Note: I have never done a JoeyXKaiba so here I go -.-

Yami woke up alone in his shabby apartment. He looked at the clock and it read 5:23. Yami grunted and tried to forget his customers face. All he knew was his name.

"Kaiba" Yami said wrapping his body in the thin white sheets. He looked out his window. It was cloudy and windy Yami knew it was going to rain and sighed. Yami got up and began to change trying not to think of last night.

Kaiba couldn't forget the night. He couldn't even remember what happened exactly. All he knew is that he slept with someone and it wasn't Joey. Kaiba had a pen between his fingers and looked up at the clock. 5:43. He was to meet Joey at 6. He closed down his office and went to the parking garage.

Kaiba was still stiff, it hurt so much to walk. When he finally got to his car he sat down slowly and drove to Joey's apartment.

Joey was getting ready and looked outside realizing it was going to rain and grabbed an umbrella. It was 6:10 and Kaiba was never late, in fact early.

Joey heard a knock and opened the door, it was Kaiba.

"You're late" Joey said looking at the ground then at Kaiba straight in the eye.

"I was in a meeting, pup" Kaiba said smirking

"Grr don't call me pup" Joey said crossing his arms

"Why not?" Kaiba teased

"Because I don't obey you" Joey said

"You don't?" Kaiba jeered

"I don't" Joey said.

Kaiba then leaned over and kissed Joey. His tongue played with Joey's and before breaking the kiss softly bit Joey's lip.

Joey blushed and walked to Kaiba's car.

They had just recently got to together. Kaiba would never admit they were a couple; Joey even had to tell people they were going out, since they often didn't show much affection in public. Joey hadn't slept with Kaiba, Joey had slept with a few men but didn't care as much as he did for Kaiba. He truly loved Kaiba, everything about him made Joey smile. Joey never said I love you to Kaiba, only once when they first started to have attractions towards each other. Kaiba on the other hand wouldn't even admit to even `like' Joey and it hurt Joey a lot. But deep down insaide Joey knew Kaiba cared, everyone else didn't know but it was ok, since Kaiba was all his.

Yami walked into his part time job as a waiter. He worked at one of the hottest and best French restaurants. Yami made $200 a week and sometimes $300 in tips. Most movie stars or other famous people came and only certain guest were allowed in sometimes.

Yami threw on his uniform and began to take orders for the outside tables.

"Kaiba-kun where are we going?" Joey asked

"Somewhere" Kaiba said

"Ok come on tell me, I'm starving!" Joey said

"You are not starving, poor children in Zambia are starving you just have a sudden urge for something tasty" Kaiba said

"I know something tasty and he's right next to me" Joey smirked

"Oh really? Well I can take you home in a doggy bag for a midnight snack then" Kaiba said grinning as he parked the car.

They both got out of the car and walked into the restaurant.

"Geese! Is this that restaurant that all the movie stars go to?" Joey said.

"That's what I heard" Kaiba said.

"That's so cool Kio! Thanks!" Joey said acting though he was 5.

"Joey, let go, we have to go to our table" Kaiba said.

"Oh..Right!" Joey said scratching his head and walking after Kaiba.

Yami saw a blonde and a taller man come in. He was breathe taking, and lucky for him he was going to take their order next!

Yami walked up to the couple and as soon as he recognized the taller man was Kaiba he dropped the menu's and looked in awe for a second.

Kiaba was stunned, it was him!

"Are we going to get our menus or what?" Kaiba said

"Yes of coarse you are sir" Yami said handing the menus to both of them.

"Our specials tonight are escargot; which is sautéed in a garlic butter sauce. Or other special is our veal, which is roasted for 12 hours with rosemary garnish" Yami said

"If you order the escargot, our special white wine is free of charge. If you order the veal, you will get a Californian red wine" Yami said

"Is that all?" Kaiba asked

"Well no, there are other wines and alcoholic beverages like, electric screw driver, vodka shots etc" Yami said looking deeply into Kaiba's eyes.

