Chapter 2
I hope to finish this fic within the week,but school,homework,the whole 9 yards. Plus the Science fair is coming up so I am really trying to finish this thing.
Ms. Indomi was writing something about another country on the blackboard when she stopped and said, "I think we've had a very progresesive morning,dont you?" she asked the class. "Yes Ms. Inadomi." the class said back. "Alright,it's time for you to go and eat. Be back at 1:30." Ms. Inadomi said walking out the classroom. Everyone in the class got up and went to the locker area to get their lunches and other belongings.
"Hi,Blair." a girl said to BLair's left. "oh,um,hello." she said grabbing a bag out of the locker. "Where do you think you'll be having lunch?" asked the girl. "Excuse me,but who are you? I know your in my class but could you enlighten me with something like YOUR NAME?" Blair said rasing her voice slightly. "Sorry,I'm Sayoko Takata." she said. Sayoko was also 11 with brown hair that stopped just below her ears and had brown eyes. "Hello Sayoko." BLair said. "Do ya mind if I join you?" Sayoko asked. Blair turned and smilied. "No,I dont mind. I havent talked to anyone but the teachers all day. It would be nice to talk with someone my age." she said. "Alright! Lets go eat over by those benches." "Benches? Dont you guys have a cafeteria?" "whats that?"Sayoko asked. "It's a big room where a whole bunch of people order food and eat...but I'm in Japan so I guess you dont have 'em." Blair said. "Guess not."Sayoko said walking outside with Blair. "There's the bench,c'mon."
BLair and SAyoko sat down at the bench and ate their lunches. "boy,you sure do have some weird food." Sayoko said. "It's not weird,it American. And I'm sure you've had pizza before." "Nope,never." "REally? Geez..." The two start eating and talking again until Ms. Inadomi walked by with a breifcase and some papers in hand. "Hello you two. YOu seem to be getting along." She said looking at the two. "We are!" said Blair and Sayoko at once. "Since you two are getting along so well,why dont you take Blair on a tour of the school? I bet she'll feel more comfortable. Maybe,on the weekend,you could show her around Japan! So would you be willing to be Blair's guide for about 2 weeks?" " YES! That'd be great!" Sayoko said. "Thanks,both of you!" Blair said happily. "You know what, luch isnt over yet and if you two are done eating, Sayoko could show you around the school now." "I'm done !" Blair said. "Are you SAyoko?" "I'm done too." "Alright,I hope you enjoy the school Blair. Goodbye." Ms. Inadomi said walking to the school's entrance. "First we have to put our stuff away then I can show you around,okay?" "ALright." BLair said brightly.
Blair and Sayoko walked around the entire school. She was introduced properly to the entire class, and the staff of Shirinjuku. "Well, I guess thats it why dont we go and- -" "wait." Blair interrupted. "Why?" SAyoko asked. "Where the other boy? I think his name was Mokuba." "Oh,I dont know. He mightve gone home. His brother always picks him up early." Sayoko said. "Oh...." Blair said dissapointedly. "I was really hoping to meet everybody today." Blair said. "Hey!" Sayoko said suddenly. "There he is! HEY! Mokuba." "Really?" Blair said looking over to the other end of the school. "It is! HEY MOKU-- MOM??" Blair said. "huh?" Sayoko said. "HI SWEETIE!!!!" Said Ms. Simone hugging her daughter tightly.
"Mom! What a re you doing here so early?" Blair asked brethleddly because of her mother's death hugs. "I came here to pick you up. I have to go to the office,I have to meet my new busniess associate. I've already got your stuff,lets go." Kierien Simone was a 32 year old woman Blair could not keep up with. She had shoulder length black hair and always had a read headband on her head. She was the same tan shade blair was. "Oh yeah,Mom,this is Sayoko Takata. She'l be showing me around Japan n stuff." "Hi Miss Simone!" Sayoko said brightly. "Hi,I'm glad to meet you Simone." Kierien said happily. "Well,c'mon,we have to leave. Bye Sayoko!" said Ms. Simone. "Bye Simone!" Blair said. "BYE BYE!!"
