Chapter 2: …My name is Shou
“Don't do anything that you night regret!” Those were the words that Seto woke to, spoken by his brash little brother. Seto's eyes burned as he opened them, taking in the bright light of the sun Mokuba has let in when he'd opened the curtains. He didn't want to get up; the only reason his mind wasn't completely knocked out was because of the small nuisance that had decided to invade his room at seven in the morning.
“The only thing I regret, little brother,” His voice was little over a whisper. With his eyes clamped shut, Seto rose from his sleeping post, shielding his eyes for further shade from the blazing sun he crawled out of his large, black silk laden bed he dragged himself to a closet. He reached to unlock the closet which contained his favorite clothes saved only for special occasions.
“You're opening the Aristocrat closet?” Mokuba whined with big shiny eyes. Seto turned to hid brother who now stood next to him and quirked an eyebrow.
“Why not?” He asked. He pulled the rarely used doors apart, revealing cloaks, ruffles and a few canes hanging off the door. Mokuba didn't say a word as the elder Kaiba sifted through the closet. These clothes were special; most of them were handmade by the elder Kaiba himself, but he didn't always have time to make things, so several pieces of this clothing collection were purchased from various stores in the fashion district of Tokyo, known as Harajuku.
Seto spent twenty painstakingly slow minutes to choose the best he had in his closet. Satisfied, he went to the bathroom of his enormous master bedroom, momentarily forgetting Mokuba was still watching him with his big grown eyes.
“I don't understand why you're wearing your Alter Boz and H. Naoto stuff,” He commented. “I would think that you would want to wear the things that you made yourself since this is such a special date to you.”
Seto paused in the middle of slipping on his favorite white shirt with ruffles on the cuffs and a special collar that would allow him to tie a special type of tie. He shook his head at the idea of wearing one of his handmade designs and continued to get dressed in his expensive designer brand.
“I think I'll take the car.” He muttered to himself as he went to grab the keys. He heard a weird sound come from his brother and turned to see what was so wrong with his idea to take the car he'd bought a small while back.
“You've never driven that car in the six months we've had it!” Seto grinned in a silent agreement and practically flew to his desk with enough grace to make a true Victorian aristocrat blush in embarrassment. He withdrew a drawer and snapped open a secret compartment in which the keys to his 2007 jet black Jaguar XMR 100. He smirked as he cast his gaze down at them and remembered how he'd bought it before this new type of car was even made. Seto Kaiba was a sucker for foreign cars, especially European ones. In his twelve car garage he sported two Lamborghinis in black and red, a white Rolls Royce, and several other extremely expensive cars. However, to the billionaire responsible for dozens of highly successful Duel Monsters games and merchandise, the millions of dollars spent on his cars were nothing.
He wanted to impress the mysterious Lestat in ways that would make the boy shiver with excitement. The Jaguar was in no way the most expensive car Kaiba owned, but it would certainly draw an air of mystery to him, playing off his gothic appearance. He turned back to his brother and easily caught the elegant top hat thrown at him.
“Thank you, Moki,” Seto nodded to the smaller boy in the room. “I'll see you later on.”
Seto failed to walk out of his room without hearing words from his little Mokuba which made him sound like an over paranoid parent than a naïve boy.
“Be back by eleven or at least bring condoms!” Seto almost fell flat on his face. He spun around back toward his room to see the little monster grin and wave back at him.
“Have a fun time!” With now twitching eyes, the older Kaiba walked out to the garage and straight to Jag and slid into the front seat. Maddox, his most trusted butler, stood close to the door of the vehicle if needed for anything the elder Kaiba so desired.
“Maddox, can you make sure Mokuba goes to bed at ten tonight?” The question was polite, and Maddox bowed to his employer, a grin present on his old-aged features.
