' mixed with his Lunarian aura.”

 

Atriums says, in a plain tone, “That's good news. It is most likely that he is one of the Ra Yellow and Slifer Red students.”

 

Rei says, in her usual tone, “Good luck on finding him among all of them. Ra Yellow and Slifer Red students are mainly made up of guys.”

 

Amara says, plainly, “Well, in order to keep him safe, we make sure that no more students are brainwashed by Sartorius and his Society of Light.”

 

Mindy asks, curiously, “But how do we do that?”

 

Aster replies, plainly, “That's simple. Sartorius and all of the brainwashed students are getting their way because they use their strength in numbers to intimated and bully the students and the teachers. However, what if you united the students against them?”

 

Bastion exclaims, knowing what Aster is implying, “Brilliant! Since we have slightly more than half of the student body, if we unite the students against them, we might find a way to slow their actions enough in order to find the solution to stopping them!”

 

Jasmine tells Bastion, “One problem, Bastion, they are so scared of the White Dorm students as well as not knowing what truly is going on that they won't lift a finger against Sartorius and the Society of Light.”

 

Tyranno then exclaims, “All those soldiers need is an inspiration leader to lead them to victory against that freak and his Society of Light!”

 

Lita says, with a smile, “Yeah! They need someone that can bring them together in order to fight back against them.”

 

Serena says, plainly, “Well, don't look at me. I might be the leader of the Sailor Scouts, but I can't lead an army.”

 

Rei says, in her usual manner, “No kidding, Serena.”

 

Blair says, with a smile, “But that's a good idea! If we unite the other students against that jerk, we can slow his plans down or even stop him!”

 

Bastion says, in his logical manner, “However, we need someone with the ability to organize them together against the Society of Light.”

 

Aster tells them, “Well, good luck on that.” Aster then turns around and starts to walk away from the group.

 

Jaden asks Aster, “Wait, bro! You're not going to help us?!”

 

Aster tells Jaden, plainly, “You already enough help with actual super-power heroes helping you, Jaden. Plus, I've got my own work to do and do what I came here to do. Catch you later.” Aster then heads off into the woods and thinks in his mind, “Well, I've got to say that you have plenty of support, Jaden. I would like to help against Sartorius, but I've got my own work to do. The thief that took my father is still out there and I'm not going to stop until I find him and the card that he took from my father! However, I need to know what the connection is between him and Sartorius. Is it because of my father's card that Sartorius become what he is today? What does Sartorius know about that person?”

 

When Aster is gone from sight, Syrus then asks Jaden, “Hey, wait a minute! Do you remember what Mizuchi told you about, Jaden? About that card that changed Sartorius?”

 

Everyone else looks at Syrus and Mindy asks Syrus, “What do you mean Syrus?”

 

Jaden exclaims, remembering, “Oh, yeah, now I remember!” Jaden then explains about the story about the Duel Monsters card that changed Sartorius and the mysterious person that gave the card to Sartorius.

 

When Jaden is done with the `story', Ami says, “It might be possible that card had the power of the `Light of Ruin' in it and that's how Sartorius become the `host' for this evil power.”

 

Mina asks, curiously, “But do you think that it was the card that Aster was looking for?”

 

Bastion replies, in his logical tone, “It seems to be so. Mizuchi mention that it was a `Hero card' and most likely, it was the Hero card that Aster is looking for.”

 

Jasmine then states, curiously, “Wait! If that Hero card had the evil powers in it, could that man have been Aster's father? I mean his `disappearance' could be because the `Light of Ruin' possessed his father and turned him evil.”

 

Bastion tells Jasmine, “Highly unlikely. After the duel between Aster and Jaden going against Sartorius' sister, I did some research with Ami and we found that the window was indeed broken from the outside and signs of a struggle were found.”

 

Ami nods her head and she states, “It is most likely that whoever broke into Aster's home was the one that became possessed by the powers of the `Light of Ruin', which he or she passed on to Sartorius when this person met that day. However, there is still too little information to figure it out.”

 

Lita then says, “Anyway, for now, we need to worry about organizing the students together.”

 

Mindy asks, perplexed, “How do we do that?”

 

Blair smiles and yells out, with a sly smile on her lips, “Just leave that to me!” The others look at our formally child prodigy duelist, now, teenaged female duelist with looks of wonder and confusion as she `winks' with her right eye to assure them of her plan.

 

(Within a few days; In front of the Slifer Red dorms)

 

A few days later, we find all of the remaining non-brainwashed students from Slifer Red and Ra Yellow along with the recently `freed' and former `white students', Missy, Hosni, Ashley, and Thomas, back in their Obelisk Blue uniforms, in front of huge stage with Jaden, Syrus, Bastion, Blair, Tyranno, Mindy, Atticus, our two Sun Kingdom Sailor Scouts, our Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi, our Earth Prince, and three feline guardians. The group of Red, Yellow, and the few Blue students were talking among themselves about what was going on with this `meeting' and the whole school.

 

Bastion then takes out a megaphone and calls out into it, “May I have your attention please?!” However, all of the students continue to talk among themselves and ignore Bastion, who sweatdrops at this. He calls out into the megaphone again with, “Excuse me?! May I have your attention please?!” However, the students continue to talk among themselves and ignore Bastion, much to his chagrin.

 

Tyranno then yells at the top of his voice, “HEY, TROOPS!!! ATTENTION!!!” Soon after, all of the students in front of the stage turn and face our heroes and heroines.

 

Bastion smiles and tells Tyranno, “Thank you. Well done.”

 

Tyranno tells Bastion, proudly, “Just doing my job, soldier.”

 

Bastion tells the students through the megaphone, “First of all, I would like to thank you all of you for coming to this meeting!”

 

A Ra Yellow student shouts out, in a serious and annoyed tone, “Stop with the pleasantries! Tell us why you call all of us here!”

 

Jasmine quickly goes over to Bastion, takes the megaphone, and yells out, in a serious tone, “You want to know?! What we call you here for is to kick Sartorius butt out of our school!” All of the students gasp in shock and Jasmine shouts out, through the megaphone, “Sartorius is seriously bad news! He is brainwashing students with some kind of weird power and taking over our school! If something isn't done, the whole school will be under his heel!”

 

A Slifer Red student calls out, “Well, what do you want us to do?!”

 

Rei goes over to Jasmine, takes the megaphone, and exclaims, “We need to unite together against Sartorius and the Society of Light!”

 

All of the students below them gasp and another Ra Yellow student calls out, shocked, “Are you crazy girl?! We can't go up against them! They'll murder us!”

 

Yet, another Ra Yellow student roars out, fearfully, “Yeah, they might be brainwashed and nuts, but they are some of the best duelists in the school! We can't win!”

 

Missy then says, “And there is no way I'm going to risk having to wear those white clothes again. They are horrible!” Soon enough, all of the student talk among themselves worriedly and fearfully.

 

Atticus says, plainly, “Well, this isn't working. They are just too afraid.”

 

Syrus tells Atticus, “Well, we need to do something or they will get brainwashed one by one. And if we lose them, we'll never stop Sartorius.”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, “Not going to happen, Syi.” Before anyone could say a word, Jaden goes over to Rei, takes the megaphone, and begins to speak into it. Jaden calls out through the megaphone, “Come on, everyone! Listen up! Look, you can't let all of this brainwashing get to all of you! Together, we can beat the Society of Light! I mean my friends and I defeat Society members before!”

 

A third year Ra yellow student calls out, “That's because you are special, Jaden Yuki! I mean you beat Chazz Princeton, Alexis Rhodes, Chancellor Crowler, tied with Zane, beat the Shadow Duelists, saved the world from the Sacred Beasts, and even defeated profession duelists! You might be a Slifer Red, but you are the best duelist on the island other than Yugi Moto!” All of the students nod their heads in agreement with the third year Ra yellow student.

 

Jaden then calls out through the megaphone, “Okay, I might be one of the best duelists on the island, but even I can't do this alone! And beside there are those that beat members of the Society of Light other than me!” Jaden points to Serena and tells everyone through the megaphone, “Serena beat one of the members of the Society and she is a new student here!” Gasps came from the crowd of students and perplexed looks come from our heroes and heroines.

 

Blair quickly comes up, takes the megaphone, and exclaims, “That's right! I'm Blair, one of the new students in Slifer Red, and I was brainwashed by that jerk! However, Serena dueled her hardest and saved from Sartorius' brainwashing, even through she is a new Ra Yellow student! So, if she could do it, so, can everyone else!”

 

Jaden tells the students through the megaphone, “Blair's right, everyone! If all of work together, we can save everyone and show Sartorius what real dueling is all about and what real duelists can do! When we use our free will and hearts to duel and believe in ourselves, we can perform miracles! You might think of me as some kind of hero like those girls in Juuban, but I'm just a kid . . . a kid with an awesome deck, great friends, and heart! If I didn't have one of those, I wouldn't be the duelist that I am today! Now, who's with me?!” The students didn't respond with cheers, but they took Jaden's words into GREAT consideration.

 

A second year Ra Yellow student says, “I just moved from Slifer to Ra and a new girl defeated one of those originally in that Society of Light.”

