Thank you reviewers! *gives treats* I'm gonna start posting some art soon, so you can see my art skills...(which are way better than my writing skills). Keep me in high spirits and stuff will come faster!
adjusted the camera so it wouldn't be blurry and slowly walked up to the door. The light was on so she knew the Kaiba's were awake. 'He he, this is priceless...' She rang the doorbell. A groggy Seto answered the door clan in a black bathrobe holding a teddy.
"May I help y-" Seto started.
"Say cheese!" The camera let out a brilliant flash as Seto staggered backwards.
"YOU!!"
"Yes, me." Ayena ran as Seto bolted out of the door and tried to get the camera. "Uh, un Kaiba. Gotta catch me first." Ay taunted as she danced out of Seto's grasp.
"I'll get you don't worry..." Seto yelled horrid threats as Ay ran back across the street.
"Back to the house quick!" Ay grabbed Malik's arm as she met him in the middle of the street.
"Why are you running?" Malik asked the soaked Ay.
"Take a peek behind you. You can't miss it." Malik turned his head and saw someone running toward them with a...
"Teddy-Bear-Kaiba! Hahahahaha! That you don't see every day."
"You don't get it on film every day either. Here..." She handed him the camera. "Get in the garage, I wanna try something." Ay said as she gripped the rope that pulled the garage door down.
"Oh, I see. There's no way you'll pull it off!" Ay's plan dawned on Malik.
"Well, maybe if it does, Kaiba will have learned not to mess with me."
Ay waited until Kaiba was at her drive way when she stuck her tongue out at him at pulled her eyelid down. Malik was very content sitting on the floor watching the scene take place before him.
"Are you sure you know what you're doing?" Malik asked
"I'll never let you live this down Hakrin! I get you back and then some! I'll..." It was too late. He didn't notice the mischievous grin plastered on Ay's face as she slammed the garage door down on his foot. "Ahhhhhhhh! You little... Release my foot!"
"Will, you stop continually bickering with me? I don't know what your problem is, but you don't have to take it out on me, comprendae?"
"Well, you and your midnight runs are just as aggravating!"
"Fine, I'll stop if you stop!"
"Fine, now release my foot so I can go home!" Ay lifted the garage door a little bit and gently pushed Seto's foot out from beneath it.
"Konbanwa, Seto Kaiba." Ay said as she closed the garage door, more softly this time, and locked it. "Look at you, mister Malik, you're a mess!"
"Me, look at you! You're just as wet as me." Malik said standing up.
"Yeah, so, it was worth it." Ay picked up the camera and placed it back on the wall where it was before. "At least I have clothes to change into. Here, give me your helmet I'll hang it up to dry." She took Malik's helmet and hung it up on a pegged coat rack near the door. "C'mon you look like a drowned rat, standing there."
" I don't know about rats, but drowned is OK by me." With that Malik got dragged off upstairs to the bathroom.
"You, my misfortunenate friend, are taking a shower... now. I'll come back up to get your clothes to wash and dry them, mmmkay?"
"Okay-"
"Good." Ay said as she slammed the door and went off to call a tow for Malik's bike.
"What is this thing with you and doors?!" Malik called after her, but she was already on the phone.
Malik started the water and took his clothes off, throwing them in a pile near the door. It took him even longer to take of his jewelry. He unclasped his neck and arm bands, then carefully removed his earrings, placing them all beside the sink. He took the Millennium Rod out of his pant's back belt buckle and placed it by the sink with all the other glitters. Malik then proceeded to wash the dirt off himself.
"Hi, I'd like to call a tow to approximately 50 feet north of mile marker 467." Ay had the phone balanced on her shoulder while stirring a pot at the stove. "The front is bent in and is unable to move, I want you guyzos to fix 'er up so I can jet tomorrow." She added some meat, and assorted spices to the mixture. "It's a Harley-Davidson Road King, I dunno the year." She reached into the refrigerator and pulled out some rice, and popped into the microwave. "Okay, 2:30 tomorrow; I'll be there, thanks Jay." Ay hung up the phone and resumed her cooking. No doubt her new friend would be hungry. There was one thing she couldn't get over though... 'Why did I stop?' She asked herself. 'He is sweet, I couldn't leave him there, but I've never cared that much about other people before... Except that one time... Maybe he's the exception.' Ay left her concoction to go grab Malik's clothes to wash them. She cracked the door silently and reached her hand in to grab the clothing. She noticed he left them in a pile near the door. Something caught her eye as she began to close the door, a glint of gold.
"Don't even think it, Ay." Malik called to her behind the curtain.
"How'd you-"
"I'm not deaf, I heard you come in. Practice in being stealthy wouldn't hurt, ya know." Ay left, but her curiosity did not. She went down stairs and threw Malik's clothes in the washer. She then went upstairs to her room to change into something less wet.