“Of course sir, I will be happy to oblige to your request.” Seto nodded and turned over the engine. The car immediately came to life, purring like a young and energetic cat. He eased the gas, bringing the car out of the garage and into the daylight. The driver cast a glance into his rear view mirror to see Maddox closing the garage door. Once he saw the door was closed and bolted shut, he hit the gas and made his way to Momo's café in the ever so popular Harajuku.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Jou had woken that morning with butterflies zooming in his stomach. He'd meet Mr. Mystery today, in Harajuku, his favorite place in all of Tokyo. Jou knew Momo's café, the place where Mr. Mystery wanted to meet, and the lithe blonde even knew the waitress that was working today, Mika! He knew she would recognize him under the wig and the dress, and she'd defiantly let him score the Lover's Lounge; the cutest and most secluded table in the whole café! Only very important customers were allowed there, people like the extremely rich or celebrities; Mika had told him that the ultra superstar Gackt had gone to her boss' café, and she'd been on duty that day. Jou chuckled to himself as he recalled how enamored the girl had sounded when telling him the tale and the stalkers that were outside the café.
He started out the day with a nice warm shower and washing his hair with special shampoo he hid in loose floorboards in his room. The bottle cap went off and Jou was washed over with the sweet and decadent smell of strawberries. He smiled as he thought what would happen if his father knew he had this. Jou would have been beaten with his father's hardest studded belt for “being a pussy”.
Jou flinched as he remembered when he told his father he was gay. The older blonde was so enraged at the notion that Jou was not able to walk properly for the next two weeks. He had a lot of problems trying to explain his limp to his close friends. Jou could only imagine what his father would do to him if he found out that the teenaged blonde was a cross dresser on weekends as well as a completely flamboyant homosexual.
Jou lathered up and his imagination conjured up different men that could be his Mr, Mystery. Maybe he was the tall, dark and handsome guy who would always make him weak in the knees with something as simple as the right gaze. Jou was such a sucker for gorgeous eyes. He had a crush on Yami for the longest time because of the intense crimson gaze that had been turned against him on that sickly twisted duel way far back during Duelist Kingdom.
It didn't take long for Jou to realize that the only reason he wanted Yami was because of that intense feeling. Water cascaded down Jou's nicely pecked chest and it took him a while to remember that he'd been in the shower for well over twenty minutes. He turned the water off and jumped out into the cold space that was his room and grabbed a towel.
It was very rare that Jou actually completely dried himself from head to toe including his hair, but he pained himself this time with making sure every inch of him was perfectly dry; he didn't want his dress to get excessively wet. Once he was sure his hair was dry, Jou fished around in his sink drawer for a skull cap. With slight skill, he immaculately placed the cap on his head and walked to the door of his room. Once both hands were free, Jou twisted the lock on the door and he also used several wooden bars to secure the door closed. He didn't want his father to burst in on him in a drunken state and spot his son wearing women's clothing.
Once he was satisfied with the bolts, he stepped over to the closet and pushed back all of his clothing to reveal a homemade safe made of screws, a beaten up metal locker door he's found on the street one day and an old bike combo lock. He sifted through the lock with graceful fingers and pulled the door loose. Inside this sacred wall safe sat, resting on a Styrofoam head was a long, rich honey blonde wig which matched his hair perfectly. He paused for a moment to smile at his hard earned wig before turning to his desk which was where he had laid the dress the other night to make sure it was ready and didn't have any new wrinkles.
He stood alone in the center of his room and sighed a breath of contentment.
“Today is going to be a great day,” He said to no one in particular. “I just know it!”
~*~*~*~*~*~
Seto was afraid that he might be potentially stood up when he showed up outside the café for ten minutes and didn't see anyone that looked like it could be his Lestat; there were no blonde gothic Lolita girls anywhere. He occasionally tipped his hat at any girl who passed by and gave him a small curtsey, just as what was expected of him; and aristocrat must always be polite. The Kaiba man was also wondering if using black eye contacts was a good idea. He also had gotten a quick hair cut since he'd gotten ready for his date way to early. His newly highlighted hair was cut into what his American friend Trixie would call a “hair fang”. She hated those, and that was exactly had; his hair was cut so his let eye was covered. Trixie had also made sure when she was cutting his hair that she added in blonde highlights. Seto had tried to argue that was too much, but Trixie never listened to him. She was a monster when it came to hair, she gave him a hair cut she couldn't stand but she knew it would look alluring on him.
Twirling his black cane between two fingers, Seto was careful not to hit anyone. He was glad he'd decided to wear black eye contacts and his favorite unusual fashion, for he would pick up bits and pieces of conversation as young girls in frilly outfits and plain outfits alike were gossiping and chattering.