 

A first year Slifer Red asks, “But that girl is in Slifer Red with us now? Don't you think that's weird?”

 

A third year Ra Yellow student replies, “Well, wouldn't you want to stop at the bottom and stay there to keep away from those freaks after being released from some kind of mind-control?” The group of Slifer Red and Ra Yellow students nods their heads in agreement with the third year Ra Yellow student.

 

Jasmine takes the megaphone from Jaden and yells out through it, “Hey, the name is Jasmine from Obelisk Blue . . . And I say BLUE, not WHITE!! I'm never going to become one of those jerks and I should know, I dueled one of them and won!”

 

Mindy comes also and yells out through the megaphone, “And Jasmine was nearly beat! But she came back and kicked ass, freeing our friend, Ashley, from the control of the `White Dorm'!”

 

Ashley calls out to her fellow students, “That's right! I don't remember what happened, but from what Mindy told me, Jasmine won even through I had the advantage at first! She did excellently!”

 

Jasmine calls out to the rest of the students through the megaphone and calls out, “And I can admit that I'm not one of the best female students, much less one of the best students, from Obelisk Blue!”

 

Tyranno goes over, takes the megaphone, and exclaims, “Come on, troops! What we are saying is that if we believe in ourselves and never give up, we save our fellow students and kick Sartorius' butt off of our school! Now, what do you say troops?!”

 

Serena quickly takes the megaphone and exclaims, in her usual tone, “Let's show them that this is our school and doesn't belong to anyone else!”

 

Jaden takes the megaphone and shouts out, in his usual tone, “Ready to get your games on everyone?! Now, let's get them!”

 

Somehow, their `pep talks' worked because after that all of the students shout out in unison and confidently, “YEAH!!!” Soon enough, they started to cheer, whoop, and holler in excitement and confidence.

 

Syrus exclaims, happily, “All right! It worked! We did it!”

 

Tyranno tells Jaden, “Excellent work on the pep talk, Sarge!”

 

Jaden scratches his head and says, nervously and with a smile, “Oh, come on, guys! You managed to do as much as I did to get them to gain confidence.”

 

However, just then the students began to call out, “JADEN!!! JADEN!!! JADEN!!! JADEN!!!” All of our heroes and heroines turn around to see that everyone in front of them was cheering Jaden's name.

 

Bastion tells Jaden, with a smile, “I think that they would disagree Jaden.”

 

Ami tells Jaden, in her usual tone, “Bastion is right, Jaden. You were the one that inspired them the most.”

 

Syrus tells Jaden, “That's right, J. You did awesome out there.”

 

Tyranno tells Jaden, “You are turning into a real leader, Sarge.” With that statement, Trista looks intensely at our heroic `Chosen Duelist' and gives a slight smile on her lips.

 

(Inside of the Chancellor's Office; Later that day)

 

Later that day in Duel Academy, we find Sartorius and a group of white clad students, including Chazz and Alexis, in front of Crowler and Bonaparte, who are behind the chancellor's desk in the chancellor's office, while Sartorius and the white students prepare to give Crowler and Bonaparte another set of demands.

 

Crowler roars out, annoyed, “I will not give in to a mere `student' of this academy! I am the chancellor and you will do as I say!”

 

However, the group of white clad student give off death glares at Crowler and Bonaparte, making them nervous, and Bonaparte tells them, nervously, “Actually, what he meant to say that even through we are open to suggestions, the final choice is still left to us, but give us any suggestions that would make this school better.”

 

Crowler whispers to Bonaparte, “What do you think that you are doing?”

 

Bonaparte tells Crowler, in a whisper, “We need Sartorius on our side. He nearly has half of the school's students on his side and there is no one who can stand up to him as long as he has that many students on his side.”

 

However, Alexis listened in and says, in a cold and serious tone, “Well, we are glad that you are listening to reason. Now, shut up and listen to what Master Sartorius has to say.”

 

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, “Hey, don't we have a say in this?” Everyone looks to the source of the voice to find Jaden, Blair, Syrus, Bastion, Tyranno, Mindy, Atticus, the five Inner Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts, and our two Sun Kingdom Sailor Scouts standing in front of them.

 

Chazz tells them, “Get lost, losers!”

 

Alexis tells them, in a cold and serious tone, “At least until you decide to become one of us.”

 

Blair tells Alexis, “Sorry, girlfriend, you and your Society of Freaks don't run thing here anymore.”

 

Chazz roars out, angrily, “Oh, yeah! How says?!” Just then a huge amount of red and yellow clad students enter the room, much to the surprise of Alexis, Chazz, the other white clad students, Crowler, and Bonaparte.

 

Jasmine points to them and says, with a sly grin, “All of us say so. We decided that we've had enough of you doing things as if you run our school, so, we decided to unite and stand against you. And remember, you are just under one-half of the student body.”

 

Mindy says, with a rare confident tone and excited smile, “Well, guess what? We have the whole of the other half on our side.”

 

Chazz exclaims, stunned, “What?!”

 

Bastion boldly steps forwards, goes over to the chancellor's desk, and says, in his usual logical tone, “That's right. We have the support of the rest of the school on our side to stop you.” Bastion then takes out a roll of paper and unrolls it onto the chancellor's desk.

 

Crowler asks Bastion, in his usual manner, “What is this?”

 

Jasmine tells Crowler, “That's a petition of protest from us to you against the Society of Light. As long as the `White Dorm' exists and you don't do anything to get rid of it and Sartorius . . . Well, we don't think that you have the right to `rule this school' anymore.”

 

Crowler yells out, annoyed, “Now, you see here . . .!!” However, Jasmine boldly steps forward towards the chancellor's desk, grabs Crowler by the collar, and yanks his face towards her causing Crowler to get nervous with the look of intensity in her eyes.

 

Jasmine roars out at Crowler, angrily, “No! You see here, Crowler! I have had enough of this! If you won't do anything to stop these Society of Dorks and Sartorius, then we are doing it for you!”

 

Chazz asks, not threatened, “And how are you going to do that?”

 

Bastion replies, “I'm glad that you asked Chazz. In our petition, we have demanded the right to create a `student council' that will handle all affairs of the school for now on until the Society of Light is disbanded. Of course, Crowler and Bonaparte would still be the `heads' of Duel Academy and come to these meetings, but he will remain just a `figurehead' for the time being. In addition, we have demanded a list of restrictions for the members of the Society of Light, including that our dorms, Slifer Red and Ra Yellow, are to be made `off limits' to any members of the Society of Light and any who violate this new rule will be immediately expelled from the school!”

 

All of the white clad students, including Alexis and Chazz, gasp in shock and Alexis exclaims, “You can't do this!”

 

Lita tells Alexis, “We already did, girl! In fact, we have the signatures of nearly all of the teachers and those that are part of the security forces within Duel Academy security forces.” Crowler and Bonaparte yelp in shock and check the petition.

 

When they were done, Crowler exclaims, “Mama Mia! Nearly all of the teachers and security within Duel Academy have their signatures on here!”

 

Tyranno roars out, in a serious tone, “And if you don't sign, we are going to leave this army on mass!”

 

Chazz says, annoyed, “Well, get out of here then! Who needs you?!”

 

Crowler shouts out, shocked, “If all of you leave at once, this Academy will be ruined!”

 

Jasmine tells Crowler, with a sly smile, “It is your choice, Crowler.”

 

Crowler groans in anguish and annoyed and says, defeated, “Fine.” Much to the shock of the white clad students, Crowler and Bonaparte sign the petition and thus, the transfer of `power' in Duel Academy to our heroes and heroines.

 

Bastion quickly takes the petition and tells Crowler, “Thank you, Chancellor Crowler.” Bastion and Jasmine quickly rejoin their friends and prepare to leave.

 

Chazz yells out, seriously, “You won't get away with this.”

 

Mina tells Chazz, after sticking his tongue out at him, “Sorry, Chazz-boy, we already did!”

 

Mindy tells the white clad students and Sartorius, display a `V' sign with her right hand and a smile, “Oh, by the way, no members of the Society of Light allowed in our `student council' allowed. Only members of Slifer Red, Ra Yellow, and Obelisk Blue. Jasmine and Atticus will be the council members of Obelisk Blue, Ami and Bastion will be representing Ra Yellow, and Jaden and Blair will represent Slifer Red.”

 

Jasmine says, with a sly grin on her lips, “See ya!” Just then all of our heroes and heroines with the other red and yellow clad students walk away with angered members of the Society of Light glaring at them when they leave.

 

Alexis asks Sartorius, “Sartorius-sama, what do we do?”

 

Sartorius tells Alexis, “Do not fear, Alexis, this is just a temporary set-back.”

 

Chazz tells Sartorius, “But Master, they have the power to control the school. Crowler and Bonaparte are just figureheads now.”

 

Crowler thinks in his mind, “Don't remind us.”

 

Sartorius tells Chazz and Alexis, “Well, if you make the leaders of their new `student council' see the light then the others will follow.”

 

Chazz says, plainly, “Brilliant Master! We will get to work right away!” Sartorius and the white clad students then head out of the room to make their plans to stop Jaden and his friends from stopping the Society of Light and Sartorius.

