Alone

I sit alone,
and stare at my thoughts.

I stare alone,
at the flowers you brought.

I laugh alone,
now that you've gone.

I cry alone,
now see what you've done.

I sleep alone,
and dream horrible dreams.

I dream alone,
without you here with me.

I stand alone,
on the empty land.

I walk alone,
without your hand.

I know that was only,
a one-night stand.

But since its over,
I'm alone once again.