"If you need me, my name is Yami and I am your server" Yami said.

As Yami walked away Kaiba was still staring at him. "Kiaba" Joey said sternly

Kaiba blinked and looked down at his menu reading each entrée.

"I'll get a hamburger!" Joey said smiling

"So typical of you pup, you go to a French restaurant and get a hamburger" Kaiba said slightly laughing

"Well it comes with French fries!" Joey said laughing

Kaiba rolled his eyes and decided on the veal.

About 3 minuets later Yami came back and toke their order.

"I'll have the veal" kaiba said handing in the menu to Yami.

"Ok the veal, ok what do you want sir?" Yami asked Joey

"I'll have a hamburger with French fries" Joey looked at Kaiba while Yami toke down the order.

"Ok so veal and a burger, how do you want your burger cooked?" Yami asked

"Um..Done?" Joey said not knowing the true meaning.

Yami chuckled and wrte down done.

"So what to drink?" Yami asked

"I'll have just water with the wine" Kaiba said looking away from Yami and Joey.

"I'll have a Coke" Joey said

"Ok H20 and a coke" Yami said leaving to give the orders to the chef.

2 minuets later Yami came back with the water and the Coke and said

"Your meal should be done in 15 minuets, are you sure you don't want anything else to drink?" eyeing Kaiba

"No, I'm very sure" Kaiba growled at Yami

Yami sighed and went back to work.

"Kaiba, I know it like you to be grumpy and ill tempered but give the guy a break" Joey said.

"I am not grumpy" Kaiba said.

"You so are, espeicaly when you don't have coffee in the morning!" Joey said laughing

"Shut up pup" Kaiba snapped.

Joey blinked, Kaiba hadn't said anything like that ever in that kind of tone. Joey drank his coke and said nothing the rest of the meal afraid he had gotten Kaiba upset.

After dinner Kaiba dropped Joey at his apartment saying he had to cut the dinner short because of a urgent page he had gotten and tomorrow maybe he would take him somewhere else. But the true reason Kaiba left Joey is to talk to this Yami guy. He couldn't get him out of his head. How they kissed. How they showed affection. It just couldn't leave his mind.

When he finally got back to the restaurant he saw Yami about to leave and stopped him.

"What do you want?" Yami snapped

Yami looked up to Kaiba and glared at the taller boy.

"What happened last night?" Kaiba asked

"We slept with each other" Yami said

"I would never willing sleep with you, I have someone else, now tell me what exactly happened?" Kaiba said almost yelling at Yami.

"Only if you come to my place" Yami said walking down the alley.

"Fine" Kaiba said.

They arrived at Yami's apartment.

"I couldn't believe you were the Kaiba Seto" Yami said.

"Well now you know, and now tell me what happened" Kaiba said.

"Well I saw you alone in the bar you got drunk I took you home and we slept with each other" Yami said.

"Then we kissed" Yami said leaning towards Kaiba.

Kaiba sat down to get away from Yami.

"Then what happened?"

"Then we slept with each other" Yami said.

"No we didn't" Kaiba snarled.

"Fine I did this" Yami said.

He began to kiss Kaiba's neck and unbuttoned Kaiba's shirt kissing his way down.

Kaiba shuddered, he couldn't deny it didn't feel good but had to stop it. He pulled the fragile boy and pinned him to the bed.

"Well you have the same look on your face as you did last night" Yami said smirking.

"I do not! I was drunk and right now I am not" Kaiba said letting go of Yami as he sat on the corner of the bed.

"If I felt the same as I did last night I wouldn't-" Kaiba was cut off by Yami pressing his lips against his to form a kiss. Kaiba let his guard down and accepted Yami's tongue. Yami bit Kaiba's lip and broke off the kiss.

"Well all I know is that last night, that same feeling we just had was there" Yami said

Kaiba said nothing and walked out of Yami's apartment. Yami frowned and laid his head down on the pillow.