 

(After classes that day; on a Cliffside near the edge of Academy Island)

 

In the afternoon hours after classes in Duel Academy on that day, we find Bastion Misawa near the edge of a cliff on the edge of Academy Island, looking out to the sea and beautiful sky.

 

Bastion thinks in his mind, “Well, we've managed to unite the students and nearly all of the facility against Sartorius and the Society of Light, which will slow down his plans . . . for now. But Jaden, Blair, Ami, Jasmine, Atticus, and I have become targets since we were `elected' leaders of our new `student council and sooner or later, the Society of Light will come after us. And that's just fine by me! It will allow me a chance to finally prove my power by beating members of the Society of Light and possibly Sartorius!” Just then Bastion hears footsteps coming from behind him and he turns to see Ami Mizuno, in her Ra Yellow uniform, walking up towards him.

 

Ami asks Bastion, shyly, “Oh, I'm sorry, Bastion-san. Am I disturbing you?”

 

Bastion blushes and replies, kindly, “No, you aren't Ami. Please.” Ami immediately goes over to Bastion and Bastion asks, curiously, “You seem a bit nervous, Ami. Is there anything wrong?”

 

Ami tells Bastion, looking over herself, “Well, I never wore a mini-skirt like this in public before. I just feel uncomfortable in it.”

 

Bastion tells Ami, “That's pretty odd. Whenever you are Sailor Mercury, you wear a mini-skirt all of the time and plenty of times, you are in public.”

 

Ami tells Bastion, “You're right, Bastion. I never thought that.”

 

Bastion asks Ami, curiously, “Why do you feel uncomfortable in mini-skirts?”

 

Ami replies, nervously, “It's just . . . just . . . I'm not sure that I look good in them.”

 

Bastion tells Ami, in his confident and logical tone, “Oh, hogwash, Ami! You look very beautiful in mini-skirts or in anything in that matter. By my calculations, your figure is absolute perfect for a female of your age.”

 

Ami asks, blushing somewhat, “You think that I am beautiful?”

 

Bastion replies, nervously and just realizing what he had just said, “Well . . . you know . . . it . . .”

 

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, “Ah, how romantic. Two geeks getting together!” Ami and Bastion turn to the source of the voice to see Chazz with a group of male and female white clad students in front of them.

 

Bastion asks, going in front of Ami protectively, “What do you think that you are doing here Chazz?!”

 

Chazz tells Bastion, in a sarcastic tone, “What's the problem Bastion? We aren't near the Slifer or Ra Yellow dorms so you can't expel us for that.”

 

Bastion tells Chazz, “You might have a point, but by the looks of the students behind you, it is logical to assume that you aren't here to say `hello'.”

 

Chazz roars out, seriously, “You got that right, buster! You think that you can go around and try to stop us just because you have so many losers against us?!”

 

Bastion tells Chazz, with a sly tone and smile, “If I recall exactly, Chazz, some of those `losers', you refer to, are teachers and members of the security forces in Duel Academy.”

 

Chazz calls out, “Won't be for long! I think it is time for little Ami to return to the light and for you to see the light Bastion!”

 

Bastion tells Chazz, in a serious tone, “I think not, Chazz!”

 

Two white clad students with duel disks attached to their left wrist step forward and Chazz tells Bastion, “You and Ami don't have a choice!” Chazz then tells Ami, “And don't think about calling your friends, the Sailor Scouts, for help! That's right! Master Sartorius knows who you and your friends really are! But don't worry, they will see the light like you once did!”

 

Ami shakes her head and says, in her strong tone, “I won't be your master slave again, Chazz!”

 

Bastion takes two duel disks from the bushes and he states, seriously, “I agree. So, let's settle this!”

 

Ami asks Bastion, surprised by the duel disks, “Bastion, how did you . . .?”

 

Bastion smiles and tells Ami, “It helps to come prepared for any situation.” Ami nods her head in agreement with Bastion and Bastion asks Ami, “Do you have any of your dueling decks with you?”

 

Ami tells Bastion, holding a Duel Monsters deck from her sub-space pocket, “All I have is this new experimental deck using Water Attribute and Machine type monsters using supporting trap and spell cards, but I never tested it, yet.”

 

Bastion tells Ami, holding up a dueling deck of his own, “We have something in common, Ami. During this time, I've upgraded my own decks, but I have yet to test them out. Well, it looks like it is a good time as ever.” Bastion and Ami attached the duel disks to their arms and insert their dueling decks inside.

 

Chazz tells the two of them, “Your opponents will be Ran and Dennison and you will fight in a tag team duel with them against you and Ami!”

 

The two of them gasp in shock and Bastion asks, surprised, “A tag team duel?!”

 

Chazz tells Bastion, “That's right, loser! Let me tell you how it works! Both teams start out with a combined eight thousand life-points, but each person has a separate field and takes a separate turn. Plus, you can't share any strategies or cards with your teammate unless you use a spell or trap card, however, you share the same graveyard and you can share cards already out on the field. Any questions?”

 

Bastion tells Chazz, “No! I think that's plenty! Let's duel!” Bastion, Ami, and their opponents activate their duel disks and the life-point counters display the combined 8000 life-points for each team.

 

Soon after, all four duelists draw five cards from their decks and yell out in unison, “Time to duel!”

Bastion draws one card from his deck and says, “I will start things off!” Bastion looks at his hand and says, putting one card on his duel disk, “First, I will play my Magnet Warrior Sigma Plus in attack mode!” Soon after, the robotic warrior, Magnet Warrior Sigma Plus (1800/1500) comes to the field in attack mode. Bastion then puts two cards in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk and states, “I will end with these.”

 

Dennison draws one card from his deck and says, plainly, “It is my move now!” Dennison puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “Now, I summon my Marauding Captain in attack mode!” Soon after, Marauding Captain (1200/700) comes to the field in attack mode. Dennison then states, in a serious tone, “Now, I can summon another monster level four or less from my hand to the field! And I choose another Marauding Captain!” Soon after, another Marauding Captain (1200/700) appears beside the first one and Dennison says, seriously, “And as long as those monsters are together, thanks to their special ability, you can't attack any warrior type monsters on the field since there are two Marauding Captains on the field!”

 

Ami says, worriedly, “He's right. Since Marauding Captain's ability prevents any other warrior type monster to be attacked other than himself, with two of them, we can't attack any warrior type monsters or get to his life-points.”

 

Dennison puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “However, it is a lot worse. Now, I play my Mischief of the Time Goddess! This allows me to skip the other players' turns and go into my Battle Phase! This allows me to attack right now!”

 

Bastion exclaims, shocked, “What?!”

 

Ren says, with a sly grin, “Excellent, Dennison! Without a single monster, the girl is ripe for an attack!”

 

Dennison then commands, “Marauding Captain, attack her life-points directly!” Marauding Captain then rushes in to attack Ami, who is helpless without any trap, spell, or monster cards to protect her.

Bastion roars out, “You've triggered my trap! Magnet Force Minus!” Bastion's face-down card is revealed to be the Magnet Force Minus trap card and it shoots out energy towards Marauding Captain and it stops in its tracks, causing it to turn towards Bastion's Magnet Warrior Sigma Plus.

 

Dennison asks, confused, “Hey, what's going on?! Why is my monster not attacking her and turning towards your monster?!”

 

Bastion tells Dennison, with a smile, “Let me explain this in simple terms: My trap card has turned your monster into a negatively charged monster and my Sigma Plus is a positively charged monster. Whenever there is a PLUS monster on one side of the field and a MINUS monster on the other side of the field, they must battle each other. So, thanks to my trap, your attack target for your Captain is now my Magnet Warrior!”

 

Dennison exclaims, worriedly, “Oh no!” Dennison's Marauding Captain then attacks Bastion's Magnet Warrior, which easily destroys it with one swipe of its sword, and costing Ren and Dennison around 600 life-points. Dennison says, putting one card in the spell/trap slots, “Fine! I end my turn with this!”

Ami draws one card from her deck and says, “My turn!” Ami looks at the cards in her hand, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and says, “Now, I play my Future Fusion spell! This spell card allows me to summon a fusion monster as long as I send the fusion material monsters from my deck to the graveyard!” Ami goes through her deck, takes out two cards from her deck, puts her deck back into her duel disk, sends those two cards to the graveyards, take a fusion monster card from her fusion deck, puts it on her duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I play my Cyber Ogre Two in attack mode!” Soon after, Cyber Ogre 2 (2600/1900) appears on the field in attack mode. Ami then puts another card in the spell/trap card slots and shouts out, “Next, I play my Quick Attack spell card! This spell card allows one fusion monster to attack on the same turn as it is formed! So, my Future Fusion's negative effect is negated!”

 

Ren calls out, worriedly, “Oh no!”

 

Ami calls out, seriously, “Cyber Ogre Two, attack Ren's life-points directly!” Cyber Ogre Two gives a loud roar as it moves on Dennison's seemly helpless tag team partner.

