Summary: Here is what happened last time---------- Kisara took the Guardians along with their partners and the Sailor Warriors back in time, from when everyone was having a good time, till they found out that there was a very big battle coming about, and that it was not going to be that easy. Pharaoh Marik from the other side of Egypt launched an attack on the Palace with his Winged Dragon of Ra, hoping to destroy not only that, but Pharaoh Yami as well. The Twelve Guardians joined hands, and used all of their energy to shield not only the Palace and Yami, but The Priests, The Magicians, and the Nine Sailor Warriors. With that, they also managed to reflect his winged dragons attack right back at him, causing an explosion, killing his body, and his army.

 

The Pharaoh, Priests, Magicians, and Warriors all ran over to the guardians……to find them dead on the ground, with no hint of a heartbeat or slight movement. Everyone was shocked, especially the guardians. Now Marik is planning on going to Egypt to find the Millennium Rod, and re resurrect the forces from so long ago, but he knows deep down inside, that he doesn't want to hurt Jessica and make her sad. Find out what happens when Marik leaves Jessica a note and finds him gone.

 

 

 

 

 

 

It was getting late, and everyone was tired, so they all fall asleep on their comfortable beds and got some rest. Nightshade is having a hard time sleeping, and can't stop thinking about what she had seen from her past. Seto is getting real worried about her, and doesn't want to loose her, and from what he saw too, it's starting to worry him a bit, and even the other guardian's partners are starting to get a bit worried about their sweethearts.

 

 

Kisara took the form of Blue Eyes White Dragon, and slept outside, where she will keep watch. While the others were resting, Marik decided to go to Egypt and find the Millennium Rod, but before he leaves, he writes Jessica a note.

 

 

 

My Dear Jessica,

 

 

I have decided to go away for awhile. There are some things that I need to take care of, but I will return. Stay strong sweetheart, and remember, I will always love you.

 

Take Care,

 

Marik.

 

 

He placed the note right next to Jessica after he rolled it up and placed a ribbon to tie it shut. He kissed her on her forehead, and left on his journey. As he opened the door, he saw Kisara sleeping in her dragon form. He quietly walked around her, and began his journey to Egypt. Kisara was partially awake, and had a funny feeling that he might decide to leave for Egypt, and find the Millennium Rod.

 

 

The next day rolled around and everyone was still asleep, but the first one to wake up, was Jessica. She looked around her to see everyone still sleeping, and then she looked down by her side and saw a note. She opens it up and finds that Marik has gone.

 

Jessica began to cry, now that her partner, but sweetheart has left her, and she has no idea what is going to happen to him.

 

 

The others began to wake up, including Kisara, and notice that Jessica had been crying. They ask her why, and she hands them the note.

 

Kisara: Oh no, this is bad. And he left last night too.

 

Jessica: You knew that he left last night?

 

Kisara nodded.

 

Jessica: How come you didn't stop him!!! She said still crying.

 

Kisara: I couldn't Jessica. Remember the guardians from the past…..but she was interrupted by Jessica

 

Jessica: I don't care what our past selves told us…. He's gone and now we have no way of finding him or if he's still in England!! She said as she fell to her knees.

 

Jen began to close her eyes and had a vision of where is at right now. (Having visions is one of Jen's powers). Jen had a vision of Marik finding the Millennium Rod and turning evil, but she is afraid to tell Jessica.

 

Jen: I know why he is going to Egypt….and that's to find the Millennium Rod.

 

 

Tristan: Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go find him before he gets that rod. If he left last night, he couldn't have gone to far.

 

 

Kisara: I can teleport us all there to Egypt, before he gets there, I just hope we can make it in time.

 

Seto: I hope so too, and with Nightshade's conditions now, the others won't be able to fend off the forces again like they did before (He said to Kisara telepathically)

 

Kisara: I know Seto. She is the key to the rest of the guardians, and without her, they won't stand a chance. (She says back to him telepathically).

 

Kisara: Will everyone, including the pets, gather in a circle, for the long journey to Egypt.

 

Everyone stands in a circle, and prepares for the long and epic journey ahead of them. Using her teleportation magic, Kisara takes all of them to Egypt, including herself. Not only does she transport them, but she manages to send out a teleportation beam to Serenity, Tea, and Ishizu, sending them in the exact location where everyone will land. While everyone lands there, Kisara explains to the three girls telepathically, why they are there, and what is going on. They understand and meet up with the rest of the gang.

 

 

Tea: So this is what Egypt looks like.

 

Ishizu: Yup, full of sand and really hot.