Yami followed Kaiba outside. It was pouring rain and the fog had crept up among the buildings.

"You are in no condition to drive back" Yami said grabbing Kaiba's arm.

"I am fine" Kaiba growled at Yami swinging the other boy's frail back to him.

Kaiba began to go down the stairs looking at Yami and began to walk to his car.

Yami ran down the stairs a jumped on Kaiba from the last two steps. Kaiba fell and blinked.

"What the hell are you doing?!?!" Kaiba said trying to get up.

"Every since I saw you that night I can't get you out of my head, now tell me what am I suppose to do? Every time you are on TV, I feel my heart pump faster, and when I hear your name said I picture what happened last night! Now tell me what am I suppose to do the high and mighty Seto Kaiba?!?!?" Yami screamed

Kaiba said nothing and looked away from Yami.

"Aren't you just some prostitute?" Kaiba asked

"Well not a very good one, because after I slept with you I couldn't even stand to kiss or even flirt nor even lure anyone. So not only did I quit being one, I didn't even get paid!" Yami said slamming Kaiba's wrist against the ground.

Then it began to pour. The lighting stroke and Yami sat down on Kaiba's chest.

Yami leaned down and kissed Kaiba. He couldn't help it. Kaiba began to kiss back. He knew he shouldn't but it felt so good so right.

Yami began to take off his shirt. Kaiba looked at Yami's well toned but fragile body. Yami tossed his shirt on the ground and began to undo Kaiba's buttons with his mouth. Kaiba then helped Yami out and toke it off.

Yami blinked and began kissing Kaiba's chest. The warm kisses intrigued Kaiba's body more then mind. Kaiba let out a soft moan and then he forced Yami to the ground.

Kaiba began to kiss Yami ferociously. Yami's eyes widened then realized this was truly happening. He then moaned and wrapped his arms around Kaiba making them kiss for a longer time.

Kaiba broke it off and began to get up realizing what he had done.

"No don't go" Yami said softly

Kaiba turned to Yami and squatted to the ground where Yami was still laying.

"This can never work out" Kaiba said

"I don't care what happens in the damned future, I live for now!" Yami said yet again tackling Kaiba.

Yami began to kiss Kaiba and then slid his tongue in. He didn't want it to stop so bad. He rather die then stop. He didn't care what happened in the mourning he cared about now.

Kaiba didn't want to leave just as much as Yami wanted it to end. But he cared about Joey a lot. Kaiba didn't know emotions such as 'love'. He never fully understood what he had with Joey. He never had the same drive he did with Yami as he did with Joey. He was always buried in his work. If not work, something with school, or Mokuba. Joey amazingly tolerated such strict scheduling.

But with Yami it was here and now. If they ran into each other that was their time. Or was it?

Kaiba broke off the kiss and looked at Yami, his eyes were so deep and placid. The rain began to pour harder and lightning struck near them. The parking lot lights when out and the only light was the moon.

"It's pretty isn't it?" Yami asked

Kaiba said nothing and kept looking at Yami. He took his hand and cupped Yami's chin and kissed him. His other hand began to explore Yami and began to slide down the other boy's pants.

Kabia moved his lips to Yami's forehead and began to kiss it and Yami began to wrap his arms around Kaiba.

"Don't stop never stop, not till we pass out" Yami said breathing heavily.

Kaiba blinked and nodded slightly. They began to kiss again ruffer and more passionately. Yami began to suck on Kaiba's neck Kaiba began to moan and nibble on Yami's ear.

Kaiba kissed Yami one last time and got up grabbing his shirt.

"I have to go" He said

"You can stay at my place, don't go" Yami said

"No I have work, if I see you again, well it's up to the future isn't it?" Kaiba said smirking.

Kaiba got into his car and drove away. Yami was still on his knees and looked up at the rain clouds.

"The future better soon" Yami said picking up his clothes.

Now I am going to have a JouXSeto in there next. A song in it well not sure. Tell me how it went please. I think I did good >>;