 

Dennison roars out, seriously, “I don't think so! Reveal Waboku!” Dennison's face-down card is revealed to be the Waboku trap card and a trio of maidens appears to negate Cyber Ogre 2's attack on Ren. Dennison tells Ami, tauntingly, “Did you think that I use Mischief of the Time Goddess in a tag duel without having something to protect my partner?!”

 

Ren tells Dennison, “Nice job, Ren! If we keep this up, they will see the light!”

 

Ami puts two cards in the spell/trap slots and says, with her classic pout look, “I will end my turn with these!”

 

Ren draws one card from his deck and exclaims, “Now, it is my move!” Ren looks at his hand, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and states, “First, I play my Pot of Greed! This card allows me to draw two cards from my deck!” Ren draws two cards from his deck and put them into his hand. Ren then puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “Next, I play the spell card Trap Booster! By discarding one card from my hand, I can play one trap card from my hand!” Ren discards one card from his hand to the grave, puts another card in the spell/trap slots, and Ren calls out, “Now, I play my Ultimate Offering! With this trap card on the field, I can summon extra monsters to the field as long as I give up five hundred life-points.” Ren puts one card on his duel disk and shouts out, “Now, I play my Trojan Horse!” Soon after, the monster known as the Trojan Horse (1600/1200) is summoned to the field in attack mode. Ren then calls out, “Next, I give up five hundred life-points in order to sacrifice my Trojan Horse and plus, since I'm sacrificing him for an Earth monster, he counts as two sacrifices instead of one! Now, I sacrifice my Trojan Horse to summon a monster that you well know!” Trojan Horse glows as it is sacrificed and Ren and his partner lose 500 life-points from the effect of Ultimate Offering while Ren puts one card on his duel disk. Ren shouts out, “Come forth, Ancient Gear Golem!” Soon after, the familiar Ancient Gear Golem (3000/3000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Bastion says, plainly, “Well, this certainly brings some memories.”

 

Ren points to Cyber Ogre 2 and exclaims, “And since your Cyber Ogre Two's ability only activates when it attacks, Ancient Gear Golem, destroy her monster!” Ancient Gear Golem swings its right fist into Cyber Ogre 2 and destroys it without much trouble costing Ami and Bastion around 400 life-points.

 

Bastion roars out, seriously, “You've just triggered my trap! Last Magnet!” Bastion's other face-down card is revealed to be the Last Magnet trap card. Bastion tells Ren, “This trap card activates when a monster is destroyed in battle! It attaches itself to one monster on the field and reduces that monster's attack points by eight hundred!” A huge magnet slams into Ancient Gear Golem's back, attached itself to it, and Ancient Gear Golem's stats decrease from 3000/3000 to 2200/3000!

 

Ami calls out, seriously, “Now, I play my trap! Soul Rope!” Ami's face-down is revealed to be the Soul Rope trap card and Ami says, “At a cost of one thousand life-points, I can play one monster from my deck with four stars or less!” Ami goes through her deck, as her and Bastion's life-points reduce by 1000 points, she takes out one card, puts it on her duel disk, and exclaims, “Now, I play my Oxygeddon in attack mode!” Oxygeddon (1800/800) then appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Bastion thinks in his mind, surprised by the monster, “Does Ami have similar cards to my own?!”

 

Ren puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “I will end my turn with one face-down card!”

Bastion draws one card from his deck and exclaims, “Now, it is my move!” Bastion looks at his cards and shouts out, “Now, I sacrifice my Sigma Plus from my field and Omega Minus from my hand!” Soon enough, Bastion sends the monster card known as Magnet Warrior Omega Minus (1900/600) among with his Sigma Plus monster card, puts another card on his duel disk, and calls out, “This allows me to call my Conductive Warrior Linear Magnum to the field!” Afterwards, Conductive Warrior Linear Magnum Plus Minus (2700/2300) appears on the field in attack mode. Bastion then calls out, “Warrior Magnum, destroy his Ancient Gear Golem!” Bastion's monster fires its two laser cannons at Ancient Gear Golem, destroying it with a huge explosion and costing Ren and Dennison another 500 life-points.

 

Ren shouts out, “I reveal my trap card! Time Machine!” Ren's face-down card is revealed to be a Time Machine trap card and a huge black time machine appears behind Ren.

 

Bastion says, worriedly, “Oh no! He can bring back his Golem at full power with that!”

 

Ren replies, with an evil grin, “That's right, fool! My Time Machine brings back a monster that was just destroyed! Ancient Gear Golem, return!” Out of the Time Machine, Ancient Gear Golem (3000/3000) returns to the field.

 

Bastion puts one card in the spell/trap slots, “I place one card face-down and end my turn!”

Dennison draws one card from his deck and yells out, “My move!” Dennison puts one card in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk and calls out, “Now, I play my Card of Sanctity! All of us must draw from our decks until we have six cards in our hands!” All four duelists draw from their decks until all of them have six cards in their hands. Dennison puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my Shrink spell card! Your Magnum's attack points are now cut in half!” Linear Magnum's stats are reduced from 2700/2300 to 1350/2300! Bastion sweatdrop nervously and Dennison declares, while putting in another card in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk, “Now, I give my Captain the Equip Spell Axe of Despair! It increases his attack points by one thousand while decreases his defense by the same amount!” Marauding Captain's stats increase from 1200/700 to 2200/0! Dennison roars out, “Now, my Captain, destroy his rust bucket of a monster!” Marauding Captain moves in towards Linear Magnum, preparing to destroy it with its new axe.

 

Ami calls out, “I activate my trap card! Attack Guidance Barrier!” Ami's face-down card is revealed to be the Attack Guidance Barrier trap card and Ami exclaims, “Now, I can shift your attack to any other monster on the field and boost that monster's power by six hundred points! And I choose my Oxygeddon!” Oxygeddon's stats increase from 1800/800 to 2400/800 as Marauding Captain's attack is diverted to Ami's monster, which destroys Dennison's monster with a powerful stream of air and costing Dennison and Ren around 200 life-points.

 

Dennison shouts out, angrily, “You think you are so smart!” Dennison puts a card on his duel disk and shouts out, “I summon my Big Shield Gardna in defense mode!” Soon after, Big Shield Gardna (100/2600) comes to the field in defense mode. Dennison puts two cards in the spell/trap slots and states, “I will end with two face-down cards.”

Bastion says, worriedly, “Oh no.”

 

Ami tells Bastion, “Don't worry, Bastion, it will be okay.” Ami then puts one card in the spell/trap slot and calls out, “Now, I play my own Trap Booster spell! By discarding one card from my hand, I can play one trap card from my hand!” Ami discards one card from her hand, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Next, I play my Call of the Haunted! This trap card allows me to summon one monster from my grave in attack mode! And I choose my Cyber Ogre Two!” Soon after, Cyber Ogre Two (2600/1800) reappears on the field in attack mode. Ami then says, “Plus, the card that I discarded was Draw Slime and this monster card allows me to draw one card from my deck when it is sent to the graveyard!” Ami then draws one more card from her deck and puts it into her hand.

 

Dennison says, with an evil sly tone and grin, “Doesn't matter since you can't attack, thanks to my trap!”

 

Ami puts another card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Don't count on that since I've figured every singe bit of the math! Next, I play my Ties of the Brethren! This spell card costs me and Bastion one thousand life-points, but it allows me to summon two level four or less monsters from my deck to the field!” As Bastion and Ami loses 1000 life-points, Ami goes through her deck, takes two cards from her deck, puts her deck back in her duel disk, puts the two cards on her duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I summon two Hydrogeddon to the field in attack mode!” By Oxygeddon, two Hydrogeddon (1600/1000) appear on the field in attack mode. Ami puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my spell: Bonding H20! This spell allows me to sacrifice two Hydrogeddon and one Oxygeddon to summon my Water Dragon from my deck!” Ami goes through her deck while her Oxygeddon and Hydrogeddon are sent to the graveyard, she takes out one card from her deck, puts her deck back in her duel disk, puts the card on her duel disk, and Water Dragon (2800/2000) comes to the field in attack mode!

 

Dennison calls out, in a serious tone, “So, what?! You can't attack thanks to my trap!”

 

Ami tells Dennison, with her usual smile while putting another card in the spell/trap slots, “I will get to that! Next, I play my Mystical Spell Typhoon! This card destroys one spell or trap card on the field and I chose your face-down card!” A powerful wind storm comes on the field and destroys Dennison's face-down card, which is a Mirror Force trap card. Ami then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my Dark Spell Regeneration! This spell can copy any spell in the graveyard and I chose your Mischief of the Time Goddess spell!”

 

The two white clad students gasp in shock and Bastion exclaims, excitedly, “Brilliant, Ami! You can skip our turns and bypass Dennison's trap card!”

 

Ami tells Bastion, with a smile and shyly, “Thank you, Bastion.” Ami then regains her composer and says, “Next, my Cyber Ogre Two's special ability comes into play! It gains half of the attack points of the monster Cyber Ogre Two is about to attack and I plan to attack your Ancient Gear Golem! This increases Cyber Ogre Two's attack points by fifteen hundred points!” Cyber Ogre 2's stats increase from 2600/1800 to 4100/1800! Ami then commands, “Attack Ancient Gear Golem!” Cyber Ogre 2 attacks Ancient Gear Golem, destroying it with ease, and taking 1100 life-points of Ren's and Dennison's with it. Ami then calls out, “Now, Water Dragon, attack Ren directly! Tidal Surge!” Water Dragon attacks Ren directly and he yells out as he loses 2800 life-points, thanks to Ami's Water Dragon's attack. Ami puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “I will end my turn with this!”

