Final Hazard Chapter 33: Shocked and broken

Vega woke up with a start. He noticed that he was in a recovery tank. He was unsure of himself

Vega (thoughts): What's going on? How did I become so injured? Or more importantly, how long have I've been out? What's this? My stomach scar was reopened? Now I have no idea what went on. I feel like something bad happened while I was out.
Suddenly, a small ding was heard. At that moment, Bulma came rushing in. She had some new clothes for Vega.

A few minutes later, Vega had fully dressed himself. He didn't bother wearing his trench coat. Pan came in, as well as Kikyo.

Vega: Mom, Pan. What happened?

Vega sat on the medic bench there, wonder what was going on. He looked at his hands. He could tell, he did something against his will. Pan then came up to him, and fiercely slapped him off the bench.

Vega: WHAT DID I DO?

Pan: Worrying me so much when I felt a large amount of negativity happening. I was worried so sick, that I nearly lost the twins.

Vega looked down, and frowned. He sighed.

Kikyo: I can tell you in full detail what happened. What was the last thing you remembered?

Vega: The black Shikon Jewel shards, latching themselves to my heart, before I blacked out.

Kikyo: An evil sorceress forced out the evil in you, in an attempt to kill you. You had become a madman. The nightmare that you were in the past, was brought back out.

It was here that Vega noticed that Kikyo was covered up. She tried to hide her face. Vega was concerned.

Vega: What happened?

Kikyo: You caused this to me. I traveled in the past to confront you, and you beat me to a pulp. You nearly killed me.

Vega: Oh.

Vega let some loose tears to fall from his face, as he rose up. He then wiped them.

Vega: Sorry. I never meant any harm. There are some times where I really hate myself.

Vega didn't want to see the damage he did to his mother. Instead, he embraced her, and let the tears flow. Pan the came up to the two, and Vega embraced them both, while letting his tears flow. He heard a sigh at the door.

Alucard: You're a real softy Vega, you know that.

Vega: So…….. You'd be in the same situation, if you''ve only lived through half the crap I've lived through, and caused.

Alucard: I understand. Be thankful Vegeta isn't here.

Vega: Like I really care. I'd gladly kill him, if he doesn't shut his trap.

Pan: Don't you think you've done enough destruction for a while.

Vega: Yeah. How did I become normal again.

Kikyo: The Crystal Masamune has the power to keep your darkness at bay. So if you are holding it, or am impaled by it, you will become normal. You can thank Inuyasha's son for doing so.

Vega chuckled. He knew of Cain's telekinetic powers.

Pan: I want you to stay here, in the future, for at least a couple of months. I don't want to see you hurt like this again. Stay with me, and watch as your sons are to be born.

Vega: Sons? They're both boys?

Pan nodded. Vega smiled.

Vega: Okay. But I have to help Inuyasha nonetheless. I'm afraid that I may have caused some sort of disturbance in the past, so I must see to it, that Kikyo dies, resurrected with her own soul, and becomes the devil. But It can easily wait.
