Ch 3: Demon or Angel?

 

“So Amara your going to see Pegasus?” Trista asked in a caring voice.

“Yeah, you want to come, don't you?” Amara asked knowing that Amara had sort of a crush on Pegasus.

“No,” she said with a blush spreading across.

“You have to get there quickly!” Amy said.

“I know, I know, before those freaks get them!” she said slightly annoyed.

“And so if he does know where Hotaru is…” Serena said.

“I…know…” Amara said running to her car.

“Amy, where are you going?” Michelle asked.

“Oh, I'm going to the library!” she said happily.

 

In the Park

 

“Now, now, where is that book worm?” a shadow asked annoyed. She then spotted a teenager with short blue hair with a book in her hand. “Yup, that's her.” The shadow jumped behind a bush.

Amy looked around. She was sure that she heard someone move. Yes, it was probably an enemy, but what if it wasn't? She then noticed a pale hand sticking out of the bushes.

“What the…Oh my god!” she realized that this hand was Hotaru's! “Hotaru, are you alright? What happened? Who did this?”

“Amy, is that you?” Hotaru asked looking at her.

“Yes, now tell me what happened?”

“Some thugs tried to rap me,” Hotaru said now crying.

“Oh my god! I'll go get help!”

“Foolish girl,” Hotaru said as she grabbed her wrist and threw Amy against a tree.

“W-what?!” Amy yelled or asked.

“Sorry, Amy dear, but I'm not that weak little girl now! And since you've been so evil to me, I think it's time for you to lose your soul,” Hotaru said as she pulled a chaos disk.

“What?! Hotaru what the heck are you doing!? Hotaru what happened? I know we accused, but we…”

“Shut up! Number one: I'm not listening to you crud anymore. Number two: Shut up and prepare to lose your soul! Number Three: SHUT UP!!”

“Hotaru what are you talking about?”

“Get up and fight!”

“Fine, but I don't want to hurt you!”

“Like I care!”

“Mercury power!” Amy yelled as she turned into sailor Mercury.

“About time! Now your fate is sealed! Seal of Orealcalcose!” Hotaru yelled as the sky darkened and a weird circle surrounded both of them and the same seal appeared on Hotaru's forehead. Yes, Hotaru's dark eyes were now raveled to Mercury as the circle grew bigger.

“What is this?” Mercury asked.

“Simple my dear friend, if you beat me I lose my soul, but if you lose, you lose your soul,” Hotaru said with a smile spreading across her face.

“Hotaru, please don't do this!”

“To late,” Hotaru smiled wickedly.

“Mercury's frozen tears,” Amy said as tears slipped from her eyes and froze into droplets of eyes that in high speeds can kill anyone. She moved her hand that went forward so the crystal were going toward Hotaru.

“Silence wall!” Hotaru yelled as her weapon came to her hand.

“Y-you can attack without transforming?”

“Yup! And here's some news, Saturn's Deadly Mirror!” the blade part turned into a mirror. Not a normal mirror, no, a mirror that had glass that was jet black.

“What the heck?!”

“Let's see into that heart of yours,” Hotaru said as she put the mirror to Amy's face. Amy's eyes became dark, no lightless. Her body was totally still almost as if frozen. Then a small circle was appearing on her forehead, but then…

“NOOOOOOOOO!!!” Amy yelled as she broke free, “I will not let them do it to me what they did to you!”

“Well then I guess your going to lose your soul!”

“Hotaru, you can escape! Please don't do this! Don't let your pure heart fall apart because of these…these…demons! Hotaru, if you keep doing this then your never going to live! Your never going to have friends! No family! Your never going to find love!”

“Sorry, but it's too late. You should have listened…but I guess that's what heartless people do! Saturn's gift!” Hotaru then let her darkness through Mercury around until she was bleeding to death.

“H-Hotaru, please. If you kill me then the scouts will go after you… Hotaru, then you won't be able to forgive yourself…Then…then you'll kill yourself or the darkness will destroy you! Please…” the seal was now surrounding her. Crystal tears were falling from her eyes and bleeding mixing with those crystal tears. Now as the seal disappeared there's was an empty shell that was crying crystal tears and bleeding violent blood. Yes, Hotaru Tomeo had caused this. She caused her friend to lose her soul.

Was this done by Hotaru Tomeo who was Sailor Saturn, sailor scout of death and rebirth, the misunderstood scout? Or was it Eternal Darkness, sailor scout of the shadows and was born from the stone of Orealcalcose?

She picked up the card very carefully and looked at it. Princess Mercury was captured and that was the end of it, right? Or was it just the beginning of a terrible war that would cause someone to lose there life? Will she keep going on like this? Killing and stealing? Taking hope and giving Dratz what he wants? Would she keep this up? If she could how long could she do it?

Hotaru let a light tear slide down her cheek, was this the light side crying? But she could hear evil laughter as she cried these tears.

Was it the angel or demon?

Next time: Seto and Amara meet, oh boy this isn't going to turn out pretty! And how will Hotaru's first encounter with the pharaoh and his friends, how will it turn out? Will she be able to handle her dark sides feeling for Dartz and will she handle a new emotion she feels for a certain pharaoh?