Ren draws one card from his deck and says, seriously, “Do you think you can stop the power of destiny?! I don't think so! It is time to end this duel!” Ren puts one card in the spell/trap slot and calls out, “Now, I play my Lightning Vortex Spell card! By discarding one card from my hand, I can destroy all monster cards on your side of the field!” Ren discards one card from his hand and Bastion's and Ami's monsters are destroyed in a huge lightning storm. Ren then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play my Ancient Gear Castle! This continuous spell card increases the power of all monsters with the word `Ancient Gear' in their name by three hundred attack points!” Ren puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my Tribute Burial spell card! By removing one monster from each of our graveyards from play, I can summon a high powered monster from my hand! So, I remove your Cyber Ogre Two and my Ancient Gear Golem from our graveyards!” Cyber Ogre Two from Ami's graveyard and Ancient Gear Golem from Ren's graveyard are removed from play. Next, Ren puts a card on his duel disk, and shouts out, “Now, I play another Ancient Gear Golem in attack mode!” Just then a second Ancient Gear Golem (3000/3000) comes to the field in attack mode. Ren then says, “Next, my castle gives my Gear Golem a power boost!” Ancient Gear Golem's stats increase from 3000/3000 to 3300/3000, thanks to Ancient Gear Castle.

 

Bastion tells Ren, seriously, “That isn't enough to wipe us out!”

 

Ren puts another card on his duel disk and calls out, “Not yet! Next, I play another Trojan Horse in attack mode!” Just then Trojan Horse (1600/1200) comes to the field in attack mode. Ren then says, with an evil grin, “And since my Ultimate Offering is still in play, I give up five hundred life-points to sacrifice my Trojan Horse to summon my third Ancient Gear Golem since my Horse counts as two sacrifices when used to summoning an Earth attribute monster!” Ren and Dennison lose 500 more life-points, Trojan Horse is sacrificed, and another Ancient Gear Golem (3000/3000) comes to the field in attack mode. Its' stats then increase from 3000/3000 to 3300/3000, thanks to Ancient Gear Castle.

 

Bastion thinks in his mind, “Oh no! That's enough to wipe us out and thanks to Golem's special effect, we can't activate any trap cards as long as that monster remains on the field and he has two of them!”

 

Ami calls out, “I activate my trap card! Bottomless Trap Hole!” Just then Ami's face-down card is revealed to be a Bottomless Trap Hole trap card and Ami says, seriously, “When you summon a monster with fifteen hundred or more attacks points, this trap card immediately removes it from play!” Soon after, a huge pit swallows the third Ancient Gear Golem, removing it from play.

 

Ren shouts out, seriously, “You are only delaying the inventible! Gear Golem, attack her life-points with Mechanized Malay!” Ancient Gear Golem attacks Ami directly and she calls out as she is knocked to the ground, costing Ami and Bastion around 3300 life-points.

 

Bastion asks Ami, worriedly, “Are you okay, Ami?”

 

Ami gets to her feet and tells Bastion, “I'll be fine.”

 

Ren tells Ami, “Now, do you see the power of light? Why don't you return where you belong?”

 

Ami replies, in her strong tone, “I am where I belong! Fighting with my friends and fellow Senshi!”

 

Chazz tells Ami, “Doesn't matter! Soon enough, they will all see the light!”

 

Bastion tells Chazz, “We will see since it is my turn!”

Bastion draws one card from his deck, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Now, I play my Lithmus Doom Ritual! Now, I sacrifice my Water Dragon to summon Lithmus Doom Swordsman!” Bastion discards the monster card to his graveyard, puts the Ritual monster card on his duel disk, and Lithmus Doom Swordsman (0/0) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Dennison says, plainly, “Without any trap cards out, your monster is useless against ours!”

 

Bastion tells Dennison, with a sly grin, “Well, you would be right . . . if I was going to use my Swordsman! Now, I sacrifice my Doom Swordsman to summon Plasma Warrior Atom to the field!” Doom Swordsman vanishes from the field as it is sacrificed, Bastion puts another card on his duel disk, and Plasma Warrior Atom (3000/2500) appears on the field in attack mode. Bastion then puts another card into the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play the Equip Spell: Plasma Booster! This gives my Atom another six hundred attack points!” Just then mechanized pack with two plasma energy cells appears on Plasma Warrior Atom's back and its stats increase from 3000/2500 to 3600/2500!

 

Ren says, seriously, “So, what if you destroy my Gear Golem? We only lose three hundred life-points and we will win the duel after you are done.”

 

Bastion tells the two white clad students, “You aren't going to get the chance or didn't you releases by dividing his attack points in half, Plasma Warrior Atom can attack you directly?” The two white students gasp in shock as Plasma Warrior Atom's stats are reduced from 3600/2500 to 1800/2500! Bastion then commands, “Now, Plasma Warrior Atom, end this duel now! Attack them directly with Plasma Electric Sphere!” Plasma Warrior Atom fires an electrical sphere out of its chest that by-passes Ren's and Dennison's monsters and they scream out as they lose 1800 life-points from the attack, ending the duel.

Ren and Dennison: 0

 

When the final holograms fade away, Ren and Dennison faint onto the ground and Chazz exclaims, shocked, “What?! We lost another duel!”

 

Bastion tells Chazz, with a sly grin, “Maybe you should learn not to underestimate your opponents, Chazz.” Ami, on the meanwhile, pushes the button on her communicator, sending out an emergency signal to her friends.

 

Chazz sees this and thinks in his mind, “Oh, great! That Sailor girl has just sent a signal to her friends! We will be in real trouble if those Sailor geeks come along!” Chazz yells out, annoyed, “You might have won for now, but sooner or later, the world will see the light!” Chazz and the white clad students walk away back to the `White Dorm' in defeat.

 

Bastion tells Ami, “You really did well, Ami.”

 

Ami tells Bastion, shyly, “I really didn't do that much.”

 

Bastion tells Ami, “Nonsense, Ami. You really did very well! You have the makings of an excellent scientist and a champion duelist.”

 

Ami blushes in embarrassment and tells Bastion, “Thank you, Bastion-kun. But you did great and if it wasn't for some your cards, we would have lost. You are a strong duelist too.”

 

Bastion blushes in embarrassment and replies, nervously, “Why thank you, Ami.”

 

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, worriedly, “Ami!” Just then Serena, Mina, Lita, and Rei along with the two guardian felines run over to the two duelists.

 

Lita tells Ami, “Our communicated activated when you activated the emergence signal on them! What happened?!”

 

Rei sees the two unconsciousness white clad students and exclaims, “Hey! Those two are brainwashed members of the Society of Light! What are they doing here?!”

 

Bastion tells them, “They came to duel us, but Ami and I beat them in a tag team duel fair and square.”

 

Serena exclaims, shocked, “Ami, you and Bastion beat a pair of Society of Light members by yourselves.”

 

Bastion says, confidently, “Of course!”

 

Ami nods her head and says, “It was tough, but Bastion and I won the duel.”

 

Lita tells Ami, excitedly, “Great job, Ami!”

 

Mina nods her head and says, “Wish we were there to see it!”

 

Rei tells Ami and Bastion, “You, two, showed them what it meant to be duelists!”

 

Mina asks, in her sly tone, “By the way, I can how much alike you are. Is there something you are not telling us?”

 

Ami and Bastion blush in embarrassment and Ami yells at her friend, panicky, “Mina! Stop that!”

 

Rei tells Mina, in her usual tone, “Come on, Mina! Stop that! Every time Ami is with a boy, you always do this!”

 

Bastion tells Rei, “No surprising since your friend's Sailor Senshi form is named after the Roman Goddess of Love.”

 

Rei tells Bastion, plainly, “No kidding.”

 

Serena asks Ami, in her usual tone, “Come on, Ami! You've got to tell us all about it!”

 

Ami tells Serena, “Calm down, Serena! We will!”

 

Mina asks Ami, “And will you tell us when Bastion and you are going out on a date?!” Ami and Bastion blush a deep cherry red from Mina's remark.

 

Rei yells at Mina, annoyed, “Mina, will you cut it out already?! Leave them alone!”

 

Mina replies, curiously, “What?! They are so much alike! Why not?!” After Ami and Bastion get over their embarrassment, they start to tell Ami's friends about what happened, excluding any `embarrassing' moments.

 

(Later that afternoon; Elsewhere within Duel Academy Island)

 

During the hours of the late afternoon, we find Syrus Truesdale looking at a magazine article about his older brother, Zane Truesdale, also known as Kaiser since he was one of the best duelists in Duel Academy as their top student, but now, ever since the Underground Duel, Zane has become a darker personality known as Hell Kaiser, who ruthlessly defeats his opponents without respecting his fellow duelists like he used to and without any mercy. And to say that Syrus is saddened by his older brother's change is a real understatement.