 

Kisara: Now that everyone is together, let me tell you what direction you must go and how you will get there. You must continue going east to Hollowshade Ruins (that I just made up real fast so don't get mad at me; P), then you must continue going east, till you see a cave. Go inside the cave, and find the Millennium Rod. Take it, and destroy it, since its magic is evil.

 

 

Yami: Let's just hope Marik hasn't found it yet, or we are all in serious trouble.

 

Kisara: Before I go, I grant you all a special talisman (she is full of surprises isn't she =)

 

 

Kisara: These talismans will guide you into the right direction if you get lost. They will also shield you in a cloak of invisibility when you are in danger, and when your friends separate, it will glow when they are near. One last thing, once your task is complete, all of you, including your pets, must come together and teleport out of here back to England where you will be safe. Good Luck to all of you and may the gods watch over and protect you.

 

With that, Kisara left and left all of them to continue their quest.

 

Kim: I guess we should get going.

 

Nightshade: Yup, let's go and hope that Marik hasn't found the rod yet. (Looks around and sees Jessica is gone).

 

Nightshade: Hey, where is Jessica at?

 

Hikari: Look, she's way ahead of us.

 

Nightshade got on her Black Stallion and ran over to Jessica, pulling her Stallion in front of her, along with everyone following behind.

 

Tatsuki: What are you thinking Jessica? You can easily get lost here in the desert, and we would never find you!

 

Jessica: I just want to get to Marik and hope that he's okay.

 

Amara: Trying to go off and find your sweetheart isn't going to help you any if you happen to get lost in this desert. We need you to stay with us Jessica.

 

Nightshade placed her hand on Jessica's shoulder and said: Just help us by staying with all of us and not getting separated from us just to go find him.

 

Jessica: Okay Nightshade. (Starts getting really hot) Man is it just me or is it getting really hot.

 

Michelle: It's getting hot, and all of our clothes are made for the winter and so on.

 

Nightshade: There's a village over there, lets head for it and see if they have any clothing that will keep us cool.

 

All of them head for the village and notice a stand with lots of beautiful clothing.

 

Serena: Now this is my type of style for when it comes to hot climates like this.

 

All the girls go over to the stand and pick out three outfits for them to wear and keep cool; guys did the same thing at a different stand. ( I don't want to describe what they all got cause that would take forever ;P, but lets just say that the girls got three really sexy outfits that made the guys drool, and same for the guys that made all the girls drool, lol got to have some fun in the story =D)

 

 

They all change into one set of outfits, first the guys came out, then when they all waited under a shady building, and they saw the girls looking really incredible, even with some makeup on as well.

 

 

Bakura: Now that we are all dressed for the long journey, should we get going?

 

Tristan: Not if we don't have any food to keep us energized and drinks.

 

Kathleen: Let me handle that

 

Kathleen's hands begin to glow a light blue and purple, as everyone stared at her. She summoned everyone food and drinks for the long journey ahead of them.

 

Kathleen: There ya go everyone….this should last us awhile till we start getting low, then I can summon up some more.

 

 

Yami: Thank you Kathleen, your very kind.

 

Kathleen (Katie) returned it back with a smile

 

Seto: We should get going across the desert before nightfall descends.

 

Hikari: It would be faster if we had some horses to help us, I know you and Nightshade have two of your own, but we don't.

 

Nightshade: Let me handle that

 

Nightshade used her energy to open a portal for some of their horses' friends to join them. Everyone got on a horse and joined Seto and Nightshade as they got on theirs.

 

 

As they ran and walked their horses through the hot desert, they see a deserted building way off in the distance, and decide to rest. By the time they got there, it was nightfall. They tied up their horses, set up their beds, ate some food, and fell asleep. Jessica didn't fall asleep till about an hour later, still thinking about Marik and where he is at. She finally fell asleep, with a few tears running down her face.

 

 

Nightshade was tossing and turning in her sleep, as she was having another vision, making her very weak again. Nightshade's vision was showing her what will happen to the world and universe, if they don't succeed in their quest.

 

Nightshade soon got over of the vision and fell back asleep. Seto and the others are getting real worried now that this was Nightshades second vision, but she got over it quickly, since she still had some of the Moonflower Cure inside of her.

 

 

As the night still rolled around, everyone was fast asleep; dreaming and wondering about what their life was like before all of this happened.

 

Next chapter: Everyone wakes up refreshed and ready to go. Jessica is getting a mind of her own, thinking if she should go and find Marik on her own, or if she should leave the group, and do the search herself.
