Pairing- Ryuuji/Yami (Romance)

Summary: Yami was in love with Ryou but couldn't bring himself to say anything about it and Ryou finally got tired of waiting and started to date Seto, Yami hurt and rejected feel's like he can never open up to anyone ever again, can Otogi help him with this problem or will Yami never love again?

Yami rolled his eyes as he watched Yugi play against Ryuuji Otogi he wasn't particularly interesting in the game of dungeon dice monsters, although it did hold some fascination in his Hikari he found it rather dull. He didn't hate Otogi or anything, he just found himself trying extra hard to be nice when he was around him, he couldn't seem to relax at all. Otogi just had this air about him making Yami uncomfortable when he was near, he felt like his chest was constricted and he always felt himself blush around the green-eyed boy. Yami sighed as he headed upstairs feeling the heat once again rise in his cheeks. He flopped down on the bed opening his wallet as he looked at the pictures and smiled when he came upon the one of him and Ryou at the fair earlier that year…he ran his fingers across it as if to touch Ryou's face. Before Yami started to grow cross and threw the wallet across the room angrily.

Ryuuji sighed as he watched Yami from across the room as he himself finally gave into Yugi's pleas to play a game of duel monsters with him using some cards Yugi loaned him. Otogi watched Yami go upstairs and finally shook his head in defeat deciding he really didn't want to play.

Yugi frowned but he knew all to well the reason behind his sudden loss of interest. "You should just tell him how you feel you know." Yugi said shuffling his deck for the fun of it.

"I can't do that!" Otogi yelled

"Why not?" Yugi said back calmly "The worst he can say is 'no' and if he does no big deal right?" Yugi said

"Maybe not to you, but…but I'd be humiliated and crushed." Otogi said resting his head on his knees.

"So you would rather torture yourself in silence?" Yugi said raising an eyebrow

"No, it's just I know he doesn't like me…that way, thanks for trying to get him to be around me more often but I feel like it's all in vain now." Otogi said sadly.

"Please…it's obvious he likes you Otogi, he doesn't realize it and makes sure no one else can as well but he can't hide thing's like that from me…I'm connected t his mind you forget." Yugi said

"Well than why doesn't he hang around more often, he always says he has something more important things to do." Otogi said sounding almost hurt "He could at least tell me he doesn't want to be around me than blowing me off all the time." Otogi said

"He doesn't mean to be like that though, he doesn't know how to deal with his feelings as much as you would like." Yugi said "You have to confront him with the mere possibility that he likes someone before he'll even consider it…he doesn't want to be hurt again." Yugi said thinking about how not a month ago he was rejected.

He had spent almost two months coming to terms about he felt about the white haired Hikari. Yugi knew before Yami did that he was in love with Ryou and Yugi took it upon himself to tell Ryou how Yami felt…and Ryou smiled at the thought but waited forever for Yami to say or do something before he finally started to go out with Seto Kiaba. That hit Yami really hard because regardless of what he said he still held a grudge against Seto and then he took away the one person he truly felt strongly for. Yugi didn't blame Ryou he waited but Yami never did anything and Seto did really care about him too, what was he supposed to do wait forever? Yugi sighed as eh saw the angry look on Otogi's face.

"What's wrong?" Yugi asked

"I just don't understand how Ryou could do something like that if he knew that Yami cared about him." Otogi stated

"Well if he went out with him you would be angry cause Yami would be taken…" Otogi cut Yugi off before he could finish

"But Yami would be happy." Otogi said softly

"But at least now you have a chance to make him happy." Yugi smiled at Otogi hoping he would take a chance and tell Yami how he felt.

Yami sighed as he shook his head at his childish behavior…it wasn't Ryou's fault that he fell in love with someone else he just wished that the timing could have been better…he did plan to tell him the day Ryou and Seto started going out. He remembered the day so perfectly he was sick of it by now…Otogi looked almost outraged with it. That raised question did Otogi like Ryou too? Or maybe Seto was the one he liked…Yami shrugged he couldn't seem to think of why Otogi would be so angry that Ryou and Seto got together, After all he was the one that got his heart broken in the end. He sighed he wanted to forget about Ryou and move on as well but he couldn't bring himself to do that he didn't want to open up to someone again and get hurt. He heard someone quietly knock on his door. He sat up quickly and answered.

"Come in." He said simply as was surprised that is wasn't Yugi but Otogi that entered shutting the door behind him. He looked as if he was about to say something but something on the floor caught his eye as he picked up Yami's wallet still open to the picture of him and Ryou. Otogi smiled slightly.