 

Syrus thinks in his mind, sadly, “What's going on with you, bro? What's happened to you Zane?”

 

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, “Syrus!” Syrus looks to the source of the voice to see his best friend, Jaden Yuki, running towards him. When Jaden stops in front of Syrus, he says, curiously, “What's wrong, bro? You look pretty sad.”

 

Syrus rolls up the magazine article and tells Jaden, trying to sound all right, “I'm fine, Jaden.”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, seeing his best friend's sad face, “You don't look fine, bro. Want to talk about it?”

 

Syrus tells Jaden, with a sigh, “It's my brother. Ever since he changed, he has been dueling totally different and it worries me.”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, “Yeah, Zane, does seem different and darker, but maybe it is façade for show, bro!”

 

Syrus tells Jaden, solemnly, “I don't know.”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, “Don't worry, Syi. If it isn't an act, maybe Zane just lost his way and he needs someone to bring him back.”

 

Syrus tells Jaden, in a solemn tone, “I guess . . .”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, in his usual manner and smile, “Come on, Syi! Let's head back! I've got popcorn for the next set of pro duels!”

 

Syrus sighs and says, with a smile, “All right.” Syrus thinks in his mind, “Jaden really knows how to cheer up you somehow! That's why he is such a great friend and great person!” Syrus goes over to the side of the lighthouse to retrieve his duel disk he kept stashed just in case and goes over to Jaden to get back to the Slifer Red dorm. Syrus tells Jaden, “Ready to go!”

 

Jaden nods his head and says, excitedly, “All right, let's move out!” However, when they turn to head back across the harbor, they find a white clad student with a duel disk that has a dueling deck inside attached to his left wrist blocking their path. Jaden says, a bit worriedly, “Uh oh. This isn't good.”

 

The white clad student asks, “Are you Jaden Yuki?”

 

Jaden replies, in a plain tone, “What if I am?”

 

The white clad student tells Jaden in reply, “The name is Louis Hakufu and I'm here to bring you into the Society of Light!”

 

Jaden asks, curiously, “Did Sartorius send you?”

 

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, “No, I did!” Soon after, Alexis Rhodes, in her white female uniform, walks up to all of them.

 

Jaden asks, surprised, “Alexis? You sent this guy against me?”

 

Alexis tells Jaden, “That's right! Neither Master Sartorius nor Chazz ordered me to send Louis against you! I'm sending him against you!”

 

Jaden asks Alexis, “Why?”

 

Alexis replies, determined and seriously, “Why? Why do you think? It is time for to see the light Jaden and I'm going to make sure that you come where you belong! By our side in the Society of Light!”

 

Syrus asks Alexis, seriously, “And what if Jaden refuses to duel?”

 

Alexis snaps her fingers and says, “This!” Just then two white clad female students come out from behind the lighthouse, grab Syrus by his shoulders, causing him to drop his duel disk, and drag him away from Jaden before he could react!

 

Jaden shouts out, shocked, “Syrus!”

 

Syrus exclaims, fearfully, “Jaden, help!”

 

Alexis tells Jaden, “This is your choice, Jaden, through you don't really have one: Either you duel . . .” Soon after, the two white clad students put a chain around Syrus' waist that's connected to a large anchor and Alexis exclaims, seriously and coldly, “. . . Or your friend takes a trip down to the bottom of the harbor!”

 

Jaden asks Alexis, shocked, “Alexis, why are you doing this?”

 

Alexis tells Jaden, in a serious and annoyed tone, “My reasons are my own! Now, you are going to duel! If you win, we let you and Syrus go! If you lose, you will join us in the Society of Light!”

 

Jaden looks into Alexis' eyes and thinks in his mind, “Alexis seems so desperate to bring me into the Society of Light! Why?” Jaden then looks deeply into Alexis' eyes, sees a `spark' of the `old Alexis' inside of that `spark', and thinks in his mind, “Could there still be a piece of the old Alexis in there? Well, I don't have a choice! If I don't duel, Syrus takes a one-way trip to Davy Jones locker and I can't let that happen!” Jaden picks up the duel disk that Syrus dropped, attaches it to his left arm, puts in his dueling deck, and tells Alexis, in a serious tone, “I'll duel to save Syrus' life, Alexis!”

 

Syrus yells out, worriedly, “No, Jaden! Don't do it!”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, with a smile, “Don't worry, Syi. I don't plan to lose today.”

 

Louis tells Jaden, in a serious tone, “We will see about that.” Jaden and Louis activate their duel disk, their life-point counters display 4000 life-points each, and both duelists draw five cards from their respective decks.

 

Louis and Jaden shout out in unison, “Let's duel!”

Jaden draws one card from his deck and says, “All right, get your game on!” Jaden looks at his hand and says, putting one card on his duel disk, “First, I summon my Elemental Hero Sparkman in attack mode!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Sparkman (1600/1400) appears on the field in attack mode! Jaden then puts one card in the spell/trap card slots of his duel disk and calls out, “Next, I play the spell card: Hero's Bond! When I have an Elemental Hero on the field, I can summon another Elemental Hero that's level four or less from my deck to the field!” Jaden goes through his deck, takes out one card, puts the card on his duel disk after he puts his deck back in his duel disk, and shouts out, “Now, I play my Elemental Hero Clayman in defense mode!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Clayman (800/2000) comes to the field in defense mode. Jaden puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, “I end my turn with one face-down!”

 

Louis draws one card from his deck and exclaims, “My move!” Louis looks at his hand, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “First, I play my Ties to the Brethren! At a cost of one thousand of my life-points, I can summon two monsters that are level four or less from my deck to the field!” Louis' life-points drop by 1000, he goes through his deck, takes two cards, puts his deck back in his duel disk, puts those two cards on his duel disk, and shouts out, “I summon my X-Head Cannon and Y-Dragon Head to the field!” Soon after, X-Head Cannon (1800/1600) and Y-Dragon Head (1500/1600) appear on the field in attack mode. Louis puts another card on his duel disk and yells out, “Next, I play my Z-Metal Tank in attack mode!” By X-Head Cannon and Y-Dragon Head, Z-Metal Tank (1500/1300) appears on the field in attack mode. Louis then shouts out, “Next, I remove X-Head Cannon, Y-Dragon Head, and Z-Metal Tank from play in order to summon my XYZ Dragon Cannon!” All three monsters vanish when they are removed from play, Louis takes the fusion monster card from his fusion deck, puts it on his duel disk, and XYZ Dragon Cannon (2800/2600) comes to the field in attack mode. Louis then takes two cards in his hand and sends them to his graveyard, declaring, “Next, I use my Dragon Cannon's special ability! By sending two cards to my grave, I can send your two monsters packing!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Sparkman and Clayman are destroyed in huge explosions.

 

Jaden shouts out, shocked, “Clayman! Sparkman!”

 

Louis then commands, “Now, Dragon Cannon, attack Jaden directly!” XYZ Dragon Cannon fires its weapons right at Jaden, preparing to strike him directly.

 

Syrus shouts out, worriedly, “Jaden!”

 

Jaden calls out, in a serious tone, “Not so fast, bro! Negate Attack!” Jaden's face-down card is revealed to be the Negate Attack trap card and a powerful shield protects Jaden from Dragon Cannon's attack. Jaden tells Louis, “Sorry, Louis, but thanks to my trap, like my card tells you in its print, your attack is negated! That's all she wrote pal!”

 

Louis puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, plainly, “I end my turn!”

Jaden draws one card from his deck and calls out, as he puts one card in the spell/trap slots, “I play my Pot of Greed! Now, I draw two more cards from my deck!” Jaden draws two more cards from his deck and puts them into his hand. Jaden then puts one card on his duel disk and says, “Now, I play my Elemental Hero Burstinatrix in attack mode!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Burstinatrix (1200/800) comes to the field in attack mode. Jaden then puts one card in the spell/trap slots and shouts out, “Next, I play my Burst Impact spell! Now, every monster other than Burstinatrix is destroyed and you lose three hundred life-points for every monster!”

 

Louis calls out, surprised, “What?!” His XYZ Dragon Cannon is then destroyed in a huge explosion and he loses 300 life-points from Burst Impact's other effect.

 

Jaden then shouts out, “Now, Burstinatrix, attack him directly! Flare Storm!” Burstinatrix fires a strong flame attack right at Louis, preparing to strike him and his life-points, directly.

 

Louis says, plainly, “Reveal Draining Shield!” Louis' face-down card is revealed to be the Draining Shield trap card and a shield comes around Louis, negating Elemental Hero Burstinatrix's attack. Louis tells Jaden, “Thanks to this trap, not only is your attack negated, but its attack points are added to my life-points.” Louis' life-points than increase by 1200, thanks to Draining Shield.

 

Jaden tells Louis, with his classic smile, “Nice counter.” Jaden puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “I end with this!”

Louis tells Jaden, while drawing one card from his deck, “You won't be smiling for long!” Louis puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play my Card of Demise spell! I draw until I hold five cards in my hand, but in five turns, I lose my entire hand. However, this duel will be over long before then.” Louis then draws cards from his deck until he has five cards in his hand.