“Wow, I think Kaib is the hottest man around-”
“Seto Kaiba, I want him so bad!”
“I think Seto's the most gorgeous man in Japan!”
“I think Kaiba's sexier than Tom Cruise.”
Seto's eyes widened with every new conversation he picked up from rabid teenage girls and was very happy that he was completely invisible to the untrained eye. The thought of several girls eating him alive was defiantly not on Kaiba's plate of things to do today. He glanced at his watch to see it was one o clock in the afternoon. Well, he said to himself. Lestat said he would meet me here at twelve. An hour late is more than just fashionable late in my book.
Seto sighed and turned to face the window of the dainty little café and proceeded to take off the rose that he'd so carefully pinned onto his jacket over his heart when he heard footsteps stop directly behind him and a voice that almost made him melt in his shoes.
“Sorry I'm late.” It was a soft liquid velvet voice that almost sounded feminine. Seto jammed the pin back into his jacket and spun around to meet his date. The other boy was slightly shorter than Kaiba with rich, long and luscious honey blonde hair that reached his elbows. They were twirled in curls and a black traditional gothic Lolita headdress sat on the teenager's head. Seto lowered his gaze to what the boy was wearing and he forgot to breathe for a few moments. The black dress ended right before the knees just as a typical dress of this nature would be, but Seto had not seen this dress in any of the glass display windows before. It was black with an empire waist which was accented with a deep crimson red sash around to tie into a large bow on his back. The circle skirt was accented by two very fine chains which connected from under the deep red sash that ran down the front of the skirt until they disappeared again underneath two white yet fake fabric roses on the hem of his skirt, combining well with the white, delicate frills. His neckline was decorated with a miniature version of his hem ruffles. The older teen glanced down to see white stockings and striking black leather small platform shoes; white roses covered the buckles of his shoes.
“Uh, I'm sorry I'm late,” the lithe blonde spoke again in that sweetly soft voice. “I am Lestat; you are the one I've been in contact with over these past two weeks?”
Seto had to bit his lip to keep from drooling. He reached down and lifted on of Lestat's unused gloved hands and placed a small and light chaste kiss upon it. Since the other had decided to use a fake name and stayed with `Lestat', Kaiba decided to make up a name of his own.
“I am indeed. My name is Shou,” Seto smirked at his date and revealed the café which stood behind him. “Would you like to go inside and begin this outing?” Seto was proud as their antics toward each other were rewarded by stares from girls, almost squealing fan girls at that, for it was not that hard of a task to guess Lestat's sex by his appearance.
~*~*~*~*~
Jou could not believe that this handsome creature could be the one he spoke to online. This man was absolutely gorgeous! His dark brown hair was accented with blonde highlights, giving his face a more natural glow. His black eyes were a whirlpool of darkness, something Jou hadn't looked into in a long time. He could stare at those dark orbs for hours, he just knew it!
His prince was also decked out in complete Oujisama! He wore black pants with silver spider webs spray painted on both legs and chains hung off of the pockets, almost seemingly like they were indicating where the pockets were. The top coat he chose to wear was a black one with gray stitching. One sleeve was held to the shirt with silver grommets and shoelace string, and his breast pocket had an image of an animated heart painted onto it. Underneath his coat was a white shirt with an extra amount of frills. When Shou went to kiss Jou;s hand, the young teenager noticed his hand were white gloved, a current necessity among Oujisama. The fair skinned prince also donned a traditional pocket watch, black top hat and cane; this man seemed so unreal!
“Why yes,” Jou sighed in response to Shou's question. “That is a splendid idea!”
Jou walked into Momo's café behind Shou, but the blonde kept a look out for Mika. He smiled at her and caught her wink as she walked up to the entrance. She bowed to Shou in a very polite 45 degree bow and greeted the both of them in the traditional style.
“Irashaimase!” Her smile was adorable, and her red curls only made her seem like more a cutie. The young girl was dressed in a sweet Lolita dress which looked like it came straight from Baby, the Stars Shine Bright or Angelic Pretty. Jou and Shou bowed back to her in thanks for welcoming them into the restaurant. Mika tossed a wink as Jou and turned to Shou and replaced her mischievous look with a friendly smile as she lead Shou to the back room; also known at the `Lover's Louge'.