"You still have this picture huh." Otogi smiled "I remember that I took it for you and him." Otogi said handing the wallet back "You still in love with him I guess…" Otogi said trailing off

Yami shrugged "Even if I am it's a lost cause, he's happy and I guess I should be happy for him…that's what your supposed to do if you really love someone." Yami said sighing.

"Whoever said that has never been in love…'it's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all' saying is a bunch of lies too." Otogi commented

Yami laughed slightly "You sound like you've had first had experience at losing someone as well…who did you confess and get rejected from?" Yami said finding himself actually comfortable around the boy for once.

"If I recall you never did confess to Ryou how you felt…that's why he started going with Seto…He knew how you felt and felt the same way." Otogi said trying to divert Yami attention away from him.

"Nani?" Yami said, "He knew…and he never said anything!" Yami said standing feeling betrayed almost.

"Yeah…Yugi told him how you felt." Otogi said, "I'm sorry I thought you knew that." Otogi said feeling really stupid now

"I didn't know he knew…it would have made thing's a lot easier for me if I knew that…why didn't he ever come to me then?" Yami asked

"He probably wanted you to ask him out on your own time…but your right if only you knew how someone felt…it makes things a lot easier…" Otogi said trailing off he wanted tot ell Yami so badly how he felt but kept on bringing back bad memories.

Yami noticed how he lingered as he spoke "Did you come up here to just tell me that? There is a reason for coming up here right, not just not to insult me on how stupid I was with Ryou right?" Yami said shaking his head.

"I'm not insulting you at all! If anyone should feel stupid its me for bringing it up, I know how you felt about him that's why I was so pissed when he started to go out with Seto." Otogi said

"You were concerned for me?" Yami asked

"Well…" Otogi paused for a moment "Yes I was." Otogi said hoping Yami wouldn't laugh at him or anything.

"But…why? I figured you were mad cause you liked one of them and your chances were shot down as well." Yami said

"No…I don't like either of them I felt bad for you…I knew how badly you wanted Ryou and then he goes and dates your arch nemesis. I felt sorry for you." Otogi said

"But why do you care if my feelings are hurt? What would it possibly matter to you if I'm hurt?" Yami asked knowing there was some type of hidden meaning in all of this.

"Because…" Otogi swallowed nervously "Because I like you…" He looked away "I know how stupid I must sound right now but I do like you Yami…and it made me angry at Ryou cause he hurt you." Otogi said hiding his eyes from the Yami.

Yami sat dumbfounded for a moment as he looked at Otogi astonished. He like's me? Yami repeated in his mind repeatedly until it sunk in to it's full potential that Ryuuji Otogi actually had feelings for…him of all people.

"I'll take your silence as a go away." Otogi said as he turned to leave

Yami jumped up grabbing Otogi's arm "Sorry…I didn't mean to sit there like an baka…I should've answered or at least said something." Yami said

"Are you going to say something now?" Otogi asked desperate for some kind of reaction from the Yami.

"I'm not sure what to say though…" Yami said letting Otogi go

"Do you feel anything for me at all?" Otogi asked his heart breaking from the lack of response.

"I feel a lot of thing's when I'm around you…that's why I always have somewhere to go, I can't stand it most of the time, this is the first time I have ever been truly comfortable with you." Yami admitted

"So that's a no I'm guessing." Otogi said his heart felt like it had been hit with a sledgehammer.

"No…because I feel fine, even when you said you liked me I still felt fine, not uncomfortable at all…I even feel a little relived." Yami said

"What do you feel if I say I love you too." Otogi said thinking it couldn't get any worse than it already was.

"Happy." Yami answered softly looking at his feet.

Otogi embraced Yami kissing him passionately and was glad that Yami at lest took the time to kiss back. If he was to be rejected, he wanted to know what he would be missing.

"Now? What do you feel now?" Otogi asked

Yami pulled Otogi into another fiery kiss not wanting him to have stopped kissing him so suddenly. Yami pulled away slightly as he looked into Otogi's eye's that seemed like he was going to cry if Yami didn't say anything soon.

"Ecstatic." Yami answered as he kissed Otogi's neck while running his hands down his chest. "Cause I feel the same." Yami said finally understanding that constricted feeling he always had when Otogi was around. "Able to move on…hopefully with you." Yami said in a low whisper "Is that enough feeling for you?" Yami asked looking in Otogi's eyes once more for verification that this wasn't some dream.

"Plenty!" Otogi said pushing Yami on the bed kissing him strongly aching for the spirit to touch him and love him as much as he did Yami.