 

Jaden tells Louis, with a smile, “We'll see Louis.”

 

Louis puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “We will now since I play Dark Hole! Now, all monsters on the field are destroyed!” Elemental Hero Burstinatrix screams in terror as she is sucked into a black hole and sent to the graveyard.

 

Jaden exclaims, shocked, “My Burstinatrix!”

 

Louis puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “She's going to be the least of your worries when I play my Black Luster Ritual! Now, I send my Armed Dragon level ten to the graveyard to summon my Black Luster Soldier!” Louis sends Armed Dragon LV10 (3000/2000) to the graveyard, puts the Ritual monster card on his duel disk, and Black Luster Solider (3000/2500) comes to the field in attack mode. Louis shouts out, seriously, “Now, my Chaos Soldier, attack his life-points directly!” Black Luster Solider moves in to attack Jaden directly.

 

Jaden roars out, “You've triggered my trap! Hero Spirit!” Soon after, Jaden's face-down is revealed to be the Hero Spirit trap card, an image of Elemental Hero Burstinatrix appears in front of Jaden, and Black Luster Soldier strikes it instead of Jaden, negating his attack.

 

Louis asks, perplexed, “What's going on here?!”

 

Jaden tells Louis, “On the turn that an Elemental Hero is destroyed, my trap negates the damage from one of your attacks.”

 

Louis puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “I place one card face-down and end my turn!”

 

Jaden draws one card from his deck, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Now, I play my Graceful Charity! I draw three cards from my deck and discard two from my hand!” Jaden draws three cards from his deck and then discards two from his hand. Jaden looks at his hand and thinks, “Whoa! Sweet! I never played this card before!” Jaden's Field Spell slot on his duel disk opens, Jaden places one card in Field Spell slot, and when the Field Spell slot closes, he calls out, “Now, I play my Galaxy Cauldron Field Spell!”

 

The white clad students and Syrus are confused and Syrus asks, “Galaxy what spell?!” Just then the whole field transforms into outer space theme with our duelists and `spectators' on some kind of asteroid with a hologram of the Galaxy Cauldron behind them.

 

Alexis asks, perplexed, “What is that?”

 

Jaden tells the others, “Sweet spell huh? Well, once per turn, this spell card allows me to summon one Elemental Hero or Neo-Spacian from the graveyard and it gives him a five hundred point boost! And I call my one and only Elemental Hero Neos to the field in attack mode!” Just then out of the hologram of the Galaxy Cauldron, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000), emerges and leaps onto Jaden's side of the field. Jaden then says, “And like I said before, thanks to my Field Spell, his attack points rise since he came from the graveyard!” Elemental Hero Neos' stats increase from 2500/2000 to 3000/2000, thanks to the effect of Jaden's Field spell.

 

Louis then says, “Wait a minute! I didn't send that monster to the graveyard!”

 

Jaden tells Louis, “But I did when I played my Graceful Charity! But now, he is back and ready to rumble!” Jaden then displays a spell card with the picture Elemental Hero Wildheart giving off a bright glow and a youma getting weakened by it and declares, “Next, I play my Noble Hero spell! When I have an Elemental Hero on the field, for this turn only, one of your monsters loses five hundred attack points!” Black Luster Soldier's stats then drop down from 3000/2500 to 2500/2500!

 

Louis then calls out, “I reveal my Card of Last Will trap!” Louis' face-down card is revealed to be the Card of Last Will trap card and he shouts out, with an evil grin, “Since you weakened my monster, I get to draw five cards from my deck to my hand!” Louis draws five cards from his deck and put them into his hand.

 

Syrus thinks, worriedly, “Oh no! That means he gets a brand new hand!”

 

Jaden tells Louis, “However, your monster still vulnerable to my attack! Neos, destroy Black Luster Soldier! Cosmic Crush!” Elemental Hero Neos then leaps forward and destroys Black Luster Soldier, taking 500 of Louis' life-points away. Jaden then puts the final card in his hand in the spell/trap slots and states, “I will end my turn with this!”

Louis draws one card from his deck, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and states, “Now, I play my Monster Reincarnation! I discard one card from my hand in order to bring one monster back from my graveyard!” Louis discards his Armed Dragon LV7 (2800/1000) card from his hand in order get back his Armed Dragon LV10 monster card from the graveyard. Louis then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play Level Modulation! This spell card allows me to summon one level monster from my graveyard to the field, but it can't attack this turn and you get to draw two more cards from your deck! And I choose to revive Armed Dragon level seven!” Soon after, Armed Dragon LV7 (2800/1000) returns to the field in attack mode while Jaden draws two cards from his deck. Louis then yells out, “Next, I sacrifice my level seven Armed Dragon in order to summon Armed Dragon level ten!” Armed Dragon LV7 explodes as it is sacrificed and Louis puts another card on his duel disk. Soon after, Armed Dragon LV10 (3000/2000) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Jaden says, a bit worriedly, “Oh, boy. That's one big monster.”

 

Louis tells Jaden, “I might not be as good as the great Chazz, but I'm good enough to take you down.” Louis then discards one card from his hand and yells out, “Now, I discard one card from my hand to destroy all monsters on your side of the field!” Soon after, Armed Dragon LV10 uses powerful energy disks to destroy Jaden's Elemental Hero Neos.

 

Jaden shouts out, “I play my trap! Elemental Revival!” Jaden's face-down card is revealed to be a trap card with a picture of Neos falling down with a bright light being released from his chest. Jaden tells Louis, “This trap card activates when an Elemental Hero is destroys by a card effect! Now, I get to draw one card from my deck times the level of the Elemental Heroes destroyed! So, since Neos is a level seven monster, I get seven new cards!” Jaden then draws seven new cards from his deck.

 

Louis calls out, “It won't stop this! Armed Dragon, attack his life-points directly! Dragon Spiked Sphere!” Armed Dragon LV10 fires a sphere of electrical power at Jaden and he cries out as he loses 3000 life-points from this attack.

 

Syrus says, worriedly, “Jaden!”

 

Louis then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Finally, I play Mystical Space Typhoon! This card destroys your Field Spell and taking us back to Earth!” The whole field then shatters as Jaden's Field Spell is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, returning the playing field back to the harbor.

Alexis thinks in her mind, with a sly mental smirk, “Finally! At long last, Jaden is coming to the Society of Light!” Alexis then thinks in her mind, confused, “But why should I care?” Alexis puts her right hand towards her heart and thinks in her mind, “What is this feeling? This feeling of warmth when I think of Jaden. Why do I feel so empty without him around? What's going on with me?!”

 

Jaden then calls out, taking Alexis out of her `mental stupor', “My move!” Jaden then draws one card from his deck and looks at his hand.

 

Louis tells Jaden, “There's no hope. You can't defy destiny.”

 

Jaden tells Louis, with his usual smile, “Sorry, Louis, but that's not the way that I duel! Like I always say: `Keep fighting until the last life-point is gone!' As long as I have a few life-points, I'm going to keep dueling! Besides, this is such a sweet duel and it is going to be even sweeter when I win!”

 

Louis says, plainly, “You are insane! No one can defy the light or destiny.”

 

Jaden replies, with his sly smirk, “Well, we will see about that.” Jaden puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play my O-Oversoul spell! This card allows me to bring back an old friend to the field! Come on back, Elemental Hero Neos!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000) comes back to the field in attack mode.

 

Louis says, with a grin, “I already defeated that monster. He can't beat my Armed Dragon level ten.”

 

Jaden says, putting a card on his duel disk, “You're right. He can't beat your dragon . . . yet. But he can with some help! Next, I summon my Elemental Hero Cosmic Moon to the field in attack mode!” In a bright glow, a monster that looks like exactly like Sailor Moon during the Sailor Moon S season, Moon Heart Specter with all of the other `accessories', but her hair color is pure silver, comes to the field in attack mode. This new Elemental Hero, Elemental Hero Cosmic Moon, has 1400/1800 stats!

 

Louis says, tauntingly, “And what's your new girlfriend going to do? She barely has any power.” Alexis seemed annoyed by Louis' comment to Jaden.

 

Jaden puts a card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “She might not be too powerful, now, but she will be even stronger when I play my Golden Crystal spell! Now, I send my Cosmic Moon to the graveyard in order to summon my Elemental Hero Star Moon!” Elemental Hero Cosmic Moon vanishes as she is sent to the graveyard, one card comes out of Jaden's deck, he puts the card on his duel disk, and a new monster looking like Super Sailor Moon, expect her hair color is silver, appears on the field in attack mode. This new monster, Elemental Hero Star Moon, has 2400/2000 stats! Jaden then displays a spell card with a picture of Eternal Sailor Moon with her Eternal Tier Specter and he calls out, “Finally, I play my Eternal Tier spell! Here's how it works! When I have an Elemental Hero with the word `Star' in its name on the field, I can send it to my graveyard to summon the final level of my Cosmic Elemental Hero!” Jaden puts the spell card in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk, Elemental Hero Star Moon is sent to the graveyard while another card comes out of Jaden's deck, and Jaden puts the card on his duel disk, shouting out, “Now, I call my Elemental Hero Eternal Moon in attack mode!” Just then a monster looking exactly like Eternal Sailor Moon with her Eternal Tier Specter, expect her hair color is pure silver, comes to the field in attack mode. Elemental Hero Eternal Moon has 3000/2500 stats! Jaden then says, with a smile, “Now, I play her special effect! Once per turn, by giving up her ability to attack this turn, I can transfer her attack and defense points to the attack and defense of any other monster on my field! So, Neos gets a power boost!” Elemental Hero Eternal Moon gives off a silver glow transferring it to Elemental Hero Neos causing its stats to rise from 2500/2000 to 5500/4500!

