I was inspired at 8:48 this morning for this story and my stupid muse wouldn't shut up so I got out of bed and had to write it. I HATE SONG FICS! But oh well, please rate. Do flames or anything you want I don't care! HAPPY READING!

A match was light at the end of a dark alley, then thrown to the ground as a cigarette was held by none other than Seto Kaiba.

It was midnight when Yami walked up at the other end of the alley.

"You wanted to see me Seto?"

Seto reached in his jacket for his pistol.

Yami heard a click.

"Yami," Seto said with his dark scruffy voice, "I can't go on like this."

"What do you mean, Seto?"

"I cannot keep our love under wraps any longer. You have infected my whole body with it."

"Please, lets talk about this."

"No. No more duels. No more kisses," he barked aiming the gun for Yami.

"Seto, please…"

"Yami, stop. You know what they would put me through. I have to think of Mokuba. I don't want to think of Mokuba, that is what scares me when I am with you."

Seto remembered the first time they had known about the love between them. It was at a party held by Ishizu.

"We'll Kaiba, how is everything since Battle City?" Seto Kaiba sneered.

But before he could say anything sarcastic about Yami winning and what a bastard he was he looked into Yami's eyes. Seto had never before actually looked deeply into his eyes. It was like a eons of pain and suffering. His eyes were beautiful.

"Very well."

Yami had noticed Kaiba's change in attitude when he stared into his eyes, Kaiba had never done that before…

That night after the party Seto found himself alone with Yami outside Yami was waiting for a taxi, while Seto was waiting for his late driver.

On a cloudy day

Knee high

"I guess we are in the same boat," Yami walked over to Seto, Seto got nervous.

"Yea," he grunted.

Seto had never felt for a man like he was feeling for Yami.

"Seto," Yami grabbed his shoulder and turned Kaiba facing him. Kaiba yanked away. "We can still be friends."

Kaiba stared into Yami's eye once more. GOD FORBID ME WHAT I'M ABOUT TO DO, he thought.

Their lips met, a wonderful combination of first Yami struggled under Seto's cold hard kiss. But then Yami's lips softened and he started to enjoy the kiss as their lips parted.

Seto held Yami in his arms cupping his face. It was such a new pleasure. This is what he had been looking for. Yami slid his right hand through Seto's hair and let out a long silenced moan of bliss.

….

"I'm so sorry, Yami," a tear fell down Kaiba's cheek.

"Don't kill Yuugi to, Seto. He doesn't even know of this."

"Please Yami! I can't…"

"Seto, I want you to know. I love you."

"I love you too," and with that four bangs.

Yami laid cold dead with four bullets in his chest as Kaiba walked away.