Yami was bit taken back by the force but didn't mind it too much as he leaned into the embrace running his hands down Otogi's back slipping his shirt off with ease. Otogi smiled as he continued to kiss the tri-colored spirit beneath him as he unbuttoned his shirt thankful that he had taken off those damned buckles he usually wore. Otogi gently pulled away from the kiss and laid his head on Yami's shoulder so he could lick and nip at Yami's neck. 'I love you...' Otogi thought letting his mind wander for all the times he would have done anything to have Yami in this position. Yami closed his eyes enjoying the feeling or Otogi's soft lips against his skin he never allowed really allowed others to lead to long because he was more of a driver than a passenger. He soon enough had Otogi pinned beneath him as he kissed him hungrily whiled he fumbled with Otogi's belt buckle who did the same with his own pants until they managed to remove the rest of their clothing to the floor Yami practically crushing his body against Otogi's wanting to feel every inch of the boy. The two broke the kiss for a moment to catch their breath.

"Is it okay to do this here?" Otogi asked softly

"Do you want to stop?" Yami asked unsure if he really wanted this or not.

"NO!" Otogi quickly answered pulling Yami to him "Not at all…I just wanted to know if you were okay with it was all." Otogi said kissing Yami gently as Yami began to kiss down his torso moving further south. Otogi moaned in anticipation as Yami left feather soft kisses along his inner thighs. Yami liked the struggling look upon Otogi's face as he gently drew Otogi's length into his mouth. Otogi gasped at the sensation arching at the feeling of Yami's mouth around him, hot, wet, and inviting.

"Oh Ra…" Otogi breathed as Yami continued to please him with his mouth

Otogi fisted his hands in Yami's hair and found in all its spikes to surprisingly soft. He smiled to himself relishing in the feeling loving it. Yami continued his movements upon Otogi enjoying how his green eyes widened every time he deep throated him. Yami kissed back up to Otogi's mouth who gladly took Yami's tongue into his mouth as they deeply kissed one another. Yami slipped a finger inside Otogi who arched at the sensation.

"Did I hurt you?" Yami asked

Otogi shook his head 'no' as he looked into Yami's eyes smiling happily. Yami smiled back kissing him gently as he began to move his fingers in and out of Otogi gently Yami basked in the little moans and whimpers that Otogi made. He gently nipped at Otogi's ear catching him off guard so that he could add a second then a third finger causing Otogi to gasp at each one. He took Otogi's length into his other hand as he pumped him slowly.

"You are so beautiful…" Yami trailed off capturing Otogi's mouth in his own

Yami pushed his tongue past Otogi's lips and explored his mouth fully. Otogi moaned into the kiss as Yami began to move his hand faster upon Otogi's member and his fingers in and out of him quickly.

"Please Yami!" Otogi begged, "Take me please." Otogi said looking into his eyes

Yami smiled and kissed him removing his fingers and replacing them with his own length. He didn't go slowly as he usually would have but was pleased with Otogi's moan as he did so.

"Want more?" Yami asked making sure, he was okay with continuing.

Otogi nodded his head as he breathlessly responded "…y-yes." Otogi replied

Yami pushed himself inside Otogi fully before he almost completely drew out of him and pushed himself back inside. Otogi arched his back and clenched his teeth as he wrapped his legs around Yami's waist and held on to the sheets of the bed as Yami repeated the same movement, sometimes drawing himself completely out and slamming himself back inside Otogi. Otogi gasped and would cry out slightly whenever Yami did this. Yami moved his hand over Otogi's length quickly as he picked up his pace moving in and out of Otogi quickly as he moved over Otogi's member just as fast. Otogi pulled Yami even closer to him while he thrust deeper and harder into Otogi every time not wanting to be gentle and thankfully neither did Otogi.

"Please harder!" Otogi begged.

Yami grabbed Otogi by the hips pulling into him only magnifying the ecstasy that ran through Otogi's body. Yami had never felt such perfection as he continued not wanting to ever stop hoping he could draw this out as long as possible not wanting to ever stop these waves of pleasure he felt he had an angel with him. With one final thrust, Yami exploded into Otogi who soon followed. Yami breathed heavily, exhausted not willing to pull out of Otogi just yet. Otogi whimpered slightly when Yami finally pulled out of him.

"Did I hurt you?" Yami asked very concerned

"Huh?" Otogi said a little confused then laughed slightly "Oh, no not at all…honestly I couldn't be happier." Otogi said kissing Yami gently as the spirit rested his head on his chest.

"Thank-you." Yami said softly

"For what…I would never have gotten over Ryou and finally come to terms of how I feel about you…if you didn't come to me today." Yami said smiling

"Actually you have Yugi to thank for that…he knocked on the door and pushed me in front of it…but hey it worked out in the end didn't it?" Otogi said smiling

"Little scamp…always playing matchmaker." Yami said shaking his head as he kissed Otogi, one last time before they both fell into a web of radiant dreams of one another.