 

Louis says, surprised, “You've got to be kidding me!”

 

Jaden tells Louis, while putting another card in the spell/trap slots, “Nope! This is real, Louis! Finally, I play my Neos Flame Equip spell! When this spell is equipped to Neos, he gains eight hundred extra attack points! However, at the end of this turn that I play this card, I lose life-points based on half of Neos' original attack points!” Elemental Hero Neos' stats increase from 5500/4500 to 6300/4500! Jaden then shouts out, “Now, Neos, destroy his Armed Dragon with Cosmic Crush!” Elemental Hero Neos attacks Armed Dragon LV10 with its right fist, destroying it, and Louis loses 3300 life-points, but leaving 100 life-points remaining on his score.

 

Louis says, seriously, “This duel isn't over, yet! I've still got one hundred life-points left! And you will lose the rest of your life-points at the end of this turn!”

 

Jaden tells Louis, “Not exactly, Louis! My Equip also comes with another effect! When Elemental Hero Neos destroys a monster in battle while equipped with this spell, my opponent loses life-points based on his destroyed monster's original attack points!”

 

Louis gasps, knowing what this meant, and exclaims, shocked, “No, this can't be!” Elemental Hero Neos looms over him and blasts a burst of energy at him causing him to scream out as he loses 3000 life-points, ending this duel immediately.

Louis: 0

 

After the final holograms fade away, Louis faints onto the concrete harbor floor on his back and Jaden exclaims, in classic fashion, “And that's game!”

 

Alexis clenches her right hand into a fist tightly and mentally exclaims, annoyed, “Damn it! He got away again!”

 

Jaden tells Alexis, “Well, Alexis, I won the duel, so, let Syrus go.” Alexis motions for her fellow female white clad students to release Syrus from the chain connected to the large anchor, Syrus runs to Jaden, and the two female white clad students return to Alexis. Jaden asks Alexis, “Alexis, why do you want me to be in the Society of Light?”

 

Alexis tells Jaden, in a cold tone, “My reasons are still my own, Jaden! I have had enough of you being against us and mark my words, Jaden Yuki: I will make you see the light, sooner or later!” Alexis and the two female white clad then walk away from the unconscious Louis, Jaden, and Syrus.

 

Syrus tells Jaden, “Alexis is scary even while under mind-control, Jaden.”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, “No kidding, Syi. But I think Alexis isn't totally white, yet.”

 

Syrus asks Jaden, “What makes you say that Jaden?”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, “Because in some ways, Syrus, she was acting a lot more like the old Alexis. Plus, deep down, I don't know why, but I feel that she still want us, her friends, by her side. Somewhere down that cold exterior is the real Alexis, Syi, and I'm going to bring her back.”

 

Syrus asks Jaden, “Do you really think you can Jaden?”

 

Jaden tells Syrus, with a smile, “Where there is a will, there is a way, Syi! Plus, Serena brought Blair back from the Society of Light and I brought Ami back so there is still hope for Alexis right?!”

 

Syrus nods his head and says, smiling, “Yeah!”

 

Jaden looks at the unconscious Louis and tells Syrus, “Well, we had better get this guy down to the nurse's office before they decided to come back to brainwash him.”

 

Syrus sighs and tells Jaden, “I was afraid that you were going to say that.” Jaden and Syrus go over to the unconscious Louis and prepare to carry him to the nurse's office.

 

(Meanwhile; Within the Tibetan Mountain range)

 

Inside the Tibetan Mountain range, we find a figure climbing up one of the snow-covered mountains to the top and when we get a closer look at this figure, we find it is none than Zane Truesdale, in his new Hell Kaiser persona, wearing a thick yellow mountain jacket, brown mountain boots, and has a large backpack on his back with mountain climbing gear. On the top of mountain he was climbing, he finds a Japanese style temple with a picture of an Asian-style Cyber End Dragon hanging over the large doors.

 

Zane then says to himself, “Here it is . . . The top of the world.” Zane then heads inside of the temple and when the large doors close behind him, he takes the pack off his back, and taking off the mountain boots and jacket, revealing his darker clothing as his Hell Kaiser persona.

 

Just then a familiar adult male voice calls out, “I was beginning to think that you weren't going to show.” Zane looks to the source of the voice to find Chancellor Sheppard, who had stepped down as Duel Academy Chancellor and left under mysterious reasons.

 

Zane tells Sheppard, “Hello . . . Master.” Zane then says, “When you stepped down as Chancellor, I thought we would never see you again. Many people thought you were crazy to step down and for good reason, you were head of the top dueling academy in the world, but I guess everyone has their secrets. If you called me here to lecture me, then forget it! Because I don't have the time.”

 

Sheppard attaches a duel disk containing a dueling deck inside to his left wrist and tells Zane, “You know why I called you here.”

 

Zane attaches his duel disk with his own dueling deck inside to his left wrist and says, with a dark sly grin, “Just checking. Are you sure you want to do this?”

 

Sheppard nods his head and tells Zane, “Of course.” The two of them activate their duel disks, their life-point counters display 4000 life-points each, the two of them draw five cards from their decks, and Sheppard exclaims, in a strong tone, “Now, get your game on!” Sheppard then asks, nervously, “Um, you kids are still using that phrase right?” After that `embarrassing note', Zane, in his new Hell Kaiser persona, prepares to duel Chancellor Sheppard in the mysterious temple in the Tibetan Mountains, neither not knowing of what they are going to experience in the future . . .

 

Next time in Chapter 5: Of Duels and Of Senshi: Sheppard, with his Cyber Style deck, duels Zane, in his darker Hell Kaiser persona, to prevent him from getting the `Deck of the Underworld', a dueling deck that's opposite to Zane's Cyber Dragon deck and containing a dangerous force, and is holding his own against his former student and pupil, but when Zane does the unexpected, not even Sheppard's incredible skills with his Cyber Style can stop him! However, after the duel ends, Sheppard receives a surprise visitor from the world of the spirits! I will give you one guess on who that is. On the meanwhile, back in Duel Academy, the other three members of the Zodiac Sailor Senshi arrives as three new Obelisk Blue students, adding addition `troops' to our heroes' and heroines' forces. With the latest `loss' of Society members to Jaden, Bastion, and Ami and the reinforcements in the form of the three Zodiac Sailor Scouts, the balance of power was against the Society of Light, but for some reason, Sartorius isn't worried about that. Sartorius sends another `creature of light' against our Sailor Senshi, but this one was even stronger and he had `help' in the form of real-life version of Sartorius' Arcana Force Monsters! The battle proves difficult against both teams of Sailor Senshi, Zodiac and Moon Kingdom, but then the second of the three four-legged guardians of the Sun Kingdom, Sol, arrived to give Mindy another henshin wand and she transforms into Sailor Libra, Zodiac Sailor Scout of Love and Justice and Venus' counterpart! During the battle, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Venus gain Eternal level upgrades like Mars and together, our heroes and heroines win the battle naturally, but Sartorius was expecting them to win for some reason. Soon after, Chancellor Sheppard arrives to take the reigns of leading Duel Academy from Crowler only to find that the `power' has transferred to the students. However, with Sheppard's return, Jaden and the others willfully return the `power of leadership' of Duel Academy back to Sheppard. Afterwards, Sheppard announces to the school about the GX Duel Monsters Tournament and everyone is excited! However, after the announcement, Sheppard meets with our heroes and heroines to tell them a shocking fact: Chancellor Sheppard knows the identities of our Moon Princess, her Earth Prince, her Senshi and best friends, and even knows about the Zodiac Sailor Scouts and their identities along with the history of the Silver Millennium! Gasp! Where did Chancellor Sheppard get that information from?! However, before he could answer, Hotaru, still under the control of Sartorius, appears and challenges our Moon Princess to a duel in which she loses, Serena joins the Society of Light! In order to get her final friend back, Serena accepts the challenge, but Hotaru's `White Destruction and Creation' deck proves to be very powerful, including that fact that she has a few cards that Sartorius' sister used against Jaden and Aster, including Mizuchi's supreme monster! Can our champion of love and justice overcome this obstacle and get her friend and fellow Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi back?! And how did Chancellor Sheppard find out the truth about our Sailor Senshi?! Find out next time in next exciting episode of Destiny Stars!

 

Sorry that it took so long to get out, but like I said before, the disk that I used in school to store this chapter fizzled out and the data was lost! Plus, I had my finals and the holidays to think of, so, it took even longer! However, this story is back and I hope this chapter was worth the wait!