Just like I thought! Jou proclaimed to himself excitedly. He just knew that Mika would be able to spot him even underneath all of that make-up and a wig. She was used to seeing Jou in a dress that she would sometimes give him small gifts of accessories to make the outfit even more cute and beautiful when he would visit her on the weekend. He needed to remember to buy her cookies later.
The two of them took their seats in the small alcove which was hidden from anyone else in the café's view by a red crushed velvet curtain. The small area was well lit with candles and one small chandelier hanging from the ceiling. They both nodded their thanks when Mika handed them both menus and excused herself for a moment. Jou looked at the menu and fiddled with his dress; he had hoped to get a good impression with this dress! Butterflies began to cascade as he looked up to the dream that sat across from him. Shou was looking over his menu intently, his gorgeous eyes running up and down the dainty, laminated menu; there was total silence, the one thing that all of his friends warned Jou about when he first began dating.
“So,” The sudden sound from the dark haired man startled Jou. He had jumped an inch from the chair and held a hand over his heart, trying to calm himself. Shou aimed a sheepish grin at him and laid his menu flat on the table. “I'm sorry if I startled you,” He apologized sincerely. “Have you been here before?”
It was a simple question, and Jou smiled his answer.
“Yes,” He made sure that his voice was still his own, but that it still held a pinch of femininity. “I actually love this place. I'm glad we decided to come here.”
The taller boy smiled back at him, and Jou felt as if he would sizzle on the spot!
“You're not like I imagined you at all.” The smile was still on Shou's face, but Jou's smile fell, and his ego felt somewhat bruised. This seemed to puzzle the other man, who shifted in his seat.
“I'm not what you expected, am I?” Jou asked with trembling lips. This had been nearly his first date with a guy and he was already blowing it. “Is it the dress?” He asked, trying to figure out the reason why he had not met the expectations this dream man had wanted in a boyfriend. When he'd talked online with Shou, it seemed that they had set up a date; Jou would be really upset if this outing was meant to be a date. Jou didn't know how else to settle it, so he decided to ramble like crazy. “I mean, I didn't really want to wear this dress at all! It was the only clean one I had and I thought that it was really plain so I decided to ass the chains. That was too much, wasn't it-”
Jou's eyes widened in shock; his seemingly endless babbling had been stopped by Shou's own lips.
~*~*~*~*~*~
Kaiba felt that if Lestat had continued this jostling rant, he would want to cry. The blonde also seemed to be the type to not shut up once they were completely released to rant and rave. He did the only thing he could conceive to do; he reached across the small table and grabbed Lestat's collar, pulling him over to the brunette and his lips capturing the first kiss of the soon-to-be relationship. Kaiba didn't expect this kiss to mean anything at all; it was only meant to shut the lithe figure up. Seto wasn't expecting the warm feeling which radiated from the smaller man's lips. They felt soft; soft enough to make Kaiba's knees weak if he were standing up. He closed his eyes and allowed himself to be fully emerged in the kiss. His empty hand reached up and caressed Lestat's soft cheek and stayed where it was, holding the delicate head in place. Seto closed his eyes and grinned lazily into the other's lips. They parted, and Seto heard a sigh escape from the other's lips.
“That was nice.” Seto grinned and opened his eyes as he heard the voice. Lestat's shimmering aqua blue eyes were staring back at him, and Seto couldn't help but feel completely giggly inside. This was going to be a great date; one that Seto would enjoy.
~*~*~*~The End~*~*~*~
Aki_Yume: HAHA! YEAH RIGHT! Bullshit that's the end. NO WAY. xD I'm just kidding around. This story is going to be a LOT longer than this, I KNOW it will be! ^_^ I'm also working on a fanart-ish drawing of Jou and Seto in their Lolita and Oujisama clothes. Maybe if this fic gets popular I could have a Fan Art contest for the Jou/Seto date clothes! Just kidding. But I seriously AM drawing it. ^_^ Alright, I hope to see you here again for another chapter of AIM Addiction!
